Great New Patient Exam! Dr. Pross and Theresa were so thorough and pleasant. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more complete dental exam. I was very impressed. I also had a great experience with the cleaning by Alicia, one of the hygienists. She was very friendly as well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning process! The entire office and staff was professional and welcoming!

Best dental office every!!! Cleanings always go great and Dr. Tindell is amazing! I found this office when I first moved here 3 years ago when my crown fell off. Very professional yet friendly practice. Everyone I had contact with smiled and made me feel welcome. Dr. Pross and his assistant Theresa conducted a very thorough examination. They both were very detailed in explaining and showing me the state of my dental condition. My cleaning with the hygienist Alicia was also an exceptional experience. She was especially sensitive to any concerns I had. She frequently checked my level of comfort. Alicia made the cleaning experience efficient and painless. A friend highly recommended North Pointe last year. I hate/fear going to the dentist and I delayed going due to the servere anxiety I would experience. I made my appointment, stuck to it and anxiously showed up. Absolutely the best experience I've had with a dentist and staff. When I made my initial call the receptionist was so understanding and helpful. I had broken a tooth off at the gumline. She found and scheduled an immediate appointment . Upon arrival I explained my hearing aids were" acting up" and all those who worked with me made a special effort to be sure I heard as well as understood the treatment plan and follow up care. The dentist, Dr Tindell, was very patient and gentle . He also made special effort to assure I was comfortable and to be sure I could hear when explaining the procedure. Upon completion he also reviewed the follow up treatment and explained stronger pain medication would be ordered if needed ..just call. . In conclusion I might add the cost was very reasonable and before any treatment began I was offered a written estimate. In today's world kindness, consideration and good patient care is at a minimum but not in this office!

Finding a good dental practice is almost always difficult. I was seeing a dentist at a different practice in Tampa and in the last 3 months went in for 2 exams, 1 normal cleaning, 2 sessions of deep cleaning, and another exam. I was questioning the level of care and the extent of the examination by that dentist and wanted a second opinion. Luckily after a thorough search on google I came across North Pointe Dental. North Pointe Dental got me in the office for an exam the very next day after I called and they provided a very careful and thorough dental exam, paying extra care and attention to areas that I felt had been overlooked by the other practice… sure enough 3 cavity’s were found and a few other issues that were overlooked at the other practice. I was very impressed with the level of technology this practice has available in house, as well as the level of care and communication by Dr. Lu and the rest of the staff. They communicated very well throughout the exam and explained all suggested treatment options. All things considered I would highly recommend North Pointe Dental, especially if you are currently dissatisfied with the level of care you are getting. The fresh cookies at the checkout station was a very unexpected but awesome touch too.

I love this place! From the location being perfect to the atmosphere inside is very inviting and welcoming. Going to the dentist can be intimidating. However NOT HERE! The customer service is beyond amazing you become family with everyone. Their communication is off the charts and the Dentist will have you in happy tears after their work is complete. They take their time, they LISTEN to you what’s even better they genuinely care about how you feel. Never in a million years would you get this experience at other dentist. I have been to plenty and none of them come close! The cookies, coffee, tea and water are an extra A+ 😂 North Pointe Dental Associates and their staff are #1 in Florida!!!! First time with him but I found him to be as nice as I have come to expect from the doctors and staff. After seeing the same dentist for well over twenty years, I was reluctant to go to a new one. I had vicariously experienced some of the "chain-store" and "mall dentists" virtually, through friends. But my first experience at North Pointe was excellent, from the "actual human" who answered the phone when I first called as a new patient, to exceptional attention from Brenda and Dr Tindell. Call it "old-school", but human-to-human communication and attention to detail is welcome in this "factory farm" society.

This was my first visit to see Dr Paul Lu in Tampa. My wife and I had been loyal clients of his for years and years in Spring Hill and we highly recommend him as he is a very gentle, competent “painless” dentist and a helluva nice fella! Now we can also recommend his new office and staff. The office is very homey from the wall mounted aquarium full of cichlids and tiger barbs to the home baked cookie on the way out the door. The ladies there are all very friendly and chatty like we had known them forever yet they are excellent and very experienced practitioners of their profession. I am glad Dr Lu didn’t move too far cuz I sure like his new place of business. I recommend it to anyone that can afford the gas to get there!

They are professional, courteous and thorough. Recently, I had to see a endodontist (outside the North Pointe Dental Associates practice) and when Dr. Pross received the endodontist's report, he called me personally to encourage me to set up a follow up appointment so he could look into the issue himself. I wouldn't think of looking for another dental office.

When I walk into this dental office, I feel like family. They truly care about your dental experience. I had a hygienist who was not very gentle in my previous cleaning visit. When I expressed my concerns to the office manager she immediately noted my file and set me up with another hygienist for my next cleaning. Today was my second cleaning and the hygienist was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel comfortable. I also recommend this group of you need work done. My gold crown fits amazing in my last molar. The lab is on the premises, and does not take long to have your tooth made. You only need to wear the temp for a short time. I have a nice piece of jewelry in my mouth now! :)

Dr Tindell was on time and his assistant was very professional prior to him coming in. Dr Tindell shaved my tooth due to a cracked crown which will allowed me to eat again. An appointment was made to get a new crown.

I lost a filling and some bonding on on of my front teeth just before Thanksgiving. I called this practice as a new patient and they were able to squeeze me in. They then contacted me regarding a cancellation they had from another patient which turned out to be more convenient for me so I took it. Dr. Pross was awesome! Fixed the tooth and replaced a filling in the same tooth that was about to fall out. Everybody in this practice was so kind and professional. They addressed my primary concern and made me feel completely relaxed. I need more work done which will have to wait until after the holidays and will definitely be going back. I very highly recommend this practice.

The best experience I have had at a dentist. They accommodated a same day appointment when I had an urgent dents need and gave me a thorough explanation of what was going on and a straightforward treatment plan. Everything about this office is top notch! Very friendly and welcoming, and following strict CDC guidelines for Covid19. Office is very clean, staff is very professional, using state of the art equipment and procedures. Dr Lu is a wonderful dentist and Debbie, his assistant, make you feel at ease. They also have an excellent in house lab technician, who consults with the doctor about any needed cosmetic dentistry. From start to finish, I was totally comfortable, no pain, and have a beautiful new crown.

This is a group of people I would invite to a dinner party. They actually have a sense of humor and don't make me feel bad about my teeth the way most dentists do. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was perfect. I didn't feel any of the injections at all. I have a tricky tooth that never gets numb, and they dealt with it with patience and care. I ended up not feeling a thing. They take discomfort very seriously.They were very professional and helped me deal with insurance issues. They had cookies available for take home, and even provided music and TV for the procedure. I'd recommend this office to anyone.

Been going to North Pointe Dental for so long I don't even know how long I've been a patient here. My hygienist, Michele, is wonderful. She's been there forever (as have so many of the loyal staff). I get in there, she does her magic on my teeth so they are squeaky clean, then my dentist comes in, Dr. Kanter, who does a thorough exam, (always compliments Michele on how clean my teeth are), and then I schedule my next appointment, and I'm on my way. I'm usually in and out in an hour. The office is clean, which is a big deal for me. I never feel as if I will get a disease from getting dental work done here. All instruments are sanitized or disposable. They all care about the patient's comfort. Everyone bends over backward to be accommodating be it to get you in for an appointment, work with you on paying your bill, etc. You truly get what you pay for any North Pointe Dental. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

After a pretty bad experience with a previous Dentist I put in a lot of time searching different Dentist and looking up reviews. North Pointe had really great reviews that made me feel comfortable enough to book with them. I called the office, the receptionist was nice and got me an appointment that afternoon. The reason I went in was because I thought I broke the cusp off of my first molar. It turned out that it was a temporary filling that was never replaced (previous Dentist did the same filling 3 times because of pain I was having and the fourth time told me that she would put a temporary filling in and that it would be fine to keep it, that it would work the same as a regular filling but without the pain - this is not true). I was seen by Dr. Pross he was very understanding about my anxiety towards being at the Dentist due to past experiences, as well as issues with my jaw (TMJ). He was able to identify the problem quickly and squeezed me in to fix it that afternoon. I was scared to get another filling in the same tooth in fear that the pain would come back. It has only been a day but so far I am able to eat normal foods without any pain. I am more than happy with Dr. Pross and his team at this office. I will definitely be returning as well as recommending my husband to go to this office as well.

I visited North Pointe Dental Associates yesterday, and found the office to be as close to an ideal dental office as one could find. I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I entered. Once I completed a very efficient computer questionnaire, I was immediately ushered into an exam room. I was examined by the technician and the dentist (Dr. Pross). Dr. Richard Kanter, whom I have known from past years, was kind enough to come in and say hello. My treatments were conducted in a professional and pain free manor. All treatments and plans were thoroughly explained advance. Follow up care at home was clearly spelled out. All questions were answered in a calm, not rushed, atmosphere.The bill was quite reasonable, and all charges were spelled out in advance and itemized. All staff were well dressed, friendly and patient. At the conclusion, I was offered a chocolate chip cookie, which was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this office. Great dental care!!!

Really .....?nobody likes going to the dentist ;however ,since you have to go to the dentist I can't think of a better office or dentist to go to.... the entire staff are so friendly so helpful and if necessary sympathetic.... they send out text reminders in order that you don't miss your appointment, and Dr.Tindell is gentle, knowledgeable, up to date on the newest techniques, optimistic and is painless as is possible..
