I wanted to find a dentist that was more interested in my dental health then always seeking to monetize my mouth (other dentists were suggesting thousands of dollars worth of work, Dr. Christy does not agree). This was my first visit, and it was wonderful. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Allen listened to my concern that one of my crowns felt like it was moving. He and his technician got actual data - an x-ray to look for infection, a bite check at that tooth, checking if the crown was indeed loose, and no doubt other data. I am satisfied with his conclusion that this tooth is indeed healthy. My last dentist just blew off my concerns. As a retired engineer I appreciate data-driven conclusions, and that’s what Dr. Allen gave me. This is what I needed. Thank you!

Another 6 month checkup went pretty well except for I was late. Julie called me and said are you coming in? I had fallen asleep and forgot my appt. I first went to Dr. Allen's office when I chipped one of my front teeth. They got me in the same day and were able to fix the tooth the next day due to a cancellation. Recently, when I had a really bad toothache, they were able to get me in the same day and fill it. Very good pricing if you have dental insurance. Dr. Allen and staff are very professional, and they always have good music playing as an added bonus.

Overall, we have been very happy with our experience with Dr. Allen. Today however, we had to wait as each member of the family got their teeth cleaned, where in the past the kids would all go in at once which allowed us to get out faster and get them to school. It would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have planned the visit differently. On top of that, the hygienist today was rough with her scraping. She stuck my gums a number of times and it was fairly unpleasant. But the staff is very nice, and the facilities are very clean.

The best experiences I have had with a dentist in my whole life! Dr. Christy was the fourth dentist that I have visited since I moved to STL. I had chipped my front tooth about 12 years ago and was too picky to find a dentist to get it fixed. I also had a very bad experience with another dentist doing a crown on my back tooth last year and was scared! He took his time examining all my teeth, and explaining details! The staff and tech were super friendly as well and made me feel very comfortable. He took his time to do a marvelous job, and I thought I should overcome my laziness and post a picture along with my review, lol. The picture speaks for itself, the color match is top notch! Oh, also, fair in pricing! Literally couldn't ask for more!
