The best Dentist Office I have ever been to. Staff is nice, the office is clean, the Doctors are extremely communicative. They continuously check to make sure that you aren't in too much discomfort while you're getting worked on. The best part is they are such good doctors that you aren't in discomfort while they're working on you. Very impressed with everyone there. Scheduled a cleaning. I was always worried about the price of dentistry which makes me apprehensive to go. But I was impressed with their prices as I am self-pay. Thank you so much Dr Nick

Great staff, great physicians, a lot to smile about! As a returning patient, I am always impressed with how the office is run and the great people operating the front and back of the office. Plenty of parking in this plaza, but definitely try not to miss the turn into the plaza or else you’ll have to u-turn a few times :)

My husband and I were able to get right in for their consultation and X-rays and even though their scheduling for a cleaning was 3 months out we asked to be put on their cancellation list and both got in 2 days after our X-rays! This office will be my forever dental office. Everyone there made my husband and myself at ease. I went in with severe tooth pain from two broken teeth and they were able to reach out and get me an appointment within an hour to have a root canal. Wow! from the moment you walk into Tampa Dental you can feel the love and welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is phenomenal. Dr. Kristina Villafria is the most kind, compassionate, and gentle dentist i've ever been to. Dr. Villafria's passion for dentistry makes you feel comfortable and her positive attitude radiates. I went to Tampa Dental for a second opinion and so happy I did! I will never go to another dentists and happy to drive all the way from downtown St. Pete. Great dental office with wonderful staff. The place is bright and clean throughout. After checking in, I was seen almost immediately with only a two minute wait. X-rays were done smoothly and quickly, and everything was explained to me thoroughly and easily. I was seen by their newest dentist, Dr. Kim, and she was friendly and knowledgeable. She made recommendations based on my x-rays and teeth, but wasn’t pushy by any means. The teeth cleaning went just as smooth with my dental hygienist. If I were to give one negative feedback, it would be with the check-out lady, who wasn’t as friendly as the other staff. Other than that, I would highly recommend this place!

I can watch TV while she is cleaning my teeth so it makes the appointment go by quickly. Dr. Nick is very patient and understands that dental work is not always high on my favorites list. He is always concerned with my comfort and very accommodating. Recently I needed impressions done to get a new retainer. Impressions are always difficult for me. He knew that and suggested we do a digital scan of my teeth instead. This option was much more comfortable and resulted in little to no anxiety for me. If you are looking for a good dentist and dental staff, I highly recommend Tampa Dental!

My husband and I used this Dental office for more than 30 years.. my husband had several urgent things happening with his teeth, and they always promptly had him come in and helped him . I have had veneers put in , with very good results.If I would eat something not compatible with the veneers, they would promptly have me in and repair any damage I had caused. In this unprecedented time, I felt safe coming to get my teeth clean. The new systems (air purifiers, bacterial mouth wash to rinse with before cleaning your teeth, plexiglass shield placed between the hygienist and patient to clean your teeth) to keep the staff and patience safe are above board. I have enjoyed coming here for years. Dr. K as he is affectionately known is the best there is. His son has taken over the practice and it runs just as smoothly. I'm so happy I found this place. I was super embarrassed, I hadn't been to the dentist in 14 years, and I was deathly afraid of the cost and the procedures. I finally have dental insurance for the first time in my life and I explained my fears to them. They worked with me on making a treatment plan and told me the costs upfront which was very helpful. Sadly, I lost my job earlier this month and will loose my insurance at the end of the month. I called and explained the new situation. The office staff was able to get me booked before the end of the month so that we could bill my insurance. I really appreciate the work they did. Once I have insurance again, I will definitely be going back to them.

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and Tampa Dental is by far the best dentist office in the Tampa area. Dr. Nick is fantastic and I look forward seeing him every time I go back. Kelly - the hygienist is a super star and she does an amazing job. The office is clean, very well maintain and the staff is friendly and very professional. The only feedback that I can think is the operational hours. Will be great if at least one or two days a week the office would stay open until 7pm. This place is very professional and on point. I had a bad tooth that needed extracting and I went to another dentist on Webb road ( name rhymes with boil ) and she was not confident in her abilities so I had them send over the X-rays to Tampa Dental and they took me in the same day and got it done fast and right. Dr Lazarus Kavouklis did the extraction. I told him the last time I had an extraction that the palatal Novocain shot was very painful so he took special care to really work in some numbing agent on the places he was going to stick and I tell you , honestly , without exaggeration , I did not feel any pain at all ! The extraction was fast and painless. The office took good care of my insurance claim and everything was done quickly and correct. They even called the next day to make sure I was feeling okay.

I moved really far away recently, but I still continue to visit Dr. K for all my dental needs. He's the best In-Network provider with my plan. The office is clean, modern, and the staff is super friendly. The younger Dr. K continues his father's legacy at this same location and does great work. They offer Invisalign, teeth whitening, repairs and ivory colored fillings amongst other things. I never have trouble scheduling an appointment to meet my needs although if the tooth fairy granted me one wish, I'd ask this office to have later hours , say 5pm-7pm once a month or so for us working folks. I will never see another dentist again!

I don't write reviews very often but I felt I had to for Tampa Dental. I have been working with Dr. Nick for a month or so on a treatment plan for pretty much my entire mouth. One of my top front teeth had abscessed and the other was dead and brownish from a previous accident. Dr. Nick suggested we take all four top front teeth out and replace them with implants. I went in on Friday to have them extracted under sedation. I was VERY nervous about being awake during the process. I was semi awake during the 1-1/2 hour procedure and was very surprised when it was over because I never felt a thing. I have a temporary "flipper" in place right now and it looks fantastic and is very comfortable. This was done yesterday and still have not felt the slightest discomfort. I can't thank Dr. Nick and his great staff enough for what they have done. I am a new man already and can't stop looking in the mirror. I can't wait to get the rest of my work done. Thank you so much Tampa Dental!! They have a patient for life in me.

Dr K is an excellent Dentist. I lost a crown that was a bridge on Monday and called Tampa Dental and they said come in Tuesday. Unfortunately one of the teeth that was cracked and they could not put the crown back on it. They were able to cut the bridge down to fit on one tooth. the other tooth had to be extracted. Dr K extracted the tooth and I did not know it was out till he told me. Dr K and his staff are great

My circumstances being unique in the sense my insurance paid my dentist from PA for the recementing of a crown which fell out in less than a week, so this was to be out of pocket. Without hesitation Dr Kavouklis stayed he wouldn’t charge me and would perform the service as a courtesy to my dentist whom he never met or spoke too! He didn’t just slap some cement in and send me on my way either. He made adjustments to the crown to insure a perfect fit, sandblasted the post and bonded it perfectly! Every single staff member said hello to me, not only making me feel welcomed, but comfortable. Vanessa was the first employee to take me back. She took x-rays of every tooth. I really liked Dr. Kristina. She has a great bedside manner and did a thorough exam. I was originally told that I'd only be having an exam and that I'd have to come back for a cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they'd be able to clean my teeth as well. Justine was my hygienist. She did an excellent job, explaining everything that was being done. In the end, I was told that I have teeth of a 40 year old. :⁠-⁠) I can't wait to go back.
