I had my first cleaning with Riverside Dental since starting with them this year. I got to meet Kathy and she did a wonderful job on my teeth. After the cleaning I had a question about a billing on previous work done at Riverside Dental. The question was quickly resolved by the Insurance specialist who exceeded my expectations. She certainly made my day in informing me that I had a higher credit on my billing than what I expected. Thank you so much. It is so nice to have a dental office that I can talk to for a change. God bless all of you!

Your staff is very professional. You talked me through the whole process and kept me calm. You guys made sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciate since I have not to seen a dentist in years. This is the best Dental office I have ever visited. They are very efficient, so no waiting. They walk you through everything they are doing, make sure you are comfortable and respond quickly to make things as comfortable as possible. I have taken my kids here and they loved Dr. B! I’m so happy to have found such a great dental team now that we are living in Wichita again! I highly recommend!!

I love this Dentist. I get EXTREMELY anxious going to the dentist, like whole body shaking as soon as I walk in the door kind of anxious. They are extremely sweet with making sure I am as comfortable as possible and getting through cleaning, fillings, and x rays efficiently. I would 10/10 recommend. And I just love how much they all like each other. There is always lightweight kind of feeling when you’re there. Also their receptionist are just the best!

Had accidentally crushed my temporary crown like 5 days in. They saw me the next day asap took like 20 minutes for them to fix me up! Im a new patient and they have been amazing so far going to bring the whole family to get there teeth care here!! They are wonderful and should definitely be considered if you need a dentist!!

I would absolutely recommend Riverside Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I cracked a tooth and was experiencing a considerable amount of pain. Always have 10/10 visits but when I chipped my tooth and came her for a crown on my front tooth. They ended up making it to bright even after my crown got sent back and it was shaved to thin so I feel the fake tooth daily. Would’ve rated them 5 stars but for the past year I’ve been bugged by my capped tooth and it’s really annoying since it’ll be there for life

Wow. I highly recommend!! I dont have anxiety but I do have a negative view on visiting the dentist due to past experiences. My last visit to one was 8yrs ago, and im really glad I chose this place. Staffing is super friendly and understanding. The way they conduct themselves works really well with people who have anxiety. I had to get a crown and I was expecting to be in a lot of pain while they did the procedure, but I barely even felt the needle and it was great! It was super convenient during my initial intake visit, since they made a list of procedures I would need done with prices that includes my insurance. I was able to put the total amount onto my account with them, so I won't have to worry about having the money for my next visit.

I was quite anxious going in at first because growing up my family didn’t teach me proper dental hygiene and my teeth were bad. After getting so many recommendations and finally getting dental insurance i booked an appointment to fix my teeth. Everyone was so welcoming and non-judgmental once I arrived. They did some cleaning right away and set up my dental plan whilst explaining it all to me. They genuinely just wanna see you smile your best and be happy. :)

Hands down THE BEST Dental office I have ever been to in my 60 years on this planet! I am overjoyed that I found them. I researched every dental clinic in Wichita after being tortured by an impatient Dentist while I was in training for the Air Force in the 80's! I've been to other dental clinics in town and was dissatisfied with patient care. Riverside Dental has a long history of kind, quality care. I really appreciate the way they treat patients and each other!!!

This place has great vibes. If you're worried about going to the dentist because you have not been in a long time and you keep putting it off because you're embarrassed, don't be. Every person who works here is compassionate and understanding plus they have the best dental hygienists who are efficient and I've never had any pain from a cleaning. I enjoy going to the dentist. Every 6 months for 23 years I have a date with my daughter at Riverside Dental for a regular cleaning and I've never once had a bad experience. If you need a dentist there's no need to look anywhere else because you can't get better than this. The wait time is usually less than 5 minutes. Dr. Newman a good dentist who will help you get your teeth back on track and he's friendly too. Pam at the front desk is my favorite. She's been there forever and can help with any questions or concerns you might have. Riverside Dental will put a smile on your face.

i was an accidental walk in, my husband had made my appt at a diffrent dentist by accident. they still fit me in and fixed my tooth beautifuly. they were so nice, and very considerite of my anxiety. 10 out of 10 on the very first visit. since then i have seen them for 5 more visits, and the dental work itself is top notch, but more importantly to me i was able to go to my most recent apointment with out needing valium befor hand. riverside dental is top notch.

They are really nice people. They always get us in to see them, when we need them. They took us without insurance and worked with us on the payment part. THEY GAVE ME MY SMILE BACK. They gave me a thing call a Flapper that replaced 3 teeth that were giving me problems .They pulled my husband teeth that everywhere else was saying he need a root canal , for half of what others were charging, They care for the people well being and not just for what is profitable. Today was my first appoimtment with this office. I have grown up in the area most of my life and knew about it but had never been there until today. I must say from the outside you would never think much of it. But once you get into the lobby your pleasantly greeted at the door with friendly staff. The waiting room was clean, well decorated with soft lighting. There wasnt much paperwork for a new patient appointment which was nice. And my assisant whom was friendly and inviting was ready before my check in processe was finished. So i didnt even have a chance to wait! The exam rooms were well kept and updated with hd tv's. I saw Dr. Rupp. Both her, and her staff were happy to answer any questions i had with patience and understanding (i had a few). They have a handy way of communicating to one another thru some kind of bluetooth earset. And i liked how much of a team player everyone seemed to be. I made a follow up appointment for some work i need done, which was scheduled by the dr. In the exam room. She personally walked me back out into the lobby which i thought was good customer service! Very pleased with my care so far, i will defiantly be referring friends/family and anyone looking for a new dentist !!

The only reason they do not get a five star is because the male dental assistant. I have been going here for years and never one issue. I was getting a shot and he sent unbelievable pain thru my entire face. If I were to ever go back I would not let him in the same room. He needs to go back to school. Yes I cussed at him. And that being said, the other dentists and assistants besides him are amazing. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I have been going to Riverside Dental since I was a child. I trust the entire staff and most importantly the dentists. I have been a patient of both Dr. Steven and Dr Steven-Rupp. I remember when I got my wisdom teeth pulled it literally took 5 minutes and they were out. I didn't even need to take my pain meds and had no swelling. In addition, I had always heard that root canals were horrible. When I went in to get one I was so terrified. It was seriously one of the easiest painless procedures I have had. Lastly, I have TMJ and when I would sleep I would clench my jaw. This aggravated the TMJ and caused major headaches and neck pain. It got to the point that I almost paid $3000 for a splint from a specialist. Luckily, I listened to Dr. Steven-Rupp and purchased the NTI which was much simpler and WAY less expensive. Since I have worn the NTI my pain has been reduced by about 90%. I no longer get the headaches that I use to. Riverside Dental has literally changed my life.
