I’ve been a client with Crescent Dental since they opened. I live in Dover and I travel to their Wilmington office to have my teeth cleaned. The staff is absolutely fabulous, friendly, efficient, and helpful. I’ve never had any issues and I always left with a sparkling smile every time. Crescent Dental is worth the drive and I will continue to come to this office. I love my dental hygienist. She’s the best.

Everyone is so nice at his office. The office location is in the city near by river front, Wilmington. My crown on my back molar fell off suddenly and his office manager quickly scheduled time with Dr G. He was great, fast and gentle. There was no follow up needed. I would recomend them to anyone.

When finding a dental provider who genuinely cares, can be very challenging! Not only did they provide me with excellent customer service from the time I booked my appointment until the time I checked out, the dental provider was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail without hesitation! I am very picky when it comes to taking care of my teeth but everyone made me feel very comfortable and gave me support when I had my procedure (I was beyooooond nervous) which in turn gave me a peace of mind and relaxation! I will be a forever patient and have recommended family and friends to this practice! Keep up the great work guys!

First appointment at Crescent Dental. Dr. Syamack Ganjavian was professional, nice, and efficient and the technician was wonderful in answering all of my questions. I was in and out in approximately one hour. I plan to continue my treatment plan at this location. One downside - they have a strict cancellation/rescheduling policy. I understand the need for the policy, but if you are like me who has an unpredictable work schedule, this policy may be an issue. I'm fine with it for now, but I cannot guarantee I won't switch places because of it at some point down the line.

Everything was relatively painless except for the one tooth that had a massive root, but that's not really anyone's fault. Quick! I was done everything in just under an hour.

I truly love Dr. G! He is a risk taker and has done work on my mouth that other dentist refused to do. He made time for me out of his busy day for an emergency same day extraction which showed his consideration for my situation. He is quick, swift, but takes the time to show true care and concern for his patients. My root canal was flawless, my extraction was flawless and I barely felt pain. This man knows what he is doing and is not afraid to work with you to get what you want done. Next stop braces! Thanks Dr. G and ladies! Dr. A was Amazing too when she checked out my infection for me and gave me great antibiotics. I will refer my friends and family to this place.

the Crescent Dental team is amazing! I was able to get in on a same day appointment for a really bad tooth! The front desk team was friendly and helpful! Made sure I had everything to feel better and scheduled my appointken with Dr G today for a root canal and he was phenomenal! I've always hated the dentist and he made sure to help me out with that! He walked me through the steps he was taking and warned me before something "might pinch" (i didnt feel much) he was also able to do ot pretty quickly. Instant relief for my tooth as well! Parking is easily accessible and free with a stamp from the office! Thankyou for being such an amazing team and special thanks to Dr. G!

Dr. G and Dr. A are very caring doctors who take the time to explain what dental routines I need and why I need them. Dr. G uses his own technique when giving anesthesia shots making VERY close to painless. The staff is pretty awesome too. They take care of you from the moment you arrive to when you leave. I even get calls from staff checking up on me after a dental procedure has been completed! This is what I call customer satisfaction! Dental work plans are provided as needed and pricing/payment options are available. They even have bilingual (English/Spanish) staff members. I highly recommend Crescent Dental, Dr. G and Dr. A to anyone who wants quality dental care and excellent customer service.

The front desk staff are always courteous, and the technicians are all professional and patient. I’m pleasantly excited to have my smile back, and other issues corrected, as it’s been some time since I’ve been confident in my smile. Dr. G and his staff made me feel like I was making the right choice, and I definitely don’t regret it as it’s made tremendous improvements to my smile and self-esteem. They fit me in right away, verified they were in network with my insurance, and followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was okay. Dr. “G” was pleasant, and efficient as well. When I stepped into crescent dental I was pleasantly welcomed. Being greeted so kindly put me at ease, that's absolutely what you need coming into a dental office where so many people have unpleasant experiences. Dr. Gangavian presented my treatment to me like he cared, he went straight to the point and told me what was most important for my oral care. They have amazing staff trained by Dr. Gangavian and Dr. Ashrafi. The girls up front desk are just as nice, they even helped me validate my parking which was very convenient. I had the pleasure of meeting their lovely office manager Meg. She was kind! They didn't force me out the door when I told them that I just lost my job and didn't have any money😕 She personally helped me seek financing options so I was able to get my dental work done. I strongly recommend Crescent Dental, their services are great and affordable.

I recently moved from NY and I'm trying to slowly move all my doctors to DE as opposed to NY. These guys were great from the time I walked in until I left. Everyone was professional and explained everything in detail. from the work being done to the work needed to the insurance and financial breakdown. Today was my first day there and I am definitely returning to let them complete the necessary work. Definitely recommended this office. Just to confirm I'm an actual patient, as I know some businesses have their staff write reviews. This dentist office is well worth visiting.

I moved here from Louisville after 30 years of care from my excellent dentist. That was 6 years ago. At that time I received a mailing about Cresent Dental. I made an appointment. Experience was good however I was not fond of the Video promotion screen in the room. Anyway, I tried three other dental offices in the next 18months. I am proud to now say, I have returned to Cresent Dental. The videos are gone. The care of office far exceeds the care I was given at those other offices. I enjoy seeing the same hygienist and dentist every 6 months. My insurance covers these appointment and I am never given additional cost. I am a surgery nurse and can speak about how clean this office is every visit. The staff in kind, helpful, professional. My dentist also diagnosed teeth grinding which was unnoticed for about 50years. I was fitted with a custom appliance that fits beautifully and is so small to wear. Cresent Dental always exceeds my expectation. I am able to park for free in the adjoining parking deck.

Crescent Dental is an outstanding practice. The office is absolutely beautiful. Dr. Ganjavian is an extremely kind man. He listens to all your concerns and questions. He explains treatment step by step to make sure you have a perfect view of your dental care. When I was getting treatment, he always made sure I was feeling comfrontable. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling! They make sure you understand your dental plan as well as they do. When scheduling, they always try their best to work out the best date & time for you. It is always a pleasant conversation when I call to speak with them for any reason.
