Absolutely hands-down the best dental team in St. Louis! I’ve been going to Case Dental for 20+ years even though I have moved farther away. Well worth the extra drive to go here. There tools are state of the art, Dr Case is always current on new techniques, and the whole staff is friendly and caring. For example: I recently needed an extraction and was dreading the normally painful shot deep between the jaw to block the nerve. Dr. Case used some new vibration technique to make that shot 100 times better!! Can’t say enough good things about Case Dental!!

I chose case dental because of good reviews I read online & I was not disappointed I went in for 2 fillings & it went seamlessly the staff & all the high tech dental equipment are awesome & a very efficient process from checking in to Finnish. First time visit. The receptionist was great. No issues. The dental hygienist was great. The doctor was great. I feel like the doctor could have spent a little more time with me, however I had minor issues with my teeth. So nothing alarmed him enough to explain anything. The office was warm and inviting, the doctor has been in practice a long time so I trust his judgment so far. Would recommend.

My first time seeing Dr. Case and his team and it was truly a FUN visit to the dentist. It was a bustling office but they were very efficient, on time, and didn't rush. The coolest thing ever is the crown making machine in the waiting room where you can watch your very own crown being made while you wait. That's some banging technology!
