(see update below) I broke my upper plate and chose this place mostly because they advertised a quick turnaround time. (Sometimes as little as one day) It has been one month ago that I paid for a new upper plate. I still don't have it. Had I known that it would take this long, I never would have walked in their door. I can't speak to the quality of their work because they have not completed it. Hopefully someone reads this and can make a better informed decision than I did. It's also worth checking out the story KWCH put out on this place. UPDATE: After a few tries I now have my upper plate. I am changing my review from one to three stars. I have received a quality product at a good price. Everyone I dealt with at this place was polite and professional. The only problem is with the time it took to complete my denture.

Dr. Nguyen took care of me. I had 16 teeth pulled and the staff was very caring and helpful. My dental history was filled with fear and untrust.i needed people who were understanding and cincere about truly caring and listening to my needs. He frequently asked if I was OK during my treatment. When we were done I couldn't believe how fast he finished. When we were all done I left feeling very glad I had chose affordable dentures. Thank you to all who have helped me.

Customer service is much improved since I was there 6 months ago. There was a lot of room for improvement. I got top of the line partial dentures in September 2021. One tooth broke out in July '22. It took 5 or 6 phone calls just to get an appointment to repair them. Then there were 30 people in the waiting room, clearly overscheduled. On 13 December 3 teeth broke out, obviously because of poor original adhesion. This time it took only one call to Jackie on 14 December for an appt on 5 January. There were only a handful of people waiting and Brandy helped me quickly. I had to pay $215 up front and wait a week without dentures, but that is tolerable IF they are properly repaired. Bert

Dr Dan and all the ladies are wonderful. I'm getting only a top plate and I have a few issues that are outside of the denture issues, but they have taken great care of me, and made me feel like I am important to them, not just another payment in their pockets. I am forever grateful to Dr. Nguyen. He did what no other dentist (in three states) would do: provided a permanent crown for an implant that was done by someone else. It took a while, but only because Dr. Nguyen insisted on doing it right and being meticulous. I'd say he went above and beyond for me, and wow I sure do appreciate it. Huge shoutout to Charity and Jennel (Jannelle? Sorry, spelling) as well! He has an excellent staff. They work tirelessly, day in and day out to take care of the ceaseless stream of patients that come through there. My permanent implant looks great! So I had a review on here that wasn't so great but after revisiting this place the lady I talked to and helped me on Friday she did great. Great at fixing the issue I was having and she answered all ?'s I had. I really wish I could have remembered her name. My teeth fit so much better now!

Full mouth extractions were done in 1 hour and 40 minutes with very little discomfort. Dr. Nguyen and staff are very skilled and reassuring. Highly recommend!

I was just seen yesterday, I have had dental problems and have a deficiency that causes my teeth to break, Dr was so kind and respectful, Monday I will be having 23 teeth surgically removed and a temp denture until the healing is done then my regular ones. I will update after the procedure* Day Of procedure, everyone has been so kind to me as I am visually shaking, all employees took the time to assist with calming me down, Dr was absolutely professional and so kind, and gentle I will never seen another dentist as long as Dr Nguyen is available. 10plus stars. * It has been almost five months since my initial appointment and I have nothing but great things to say, every one from the front desk to the back are respectful and kind❤️, thank you for everything!!! .

I would have rated a 5 but I could not get a written prescription for the antibiotics I needed. Supposedly there is some law that came out that says they can not write a paper prescription it has to be emailed to the pharmacy which wouldn't be a problem except I am a veteran and get my medications at the VA. I can understand this for narcotics but not antibiotics.

Doc Nguyen and his amazing staff were incredibly friendly, professional ,and they are absolutely experts in their craft !! Dr. Nguyen & his staff removed my 25 remaining rotten, and very infected, and probably would have eventually put me in an early grave nasty a$$ teeth, and he had me back on the road within about 6-7 hours with a brand new set of teeth / dentures!! Thank you Doc Nguyen you did an amazing job and you're an amazing Dentist , person and an even better Man !! I was scared beyond belief to have 25 teeth removed in one day and Doctor when did it simply, professionally, correctly and absolutely painlessly.....obviously I am sore after the procedure now but during the procedure he did not miss one spot and had me so numb I literally felt nothing for the entire procedure and again Doc N .and his staff are amazing!!! 5 * * * * * Thank you, Josh Harper

I still have my temporary dentures, it's only been like 3 weeks since I had them pulled. Ordered a new top plate. From initial phone call to set appt, until the time I had my denture, was less than 2 weeks, so I was already impressed. The dentist is super friendly, as were all of the staff. I got my plate and literally for the first time ever, it needed no adjustment! I have never got a denture that didn't require at least a little adjusting, but this one fit perfectly! I get home, use it for 2 days, and I then realized that they didn't put the metal mesh in the denture as I had ordered and paid for. I called them the next day and was met with phenomenal customer service! Yes, I have to go back, and it'll be another week or so, but I was NOT met with any arrogance as I thought I might be! They apologized, explained exactly how it was missed and told me they would remake the plate so that it was installed correctly! Even though I'm a little put out by the mistake, Affordable Dentures is taking care of it, and are just so damned nice, that I'm not even upset! Bottom line: if you need dentures, you GOTTA GO HERE! 🙂 EDIT: I got the new plate today and it is perfect, I have a smile for the first time in years because Affordable Dentures worked with me to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted!

I had my top teeth removed and a temporary denture put in. I was terrified of the extractions, but Dr. Nguyen calmed my fears. He did an amazing job getting me numb with little to no pain. I felt zero pain during the extraction process. My temporary denture is so pretty. I can't wait to see what the permanent one will look like. The prices are great. The staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Nguyen did such a good job for me, I cannot say it enough. I would recommend anyone get their denture serviced here.

Fast and friendly service. Prices have gone up, (what prices haven't), but, still affordable for now. Nice complete set of dentures were $1070. Not the best quality they offer, but, the best I can afford. They last set same quality that I bought from affordable dentures were a little bit cheaper but they lasted over 7 years and would have lasted longer if my puppy hadn't found them on my nightstand and chewed them to pieces. I would definitely recommend affordable dentures to anyone needing dental work with a variety of pricing I think you'll be happy.

Just had my tops done today, as far as the Dr goes ,he is a very good Kool dentist. He is fast and hardly no pain at all, my dentures are a little big and crooked but just had them put in today. Have to go back Thursday and have them check out hopefully they can fix them a little better..as far as the Dr goes he is a good dentist and I recommend him, very good fast and hardly no pain at all...thank you Doc. There was a problem with my wax try in meaning the dentures could not be completed in the one day planned. Since we live 3-3.5 hours away this presented a problem. Affordable Dentures and Implants was very accommodating and offered to work me in the next day or later if we chose. I so appreciated their flexibility and understanding.

Dr Nguyen really takes the time to go over a Dental plan to address your needs. He appears to be passionate about helping his patients have a positive dental experience. The financial cost for services was 1/2 the cost of most other dentist in the area. I hope the final stage is as good as the beginning. I will update you as my experience progresses. Very nice folks! I only had a consult, but am looking forward to my next appt! A year ago they pulled all my teeth, I received a temporary set of dentures, they were great about working with me to ensure the fit was right. A month ago I got my permanent teeth and I love them! I went there for a free consultation and X-rays I went up to check in and the ladies at the front desk were really nice and welcoming. I waited for maybe 30 minutes before they called my name which didn’t bother me cause they were pretty busy. When I got called back I waited for them to do my X-rays before I saw the dentist which I was really nervous about cause I hate dentists but when he came into the room he could definitely tell that something was wrong. He was very reassuring letting me know that just because I’ve had bad experiences in the past doesn’t mean that all dentists have to be that way and he is there to make people more confident and just wants to help people like me be able to smile again with confidence. He went through what he would have to do and made sure I understood everything. I’m definitely looking forward to going back real soon to get my dental work started. What I have experienced so far has been great but I don't have my dentures back yet, so can't completely give a full service review yet. They say Affordable Dentures and this for the most part is probably true but as bad as I got screwed at Cambridge Family Dentistry over these dentures and mini implants, it is costing me an extra $1500 to $1800 because of the worthless unprofessional job Cambridge did 3 different times. The wax impressions they have done show to be fitting MUCH MUCH better than any of the Cambridge dentures. A full complete review will be completed once i get my new dentures in

She started out the adventure excited and optimistic for the surgery and she made sure I had my needs met when it came to my adjustments for my temporaries and my final set. . I have had a fear of the dentist for most of my life. Because of this my teeth got really bad starting at early age. It took a lot of courage in order for me to go to the dentist but when I met Dr. Nguyen I was immediately comforted. He is kind, funny, calming and he really cares about his patients. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and 100% pain free. He is by far the best dentist! You will not be disappointed! His employees are amazing! Lacy has spent countless hours on the phone talking to my dad, explaining procedures and billing and she has always gone out of her way to help us. Dr. Nguyen's dental assistant Sam is wonderful too. She is kind and also very calming. The team at Affordable Dentures has changed my life in so many ways I can't even begin to explain how wonderful they are. I have been a patient since Dr. Nguyen opened up. I’m will come back as long as he is in practice. First, you need patience. They see a lot of people because they take care of most of the state. I always plan to be there all day for anything major, but I’m usually in and out within an hour for a check up or realignment. Dr. Nguyen and his staff are lovely people. They offer the lowest prices I could find and an exceptional product. If I ever have an issue, it is fixed immediately. I was having trouble with my fit after healing. They worked with me until I was 100% happy with the fit. They even told me that if they couldn’t get them right, they would cast a new set. I am so happy with my dentures. I’m happy with the how well they treat me when I go in. I’m happy that I have a beautiful smile that is so perfect, people don’t believe me when I tell them I wear dentures. I’m happy I can eat anything I want again, with very few exceptions (I’m looking at you chocolate caramels). The whole staff is knowledgeable, kind, and vastly patient.

This was the absolute best dental experience I have had my entire life. Dr Nguyen and his staff are top notch and made me very comfortable from when i walked in to when i walked out with my new teeth. They did 18 extractions and the pain during this was very minimal even the local anesthetic Dr Nguyeh performed was almost painless. Techs and staff were AWSOME.

Absolutely the best dental experience I have had. The staff is very friendly and informative. Sam and Dr. Nguyen were wonderful. I felt no pain with the shots and honestly didn't know he had all the extractions done. He is extremely gentle and caring. Yesterday was my procedure and today I have a small amount of bruising, very little swelling and am adjusting to my immediate dentures. Pain is minimal and no medication needed. I am highly impressed and would definitely recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants Yesterday, June 30th, I had a follow up to adjust my dentures because I was unhappy with the fit since my swelling had gone down and I had several months of healing. The lab tech was very supportive and understanding with my issues. She did not let me leave the office until both she and I were happy about the fit and feel of my dentures. I would highly recommend Affordable Dentures and Implants to anyone who needs denture care.

I've been using and coming to central for some time now, and let's be honest no one wants to be at a dentist, its not like going to get ice cream now then is it? Anyway, the gals in the office are incredible, even with the amount of patients they stay upbeat and friendly. As for being in the back, Miss Kelsey helped me and I have to be honest she made my trip fun, and light and was super courteous. My consultation was on September 3rd, and I was incredibly nervous. Luckily, one of the Receptionists, Christina, is an absolute delight and kept me comfortable while I waited to be called back. After I was called back and sat in the chair, we did my x-rays, and then it was time for the gross pink molding part. But, no worries, because Charity and Samantha made me feel super comfortable, even though I kept gagging, and they had to redo the pink filling about four times. They were SO sweet and patient with me. After that, Samantha (Dr. Nguyen's Assistant), came to speak with me and answered every nervous question I had. Cut-to a week later, for my actual surgery, and obviously I was even more of a nervous wreck - since I had to get FOURTEEN teeth pulled - and it went well! The only negative part was hearing the tooth break while being extracted (yes, my mouth was THAT bad), and I basically scared the Doctor and Samantha (Sorry, again, for that, guys!) But they continuously calmed me down, and I was out of there in very little time (not sure how long, but it wasn't as long as I thought.) There were some minor complications with my bleeding (not their fault at all), so I had to go back the following day to get my fitting for my temporary dentures, and Charity's attitude and service was outstanding. I'm on day 3 of recovery, and have my POC in a few days and we'll go from there! A special thank you to Samantha, Charity, Christina (as well as the other Front Desk ladies), and Dr. Nguyen for giving me my self-esteem and smile back. I use to ALWAYS cover up my smile, and now, I cannot WAIT to show it off!!

I feel you over book which in turn places a long wait time for your patients. I appreciate the staff for their efforts but feel there is room for improvements. Showed up 8:30 am and at 5 pm am still waiting. I am currently one of at least four people still waiting this is not acceptable! My drive home is 4 hours long ! Doctor is great. The girls who work for him are good except for there is no continuity in the information they give you. Sometimes you have to ask if they have “instruction sheets” available for how to care for your mouth after procedures or how to care for your dentures etc. Need to be more thorough in there information!! Girls at front desk are very nice. Need to learn how to return phone calls. Sometimes it’s hard to get appointments for adjustments within a reasonable time.

The same day service is great, most of the staff members are friendly, & I'm happy with the quality of the denture I purchased. My only complaint is about the long wait times. I had the same problem the last time I was here too, about a year ago. My appointment was for 9:30, & they didn't get me back to do the impression until almost 11:00. Then I had to sit & wait for another 30 minutes after that just to pay for it. The waiting room was completely packed. It seems that they schedule several patients for each appointment time, so it gets really backed up. This is definitely the best place to go for affordable dentures, but make sure you allow yourself plenty of time. Don't make any other appointments close to your scheduled time, because you will most likely be there for at least a couple of hours each time you go in.

Outstanding experience I had at this location. When I went they were short handed by 4 people so the wait was a bit lengthy had an appointment at 10:30am didn’t leave my fitting until 1:30. But even with them being short staffed they still were able to get me my dentures to me the same day. But however though the staff was awesome made me feel right at home and plus you can’t beat dentures for 359 dollars. Hell of a deal I will definantly come back here for any of my denture needs. Also definantly worth the 3 hour drive from my home!!! Will also recommend to my friends and family as well

At bottom of review for update!! So i came here several years ago and purchased the highest set of dentures and wasnt happy. TODAY i learned of a new management so i opted to give them another chance to get fitting dentures. IM SO GLAD I DID!! Although the process has taken several hours to get right the staff went out of thier way to ensure i had properly fitting comfortable teeth! Thank you all for fixing my teeth. So 3 days later...i have very sore gums. During my new liner process they didnt smooth the liner now makeing me have to again come back for an adjustment. Isnt the denture checked by the doctors not just the patient for fit. After watching yet more videos i learned of a paste WHICH WASNT used for mine to show spots that will rub...even though the doctor lowered my liner price im still upset they didnt take this step to prevent a need to return. I was looking for a dentist that would remove my teeth and make and place in dentures the same day. Even though at first when I learned they don’t do sedation dentistry I was beyond apprehensive to have my teeth removed as I had never had numerous teeth removed without being sedated. But after talking for some time with Dr. Nguyen and Kristin one of his dental assistance I felt as though I could have everything done that day. To say I was nervous is an understatement, but I can’t say enough how I happy I am that Dr. Nguyen was the dentist I chose. He is by far the best dentist I have ever been to, he listens to you, truly cares if your comfortable before he starts the procedure of extracting teeth and is a great dentist. I didn’t even feel when he gave me the shots to numb by gums. I had 10 teeth removed the same day and I am so glad that I chose his office. Kristin and Stephanie his assistances were absolutely wonderful and they also were caring and compassionate. Everyone in the office were truly wonderful from the first time I spoke with them to make the appointment. They make you feel as if your family and I would highly recommend them. I informed the doctor before this whole thing began, the only pain I don't handle well is teeth pain. Dr Nguyen is wonderful. The staff is great. They had all the answers without the questions. I had 28 teeth pulled. It didn't hurt not even a little. There was a long wait. This wait is because he really cares about the comfort of his patients. He talks to them to make sure this is what they want. I even heard him talk a woman out of being there because she didn't seem comfortable getting all of her teeth pulled. I'm only on day 2 but I'm completely out of pain. I have a full set of teeth for the first time in 20 years. Thank you so much, looking forward to my next appointment. Add As if it couldn't get better, I had to go in for my 7 day check up. At this appointment they make the dentures fit better in your mouth! After she got done, I almost fell like they're my teeth! They said that it still gets more comfortable. I'll keep you posted after my next appointment. I went and got my soft liners put in today. It was a very good experience but I wanted to wait until I ate to leave this. It was a really easy time at the office this time. They filled my dentures with something. I had to sit with it in my mouth for about 5 minutes. They took them out and took them in the back. When they got back, they put them in my mouth. I didn't immediately notice a difference, like I said earlier, there are times that I forget I'm wearing them. They explained that I have to clean them differently. Easy time. I got home this evening and ate dinner. Wow, that's really the only word that fits. The difference it made in eating is phenomenal. They feel even more like my teeth now than ever before. This has given me more of a piece of mind than I've had since probably high school. Thank you Dr Nguyen. I will never forget this experience.

I'm pretty shocked to see all of these negative reviews to be honest. I have been to their office half a dozen times and never once have I felt disrespected or thought that the staff was anything less than professional. There can be a bit of a wait at times. But it's not an uncomfortably long wait by any means. At least not in my experience anyway. And setting up appointments is incredibly easy and I've never had any issues with that at all. I did have to miss one appointment and was rescheduled for 3 weeks out but it was fine with me because it was just a follow-up. I'm sure that if I had any legitimate issues then they would have been able to fit me in much sooner. As for Dr. Nguyen, the man is magic. I was incredibly apprehensive about the fact that he only uses shots before extractions. I wanted conscious sedation at the very least but Dr. Nguyen was very reassuring and he was very easy to trust. He treated me with kindness and respect and he walked me through everything. When it came time for the extractions, this is where the magic comes in. Dr. Nguyen is very careful and takes his time in order to maximize patient comfort. I did feel the shots obviously but I wouldn't call them painful at all. After the shots took effect, the extractions started. And I felt zero pain whatsoever from the extractions, except for about 3 of them and even then it wasn't too bad. But I simply raised my hand to let him know and he stopped, gave me another shot, and then I didn't feel anything else. I have had some horrible experiences with dentists in the past and that left a mark on me. But Dr. Nguyen completely erased that mark. He was phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for a better dentist. Now, obviously my experiences are my own and yours may be different. But all I know is that Dr. Nguyen is amazing at his job and I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs his services. I am so grateful for what he's done for me and my quality of life is so much better because of him. I can't thank him and his staff enough.

I found them to be quick, efficient and very friendly! They are a very busy office but the doctor spends the time he needs with each patient to make sure they are okay and that they understand any instructions. I have a lot of medical problems and Doctor Nguyen was very cautious with me and kept asking me if I was doing all right and kept checking to make sure I was breathing like I was supposed to. I was so satisfied that I decided on a plan before I left, so they took me back in and made impression molds so they'd be ready for my next appt. in 2 weeks, saving me a third trip! I live 2 hrs away and doing that then saved me time and money. I did not have to pay one cent that day either, as new patient x-ray and consult is FREE!

New dentures fit well, and the staff is polite and professional, for the most part. The dentist is very likable. The prices are very good compared to going through your regular dentist. Full payment is expected right at time of service, so be prepared for that. You will need to file with your own insurance, if applicable. However, what you need to know when you call to set up an appointment, is be prepared to WAIT... a lot. Schedule this to take your entire day (take the day off work). They seem to schedule a group of people for the same time, then call them to the back as available chairs open. So you may wait an hour or more, then will be asked to come back in 2-3 hours for wax fitting, then come back again later in the day for final fitting. Each time you return you have to wait again for your turn. You do have the option of coming back another day for each stage; but again, you may wait over an hour to be called to the back, and then wait again in the dental chair until your turn. This is just an FYI for first-timers for many, the cost savings is worth the long waits.

The dentist is super sharp, and I feel lucky I found this place. All of the staff is also very knowledgeable and helpful. They are not afraid to post their prices on the Internet - which is almost unheard of in dentistry. The facilities are not that nice but that pales in comparison to the competent care that I have received. I initially got a free consultation which cost me $100 at another place. They have a lab onsite that facilitates a quicker turnaround. If you want a totally private room, high prices, nice pictures on the walls, live plants, and the latest selection of magazines - then don’t go here.

10 out of 10! This place was amazing! I suffer from bad anxiety so I have avoided the dentist most of my adult life. My teeth had become bad enough that I didn't have a choice anymore. I had to go... Dr Nguyen was amazing. He addressed my anxiety and made sure I was ok throughout the entire procedure. Any time I flinched or whined (I am a huge baby!) he would stop and make sure I was doing ok and add extra novicane when necessary. He talked to me during the whole procedure and let me know what he was doing as he was doing it so my anxiety wouldn't freak out. He was the best dentist for my anxiety and I'm so glad I called and set up my initial appt!!! I had a total of 9 extractions, temporary dentures made for while I'm healing, and once I'm healed I will receive my permanent dentures. I would definitely recommend Dr Nguyen to anyone with a fear of dentists!!! He is amazing!

This is a wonderful place to go if you have dental problems. I had my bottom teeth removed and dentures placed immediately. Can honestly say I never even felt the initial injection when the Dr. started or any of the teeth removal. Now for the next week or two there was some pain but that is un-avoidable. Went back for follow up adjustments on the denture and was very satisfied with that. Sam, one of the girls that assist the Dr. does a fantastic job at making sure the denture is corrected to help with soreness. All the employees treat you great and the price is very reasonable. Highly Recommend!

Let me start by saying I love this place. Ask for Sam. She is the most amazing assistant! I had 18 teeth pulled and full dentures placed. Sam put me at ease, she and Dr Nguyen made sure I understood what was happening and kept up a great banter to help distract me. You can tell they really enjoy working together. Sam helped me with my numb-duck-lips and even helped gently steady my chin toward the end. She took great care of every detail so that Dr Nguyen could concentrate on just my teeth. She even anticipated several times what he needed and the extractions all went smoothly. The staff are all great, and Dr. Nguyen is amazing! I'm almost sorry I don't have more teeth to pull. I don't typically leave reviews ... But this place is above and beyond amazing! I would give them more stars if I could. Just 8 weeks ago.... My too teeth were in bad shape. All dead. And it is because I hate the dentist and haven't been in 20 years! So my anxiety was high and my fear of the situation was through the roof. Here I am only 40 and in need of fake teeth. I was also on a budget so that added more stress. But Dr. Nguyen, Sam, and Marlena ... Well, they are angels if you ask me. I'd also like to give some praise to the receptionists! The experience was as close to perfect as I could have hoped! They got me in for a free consult. They thoroughly explained everything about the procedure and the costs. They even let me just sit and think about it for an hour before I made my decision. Let me say just one thing about the prices.... It's worth it and your not gonna beat what they charge. I got same-day service with the consult in the morning followed by the impressions around lunch. I came in late in the afternoon and the staff even stayed late to finish my procedure and make sure my new denture fit right. Maybe it's because my fear had me pretty paralyzed. Maybe it's because I just wanted it to be over as fast as possible. Or maybe Dr. Nguyen is just an amazing doctor ... But he removed my 14 teeth in 20 minutes. Of course he made sure I was properly numb and ready beforehand, but once it was go time... Man did he get to work. He is an extremely friendly and caring man. And funny as well. He will make sure you are comfortable and taken care of My denture was ready just shortly after my extractions. They only had to make adjustments once to make it fit comfortably but offered to adjust it more if needed or to just come in any time if it wasn't fitting right. I was able to make it a month before I had to have anything adjusted. Now that I have the softliner in.... It fits like a glove. I'm not even using adhesive at this point and I talk and eat just fine! Now... The best part! The denture itself! If you don't know, you get a temporary denture for the first 8-12 months. The temporary one is always the basic model. There are choices of tooth color, but other then that... It's just the standard denture. That had me worried initially. I wanted to look better immediately. I didn't wanna wait a year with just the basic model in my mouth. I wanted to smile and feel like myself. Well guess what? Even the basic one is amazing!!! Since I had the majority of my teeth ( just in bad shape) the tech was pretty much able to match my original smile. I almost cried when they handed me the mirror and let me see it in my mouth for the first time. I actually looked like me again!!! The fit is great, the teeth look extremely natural, and so far it seems very strong and functional for eating. I feel like words cant properly describe how amazing just the basic temporary denture is. When my temporary time is up I am getting the more pricey one, but at this point it's mainly just for the 7 year warranty that comes with the enhanced denture. If you can only afford the basic denture .... Trust me ... You'll enjoy it! Sam and Marlena assisted and have helped me in follow up appointments. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Sam seemed genuinely excited about my new teeth and told me she couldn't believe how great they looked. They both seemed happy to get this middle aged guy comfortable with his smile again. And the receptionists... Considering how busy they are and how many patients are coming, going, in the middle of different procedures, etc ... They are on top of things and friendly as well! Great doctor. Great staff. Now let me warn you about just one thing. Be prepared to spend some time at the office. They might be magic... But magic takes time. With prices and service THIS GOOD... It's no wonder they are busy. They have people travel from all over just to get dental work done. Bring a friend, bring a book, bring a pack of smokes... Whatever you need to kill the time. If your prepared for it, the wait isn't bad.

I had my lower teeth extracted and dentures put in in when Affordable Dentures was Central Dentures. I had such an awful painful experience, I was afraid to have my upper teeth extracted and put it off for several years. I finally went in and Dr. Don Nguyen removed my upper ten teeth. I was very apprehensive but Dr. Nguyen was very good and promised me he wouldn't hurt me. He lived up to his promise and he was wonderful. I highly recommend him! Love my new teeth! Excellent job of casting and the staff is very attentive and professional! Any concerns I have are taken care of in a timely manner. EDIT: I have now had my Ultimate dentures over 2 years. The bottom denture had to be re-cast and completely redone due to somehow not aligning top and bottom. This was several months ago... Dr. Nguyen was FANTASTIC in his exam and making sure the new denture was properly aligned. No problems since save for the usual touch-ups in small areas. The pandemic has been a challenge for all medical and dental offices. They have really made their office from the waiting room to the treatment areas and ppe for the staff to make sure everyone is protected. A+++ for Affordable Dentures! Have referred family and friends and all have had similar positive experirnces!

i love the dentist here, I had my teeth done some years ago and due to that experience, I took my overly nervous husband here to have some teeth removed yesterday. I was as impressed with the doctor all over again- as with my prior visit, we came in the morning for X-ray and returned in the afternoon for the removal and the doctor goes unaffected by the long hours of non stop patients- he is kind, calm, soothing, and even funny and does a quick efficient job.. my husband was impressed with him as well, having had bad experiences other places in the past- I will always recommend this dentist! That being said, both times I was totally unimpressed with the rest of the staff - they certainly do not have the same ability as the doctor to maintain a kind demeanor throughout the day- and I understand why , when I referred her there, my mother in law never made it past the front desk when she needed a partial, because “they were rude” ...both times I’ve been there (when I had my teeth done and yesterday for husband) I was left thinking they should switch staff half way through the day- (even though the staff was different this time the demeanor was the same) it would be nice to see this doctor find a staff that match his ability both to do a good job and make the patients feel welcome and comfortable... but this doctor is worth accepting the sub par staff around him - we will go back despite them - thank you doctor for the great care and for living up to the rave referrals I give others !!

Blend right in with my other teeth so well you cant tell where the false ones are. The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that my top is just a tiny bit too bulky. They are having me come in tomorrow to fix tge issue so i imagine when all is said and done it'll be an easy 5 star. Love it

Dentists and dental offices had always been scary places for me, memories of drills, getting braces, and having teeth pulled etc. The people at Affordable Dentures were so reassuring and nice though, so I was able to calm down. So like everyone headed down the "my teeth suck, I'm getting them all pulled" road, I was very nervous. I researched and decided, then changed my mind, then decided again, a thousand times. Finally settled on going here, and having all my teeth, upper and lower, removed and getting immediate dentures. I have been dreading it for years...wow did I over think it. Dr Nguyen is seriously the BEST dentist I have ever been to. His bedside manner is better than anyone I've previously seen, and he's just an all around great guy. I drove from Hays ks to Wichita just bc I liked him so much. He made molds, made the dentures, I came back, he pulled all my teeth, and I left with new ones. The extractions weren't nearly as bad as I envisioned them being, and went twice as fast as I thought they would. He was gentle, and talked me thru the whole process, routinely making sure I was in no pain. The shots are always the worst part, and he is so experienced that he goes very slow and easy, it was a walk in the park compared to dealing with broken painful teeth every day. I was concerned with how the dentures would look, but am shocked that they look great! Better than my original teeth did. They need adjusting routinely due to your gums shrinking as they heal, but his office is good at what they do. And for the affordable prices they charge, good luck finding anywhere else that does quality work at a price that doesn't break you. Very happy, and would recommend this particular practice to anybody. Thanks Dr. Don Nguyen!

The reasons behind a 4 and not a 5, Dr. Did great getting my teeth out, wonderful experience there, the Aftercare however, whomever was with the Dr, did not give me any gauze or aftercare instructions. She sent me away and told me my dentures would be done at 3. I went and got my pain meds and came back by 3 and they were not finished. I was in so much pain, that I was in the waiting room crying, and one nurse in particular and I do not know her name, came out to talk to me and help me, brought me ice packs and assisted me the best she could. Because of COVID19 they did not have as many techs working on dentures and it took 2 extra hours. Because of this i was so swollen I cannot wear my dentures right now. That one nurse though, took amazing care of me, she even walked me out to my car and talked to my boyfriend about my care. She herself gets. 10 out of 5!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came here when it was Central Dental and was always happy with my teeth. I have came to Affordable dentures several times, and have seen the dentistry really go down hill. I purchased the most expensive Dentures they have and never have I had a pair of dentures that feel really good in my mouth as long as I don’t eat. Cannot bite anything off. I use to be able to eat roasted ears. Not anymore!! They knew they weren’t fitting so they kept pushing me out for 2-3 months so it would be past the warranty so they could charge me to align them. This doctor does not care if they fit. You want to throw your money away go to this place!!

I had a lot of infection and knew that I might have some issues because of it. Again the DR and his staff were great. Very professional and caring. I thought I was going to an assembly line discount denture practice where everyone would be very mechanical in how they did business but what I got was a staff that remmbered who I was and honestly wanted to help make my life and health better. Decent prices but patients are treated like they are in an assembly line. Multiple appointments are scheduled for the same time, which means you have to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour past the scheduled appointment. There is no privacy between rooms which means people in the labor can hear your consultation with the technician. Finally, you are not informed that payment is due the same day until you are ready to begin the procedure.

I highly recommend Affordable Dentures. Everyone is so kind and answered all my questions. I was really nervous about getting ALL my teeth pulled but Dr Nguyen and his assistant explained everything and were very caring. Be patient. It will take several months for your gums to shrink. You will be sent home the very first day with temporary dentures. As your gums shrink you will need to come every month or so to get your temporary dentures "fitted" to your shrunken gums. I had so much dental work all my adult life. I needed to do something. I had 3 different dentists tell me there was nothing more they could do. I am 63 years old and was so tired of pain, needles, time and money spent. Just decided to get it over with. I had implants put in the bottom to hold bottom denture in. Nice. I did get another estimate from another dentist for dentures that advertise on tv and they were $15,000 MORE than Affordable Dentures. I am very pleased with Dr Nguyen and his staff. Please if you are still in doubt just make an appointment for a consultation. They will answer all your questions.

The doctor in Wichita Ks is AMAZING he took the extra time to make me feel comfortable and Talk to me not many dentist will do that ! The nurses where very caring too ! The only thing I wish was different is they took more time to put my dentures together right they are to big and very uncomfortable you can tell the lab hurried threw it! Week later update for my review up top: first off I’m a drama queen and gave it no time to get better before I wrote that the unexpected is very scary lol! I just had my one week check up and they are fitting much better after being filed down in all the right places! I feel like a new and improved women already ! Hi! I took my father here to get new teeth. He had not had any that fit him for a few years now and could not eat anything that he would have to chew so pretty much soft foods, shakes, etc. He had dentures in the past and also implants this last time. He had some men beat him so bad when he was in his early 70s, he is 78 now, and that is when the implants were ruined, I think he said they cost him 12,000.00 He was beaten so bad they broke out his dentures and broke his jaw. It was awful and that is when he lost the teeth he had before. My dad had his original dentures and he would put them in just to go to the store, bank etc. He said he didn't want to scare anyone but they were way too big for his mouth in my opinion and were always falling down. He finally gave in and wanted to see if he could find some dentures for an affordable price. To him, what he payed was a fortune but knowing how much my dentist charge, I believe he got an excellent price and compared to his implants I would say VERY affordable. I want to say again he had not actually had any teeth in years that he ate with so when he got his new dentures at affordable dentures they seemed to fit perfectly. The very 1st thing he ate was an apple and nuts. He had not had this in years, and he was so happy. I said DAD, really? I think thats brave considering you are going to have to get used to wearing dentures again. Sure enough his gums were sore and he did get a little sore on his gums so today I took him back just to get the bottom ones adjusted a little more and I talked to him earlier this evening and he said they are perfect now! He had already had another apple. lol The staff, the Doctor and the dentures are awesome! The staff was so patient and worked hard to make sure the dentures fit just perfect, I was so IMPRESSED with how kind and patient all of the staff we dealt with was. One of the receptionist even took time to send me a picture of him with his new teeth one day because I couldn't go with him that one time. How thoughtful. I would highly recommend affordable dentures In a very large part because of the dentures and the staff, they were OUTSTANDING! One thing to be aware of though, be prepared to be patient yourself because they have a house full of customers and there was waiting each time. I had my teeth all pulled at the age of 38 and purchased 2 different sets of pricey dentures that did not fit right or caused canker sores before! Taking a chance on an affordable set of dentures... My 3rd set in 4 years... From Central Dental. After several years I decided they were getting too dull to chew properly and went back for a new set. Since they had served so well with simple wear and tear I returned to Central Dental. I couldn't remember when I got them, so they looked it up... The dentures were 22 years old! with no problems!!! (No, I don't recommend waiting that long, although I was having no problems!). The only down side is the wait time to get in for your appointment.. for me it was 3 months. Went in at 8am, molds were taken, went back at 2pm and got my new dentures. Price at that time was $350. I know the cost has gone up, but they're still affordable. I have had no problem with these dentures.. not even a canker sore. Everyone at Central Dental was polite, considerate and helpful. Excellent Service!!!

My experience was as I expected it to be. A lot of pain, then healing, and finally comfort at an affordable price. The nurses were great, and the operating doctors were all business. At my follow up visit, the doctor noticed that my first permanent set of full dentures were in poor shape and voluntarily made me a new flawless set for free. They did everything I asked and worked to maintain my appointments. If you need to be nurtured and coddled by your doctor to have your teeth worked on, perhaps this is not the place for you. However, if you effectively want to have a procedure done with prudence and little to no "song and dance" then Central Dental Clinic is the right place. They are up front with the cost, and deliver the service. I recommend them to anyone who wants or needs serious dental work.
