Dental anxiety is real. These kind compassionate people are here to help you and be straight forward. Not once did I feel ashamed or uncomfortable while in the chair or filling out paper work. They are honest and show you the things they recommend doing or they will find the answer needed. I appreciate today's visit and will continue to refer individuals over to Neighborhood Dental. We came to Neighborhood Dental to get a second opinion for my daughter who was told she would need $1000 in dental work just 6 months after her last cleaning/no cavities. I never dread going to the dentist at Neighborhood Dental. Everyone is always so joyful and welcoming. I never wait in the waiting room for more than five minutes and the hygienists are quick, thorough, and most important, careful all while being genuine in their conversation with you. Dr. Boyd, Dr. Bartunek, and Dr. Johnson are all so kind and competent. I have been going there for over six years and have never needed any dental work besides a regular check-up. My husband has needed a couple of things treated. This tells me they are HONEST. You will not be paying for procedures you do not need. We have been watching one of my molars for three years, and it is still ok.

I was recommended this dentist office by a friend, and within a few days of scheduling an appointment, I was contacted by their office and offered new openings on multiple days a month ahead of my original schedule. The appointment registration was smooth, the staff were friendly, and the service was good. Even after my treatment, something had popped up and I needed to have my work checked over and they got it done the day I called within 15 minutes, no questions asked. I look forward to maintaining my relationship with them.

Neighborhood Dental is the best! When you have three boys ranging from 6-11 and they want to go to the dentist…. that speaks volumes to the staff and dentists! Great personality staff and wonderful service! I had a tooth chip on a Sunday and they got me in Monday morning for a crown! Get here for all your dental needs and be wowed like we are! The staff are fantastic and friendly! Very family friendly! All four kiddos ages 3-9 went right in without even a look back at mom🙌. They make it fun and the prizes at the end of the appointments are very motivating for them. And when it's time for mom to go back for her turn the front desk staff are wonderful in keeping an eye on them while they play with the toys.

I went and they treated me so kind and were so understanding of my fear of the dentist. I had Jake who was my hygienist and he was wonderful. I then had Dr Van Demark!! She was fantastic!! I work at driver licensing and I tell everyone that comes to town if they need a dentist to call Neighborhood dental. Only thing I wish they would have done differently is tell me what they were doing before doing it. A couple times during the appointment I was surprised when they did certain things.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the staff at ND East! They have always been amazing to my family. The kids love their checkups and always ask to go back! I have had a lot of dental work through them as well as many great referrals from them for services they cannot provide! I no longer live in Sioux Falls but will always come back to them for all of our services! They really are a great group to work with! Dr. Boyd is excellent at what he does and has great chairside manner. I just had three wisdom teeth pulled yesterday and I was very anxious about it. He got it done fast and efficiently. All members of the business team are amazing to work with. My experience, specifically with Melissa, was hands down the best. Because I had a painful cracked tooth, I thought that might be important to them, but apparently not. Then, I call Neighborhood Dental, and despite never seeing me before, got me in that afternoon and fixed my problem.
