One of the best dentists I’ve been too. I was experiencing a severe toothache and they were able to get me an appointment very quickly. Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I was diagnosed quickly. Turns out I needed a root canal and was able to have the treatment performed the same day. Thank you so much Dr. Eric Aubert and staff for a wonderful experience.

At first, the reception was not nice she said, do you want me to take the x-rays myself? All I was doing was asking her cause she go back and check to see where my name was. I got there at my appointment early at 1:45 my appointment at 2:00 I didn’t get seen 2:45 but once in the back everybody show much LOVE. but they need to remember front desk is the face of your Business.Understand there short worker’s in United States but we need to learn to be courtesy and kind and show much love.

December 6, 2022 Yesterday I had a dental appointment at Forest Park Dental. This is one appointment that I look forward to. Sounds crazy huh? Looking forward to dental work? Delilah, my dental hygienist, is the reason for the season. She has been my hygienist for 9 years! She is AWESOME! Did I say AWESOME? She is that and more. She genuinely cares about her patients. I recently had braces removed and she made sure my teeth were clean and all residual glue was gone. My mouth felt fantastic and thoroughly cleaned. She is an ASSET to the team! Unfortunately, two little cavities snuck into braces for over 2 years. I had a short wait and Dr. Mulligan expeditiously filled my cavities. He made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I fell asleep while the procedure was done. A first for me! Thank you Forest Park dental team for your kind and efficient care! I look forward to my future appointments.

Where do I begin? From the receptionist to the dentist assistants, the dental hygienist, up to Dr. Mulligan! These people are incredible and provided excellent service. I was experiencing excruciating mouth pain which left me restless and crying for a week, I called these guys up at 8a and immediately had an appt for 9a the same morning. They figured out the issue and removed it painlessly! I haven’t experienced any mouth pain since I left! I’ve been so terrified of going to the dentist for years but not anymore. I’ve finally located my FOREVER dentist office! 5 stars is not even enough!! Keep up the great work you all are doing, it does not go unnoticed!

The staff and dentist (Dr. Mulligan) are extremely friendly and very professional. I also didn't for hours while a dentist hops back and forth between patients, and most of the hours you're there are spent just waiting for your turn to begin again. When the doctor gets to you, he's there until the job is done! I've been looking for a new dentist since mine retired, and I've found the practice I'll be working with from now on.

Everyone was so pleasant. The only thing was my insurance wouldn't cover for the removal of my wisdom tooth I didn't have the money to pay. But everyone was wonderful. I didn't get the wisdom tooken for the lack of money. My visit was 11/23/22. Should have asked if I could pay biweekly.

We moved to St. Louis last year and quaintly needed to find an Ortho office that would fit my daughter in and fix what her previous dentist messed up. Doctor Albert took her in and quickly came up with a game plan. He and his team have gone above and beyond in helping us with our crazy very busy lives. My daughter is away at school most of the year so working with her school schedule can be difficult. However Dr Albert and his team work hard accommodate us. We love Forest Park Dental!!! Honestly wished I could have had them for my children(s) Ortho needs.

I was in so much didn't know what's going on...went to all different dentist offices for a week and everyone was giving me the spin around before they give me any services and high prices...until I ran across forest park dental...talk to them the day before I told them I was in pain been in pain for a week...they urgently scheduled me for the next day...their place of business is in a nice location...the people that work there is so nice made me comfortable...made me feel they really was concern about what's going on with me...most definitely ollie was corcern about me took care of me like i was one of her owns ask me questions about the pain how long I had it...did x rays on me told the doctors what could be the problem with me...Dr Aubert and Dr.Mulligan talked to me like they knew me for years...once when Ollie and Dr.Mulligan figure out the problem they walk me through the process of what they have to do me...before they did do the work they gave me the price to do the work and it was affordable...best prices I heard around the city...but they numb me good went to work on my wisdom to do a extraction...they did a good job didn't feel nothing...even after the extraction felt no pain...Ollie and Dr.Mulligan talk to me the whole time through the procedure making sure I was comfortable...ollie made sure to let me know how to take care of my mouth and talk to me about my descriptions...they did a great job even the next few days no pain no swelling...bleeding stop in 24 hours of the procedure...they did a great job...everybody made me feel welcome there and comfortable...I found my dentist office...will see they again

Doctor seems like a very nice man and very personable. Reception staff are very friendly as well and are well versed on time frames, appointment reminders, etc. What I feel would be a great improvement is refreshing some clinical staff to introduce themselves, say what they're going to do, and talk to you, rather than talk about you in front of you. I find that off-putting. But, I've had good experiences here, just make sure they speak with you and keep you informed of what's going to happen. Best regards.

Met with Dr. Aubert, was kind, transparent, and very knowledgeable about dentistry. Dr Aubert and his ENTIRE staff are amazing! I went in to get a routine cleaning and the hygienist noticed a cavity that was nearing the root. The doctor suggested I handled ASAP. The coordinator sent me right down to get the filling. Unfortunately, it took longer than anticipated. There were other patients there for their appointments and waiting “impatiently”. The Dr did not get frustrated or rush. He was very gentle and soft spoken to his dental assistant. I love how he continuously acknowledges when they do well and congratulates them. I live very far from Forest Park Dental and May pass 14 dentists on my way but I would drive double the distance for service such as theirs!!! I also overheard how he runs a charity for smiles for Hope which is even more admirable to see him utilizing his own personal time to give back. Just amazing! Lastly, my fillings were PERFECT!

10/10 highly recommend. First time to the dentist since the pandemic and they had their process and procedures down. There was clear communication from the moment i step foot in the door to the moment i exited the building. I received a 3-d scan for Invisalign, followed by additional X-rays and cleanings, my dental hygienist was super kind, gentle and nice. The Doctor was very friendly and honest as well. I bit down on something hard while eating and dread overcame me. The pain was like something I’ve never experienced. I pulled up my insurance provider in network dentists and randomly picked Forest Park Dental. I was desperate and knew that it would be nearly impossible to find a dentist office to take me at such short notice. To my surprise, I was able to get a next day appointment. I filled out the paperwork online and nervously anticipated what would happen the next morning. Upon arrival, all safety precautions were met, I was impressed. The first staff member that I came in contact with was very personable. I am not kidding when I say that every single employee that I came across had a smile and hello. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Then I met Dr. Aubert, he was professional, down to earth and knowledgeable. Dr. Aubert’s bedside manner was A1, he actually got ME to relax. After my examination the doctor initially thought that I needed a root canal. Upon closer inspection Dr. Aubert found the reason for my pain, the tooth was cracked. Ouch! The tooth had to be extracted. Dr. Aubert and his staff didn’t miss a beat! Everyone was able to change gears effortlessly. Dr. Aubert explained everything to me as he performed my tooth extraction. They did such a great job numbing me that I didn’t feel a thing. Afterward I was able to get a visual as to what procedure I had and how to take care of my extraction. As I watched the video everything was explained to me by staff. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Aubert and staff want to educate the patient. On another note, the facility is serene and comfortable. The atmosphere calms the nerves a bit. I realize that I wrote a book, but when you experience excellence you must talk about it.

All I can say is wow! I came in as a new patient with sudden onset, extreme pain at the site of a former root canal. I had never been here before, but they were able to get me in on a Friday 2 hours from when I called. They rapidly determined the cause of the pain, which was a dental abscess. The dentist reviewed my films rapidly and provided me with options. I opted to have the tooth pulled immediately. Again, even though it was a busy Friday, they were able to fit me in at the end of the day so I didn't have to come back and take additional time off work. The entire procedure was quick and easy. I was numbed appropriately. The dentist was patient and kind, and talked through the entire procedure as it was happening. I felt calm and informed. They gave very specific post-op instructions. Overall, this is a kind, compassionate team of health care professionals. I plan to continue with them moving forward.

I am an 84 year old female patient of Dr. Aubert. On December 26, 2020 (the day after Christmas) I had a wire come loose on a splint which held several teeth in place. The wire was poking into my tongue causing great pain and bleeding. I called Dr. Aubert's office and was told he was on vacation.That same day Dr. Aubert called me back and told me he could see me the the first thing on Tuesday (his first day back). I was very concerned about Covid 19 exposure at the office. He assured me that every precaution was taken in the office and the highest standard of care was being observed. The dentist and assistant were great and very patient with me as I had an emergency root canal. The doctor took me the same day and performed the procedure. My only issue was with billing, after setting up the payment plan the person who handles billing made a mistake and charged me twice. For those on a budget this can be very troublesome especially as she wasn't very good at communicating about the situation. So, if you have insurance and can afford a mistake in billing I say absolutely go to Forest Park Dental because the dentist is good. Sometimes administration doesn't match that though.

Everything was nice I was pleased with the customer service and everyone's pleasant attitude on the thing I don't agree with as you are telling me I have a co-pay when I did not have a co-pay and saying it's for PPE for you to protect me because of cold you all are in a profession where you have always warn gloves smocks ofaof some sort facec so why is it that you feel the need to charge the patient for those items now otherwise I was very pleased and it's not a copay it's a fee. Add on: since having several visits and more work done I'm still pleased, however I had a filling done that had to be replaced 3 times after. I went in on yesterday and doctor Alburt himself did the work and it's perfect I don't think I'll have anymore issues with that one, and I had another filling come out of another tooth he corrected the problem issued a refund credit and corrected that issue as well with the correct treatment.

Used this dental office all of last year. A woman named Melissa did all my x-rays and cleanings all year and was fantastic. Dr. Mary Smith filled my cavities and everything went very smoothly. Dr. Eric Aubert did an emergency root canal that was not completely covered by my insurance. They worked very well with me to make payments to have it done immediately to relieve pain and got me a permanent crown in about a week. Went back this year expecting another cleaning with Melissa but she was no longer there as well as Dr. Smith. Instead a really nice woman named Delilah gave me new x-rays for about an hour and half (This is not including initial wait time. I was literally in dental chairs for an hour in a half), but apparently they offer Invisalign now where separate x-rays are taken regardless of your interest. I was scheduled a cleaning for the next week. When I come in for the cleaning I was told it would be about $70 and that it was not covered under my insurance. The same insurance I had last year. From the same job I've had for the last 3 years. I've never once paid for a cleaning in my life. I was offered a new appointment 2 days later on a Wednesday as if I would have an extra $70 by then. But my x-rays were covered by my insurance. In fact, my insurance says this place in within my network so I'm really not sure what changed. My insurance will only cover one more set of new x-rays. Now I have to find a new dentist and hope I don't need more than one more. So in short, this was an amazing place last year. This year, with the loss of one of the two doctors and the change in staff, be sure to question actions and pricing beforehand.

As always, the staff at FPD are very professional and conscientious. Just as importantly at this time, they had the whole social distancing thing down pat and I was never exposed to another patient nor even to a staff member other than my hygienist. My temperature, pulse and blood oxygen levels were checked as I came in and I was required to wash my hands and rinse my mouth to protect my hygienist. Even the tools they used to clean my teeth were modified to keep everyone safe. Just another example of the exemplary clinical practices always seen at FPD.

After trying to cure a toothache for over a month and a half I finally gave in and made an emergency appointment. Not only did they get me in the very next day, first thing in the a.m., they removed two teeth and was able to do a bone graft. I had a root canal and 3 fill-ins all done on the right side of my mouth. Before the procedure I was very nervous because I've never had a root canal or this much surgery on one side of my mouth in one sitting. I was surprised to have actually fallen alseep during the whole procedure. I felt NOTHING. The numbing specialist was AWSOME, very friendly and reassuring. The doctor made sure that I was completely numb before starting the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I love the place and the people, they're very nice and I love talking to them, they make me feel welcome... but I think there should be more assistants around the place, it seems to get very busy and although I've always gotten in very quickly, there are many times I'm left in the chair waiting, even during a procedure. Which means time goes by and my anesthetics wear off and I have to get more injections, which makes things more painful afterward since they inject several different times in many spots.. dentists I've had before make it all as quick as possible in as few spots possible.. so I also feel like they have a messy way of doing things, my face gets splashed a lot and they don't always pay attention to extra saliva, or when they do they're sometimes too rough with the tools.. a lot of jamming in the mouth. I think they're great people and I still want to go back, but i think the place and how they work could use some refinement for sure. But I've only been there 3 or 4 times so I'm not giving up, that's just how I feel on things so far with them.. to be honest tho I'm just happy there's some place close by that I can get in at and they genuinely seem nice people which is a value for me.

I recently visited Dr. Aubert (Forest Park Dental) for the first time, on the recommendation of a close friend. I was happy with my prior dentist but he wasn't on my new dental plan. First, Trina took full x-rays of my teeth then proceeded to document observations and issues. Then Dr. Aubert viewed the x-rays and Trina's notes, as well as my teeth, and gave me a comprehensive explanation of my issues and all possible options for treatment. Both Trina and Dr. Aubert were friendly, clear, concise, and took the time to answer my many questions. In fact, the same description applies to everyone in the office with whom I interacted. It turned out to be a lengthy appointment as after giving me the price for two crowns I needed, they offered to make the temporaries then (if I had the time) rather than scheduling a separate appointment. This leads me to another reason for this stellar review: Forest Park Dental offers in-house some of the same procedures and prosthetics that most dentists farm out to dental laboratories or specialists. Therefore, a procedure that takes two - four visits to another dentist is completed in one or two visits to FP Dental. Dr. Aubert and his staff work together in an efficient and effective unit to make appointments go smoothly and quickly. He's a member of the Missouri Dental Board and is intensely interested in learning new dental practices and technology (hence all the in-house options and tech) but don't let that frighten you off; FP Dental works within patient budgets to accomplish their needs. Lastly, FPD is located in a neato West End brick house. There's a small, tight parking lot behind the building (driveway is just west of the building's front), but it fills quickly so you're better off parking at one of the metered spaces on Forest Park Avenue. To be fair, there's one thing I'd change about FP Dental, which is their choice of piped in radio music. But that's because I'm an NPR fan. :o)

When I first arrived I was really nervous I had never been here before but the reviews we’re all great so I decided to come here While there I got checked in and Quran Watson brought me back and took pictures of my tooth and just assured me that I have nothing to be nervous about he informed me on everything I needed to know and even was able to make me forget I was there to see about getting a root Canal. Dr.McCormick and Dr.Aubert later came in the room and just further assured me that I was in good hands and that I made the right decision choosing them as the place to get my dental work done plus I was nervous about the cost of everything and my insurance was accepted there so my insurance is paying 90% of the cost of my root canal over all everybody there that I interacted with was amazing and the dental office was beyond clean and everybody was taking the proper measures to insure that covid doesn’t spread

I loved the overall warm professional personification at the office. The only thing I should have listened to was the little voice in the back of my head that said, if it sounds to good to be true, clear out. I am sure my teeth were in as poor shape as we told me and I had all intentions of having that corrected and using the company for that purpose but I think I can find just as good results for a far less price than quoted here. I was astounded at the price for our of pocket of $9,000.00. That was a fifty percent discounted rate given me. Had I been quoted all this in the first place, I could have find, thank you and walked out but it wasn't. I was charged out of pocket $129.00 immediately before they would look at me because I had HMO instead of PPO. I figured I would have a tooth pulled and discuss further future dental plans. NATA. No tooth pulled because of abscess. So here I spent in complete agonizing pain for almost 3 hours for nothing. After seeing the doctor I had to meet with the financial arranger who figures out the PPO/HMO discount. Without a discount and insurance, total cost for the bridge would in excess of $20,000.00 plus. With the 50 percent discount given, my out of pocket would come to $9,000.00. When I explain that is way out of my price line, they told me they would talk to the doctor to see if he could cut back on a procedure, etc. Bottom line it would still be out of pocket of $6,000.00. What's the point of having insurance if you still have to pay a fortune. Not worth it to me. I know I can find cheaper insurance and still get good quality service. Thank you any way.

I loved my root canal, and crown tooth experiences, because I didn't have pain the following day after surgery. Even on the same day of surgery after one or two pain pills I was fine, meaning my mouth wasn't a distraction.

I don't think I could ever say "I Loved" a dental experience. It's not an enjoyable thing. I really don't like having things like drills and water and suction devices placed in my mouth. I have a difficult time swallowing when I'm in the dental chair that has me leaning back at an angle that's required to be worked on. I also know you don't really have other options than to do the above mentioned things. You do make the the things mentioned above as palatable as possible and I appreciate that. My only complaint is the amount of time spent having to wait. The work that's done is 1st class...I just wish it could happen sooner. Robert Resing, SM
