A warm greeting, knowledgeable staff, informative Dr., advanced technology, and a relaxing 4K video, all lend to a great experience. I always appreciate when a professional goes to great lengths to explain the work they are doing, or plan to do, with the reasoning behind it. I wasn’t disappointed. Dr Bawany does a great job explaining everything in detail. Stephanie did a great job with the X-ray and scans. Looking forward to getting my dental needs “filled” here. Update 9/15 -Went back for my cleaning. Great experience. Holly at the front door and Yosi, the Hygienist, took great care of me.

This was my first time at this practice and I left very impressed. I have the most sensitive teeth/gums and have had terrible experiences with dental hygienists and doctors not taking my pain seriously. The dental hygienists/assistants were so caring and kind to me, they asked how I was doing throughout the cleaning and made sure to be very gentle. The doctor, Natalie, was very sweet and intelligent and I never felt like she was trying to rush to get to the next patient. She did 2 fillings for me that were completely painless and done very quick. Holli at the front desk was lovely as well and was able to make me a next-day appointment.

Dr. Bawany was very professional and thorough. I came in as a new patient for tooth pain, and I was able to get a complete exam, cleaning, and a filling! This was all done in a very reasonable amount of time. All the staff was extremely nice, made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will be recommending this Dental office to everyone!

I recently relocated from MA and needed to find a new dentist. Without hesitation, I give this place 5 stars! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt very welcomed and cared for. The ladies at the desk were very pleasant and personable. One helped me with my insurance. I didn't even have to wait 1 minute and was called back. The girl doing my x-rays explained everything she was doing and what the technology did. Which, by the way, is very up to date and pretty neat seeing some of the things. The Dentist was so wonderful. She asked questions and made sure I understood. Genuinely seemed to care about my health. And lastly, my hygienist was fantastic! She made me feel comfortable and was gentle when she did my cleaning. She explained things to me as well. I also really liked the video while sitting in the chair. Something to focus on and relax. Very clean as well. All the girls today really take pride in their work and their patients. I truly have never had a better experience at a doctors or dentist office. I even called my mom to tell her! This place is top notch. Highly recommend. Thank you girls!

I had my first visit to Tampa Smile Co. on Saturday and was so impressed. I was greeted warmly by Holly at the front desk and felt so relaxed, including with the attractive decor in the lobby. I’m very nervous and apprehensive about dentists due to prior experience. I found this team on ZocDoc and due to the outstanding/high volume of reviews, it emboldened me to try. And I’m SO glad I found them!!! They sat me down and provided me with great insight into a short term and long term plan. I just left from a deep cleaning on the most sensitive side of my mouth. They made sure I was comfortable and the operation was pain free…They have innovative and high tech tools as well as great customer service… I’m now looking forward to coming back and moving ahead with my long term goals. I have been going to Tampa Smile Co’s south Tampa location since they opened and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist! The office has a very welcoming feel as soon as you step into the building. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and Dr. Bentivegna is amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable while also being very friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. On my most recent visit after having tooth pain for a few days, Dr. Bentivegna was able to figure out and thoroughly explain exactly what was wrong almost immediately after seeing the scans of my teeth. She has done lots of work on my teeth and her work is immaculate. It is the only dentist office that I can say I’ve ever had an enjoyable experience at and I no longer dread going to the dentist. After going to Dr. B I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth! 10/5 stars!!!!

My dental hygienist Yosi was so gentle I really had an amazing and PAINLESS experience. If I had known that I would have an experience like that going to the dentist I would’ve gone much earlier. Update: after a crown and nearly completed dental implant, my experience has not changed a bit. Professional, friendly with great attention to detail. One thing did change since the last review... Dr. Bawany is about to completely restore my mouth. It's like rewinding the time! -- This was my first visit as a new patient. The whole experience was fantastic. Organized, knowledgeable, super friendly and easy going staff. I am already booked for my first procedure (dental implant). My options and everything related to the procedure was explained in an understanding manner and that confirmed my inclination toward having the implant done. Strange to say, but I am looking forward to the dentist appointment! haha I'll update my review after the procedure is done. So far, the best experience I've had in any doctor's office.

I found this office because my tooth broke on a Friday afternoon and I could not find any office that would even answer their phone, including my own dentist! I was able to get in the next day. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Dr Bawany is caring and honest. I appreciated him telling me what I needed to know and not what I wanted to hear. They have multiple payment options. Best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment Holli called me to confirm my appointment, I knew I was in good hands. When I walked into the waiting room, I was greeted kindly, and astounded by the beautiful decor that immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I was offered a beverage and given a clean pen to fill out the standard paperwork. Everyone was friendly but not in an unauthentic way. My nerves were heightened because that’s just who I am, but the amazing technology, the serene decor and the friendly people set me at ease. The doctor spent actual time with me reviewing my case, discussed my concerns, created an action plan I was comfortable with and was personable throughout. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it - especially if you’re an anxious patient like me!

I had a great experience there. Cleaning was done very gently. Often get chaulk scraping sensation when done by other hygienists. Best cleaning ever. Dentist explained my dental health in clear and manner. He really didn’t find anything that previous dental had casually mentioned without telling me how to fix it. I feel I was given all the information that I needed to make good decisions about my teeth.

Extremely friendly staff, especially Holli and Jodi! Holli took time before my appointment, and at my appointment, to go through issuance questions with me. Jodi was incredibly thorough, nice and friendly. Dr. Bawany is also very nice and doesn’t push any treatments on you. He gives it to you straight, explains everything, gives you his recommendations and allows you to decide what you would like to proceed with. Office is also incredibly clean.

The office is staff is really nice, and they have complimentary drinks. Love that the dentist offers all the options available then let’s you decide, and there’s no berating you for not flossing or bushing your teeth multiple times a day. The only down side I see is the usual high prices that always go with dental treatments, but they are willing to work on a payment plan. Best dentist I’ve been to since I was a kid.

I have never had my teeth cleaned as thoroughly as she cleaned them. She obviously takes pride in her work and it shows. Yosi also took a barrage of x-rays and different scans of every single one of my teeth. Dr. Bawany later came in and reviewed everything in detail with me in terms I could easily understand. It's a small office and that appeals to me. It's not a cattle call. It is very much a friendly, caring office. After my first visit, I knew everyone by name. If you are looking for a dentist that hawks products, this is not for you. They are extremely up to date with technology, but aren't going to push products. Dr. Bawany has a confident demeanor. He told me my options but never pushed. He shared things about the teeth and mouth that were fascinating. Up to date equipment and technique, friendly, and caring.

I have always had a hard time with dentists. When I was a child, a dentist pulled the wrong tooth. When I came to this office, I really had no expectations because I hid from the dentist my entire life until I knew something needed to be fixed- no cleanings, no check-ups, NOTHING. The entire staff, from Holly at the front desk to the hygienists and Dr. Bawany himself, are each amazing. I made it known that I was very nervous for a procedure so I was offered a blanket, medication to ease my mind, and received ample communication from both Holly and Dr. Bawany about the what to expect (both physically and financially). I was also given a treatment plan that included everything I would need to get done to bring my oral health back up to snuff that was carefully gone over with me with detailed explanations on all risks and benefits of different options. The entire staff is incredibly patient, helpful, and kind. I even got my mother to change dentists for this office! I recommend to anyone whether they just want a cleaning or need a procedure!

He was transparent, thorough and took the time to explain everything he was telling me by referring to a 3-D digital copy of my teeth. I've gotten x rays before but never the 3-d scan. He was able to not just tell me what he was seeing but show me and explain so there is no doubt in what you are being told. He really enjoys being a dentist and I can feel that in the way he spoke with myself and his staff. Ulga was incredible! She took the x rays and scans quickly and communicated with me the whole time so I knew what she was doing. Holli was quick to assist me and offer a beverage as soon as I arrived. She called me the day before so there would be no unexpected insurance issues. On top of all of this everyone was so kind. This practice was recently bought out by another provider and it has made a huge difference. Once he took over he sat me down and took the blame for something that he had no part of. In a few visits we finished my treatment and ordered my retainers. I would strongly recommend choosing all dental for any of your oral needs. I have left my previous review so you can read what he came into. I can assure you that this is no longer the practice that it used to be. I chose All Dental Tampa for invisible aligner treatment. It was one of the cheaper options, and for good reason. I would give zero stars if it was an option. This is the most disorganized dentist/orthodontist that I have ever been to. They have scheduled me for days that my Orthodontist was not in office (at least three times in less than 9 months) They scheduled me on a specific day only to find that I’m not on the schedule at all when I arrive (twice in less than 9 months) They cycle through employees (3 different orthodontists worked on my case in less than 9 month ) The inability of this office to provide the most basic services is astounding. Very rarely did they answer the phone when I called during business hours. When they did answer they could not answer my question and promised to call me back, which obviously never happened. It is ridiculous that I had to go into the office to get my questions answered because they cannot return a phone call. This establishment has been the worse healthcare experience that I have ever endured. I highly recommend going absolutely anywhere else besides All Dental Tampa

Was not sure how it was going to work out since I hated going to the dentist but I can tell you it has been the best dental experience of all the places I have ever had to go. I went to a dentist a while back that said they filled all my cavities, I had recently chipped my front tooth and made an appointment with the dentist himself and he was so nice over the phone, at my appointment during the exam they had found 9 cavities that the last dentist NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT! So instead they filled a cavity that was really bugging me. I had extremely bad panic during it and they let me hold a pillow and were so sweet and understanding of my anxiety issues, they did such a good job on it too! They numbed me extra too cuz my meds make it hard for me to be numbed by medicine. They were super nice and the staff was so sweet too! Always going here from now on! The place was also so nice and inviting and despite Covid I felt very safe!

Great office. I had a grossly decayed bottom left wisdom tooth that hurt intensely all the time. They gave me a free consult & told me how much it would & when I came in, the price didn't change like most other dental places I dealed with! Even though I couldn't get any care credit or other credit card financing due to me having no credit, Financing still was honest & she told me I could just get my wisdom teeth taken out one at a time which NOBODY else offered me so I started with my worst & now I am going to save up so I can hopefully either get 2 out next time or knock all 3 of them out. When that's all over with, I will continue to go here for general dentistry like fillings and whatnot & I am actually gonna buy dental insurance so me & my mom & brother can all go here too!! The front desk & finance ladies are very friendly! Dr Greer & the assistant did very well working on my very horrible tooth! Prescribed me plenty of medicine (which I forgot to mention I can't swallow pills) but I am working around it! They played great music while I was getting worked on which distracted me about 75% of the time. It didn't take long at all. They have a cool waiting room with the best coffee maker lol. As long as they keep their current staff & don't change ANYTHING then they just gained a patient for life. Awesome place ❤

The staff at All Dental rocks. If you want to go somewhere that the staff genuinely seem to care even if you dont believe they do, this is the place. They dont rush you or their staff. They treat you like a friend and do what ever they can to make you feel comfortable. I pretty much had my whole upper and half of my lower teeth shaved and crowned because of my cross bite and crowding. Sure that means a lot of discomfort, but just the experience alone was worth it. The NEW Dr. thats there - Doctor Henwood was an absolute godsend when she worked on my teeth- I'm normally very scared of the dentist, but she has a calming voice and gentle touch. I never felt the needle and she was excellent in every way! I think I found my new DENTIST! I'm 50 yrs old and most have been scary and downright mean in the past , but she deff. breaks that stereotype!!! EXCELLENT! God Bless you dear!
