This Practice is full of caring people who go out of their way to be helpful. I’m an over the road truck driver and it is hard to schedule appointments with anyone. On one day notice they got me in and spent the morning dealing with my needs including making a crown on the premises. Totally amazing! The best care, top of the line technology, they will explain everything they are doing. You can’t ask for a more complete level of care.

Amazing service. I live 2 hours away and desperately needed a cleaning after they examined my infected gums. There wasn’t an opening, but the hygienist that assisted me skipped either her lunch or an event in order to clean my teeth. Wow! That’s above and beyond the expectations. My gums are already feeling better due to Becky’s kindness and dedication to my health.

My dentist retired, and I had a dental emergency. I was able to get in the same day I called. I've been so hesitant to try a new dentist/place. I got lucky! Dr. Chou couldn't have been nicer! Esmerelda, the assistant, and Taylor, the administrative person, were so kind, caring, and pleasant. I'm very happy and think I found my new dental provider! I let them know I have severe dental anxiety, and they were very sensitive to me about it. That, in itself, helped to keep my anxiety down. Going to let my daughter know about them, as she needs a new dentist as well.

Posting on behalf of my MIL but she was in such horrible pain due to a tooth ache the day before. Called first thing in the morning as she is from out of state and didn’t have a family dentist here and they had her scheduled for an appointment within an hour. We were not sure of her dental coverage but they were able to look it up and advise us of everything. They gave us quotes along the way of the amounts so there were no surprises at the end. They assessed her pain and her concern of what the issue may be, took an X-ray and we came up with a treatment plan right away. We went through her complete medical history and reviewed this with the hygienist and I was so impressed that the dentist and the lady that administered the Novocain read through her medical history, asked questions prior to moving forward with any of the procedure. The dentist even had her take antibiotics as preventative prior to her treatment to avoid any issues due to a prior surgery concern. Treatment went great and she is recovering comfortably at home. I am so pleased with the staff and dentist that I will be remembering them for myself and my family as well. We will definitely be using them again!!

Came in for jaw pain and still have it so another visit., and hopefully in the new year will fix me up. The staff were nice and cordial. Nice to know that dentist knew a cousin. Alex and Dr.Begche did a great job on my root canal. The procedure went very well and quick. Edited: Went back today for X-Rays. My appointment was at 1:30. I checked in early and waited. About an hour an half past and multiple other people went before me. After asking the receptionist on the time frame she said they are running two hours behind. I wish the receptionist would have told me that when I checked in so I didn’t waste my time. Recommend asking how long the wait is when checking in. Overall receptionist and office admin seem to be lacking. This is the second time this has happen to me

Late review... Doctors and hygienist phenomenal. Front office with scheduling and billing ruined the whole experience. Insurance not sent in correctly which cost more out of pocket, a lot more. Scheduled twice incorrectly. These problems are why i went somewhere else for future care. ***Update: After review the dental office corrected information and sent a check for a refund amount. It was a year later but I am pleased it was resolved.

I had a really really painful tooth. My regular dentist of many years was unable to get me in until MARCH. Wichita family dental got me in the very same day! I got home from work, and right as I walked through the door, my son came up to me saying his silver crown came out. I called at 530 and they got us in with in with in 20 minutes of closing, they examined my son and took an X-ray. Come to find out it was just a baby tooth that had come out and all was good. My crown fell off my root canal after 10 years of use and WFD/ Dr. Peirson and Maddie were so efficient, they had me in and out in 3 hours for a cavity removal around the remaining parts of my tooth post root canal, created an entire new crown in office, cemented it in, and cleaned everything up. They asked multiple times if I was numb/ taken care of, if I needed anything and explained the process to me which eased any uncertainty or anxiety I might have had! Truly the best dentist and team in town! I’m grateful!

I would give 10 stars.. this is the place to go if you are apprehensive/hate the dentist. They are so gentle no matter the service. The whole staff is professional, caring, and intelligent. I was in a terrible accident, had a broken jaw with many shattered teeth sometime ago. Yesterday my jaw was hurting, could not sleep. They measured my lower bite, with the latest technology. In 4 days I will have a guard that will fit exactly to reduce my bitting pressure. I had many crowns replaced the same day! Thank you again Dr. Begnoche and staff. Been going here for a few years and the dentists and hygienists all do great work, but there’s a lack of transparency in the billing process. They say they won’t do a procedure without telling you exactly how much it will cost, and that’s what I was told. I had different dental insurance in 2022 that was out of network, but I was assured that everything was paid in full each time I left. Then I get a $500 bill several months later. I call and they say since our insurance is out of network they had no way of knowing how much insurance would cover, even though they said they checked in with my insurance company before each and every exam, cleaning, or procedure.. I’m more than annoyed with this dental practice. Which is a bummer because it’s been the best dental care I’ve had in years, but these recent billing issues aren’t worth the headache.

I went in with sever tooth pain from a tooth another dentist worked on, the pain was unbearable so bad that I was in tears and shaking. When I tell you I was treated so well and comforted in a way that made me feel I was in good hands. Every person here is truly remarkable and special. They got me in asap took x-rays, went over options and got my procedure done the same day where the original dentist couldn't getme in until next week! I was so upset at losing this tooth I had literally gone in debt to save but they were so sweet and helpful in discussing options for a replacement. I also had a wisdom tooth that needed to come out that again the other dentist said I'd have to go to two other places to get done they did as well! When I say these people are truly wonderful I mean it and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and spectacular support.

I went here for the first time yesterday to have a crown placed. The front desk greeted me immediately. Intake forms were very easy to use. I got taken back nd placed in a wonderful chair with an excellent view out big windows. Griselda was the assistant. She did a really good job at making me feel comfortable. I drove all the way to Wichita from my hometown because no one would accept a first time patient except Dr. Iqbal and Jaron and the receptionists were super friendly and polite. 50/10 would highly recommend. They were flexible with my schedule, making sure I was comfortable, driving over three hours to be seen by them was completely worth it. If you need an emergency anything taken care of while also being treated with respect this is the place for you. I suffer from crippling anxiety and Dr Razzak is the very best dentist I have ever had. She is extremely kind, patient, compassionate, honest and knowledgeable. I cannot put into words how happy and relieved I am to have found someone like her. If you are petrified of the dentist, trust me and go see her. Ask for her specifically as they have several dentists and they pair you with who is available at the time you are ready for the dentist to do their part. Asking for her (when setting the appointment and when you arrive) guarantees she will be at that location for your appointment. Let her know your concerns and she will walk you through exactly what is happening, comfort you and all-the-while distract you from thinking the worst. I would also like to compliment her support staff. Her hygienist held my hand and was so very kind and also compassionate. They don’t treat you like a number, they treat you like a person with feelings. If I could hug them I would have in a heartbeat, and I’m not a hugger and there’s that pesky pandemic going on. Giving them my money for their services just doesn’t feel like enough because Dr Razzak and her staff are that wonderful.

Earlier today, my tooth hurt so badly the whole side of my face throbbed. I searched, made a few calls, but nothing before tomorrow was available. That is until I called Wichita Family Dental. The lady who answered the phone literally asked how quickly I could get to the clinic once I told her my situation. She scheduled me a 3:30 appointment. I arrived, filled out paperwork, and was put in a room within fifteen minutes. Mind you, I’m a new patient and called forty-five minutes prior for an emergency appointment. Ms. Cherry, the dental assistant, kept me up to speed the entire time and checked on me frequently. I didn’t mind waiting a bit because they squeezed me in. Ms Cherry x-rayed my tooth, and Dr. Mitchell came in and confirmed that there was an infection in my tooth. She then suggested an extraction. Dr. Mitchell and her staff stayed after hours and took such great care of me. Liz even scheduled me for a cleaning next week to establish care. I’m blown away by the level of care I received. The staff is remarkable and despite the typical pain from an extraction, I feel better than I did. Thank you Dr. Mitchell, Ms. Cherry, and Liz! I’m so thankful for your care and attention! I’m looking forward to continuing care with people who genuinely care!

I highly recommend this dentist office. As an adult I feared dentist office but this isn’t just a dentist office, they make you feel like family. Their customer service is top notch. The welcoming environment is relaxing, reassuring they’ll take care of and that you and your smile matters. My first visit here was for some emergency dental work for a procedure that my original dentist got absolutely frustrated and given up about. When I came in I was unsure and insecure they’ll be able to help me after I had been doped up and thrown to the side with my previous dentist. They welcome me, reassured me and got me fixed up quickly. They won me over at that moment. It even helped upon my arrival that I reconnected with one of the sweetest yet hard workers I know Gabriela Chumbe. I knew it was a place of dedicated people if she worked there. This place made me realize how awful my previous dental office was! I hadn't been to the dentist in years when I went in for a cleaning and found that I needed several fillings and a crown on a cracked silver filling. Before my appointment I called several times to get some kind of estimate for the crown- to which the front desk replied "we will have to have the dentist take a look at it because it could be alot of different prices" I ended up calling another local dentist that gave me an idea of how much I should expect to pay. The fact that I couldn't get any answer from here frustrated me but when I finally arrived at my appointment the hygienist informed me "all our crowns are the same price no matter if it is porcelain or gold". Turns out Wichita family dental has very reasonably priced services compared to other local dentists. They were willing and able to perform 4 fillings and a crown all on the same day! The hygienist that I worked with was a doll and spent the whole 5 hour appointment with me making sure I was always comfortable. Overall my experience here has been great and I would recommend Wichita Family Dental for any major dental service!

Would be five stars, but they've started charging a $35 premium for Saturday appointments. As someone who chose their office because of their Saturday hours and can only come to the dentist on Saturdays, the fact that they've essentially created a subscription service for their Saturday appointments is highly disappointing. For me, it's essentially a one time fee, and I will never get that "refundable deposit to reserve your appointment" back unless I change dentists. I'm just grateful I can afford it. Plenty of people in my scheduling position won't be able to.

I saw Dr.Lemaster this morning at the East loacation. She was awesome! She didnt pressure me into getting extra work done! Her and Jess her assistant were really nice and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable here. Would definitely recommend.

The dental work is good but the customer service could be better. Appointment was at 1pm and it's 230pm now and I'm still sitting waiting. They did not make any attempt to tell us how long it will be or even give us a heads up that they're even running behind. It would have been really awesome to get a call saying "we're running behind so please show up x amount of time later" maybe it's just having to sit in the car the whole time but still. Updates and communication should be a standard

I spent two days with fixing two root canals with Dr. K. I have seen a lot of Dentists in my life and I have to say Dr. K is the absolute best!.. I have spent the last 1.5 year taking care of my 21 month old daughter battling cancer as a single parent (husband is in the army). I let depression and stress get the best of me and so I didn't take care of myself well. Dr K- didnt make me feel bad at all for the condition of my teeth. He was very compassionate and easy to get along with. He made sure that I was pain-free throughout the procedure... All of the staff members were very nice too- The nurse that I had on Friday was very sweet and took good care of me. She made sure that I was comfortable.... I especially enjoyed the connection with Rhonda during my 2nd appointment. She was funny, kind, and very down to earth... I will be using WFD for now on.

The front desk staff was amazing, personable, and friendly. I ended up being there longer than normal for cleaning and a root canal, they made me feel like I know them on a first name basis. The hygienist was gentle when she cleaned my teeth and they aren't sore at all after but feel squeaky clean. The dentist are always professional and I would recommend coming here for all your dental needs. They actually had no problem getting me in to fix my emergency root canal! As someone with severe dental anxiety, I cannot be more complementary of the team at Wichita Family Dental. I have been to dentists in the past that are very harsh and forceful, not really caring about patient comfort just as long as the job got done. That attitude simply does not exist at Wichita Family Dental. Everyone from the reception team to the hygienist team to the doctors have been nothing but patient, kind, and understanding. They go out of their way every step of the way to make sure you are comfortable with what is being done in your mouth. I may hate going to the dentist, but I LOVE the team at Wichita Family Dental! I’m TERRIFIED of the dentist and I made that clear upon arrival. Amy, the hygienist, made sure to explain everything she was doing and why. We mixed in normal conversations, went over a treatment plan and literally made my experience pain free. They offer amazing comfort items such as a warm blanket, a neck pillow, a warm washcloth, chapstick, and so much more to make you comfortable. When Dr came in he was friendly, smart, and thorough. I didn’t feel like he was in a rush or after my money. We discussed prices and he even came me a complimentary strong toothpaste. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve only been living in Wichita for 10 months and I first came to Wichita Family Dental after only a month here and loved them! Dr. B is the best- he noticed I had some issues with my former dental fixes and helped me to resolve those! Fast forward to now and they just put in a crown and it was great! I was very nervous but Dr. B and the hygienists were so nice and made sure I was comfortable. They worked with me to make sure I was on a good payment plan with my insurance and the care credit card and took amazing care of me! Had a great experience with the staff and service provide went in same day on a Saturday got me in shortly after i called. The nurse was super nice and went over all expenses with me before doing anything to my mouth i asked for more than one extra and she made sure I understood it would be another fee and i was ok with it. The doctor came in and was friendly with me as well and told me the plan she felt was best i agreed but wanted to take sometime and think about it all for awhile i asked for a script of antibiotics so i could work on the infection before any procedures and she gladly wrote one out for me. I dont have insurance like many others out there and i feel like they treated me as if the truly cared for my well being and weren't just trying to rush me out the doors.

After having pain from my wisdom teeth I called and scheduled a same day appointment for a consultation. All of their staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. After talking with the Dentist whom was also great, we were able to get the extraction done the same day. After the removal of my three wisdom teeth, one of the hygienist gave me a travel bag with a coffee cup and a muffin. One of the best displays of customer service out there.
