Sioux Falls Smiles was a random selection for me when choosing a Dentist in Sioux Falls, but I'm very happy with the choice I made. I had Dr. Hruby as my Dentist and he does excellent work. I needed a root canal and it was as quick and painless as possible. I formally had Katie as my hygienist until she left and then Anna, and both of them have done awesome work as well. The only con I can list is that they don't directly work with you on payment plans. I didn't really need one, but I wasn't willing to apply for a health oriented credit card to mitigate the lump sum of my dental work. It won't subtract a star for me personally, but I'm sure it would be important to know for some. Overall I would definitely recommend Sioux Falls Smiles.

I had the best experience one could ask for when getting your teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist Anna was thoughtful and methodical. She moved with passion and treated me with compassion. She kept me safe and reassured me everything would be fine when I explained that I was nervous about getting my teeth cleaned. Although I was scared she was the sole reason I made it through. I will forever be grateful for Anna’s grace. I haven’t stopped smiling since! 😁

I honestly had some really bad teeth, and they made me feel super comfortable, I've been embarrassed to go even to a dentist to let them see my teeth for years , and with Sioux Falls smiles, I felt super comfortable by the time i left. This is honestly the best place ever! They do not judge you for what you have but are very caring and understanding and want to help you with what you have all the way 🥰

I highly recommend. After a horrible experience at another dentist in town Dr. Hruby was able to get me taken care of with a root canal and crown. Him and his staff have been absolutely wonderful and they truly go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and aware of all charges. Not many places greet you by name, but they do here. Totally amazing trip to a new dentist. Everyone was so professional and very very prompt in my care. I have never been so impressed to go to a dentist where they try to upsell everything and make you feel like your teeth are hopeless. They did not in anyway make me feel that way and set up a plan to give me back my smile at minimal dollars. I had a wisdom tooth extraction done in office here. BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER! To start, this was my first dental procedure ever and I was very anxious. The staff helped me feel comfortable and was very honest and explained every single step of the process. We discovered that I am sensitive to the anesthesia but the staff helped me through the anxiety with such compassion! I am so grateful for their understanding and help! I love the atmosphere of the office and the billings gals were great so I knew what I was going to pay for my visit. Absolutely exceptional! I am switching my family to Sioux Falls Smiles!!!!!

This was my first time at Sioux Falls Smiles. I chose this dental facility because it was in network plus it had good reviews and that is a high priority whenever I make a decision to do services with a business. If patient's are consistently giving 4 plus stars on a review of their experiences then more than likely the business is worth checking out, which is just what I did. And I made a good decision to go to Sioux Falls Smiles. My reason for going to the dentist was to have my teeth cleaned and check for any other problems like cavities, etc. Making the initial appointment was easy and the phone receptionist was friendly and helpful. She wasn't trying to hurry the process. I downloaded the new patient paperwork, printed it out, completed it and brought it with me to my appointment. The lady I checked in with was kind and friendly. I gave her my new patient paperwork. She asked if I had records of any panoramic X-rays. I wasn't sure so she took the time to call 3 different dental offices to check. That was so nice of her to do that, she didn't complain or moan and groan. I was appreciative and impressed that she was so helpful. Turned out I had some previous dental X-rays from 2020 that were sufficient enough for my visit. The dental hygienist was kind, had a nice disposition, had a passion for her work and was pleasant to engage with. She had excellent dental hygiene technique. She didn't once poke me, or cause any pain to my gums or make me feel uncomfortable. I felt at ease with her and enjoyed her company. The dentist popped in, introduced herself and took a good look at my teeth and said everything looked good, no cavities, no problems. I was thankful and very happy to hear that. I had an overall good experience at Sioux Falls Smiles. The entire staff I engaged with on that day were friendly, professional and they made me feel welcomed and like I was important and that my needs mattered.

Regular cleaning time and it was so easy. Check in had me ready to go, Brittany (hygienist) was SUPER friendly and personable which made the cleaning very relaxing. Dr Rech came in to make sure all was great and I was done.

Very impressed with my family's first visit! They were able to schedule all four of us in one visit. The staff were very friendly and made my 2 and 4 year old feel very comfortable with their first visit. This was a great and important experience for children just starting out! What a wonderful experience! Dr. Hruby and AJ are the best team! When my crown fell off, they were so ready to get me in ASAP to fix it!!! My crown coming off was not their fault, it was just a process that we needed to figure out. I LOVE this dentist office!!! Quick, thoroug pleasant experience. The dental hygienist was super friendly without overwhelming me. She was very accommodating to my general health requirements to make the appointment successful. The Dentist checked everything over thoroughly as well. The lobby was quiet and the restroom clean. I only have two complaints. The intake paperwork update took over an hour to complete, and I had all of the information handy to complete it. The building layout was an open design for the hygienist stations, meaning one could hear many conversations, cleaning equipment and other machines going on top of each other. It was fair to describe it as noisy. Over all, the skill and demeanor of the staff definitely made up for the drawbacks.

This is the dentist office to use!!!! The experience from being greeted to walking out the door is absolutely fabulous. All the staff are good at what they do with an attitude of being happy to care for your every need. They are very aware of discomfort you may experience and make sure they make that part as comfortable as possible. I had a bad set of teeth when I started seeing them, I've had a wisdom tooth extracted, a root canal, 5 cavities filled and 2 bridges done, my mouth is the best it's been since I was a kid and I'm 53 years old.

First I would like to compliment the entire staff on their friendliness from check in to the insurance desk. Jennifer the hygienist is very sweet and thoughtful. She thoroughly explained concerns. Dr Bolen was awesome even though she had to recommend 2crowns. They worked me in earlier than my appointment and I had quick and painless dental work. Thank you for making a difficult time manageable! The crowns were prepared and placed the same day within the 3 hour appointment and no discomfort like I have experienced with previous crowns!

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. This was my second visit. First time teeth were cleaned and the gal was AWESOME and gentle as i have sensitive teeth. Dr. Tuttle has been my dentist both times and he is phenomenal! Did you know if you need a crown they prepare your tooth and make the crown right there SAME DAY.....NO temporary crown. I had this done, too! LOL. I could not be more pleased! This is definitely the place to come for dentistry work.

I am a white knuckle dental patient due to unpleasant childhood experiences at the dentist. The part I generally am most anxious about is the numbing process. I went in this time for filling of three smaller cavities so was not looking forward to it at all. Dr Hruby is a master at getting the injections done with no discomfort. The whole clinic staff is top notch, and I have no reservations about getting my dental care here.

10/10 would recommend this dentist office. My last visit, I had a bunch of things come up and they easily found a time that worked for me and tried to fit me in. The office has a great environment and everyone was very friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Every person that worked with me or I came in contact with had a big smile on their face and you could truly see they cared. My hygienist was pretty cool too...I think her name was Bretni. The office was very clean and all of my questions were answered. Overall a great place to go!

I called to schedule a cleaning and was quoted about $180, I went in for the appointment. They took about 10 x-rays, looked at my teeth and told me I would have to set up a different appointment for a "deep cleaning". That is fine, I am not great at remembering to schedule appointments and expected something extra. The problem is they charged me $245 for less work than I had originally scheduled. My teeth are no better off after spending that money. Also, their new location looks very nice and expensive, they have 2 TVs in every room but no doors. Even the area that you are supposed to talk about any financing you need is completely open. So anyone walking by can hear what is being talked about. I did receive a call from Dr. Bolen. She took care of the billing issues, apologized and refunded my money for the appointment in exchange for me updating this review.

My dental hygienist Katie was great but I almost left without seeing her since I felt so uncomfortable in the waiting room. Three other patients - with no masks required. The receptionist and billing person were behind plexiglass but no masks. So surprising for a medical office.

Family Denistry of Sioux Falls is fantastic! From the staff to the amazing facility. The staff are all very professional and accommodating. The waiting room is nice and open, it also has a children’s area with children’s toys close by. The patient rooms are very clean. Each patient room has a tv and comfortable chairs to relax in while you get your cleaning / work done. Dr. Jones has been my dentist for the last year and a half and she has been wonderful. She is very knowledgeable, skilled and takes a true interest in her patients. My family and I enjoy our visits at this dental office! They are simply amazing!

Super impressed with this office. Alyssa and Dr. Bolen are great, as well as the office staff. I originally chose this office to avoid paying the 20% of an out of network provider bill, and they have very much earned my business and recommendation! I just came out of there and honestly it is probably the best dentist I’ve went to, granted it’s been a WHILE since I’ve been to one. But this one didn’t have the sketchy vibe I’ve always felt with dentists, it was really comfortable from start to finish. Not sure of the names of the two who helped me but they did great and filled me in on some info about my teeth and we’ve scheduled future appts. 10/10 would dentist there again.

EXCELLENT dental office. I am new to the area and didn't have a dentist and reached out to Dr. Hruby on a Sunday regarding swelling in my jaw. Dr. Hruby responded and gave me direction that he would take care of me first thing the morning. Went to the office and received top notch care from the front desk, hygienist and most especially Dr. Hruby. Dr. Hruby explained my dental procedure (root canal) and was gentle and kind. I had an emergency right before Thanksgiving . I lost a very old filling on a Friday , but Dr. Bolen got me in that day and patched the hole which got me through the weekend. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving she saw me again and put a new crown on that tooth ! Everyone was great ! That same day I had a cleaning with Jennifer S. and she is so good and so gentle ! From the receptionist, hygentist, and doctor, Family Dentistry is an all around professional dental office. I have lived all over the country and this is by far the best place I have been for getting my teeth cleaned. The lady that cleaned my teeth, Alyssa, was a professional that made my fear of the dentist go instantly away. I would highly recommend this place to people of all ages.

They also have two tv's in each room so when you are laying back getting your teeth worked on you can still watch the tv that is on the ceiling for your viewing pleasure (yes you control the remote).
