Todays visit with Traci and Dr. Pauly was the most enlightening visit with a dentist I have probably ever had. They not only touched on the dental health of a 81 year old but had long term solutions offered to me to keep me healthy. These solutions were not just thrown at me, but explained to me so I could understand why they were especially important to my well being.

I used to hate going to the dentist, then I found Pauly Dental. They consulted with me and we came up with a plan to fix my janky teeth. The whole staff is great, they’re all friendly and know their stuff. Can’t confirm, but Dr. Pauly may have four hands, a tooth artist. And they have a WellCare plan that’s a much better deal than independent dental insurance

Ally was my hygienist and of course I also saw Dr. Pauly. Ally was wonderful. She made me feel very at ease the entire time. January 2023 As our family has grown we have started to bring our children to see the dentist. She and the hygienists do a great job with our 3 year old and when the time comes to take the 1 year old, I’m sure they will be amazing with him too. My toddler was super excited to see the lobby toys are back. In a previous visit they caught that the 3 year old has some oral ties that will require releasing in the future. We were thinking that the ties were present but we couldn’t be for sure as we aren’t professionals in this field. Also; my in-laws have moved to the area and have nothing but nice things to say as well. Thanks Pauly Dental team for taking care of our whole family! 2017 My husband and I recently got married moved to the area and have been in need of a new dentist. Dr Pauly was amazing as well as her staff. I really enjoyed my visit.

Dr Pauley and her staff are the best! Especially want to give a shout out to Traci the hygienist. Traci knows her stuff! I learned so much from her on my first appointment. I received education from Traci I never received from any other dental office. They have really helped meet come along way with my dental/gum disease. I had Ally once as a sub for Traci ave she was excellent as well. Dr pauly filled a cavity. Never felt a thing. From the front office staff all the way to the Dr. your mouth will thank you. Oh, you should see all the pics of cosmetic dentistry they have on their wall. Beautiful!

I need to preface this review with a few details. I have, for as long as I can remember, hated going to the dentists office. I had terrible experiences all throughout my life with uncaring and unsympathetic professionals. I also have had massive dental issues over and over and had always felt shame about my problems. I had a major panic attack before even arriving and did not want to go in…but I’m glad I did! I was not talked down to or lectured about my personal failings, but was educated about why my mouth is in the shape it is in. It reminded me of being around my favorite teachers, kind and compassionate and wanting to teach. My hygienist, Traci, was so kind to me and explained everything in the detail I wanted. Funny conversation really made me relax. My fiancé and his family rave about the care here and I got to finally experience it firsthand. Dr. Pauly was also just fantastic. I walked out of there with an actual plan to make my dental health a priority in my life. Thank you Traci and Dr. Pauly! I’m actually looking forward to the next visit. :)

The lobby was very welcoming, I filled out a quick form and was called back within minutes of arriving. The Hygienist Danielle walked me back for x-rays and a general check and a consultation for teeth whitening. I loved that I was able to see the scans on the screen as we were talking about my previous dental work. We took the impressions for the trays and Danielle was very supportive as I attempted not to drool all over the place (not very well though). Dr. Pauly came in for the final consult and we discussed a plan of action for two spots that could become cavities and my lower wisdom teeth that have never been removed. Everyone I spoke with, from the doctor to the ladies at the desk, were extremely patient and informative as I asked continuous questions to learn more. I go back next week for my custom trays and a full cleaning and I could not be more excited I decided to change to Pauly Dental for my oral health!

I have teeth that can be a bit interesting and Dr. Pauly is very patient, creative, concerned and determined to make sure I have the best smile possible. This is not my experience at other offices to it is a breath of fresh air find a dentist interested in my comfort and concerns. Terra Pauly is a GREAT dentist!! As soon as you walk into her business, you can tell that Dr. Pauly cares for her patients. The waiting area is very nice and quite, and her people behind the counter are friendly and helpful. Dr. Pauly's dental hygienist are careful, caring, and considerate. My dental hygienist is Danielle, and she is Fantastic! The only issue I have, and it's not a big deal. Is parking. Parking can be a bit tight at times, but I'm there only every 6 months more or less. I highly recommend Dr. Terra Pauly as your dentist. :-)

Pauly dental is absolutely without competition. Nobody in Wichita and now Houston does it better. The people are the best and you can rest assured they will do their job. I really miss going there since I moved and cannot find any office here that compares. In the sense of having a good dentist I wish I would not have moved. Keep up the good work everyone.

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter, my son and myself. Scheduling was very easy and I was sent confirmation and reminders regarding the appointment. The front office staff was not as professional as I was expecting given phone conversations. I figured there would be paperwork but I don't think I arrived early enough to complete this prior to the exams. The exams were great and I was impressed with the knowledge, concern and communication of the dental staff. We were given plenty of time, patience and compassion. Upon my exit I felt overwhelmed as the front office staff were not mindful of my attempting to complete the left over paper work as they tried to complete our appointments by scheduling the next ones and then discussing plans for future dental work. Is it possible, upon check-in, to schedule a follow up call for later in the day to discuss the visit, any work suggested by the doctor and associated costs? To discuss those matters out in the lobby with other patients presents seems to be a vulnerable situation for the patient?
