Dr. Humlicek is skilled & wonderful, as well as all the staff. I have only been a patient for a little over a month and have already had three dental emergencies.(broke three teeth!!) which they handled expediently and with great care. Very considerate dentist and staff, they always do their best to get me in ASAP. Ashley has improved my smile immensely since my first visit and I'm thankful for her!

Love this office! They are always very friendly, and it is such a welcoming, fun atmosphere. I have a 4 year old who always feels comfortable, even excited, to visit! Mai and Ashley are who I’ve worked with specifically, and they always make sure to explain thoroughly and answer any questions I may have. The front office is amazing with scheduling and always work to fit you into a sooner visit if possible! I am really happy we chose this office for our visits!!

I have the worst dental anxiety and have not seen a dentist in over 12 years because of it. But that has changed since seeing Dr. Humlicek and her staff. They are all incredible and so kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Humlicek and her assistant Gabby are the best in the business in my opinion. Gabby knew going into this that I was incredibly nervous and her kindness and understanding helped ease any worries I had. Dr. Humlicek was so gentle when working on my teeth and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. They’re very professional, but the way the care for their patients goes above and beyond. 12/10 recommend them!

Chelsea is absolutely amazing. I have such a huge fear when it comes to visiting a dentist office and she makes every effort to make you as comfortable as possible. She guides you through everything she does and has patience. I didn’t even experience as much pain in the after care as I have with other hygienist. Had my first root canal today and was absolutely terrified. The team did amazing in comforting me. No pain after the numbing shots. If you have a phobia of dentists this is definitely the place to go!

Because I wasn't due for a cleaning, Ashley went over x-rays & recommended a plan for me. Unlike other dentists, she didn't go for the expensive things first giving me time to think about my dental priorities. I highly recommend Humlicek for all your dental needs.

Very professional staff! They even play good music not your typical dentist office music! They take their time to explain everything they do. If they have an issue they will take a picture and show you, on the picture, exactly what the issue is. They treat everyone like best friends. The facility is very nice, clean and comfortable. The nervousness of seeing the dentist fades away very quickly here.

Dr. Humlicek was able to to see me right away for an emergency root canal. She referred me over to an amazing specialist Dr. Barry. Both of these doctors were kind and very transparent with everything. The procedure was smooth, fast, and very little discomfort. Today was my first visit. Overall great experience. Receptionists helpful and kind. Hygienist and dentist also very kind and caring. Did not cause me to feel embarrassed or make me feel bad for neglecting my teeth for far too long. My only complaint is that the air freshener in the waiting room was WAY too strong and gave me an instant migraine which left me nauseous. Hopefully that’s not always the case.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Humlicek practice for over a year now. They are all very knowledgeable when you ask any questions. They are all very gentle with me. I have very sensitive teeth and they are so good about making sure the water temperature is good. I am in the process of having a bridge done as well as a crown on an other area. They have been great working with my insurance and working to accommodate my schedule. The girls are wonderful to work with. Friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable! Up to date technology. No pain in getting tooth filled. Informative, takes time to answer questions, and gives options along with prices. Excellent Dental savings plan if you have no dental insurance. Left message and sent email about some tooth concerns after hours. I received a phone call and an email response the very next morning. I received a free face to face consultation the next day, a print out of the costs, and an appointment made to have the work done. Dr Humlicek is efficient, quick, and takes the time to make sure every question and concern is addressed. She is always smiling and has a cheerfulness when she communicates.

I had the worst tooth pain of my life yesterday. I called Dr. Humlicek's office and it directed me to an after hours number for emergencies. I called and Dr. Humlicek answered and let me know I could come in first thing in the morning to have my wisdom tooth removed. I went in and filled out paperwork and went straight back to have it taken care of. This was the most efficient and caring dentist I've ever experienced. Her and her staff were so nice and she knew I was in a great deal of pain and took care of my tooth right away. I would recommend this dentist to anyone! Especially for emergencies.

Great first visit. I just moved to Wichita and I was supposed to have my first cleaning at the beginning of June. Unfortunately I broke a piece of my tooth off before my first visit. This happened on a weekend when the office was closed so I sent in an appointment request through the portal. After I sent in the appointment request I saw online that if it is an emergency they recommend calling instead. I called Monday morning shortly after the office opened and they already had a time blocked off for me the same day. Dr Humlicek was very professional and went over every option for me. They had all my insurance information ready in their system and were able to give me my out of pocket costs for when I go back to get my crown. This is very helpful to have this up front so that I am not surprised when I get my bill.

Friendly, energetic, and overall a very well put together organized group of people. They give realistic times for appointments and give you estimated lengths that each visit may take. Which is great for a single parent with two kids on a crazy schedule most days. Their receptionist even reminded me to set up a visit for myself. The paperwork was simple and fast, and insurance is taken care of beforehand to speed up the process. They're not open on the weekends, but that's kind of a great thing. Overworked staff usually can't preform to the best of their abilities. So to sum things up if you're looking for a new family dental practice, give these guys a shot.

The staff at Humlicek Family Dental are very friendly. Cynthia has done 2 of my cleanings now, and in the past the dentist wasn’t my favorite place. I always felt judged on my teeth, or uninformed of what was going on. Cynthia is amazing ! She will have normal conversation with you, as well as, talk to you about what she is doing, why she is doing it, and what tools she is using. I have not felt uncomfortable with this team at all. Actually excited to be starting invisalign soon, and tbh I look forward to seeing Cynthia. I don’t find myself dreading having to go to the dentist ! We have never , ever had such detailed teeth cleaning, nor such attentive and professional staff. Beginning with Nancy that was able to get us an earlier appointment, and it worked for us. Dr. ASHLEY was clear in her plan to help me with my teeth , and help work on a two year plan to fix my teeth, so I can chew better and stop biting the interior of my mouth when chewing. And then there is the dental appearance that was also addressed. My grandson was finally able to be referred to Dr. Lichtey for wisdom teeth extractions. The plan is to get his teeth into braces. While I was THIER he checked the area wher my wart on the roof of my mouth had been removed and everything was healing well , and the best part is that pathology said it wasn’t malignant.we could not be happier.

She spoke honestly about things that could be concerning and gave advice that is not at all judgmental. Her staff are all super friendly and they continue to learn and improve, by using new and high tech equipment. They offer an array of cosmetic dental improvements, but they do not push or pressure at all. You can make your appointments online and know exactly who you would see. They send text message appointment reminders and confirmation. If you follow them on Facebook sometimes you'll catch a deal, see a contest/giveaway, or you'll just see their smiling faces (and fun Halloween costumes every October!). This office is very conscience of COVID19 and has taken extra precautions from the very beginning. The lobby has physically distanced chairs and limited access, staff with extra PPE, barriers, sanitizer and a quick health screening before entry. Overall, with Humlicek Family Dental - you (and your teeth) are in good hands.

I can't rave about Dr. Humlicek and her staff enough. I will be the first to admit I do not like change and was not totally happy with he lack of info I received when she purchased this dental practice from my previous dentist. However, I have seen her twice since then and I will be a loyal client for as long as she is in business, as will my daughter. She is not only a great dentist, she has compassion and heart and treats her patients as human being and not just a dollar figure or an insurance claim. For specifics, today I had a filling re-sealed. It had been a horrible day and I was in tears as I entered the office. I was trying to pull myself together but my hormones would have nothing to do with it. To spare you the long boring details, Dr. Humlicek truly made my day better. She did her job with the upmost care and dignity as I laid on the chair and cried. She respected my personal issues and didn't pry but she inquired and spoke words of compassion that in all honesty weren't really part of her job. Her assistant, a student from WSU, was also amazing. I must say as I listened to Dr. Humlicek teach and train this young woman, I was again impressed. She has a heart and love for her practice and her patients. Thank you! This beautiful Dr & her staff are amazing. Having gum recession for YEARS, my cleanings potentially hurt a bit. Not at ALL with Dr Humliceks office. They take the time necessary to be gentle, thorough AND have provided me with an alternative to gum grafts until I'm ready- no other dental office has EVER provided this to me before. In addition they stock a fantastic take home fluoride treatment that's priced very competitively, and a teeth whitener alternative to trays that is AMAZING.
