When my appointment came, I had other medical appointment developing on the same day, only one day in advance. They worked with me to change my appoint to one week later, then the medical appointment got chanced on its day, I was able to get my dental appoint changed back again to get it done and out of the way. My family and I have been going to Falls Dental Centre for about eight years. I came to this dental office because our previous dentist didn't give me the welcome feeling. FDC gives everyone their personal touch. Everyone is very kind and professional. My 11 year old recently had two teeth pulled to prepare for braces. They explained the process as they went along, the dentist and assistant reassured her every step of the way, and told her she was doing very good. I found that comforting. I'd recommend Falls Dental Centre to anyone. They are awesome!!

I lost a filling late in the evening. I called the office the next morning and was told to come in that same afternoon. I had no pain so it was not urgent to immediately have a new filling. Dr Frankman determined the work required and made time to replace the filling. This is just another example of the great service they provide to their patients.

The office staff is very courteous and helpful, answering most questions you may have. They also offer text messages to remind you of and confirm your appointments! All the x-ray equipment and panorex are digital so there is no need for film processing. All films show up immediately for review, eliminating a load of downtime during your visit. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Jan Smalcomb for over 20 years and will never look for another doctor! There is no one better than Jan! All the clinic staff are very friendly, they always help in the best possible way! Laurie, Kim are my favorite nurses in the clinic! Yesterday we were like this with my dad (he is 92), a tooth broke in the lower jaw (out of only 5 of his left, now 4) and the attitude of Dr. Jan and the staff is excellent! The highest professionalism !!
