Kara, Jessica, Taylor, and all the other staff members I’ve interacted with @ DSD are so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a dermatologist and/or med spa, I strongly encourage you to give Dorset street a try. I promise you will not be disappointed!! Kara is absolutely wonderful!! She is everything I’ve always hoped for in a healthcare provider and then some. She is knowledgeable, kind, genuine, patient, transparent, and real. You can feel her sincerity. She’s got a bedside manner like no other! I can’t ever imagine trusting anyone but Kara with my skin or my daughters skin! If you’re looking for a far superior experience, You’ve found it with Kara. She’s the absolute BEST!!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment because of a concern about an unfamiliar growth on my face. My issue was dealt with very professionally and promptly. The total time between first contact with the staff, removal of a small area for analysis, and my leaving the building was less than 20 minutes. In addition, they were very careful to make sure that I knew how to treat the small wound.

I called for an appointment on a Monday, got in that Wednesday, had the pilar cysts on my head removed the next day. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly atmosphere. Quick service, I waited in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes for both appointments. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend.

I was thrilled by the whole experience at Dorest Street Dermatology. First, they were able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly and then got me in earlier (due to a cancellation).They did a super job with all safety protocols meeting us at the door to take temperatures, etc. The staff was helpful, congenial, and efficient. I was seen quickly and the doctor quickly diagnosed my issue- and was also helpful and efficient. It was a great experience all in all.

Great service. Once I opened my eyes and knew I had to monitor my fair skin, I went right in. I even went in for a “tune up” for some spots that I was concerned about. I had an appointment within a couple of days. They were very safe with patients entering during COVID, and took care of my concerns. I’ll be back for my annual screening. Thank you!

Recommended by my primary care doctor to deal with an unknown skin irritant on arms and legs. Dorset St Derm quickly and easily identified as poison ivy. The doctor who saw me was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I was unsure of what to expect out of what is primarily a med spa, but from the moment I was checked in to I picked up my prescription an hour later from my local pharmacy, my entire experience was thorough, professional, and pleasant. Would go again if needed and would also recommend to others.

I've had chemical peels done by Laurie Houle, and my skin was left youthful and glowing afterwards. Laurie also helped me with removing my milia around my eyes, and I'm so happy to have eyes that aren't full of little bumps around them now. It was such a confidence booster for me, and Laurie suggested this to me when I went in to get a chemical peel with her. I'm so happy with the results of both the chemical peel, and milia removal around my eyes.

Phoebe verified a scalp melanoma in 2019, arranged to see a surgeon quickly and the skin cancer was completely removed. Now have a skin check every 6 months. Very professional.

My review is fairly mixed. In terms of the customer service provided by the secretarial and scheduling services, the quality was excellent. I requested to schedule an appointment on Monday and was seen that Wednesday early in the morning. There was no wait upon arrival beyond checking in and the front staff were very friendly. The consultation with the dermatologist was disappointing. It could be because of how common my condition (hives) is, but they were unable to offer any advice or solutions beyond what my general practitioner did, which was pretty much a shrug and "It could be anything, try varying your prescriptions". I came in having done my homework, prepared with a list of my prescriptions, pictures of the affected areas, and a complete list of what I had ruled out so far and I left feeling like I had wasted my time immensely. Friendly crew but I do not plan on turning to them for further issues, I will do my own research and rely on my GP for any prescriptions necessary.

I loved Jackie Fournier so much when she worked in Concord, NH...we followed her to Vermont! She diagnosed me with Melanoma in 2003, shortly after the birth of our 3rd child. She's been caring for me/us ever since. Sent our 4th child to Dartmouth pediatric dermatology at age 7 months for the removal of a mole that was "severe atypical". 2 for 2 with the Dumont's. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Calling to make this year's follow-up appointments and happy to trek 3+ hours to see her!
