When I walked into the office, I was greeted warmly by the staff as well as the other patients in the waiting area. My wait was brief. The staff were courteous and thorough. I have been going to Dr. Scimone for the last 8 years or so. My teeth were in rough shape when I showed up, but that soon changed. Her and her hygienist’s are always so pleasant, approachable and willing to spend extra time educating about dental health. The office staff is awesome too, Krystal and Gena are always so helpful with scheduling and billing issues. I 100% recommend coming here you won’t regret it. I can honestly say I like going to the dentist now, which I couldn’t say 8 years ago. I also need to give a special shoutout to Donna my hygienist today, thank you for your superb care and expertise today!

I was referred to The Hills Dental Care practice by my son and daughter-in-law. They both had a really good experience having work done several times. I have terrible anxiety going to a dentist office because of the painful experiences I have encountered. After listening to my son and his wife praise this office each time they went I decided to give it a try. Boy were they right! From the moment you walk in you are treated so kindly and with patience with whatever questions you may have. Then when I sat in that dentist chair and each person took care of me with x-rays and exams they were all so nice and compassionate that I knew I was in the right place and in the right hands. You can tell that the Doctor hand picked her staff that would meet the expectations that she herself upholds to treat people with respect, compassion and gentle hands. Once you go here, you won’t go anywhere else.

This review is overdue but these people are ANGELS. I hated my smile my entire life & vowed to get my teeth fixed. These people are so kind and amazing at what they do, from reception to Dr. Scimone. What really set The Hills apart for me was that they knew how badly I wanted my teeth done (I got crowns) but they helped me understand I needed series of appointments to ensure my teeth were healthy enough before even talking cosmetics. Then once that was over, I got a new smile. And let me tell you!! This place is SPECIAL.

I've been woefully neglectful of my dental health for...well a long time. After having received an advertisement from The Hills Dental Care I decided to check them out. And am I glad I did. When I walked in I was greeted by Crystal's smiling face. She quickly signed me in, told me what additional forms I needed to complete, and had me immediately feeling at ease. I was then privileged to work with Jaime. She did a full exam, gave thorough and easy to understand explanations of my current dental health, and answered all of my questions. After her initial exam and recommendations she brought Dr. Scimone in, and another brief exam was done. They consulted and solidified a plan for me. Even though it's been as long as it has since my last dental checkup, they were able to give me a straightforward outline of how they wanted to treat and help me maintain my dental health. Once my exam was done I was introduced to Gina. She worked out my dental insurance coverage, explained my treatment and maintenance schedule, communicated my estimated out of pocket expenses, and got me booked for my whole year's dental plan. AWESOME. The Hills Dental Care is amazing. Friendly, professional, and compassionate. I highly recommend!

Broke my tooth eating ice. Call them 6:45 in the morning, they called me by 7:00 the same morning asking if I could get there by 8:45 the same morning.The fastest response ever! The staff is so sweet and Caring. When Dr. Fritzpatride came in to see me she told me to go see the Oral surgeons across the street she had already talked to them about everything that was wrong and all I had to do was okay the appointment she set up everything. I Literally had no worries! I would recommend her and her staff anytime! P.S. My first time ever being there! But it want be the last. Thank you guys again! This was from a year ago did not post it. But had a Appointment today for a cleaning still having results.

Every member of the office ensured that this was an excellent visit. It had been some time since I saw a dentist. There was no guilt or shaming. Instead, there was an effort to make me comfortable. I had a root canal done today and I can’t believe how painless and comfortable I was. I was very anxious but as the procedure went on, I realized there was nothing to worry about. I’m over the moon with how good I feel after the numbing wore off. No more sensitivity on my tooth. The entire staff at The Hills Dental Care is top notch. From the receptionist to the operation chair everyone is friendly, professional and all smiles. All this makes the hour+ trip worth every second. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. I really recommend coming to this place. Especially if you are a local nearby. My wisdom teeth were growing in and I didn’t have dental insurance. However, since I lived nearby they offered me a coupon for a discount. Though still expensive, my expenses were lessen about $50 for an x-Ray of my wisdom teeth. Every staff member has been nice and welcoming. And the environment feels like everyone there enjoys their job and what they’re doing.

These are great people doing great things. I had adversity with coverage and the recent loss of a parent just prior to an appointment. I had to cancel an appointment with no notice after arriving, due to an insurance issue and a miscommunication (on my part 🙏). It wasn’t my best day! The office sent me a card expressing compassion for my loss and was able to find a way to still help with my basic cleaning for the time being. I’ve never had a healthcare provider in my life to take the time to send a handwritten card and allow me to come back after a difficult situation. Dental needs aside, they demonstrated a humanity that is often loss in the healthcare industry due to the crushing restraints of insurance and profit driven models. I would highly recommend them to any and all! Thank God for The Hills Dental Care!

Donna, my hygienist, was very nice and as gentle as she could be. She walked me through the process (including the 15+ X-rays), had Dr. Scimone take a look, and did the cleaning in about 90 min. I do not have a lot of problems with my teeth, but I trust I would be well taken care of by Dr. Scimone and her team of/when I do!

It was so thorough, and Liz, the dental assistant, was amazing! She was so easy to talk to and truly made my experience comfortable. The best dental care I have ever received. Dr. Erin Scimone and her staff are just awesome! My first visit was for a cleaning and x-rays. My teeth felt and looked better than they ever have after a cleaning. One thing I love is the proactive nature of the practice. They take detailed photos of your teeth and share them with you so you can see what the problems really are. It's a very powerful tool. It is truly a consultation. My second visit was last evening. I needed a filling replaced and a new crown. I know this sounds crazy....but it truly was an enjoyable experience. Have you ever said that about a trip to your current dentist? If that's not a good enough reason to switch, I don't know what is. Dr. Scimone is professional, pleasant & an expert in the dental field. I want to give special shout outs to Jessica (glad to see you made the trip from Dr. Rieser's office!), Chelsie (thank you for perfectly crafting that temporary crown!), Stacey (it's great to have such a friendly face greeting you when you walk in) & Kristine (you did a hell of a great job cleaning my teeth!)
