From the time you call to schedule an appointment to the time you leave from your appointment, everyone was a pleasure to deal with. This was not your typical dentist experience where you're talked down to and lectured. Everything was friendly, the hygienist and dentist both explained everything in terms I understood and my options were clear. Some dentists base their treatment recs around what they can get out of insurance, but not here. The treatment rec was solely based on what I needed. Very glad to have been referred here and this will be my dentist office of choice moving forward!

Never thought I’d say I had a great dental experience, but everyone at Park Dental was pleasant, polite, and from what I could tell, extremely competent. I had a broken tooth. It was examined, diagnosed, X-rayed and repaired quickly and, much to my pleasure, with great concern over my pain level and comfort. Best experience at a dentist I’ve had. I would heartily recommend them and will be returning for a regular cleaning and check up soon.

Very nice place with covid very cautious but not overboard had my teerth cleaned by Kim great gal had me feeling very welcome and told me what she was doing as we went along. Dr Lori came in at end to take a look i felt very good coming here my wife felt the same but she was correct this dental office is terrific they follow up front office right on no fuss no muss. I'm relieved to find a great place for my dental needs. Had my teeth cleaning today by Kim still outstanding dental team from barb upfront to Kim to Dr. Lori just a terrific place

Dr Ehlers and the Park Center Dental Staff are the absolute best! They are always willing to help and take care of our family. We have a large family with 7 people and they work with us so well with all our schedules and questions. We have been coming back for years through regular dental care and even our emergency needs. Park Center Dental Care is awesome. The staff is always so friendly and caring. Especially Barb at the front desk she is a big sweet heart! Unfortunately I have had a few mouth issues over the years but Dr.Ehlers (sorry if it’s spelled wrong) has always gone out of his way to make sure I am taken care of. I love the personable friendly good service I receive every time I have to visit the dentist. The only downside to this dentist office is the hours and the fact they are not open on Friday.

My husband and I were scheduled for dental appointments later in November but wouldn’t be able to attend. On Monday I contacted the office to cancel our appointments, then reschedule. Due to a cancellation both my husband and I were able to be seen on Tuesday! The friendly and helpful receptionist went the extra mile to get us in quickly. The most comfortable dental facilities I've ever been seen at before. The dental chairs have massage settings you can use to make your stay a bit more comfortable. All staff were accomodating and professional, highly recommend scheduling with them if possible.

Leading up to, I was so incredibly nervous. I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade (dentists have always terrified me!). The staff really took their time to make me feel comfortable and to keep me informed throughout the appointment. I’ve been going to Dr. Ehlers for years now. This past year, I had an impacted wisdom tooth that got badly infected behind the gums. Dr. Ehlers and his dental assistant took very good care of me on numerous occasions. They cleaned and medicated the problem spot. After calling him and leaving a message at 4am, his office called me back as soon as they opened and got me in asap. They set up an emergency appt for me to get my wisdom teeth out the same day and took care of everything at no cost. It was hands down the BEST service I’ve ever received. After everything, I was one of the unlucky ones to get dry socket. He took good care of me by filling and medicating it at no charge since he knew how much pain I was in. He also help me set up an achievable plan for my dental work that’s affordable. The staff is amazing to work with and I’d highly recommend Dr. Ehlers to anyone looking for a genuine, affordable, caring, and great dentist.

When the nice lady answered and I explained what I needed and best thing yet I was on my way to Sioux Falls at 9:00am and she said that there was a opening at 4:00 for a cleaning, checkup and even fixed my tooth problem. From the very start and went up to Check In - she knew I was nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist for a few years.. the dental hygienist was so super kind and took my anxiety away. No scolding or eye rolling about me not being there or 3 years. So she cleaned my teeth and Dr. Ehlers was very happy that I came in and he told me what was wrong was not that uncommon. No cavities, my issue was fixed and then for the first time in a long time I even set an appointment for 6 months for another checkup!!! It was an excellent experience for someone who really is a chicken when it come to the dentist. Not anymore!! Thank you so much Courtney and Dr. Ehlers and the receptionist. Class act!!
