So when I went to affordable dentures at first, I was very afraid because of what I read in the reviews. My experience with Dr. Gaskin was awesome very nice. He explains everything to you. The receptionist is a very nice lady. She’s also helpful and the only thing that I can say is to make an appointment. You have to go there because they don’t pick up the phone but other than that all I can say, is everyone experience is different and this is mine.

The telephone system is always NOT WORKING. I had to drive to the office twice just to talk with someone. I was really having a hard time with this office until I had to interact with Ms Diana Schings. She is the Lab Manager and is just great at her job. She is very understanding and professional and the only reason that I would ever consider using this office again.

I was so nervous and anxious going to this office, I waited in the waiting room for a while AFTER my appointment time and was beginning to lose my patience and courage to even get seen. But the Doc himself came out and called me back, and immediately I calmed down. Dr. Willis is AMAZING! His energy is so positive and uplifting, he is dedicated to his work and makes all of his patients feel truly cared about! If it wasn’t for him I probably would have left this place and never looked back.

Until my visit yesterday, I seriously regretted coming here. Oh how I wished I had chosen more wisely. Now, FINALLY, there's a new Doctor on site at the Virginia Beach location of AD&I, and he truly cares for and listens to every one of his patients. The staff at the VA Beach affordable dentures office are wonderful. They seem to be understaff. But they are very polite kind and considerate. They make sure that you have a good understanding what services that you will be receiving. A thank you to Miss Chris, Miss Tyneshia , and I can't leave out Miss Diane. When calling to set up and appointment for my mother (she is disabled) the rep was very friendly, informative, and helpful. She told me how to pull the forms offline to make new patient check in fast and easy. The staff was also friendly and efficient and explained everything they were doing as they went. We will have to wait for the new dentures to be cast and fitted, but I am sure we will get the same great service we did Tuesday. They were recommended to us by one of the ladies at church and I would be happy to pass that recommendation to anyone who needs it!

Heading into the building I was afraid to go in because traffic made me late but the receptionist was so nice when i explained what happened. I haven't been here in years and wasn't aware the prices went up but I explained to Ms. Carol the caretaker who was assisting me in the back and she told me she could help me have a nicer smile and saved me some money since my engagement party was coming up. I was so excited to have come in contact with her, there are some true professionals who are willing to help and she was.

The medical equipment is definitely state of the art as far as imaging.The surgeon was meticulous prescribing a plan so I could understand what needed to be done to resolve serious issues relating to bone loss.You feel like you are in good hands at all times.

For me to reveal that my teeth are a mess is very embarrassing. I have worn dentures for 30 plus years and have used Affordable Dentures for the last three sets. I called the Virginia Beach office and was able to get an appointment for the next day. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. They took full x-rays and Dr Gaskins spent a good amount of time and showed me around the lab. I got to meet one of the technicians that will do the building of my dentures. I have a difficult lower partial and the tech assured me that they could build it. The whole staff from receptionist to x-ray tech to impression tech and Dr. were friendly, kind and compassionate. When I left I immediately called my wife to share what was a great visit and how blessed I felt. Can't wait for my new set.

Staff very courteous, but not enough chairs in waiting room due to the pandemic. I have difficulty walking due to a recent stroke, I was told to fill out paperwork in my car, but a very kind lady offered her seat. I needed work done very soon, other dentists gave me dates 6 to 8 weeks away. Because of my severity, I was able to get an appointment needed.

I had my top teeth done and they did a great job. This time my BP was high to get my bottoms done and we worked together to get it done, I appreciate their support and encouragement finally 3rd times a charm. Nurses were great support, office nurses amazing!! Extractions were smooth and done within an hour. Healing has begun final set in a few months. Thanks everyone!

Everything is going nicely. The only slight negative would be the phones. They are inundated with so many calls which many times roll over to voicemail. Therefore, I always make follow-up appointments before leaving an appointment. Otherwise, every. single. person. there is most polite, professional and respectful. Dr. Spain and all the ladies are wonderful. I'm not happy with the temproraries but, then, again this is a whole new ball of wax to work around and deal with. Even if you brushed/flossed your teeth daily, and have a lifetime of regular cleanings before those efforts become distant memories, do you realize how important your original teeth really are. EDIT: I now have the permanents and the ladies have all been very good with accommodations for adjustments. This practice provides professional service and I recommend them to anyone needing dentures or implants. Also, I would recommend investing in their top-of-the-line dentures or implants. It's an investment in YOU! So, why not go for the very best? I did and sure am grateful to have done so.

Was treated professionally and with respect. Treatment plan was explained completely and so was pricing. Only problem was the wait waiting for the dentist, however it was explained to me he was in surgery and was updated often and professionally.

I waited a long time for the appointment. When I arrived at the appointment. I waited another hour. Before they took me in. I have to say that the dental hygienist and the doctor were excellent. They're very reasonable after doing comparison shopping. After the first appointment they were quick to get me in the following week for the follow-up appointment that I needed. And once more I can say that they explained everything to me as far as charges and procedures. I live on a set income and their explanation was very helpful. I'm looking forward to my new teeth.

So far, good. There is a wait time. Just expect it and be patient. Staff has been pleasant. However, they didn't explain the process at all. Though I was getting the partial when they called that it was in. Apparently, there are more steps involved. Have another appointment next week. Be patient, ask questions and know that you get what you pay for. Do your own research and have a little knowledge before going in.

VA. BEACH OFFICE: I gave four stars for overall experience. It's best to go in the morning. No guarantee that you will be seen, but chances are good. Appointment setting is difficult. Afternoon, from 2-3pm you feel like your rushed, so that the staff can get out of there. Most of the staff doesn't seem to care or take their time. no compassion. BUT: I give SANDRA a rating from 1-10 and it is: A BIG 10. You keep doing the hard work you do. You were always patient, caring. You showed compassion towards your patients. So, if you are reading this, then ask for Sandra if you have to go back for any denture work. She is AWSOME!!!

First time coming in with my mom. The receptionist was nice. So After filling out paperwork. Was called to the back by Mrs. Caroline. She Took my moms x-rays and was just the Sweetest she can be. Then saw Dr. Ravy. Ehhhh, it’s like she didn’t want to be there. Just Her tone of voice of going over my moms x-rays and asking her questions. I have to say that I have had a great experience with Affordable Dentures in Virginia Beach. From the dentist who did the extractions to the poor girl that had to get my impressions (I am a terrible gagger). She was so patient and did her best to calm me down so we could get the impression. When I went back that afternoon to get my dentures, I had another wonderful girl helping me out. She altered the dentures for my gag reflex. She was so helpful and patient as well. The dentist and the others that helped me that day all stopped by to see me with my new teeth. They also walked out to the lobby to help reveal the new me to my fiance. I recently went in for my soft reline. The wonderful girl who did my impressions did this procedure. Again, she went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say. I didn't have one bad experience there. My only complaint would be the wait time in the office. But they are helping many people, so that is to be expected.

I went on the 3rd of April, I have anxiety going to the dentist office. The Staff and Dr. Dennis are amazing and had my anxiety gone in the first few minutes that I was in the back. Dr. Dennis even had me laughing. Im very satisfied with my dentures, they look better than my real teeth did before they went bad. My smile is back and I just need to heal so that I'm not in pain. I was surprised at how long I had to wait, I had a 10:00 appointment and wasn’t called back until after 11. I felt like the facility wasn’t very clean, which worried me greatly since we are in a pandemic. I won’t be returning to the Virginia Beach location. When I scheduled another appointment it will be at the Moyock location.

I had Affordable Dentures do an upper denture for my handicap sister. It takes special people to work with and make my sister comfortable and the staff were the best at this. She went back for her adjustments and final teeth and she looked forward to going. They were not only professional they took time with her and even gave her a hug when we left. In fact I was so impressed that I needed a very tooth removed and I did the with them too. I can highly recommend them for my sister and me as well.

The waiting periods on scheduled appointments is too long. Jasmine is by tops the only one at the office who has the compassion to deal with seniors. As I have not got the 6200.00 and still in my temporary teeth. Either way you look at things the office could use some changes.

Ofelia in the Virginia Beach office has helped my father twice in the last 6 months. I looked up "Ofelia" and found the Greek meaning is "help". She is very good at what she does. My father's Parkinson’s is progressing and he has not been able to speak for almost 10 years. Ofelia was very patient and attentive. She was able to communicate with Dad just fine! The adjustments to the dentures that he has had for almost two years now was made quickly and he has no discomfort today. Dr. Gaskins has a great staff. We are happy to have found them.

I had been dealing with the Moyock office since 2014. To get the implants I had to go to Va Beach. I must say the difference is crazy. The staff cared about me being happy with my final dentures. They look so much like my original teeth and I am so happy. The Moyock office didn’t seem to care if I was satisfied or not. It was like take what we give you and be happy. Definitely going to Va Beach from now on.

The initial visit was nice and comfortable, being a new denture wearer is different and you need someone to help adjust to this new phase of life. After a couple months and a couple visits the comfort changed,i feel more like a number and less like a patient the warmth and comfort is gone,and the feelings of doudt and unease has set it if its no trouble can you repair my partials? A patient should not feel like a burden.Oh well! Its business i guess and im just taking it to personal. The only negative was waiting, I was given a 7am appt. & I was not seen until after 8:15. The receptionists seemed dis-organized. No one told me I'd be waiting. If they can't manage their desk and phone calls, some considerations need to be put in place. You have drive to Va., Branch to make any communications. I mean ANY. Never delt With any staff as this one in any business or dental facility. I can get thru the Emergency Room quicker than here. A Quality Control person need to be hired very soon. Customers are also ignored at sliding glass at desk/ very lengthy wait. Front desk not courteous. If it wasn't for the discount, believe me there would be no customers.

Presently, I am hoping to obtain my "ULTIMATE-FIT DENTURES" faster than the time frame that I was told. I will keep everyone posted as to what my final thoughts are. I just want to give the most exact, and honest, review of my entire experience because I am told that there are some waiting to hear of this. Thank you everyone, (to those that are trusting in my opinion, and to everyone that has tried to make this a pleasing experience at AFFORDABLE DENTURES). My gums are doing fine, and beginning to have actual healing over the site where my 5 upper extractions were done. This is my second post and I just don't know what to do. Monday I had all my teeth removed and dentures made..they don't fit and I know about healing and swelling. I never really had any help when being fited I was rushed. They make my mouth sore and I can not chew can't chew nothing..I called and tried to get in to see the Doctor but the front desk ladies won't make an appointment and they are giving medical advice, like it'll be better after the swelling goes down and then you can get relined...thats not their postion and second of all I'm a heart patient that has to eat but right now all I can slide down my throat is mash potatoes and pudding..they did make me an appointment on Sept 7th wow over a week...I have to eat..and I can't get in to see the Doctor...I'm thinking about calling the Department of Dentistry and file a complaint..and go somewhere else and get these dentures fix so I can eat before it causes me other health problems but they Affordable Dentures don't seem to care at least the ladies in front I'm sure the Dr. Has no idea about this as I can't talk or see him.. Any ideas out there...thanks..not saying all is bad but I have a health problem...

Received conflicting opinions from both dentist (the lady dentist seem to be bothered that the dental consulatant continued to look for the denture sample I was showed by the male dentist, that I wanted due it had to be specified on paperwork) but I decided to get my other dental work first and didn't wait for paper print out due to the attitude of the lady dentist whom just had a negative disposition about my wanting the sample I was showed and told me I could wait in the waiting room after I went to the restroom, due the asst walked away doing other things and had not even printed my recommended plan I will look into other dentist useing my insurance to compare price before I decide to use Affordable Dentures

At first I was going to give them 4 1/2 to 5 stars but have dropped them to 3 just for pricing. I went and had 7 teeth pulled, 4 implants and multiple stitching on my bottom jaw. After 6 days of horrendous bruising on my face which I expected after this type of procedure I was having issues with the temporary bottom denture to the point I couldn’t eat or hardly speak without it cutting into my gums. I went in as a walk hoping that they could just file it down a smudge for comfort but after waiting a hour and being told it would be longer I left almost in tears. I’ll go back for my follow ups as they have my payment in full but if you are looking for a place that has any empathy this isn’t it. I was hoping with the new dentist the atmosphere would have changed but it didn’t. Again pricing is great but that’s all I can recommend.
