Drove up from Texas to work for a couple of months with my company and was in need of a dental check up. Larissa was very attentive and helpful when I walked in. Jessica was very kind and tried her best to keep me calm and very informative. Katie was one for the sweetest hygienist I have ever met. She explained things in detailed and went out her way to help me understand insurance coverages and procedures. Definitely a great experience!

First time customer, hadn't had dental work done for a while. Great service. Very knowledgeable technicians which informed me. The doctor made me feel comfortable and confident in the play they had set forth for me. They took x-rays and made a plan to get my teeth back on track. Had my wisdom teeth removed by their oral surgeon that they scheduled. Very professional surgeon, his staff and he moved like clockwork. The office staff is very friendly and they keep things moving ensuring you are comfortable and know what is happening and will be happening. Also have great financial options.

Absolutely saved the day for me! Everyone from the receptionist that checked me in,the office girls in x-ray to the Doc and his assistant!! I had a bad tooth the 2 other Dentist advised going to an oral surgeon, After x-ray and exam fees! Aspen Dental had me in and the tooth in about an hour, with the local antistatic it was painless! Uncomfortable at times. But considering how felt when I came, And how I feel today, so glad I stopped there.

People are very friendly. They do a great work. Stacy was great at helping get my extensive long term payment with financial arrangements done. I need to have a lot of work done & don’t have dental insurance so she was able to help me get financing to get all the dental work done. They go over all the cost on what need to be done. No hidden charges. Plus new patients get their first exam & X-ray done at no cost.

I was beyond impressed. So a couple years ago I went into my regular dentist because I had bad tooth pain on the tooth next to my wisdom tooth, well my regular dentist I had been going to for 20 plus years said I needed an oral surgeon to pull it out (even though it wasn't a wisdom tooth, they refused to pull it) well at the time an oral surgeon wasn't really in my budget, so I called Aspen dental they got me in that same day AND pulled the tooth with ease. Was in and out in 20 minutes and they were just an absolute miracle for me because I was in so much pain. Highly recommend and I will surely be back once I get dental insurance!!!

Initially I chose Aspen Dental because it was the only place in town that accepted my insurance discount card. I'm really glad it happened that way. I am very happy with all of the people, the service, and the dental work at Aspen Dental. I needed to have a decent amount of work done, and every experience I've had has been great. Everyone is friendly and professional. They explain what they are going to do, and why, and I feel that the work is done exceptionally well. I am 59 years old with all the requisite horror stories from prior dental experiences. Due to all those horror stories I went to Aspen to get dentures. First thing I noticed is that you couldn’t hear any of the devices of torture from the waiting room. So the stress of listening to drills, etc. was absent. The young lady who took me for x-rays was quick and efficient and made it as painless as possible. The dentist was kind, offered options, then took care of me. Due to an odd occurrence of cancellations I went for the initial appt. on a Tuesday and received the oral surgery and temp dentures the following Monday. The oral surgeon was very calm and personable. Explained things carefully and followed up with a text from his phone to mine offering to answer any questions or concerns. Really wish I had met this team when I was in grade school. Might not have needed dentures now.

The staff is first rate! The care I received and continue to receive is excellent. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that I was not completely advised of all options available to me, however, once I brought it to the attention of the Doc, he heard me out and apologized and spoke of educating his staff more thoroughly. My comfort is always addressed as is my satisfaction with the cosmetic nature of my procedures. They definitely try to ensure my happiness every step of the way. I highly recommend!

My teenage boy chipped his front tooth while playing football on Thanksgiving. Aspen dental got him in quickly and fixed his tooth perfectly! Very impressed how easy it was to make an appointment. The front office staff was friendly and professional and the dental professionals did an amazing job!

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental. I started having tooth pain from gum recession and wanted a quick second opinion. I was able to schedule an appointment the day of my tooth pain. I was impressed with every employee that I crossed paths with. I am also impressed that they have a representative to go over treatment and prices with you before you make a final decision. That is really helpful since most people are tight on money and can choose the services that they can afford at that time. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

When I first went to see a dentist at aspen dental I was scared cause I had a lot of dental issues but they all treated me when kindness and like anyone other individual who walked in! From my first appointment to my day of surgery was less than 2 weeks and it moved along so quickly and effortlessly by the staff. My only complaint was someone not available to see me on a weekend when I got an infection and had to go up er. Plus my dentures hurt and need to be adjusted so I’m unable to eat til that happens which is another 2 days since holiday on Monday. But hopefully they can help me right away on Tuesday as to I’m due back to work.

Each time I’ve gone (the office on 41st, Sioux Falls), I’ve had Katie has my hygienist. She does a thorough job and has great “chair side” manor. However, in the 15 months I’ve been going here I’ve seen 3 different dentists. I had some dental trauma when I was younger and today I get very anxious before/during my appointments. That high rate of turnover in dentists just feeds my dental anxiety.

I was booked three weeks out for my appointment. When my appointment date finally arrived it took seem like forever to be seen. A 8:15am appointment scheduled and it was approximately 45 minutes before I was seen. Maybe I'm being a little harsh. The facility could have been a little more clean in the lobby. The best thing going for this location is the people. I thought they were fairly pleasant and easy to work with. I was not impressed with the process. Seems like a lot of money to put out up front even through I have top notch dental insurance. I scheduled for further work but debating if I should get the appointment. I did enjoy the staff. Try for yourself.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly and were very helpful in explaining what was going on during the exam and during treatment. They helped me finance my treatment into a monthly payment plan and even gave me a 15% discount. I would 100% recommend this dental office to anyone.

Normally I am extremely terrified of the dentist due to a prior bad experience I had in another dental office. I am very impressed on how helpful and how joyful the staff of the 41st street Aspen Dental was. The Dental hygienist make me feel very relaxed and at ease while all in the same making it personal. She has an all around great attitude. My Dentist was very confident and definitely took what I thought into consideration and actually listened to what I was saying, he was enthusiastic and very helpful. The financial coeordinater did a great job making it her job to help me get things broken down and was willing to work with me any possible way she should. She did a great job making sure we scheduled ahead and put a game plan together. I will suggest Aspen to anyone! I had a great experience like I always do.

Very excellent service! I came in on a walk in with a broken tooth and I was seen within an hour. Because of the previous plans we have for my teeth they didn't hesitate and extracted my tooth. I was in and out in a flash and everything was explained very well with no surprises. The staff is amazing and definitely want you to be comfortable and well educated. The cost is a touch steep but well worth it considering the service you get with these people. I would definitely recommend Aspen dental to anyone.

I originally went in for Invisalign, which has works wonders for my teeth. However their staff, after the consultation and first appointment, have been very unhelpful and brief about making sure progress is going forward as it should. They’ve keep asking me to contact my insurance when my agent there tells me “We’ve tried contacting them multiple times, they just won’t pick up.” I was also misguided into a treatment under false pretenses and paid over $250 for it.

Rapid City moved heaven and earth to ensure that I would get on the road in time with my new denture. They helped me make arrangements in Sioux Falls for an adjustment. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They create a relaxing and comfortable environment. I haven't run into anyone that is open to explaining the steps of any procedures I may receive, and helping to ease any worries or concerns I may have. I was even offered a blanket to keep me warm. Though he might've needed to clip his nails, the Dr had a good sense of humor and was considerate in trying to make the teeth scraping as painless as possible, stopping here and there to make sure I was feeling alright. First time at an Aspen Dental. Some broken and malfunctioning equipment (xray). Staff is friendly but fairly new at their jobs. Went in for a cracked and hurting tooth but they never asked how much pain I was in and they weren't careful when performing x-rays and photography. Left still in pain with a cracked tooth and a referral to a specialist.

I have never been treated so nicely at a dentists office! All the staff was wonderful!! They listened to what i wanted done and what i wanted to wait to deal with. They are very affordable in fact the first visit is free to new patients that includes an exam and xrays! They say upfront what u need and how much it will cost and provide different options for payment so there is no suprises!! I am very happy with my decision to move to Aspen Dental!!!

We were very s skeptical about Aspen after we read some of the reviews . BUT we had a fantastic appointments my husband and I. We live in a small community and we don’t always have a Dental Hygienist available to us, we also travel to FL 4 to 5 months out of the year so having Aspen available to us in both states is very important to us. When I lost my gold cap off of my tooth in FL I discovered Aspen and that they honor payments between offices. It made it real nice. EXCEPT when I called the Rapid City office they would not do so. They would not even look at my XR I was going to have to have them done all over. So I got upset and trued the SIoux Falls office. They excepted everything and the office personnel was FANTASTIC great job so happy we found this company

From the Doctor Brian Woodhulll going into great detail and taking time to go through the different procedures possible and informing me all ways he explained are very successful and let me reviewing and thinking about the best that I thought would work for me. To Office Manager Eric Rebnord going over different pricing option of different procedures and ensuring me the affordable process of either procedures. They both won over my comfort and trust to the point of moving forward with procedure. And I was in a very nervous non trusting position. After loosing my dentist to retirement after decades. This is not to mention the friendly professional staff that worked and welcomed me as a person and important patient. Thank you Aspen Dentist for being here to comfort Sioux Falls. I

I am not one to go to the dentist for two reasons. 1. I have a bad gag reflex that makes me feel bad when they can't do their job because of it. 2.Don't like the pain afterwards. These wonderful people, dressed up for Halloween as the cast of Wizard of Oz...They made me feel so comfortable and even helped me get through the X-rays. The pain was unbearable but no matter what they were all there helping me get through it. These wonderful people will make you feel like you're family. I am going to go there for as long as possible. I had a new patient exam on 1/14/19. Everyone was very kind and professional. I do have a few comments though about the services. I stopped in a week prior to my visit to have my dental records from other places sent over and they were not there...didnt even say if they sent the request or not just was going off my last visit to aspen back in 2017...in Burlington Iowa...also I felt rushed for my appointment and I barely seen the dentist. He looked in my mouth for all of 30 seconds to a minute. He rushed the dental hygienist, she was flossing my teeth she got done with the bottem he jumped in looked like i said maybe 30 sec to a Minute and then like done and she then was able to finish up my flossing. Every dentist I've ever been to they look at my teeth because I tend to have a lot of cavities cuz I like sugar and I don't think he did a very good job at that they usually take one of those picks and poke around make sure if there isnt cavities. I plan on going back honestly because they are close to my job and they have later night appointments which is convenient for me since I work during most normal business hours.

Fit of Dentures was adjusted till great fit. The only issue is that tongue won't stay out of way sometimes it has to check out new stuff in mouth. Honestly they feel great and my smile to me looks better. Thanks for a. Great experience

Its been several months now since I had all my teeth removed , received my temporary dentures and now my permanent dentures. Wanted to wait till everything completed before I wrote this review.I have nothing but the highest rating for Aspen Dental. A special thanks to Dr Woodhull for making this experience as pleasant as it can get, From the very beginning the receptionist,Eric the financial manager, and all the dental assistants that helped in my care, were all very polite and professional. Every aspect of my care was all top notch ! I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone that needs any oral work done.Especially those who have any fear of dentists. They made this uncomfortable experience a breeze. I even got my brother-in-law talked into making a appointment and he is totally frightened of dentists . This visit started in the worst possible way. I arrived for my 11:15 appointment with my paperwork all filled out, just for them to tell me that the call center had booked my appointment for the day before!! Not only that but the next available appointment was in january. Thankfully, with some quick shuffling, they were able to get me in. Although the Dr tried to push some of my work to january I was able to get him to agree to the treatment plan I wanted instead of the one he is pushing on me. Very nice man, just had an agenda I didn't agree with. Once the clinical part was done, I met with the temp office manager deb. She was a hoot and I enjoyed talking with her. My next appointment is on Monday and I can't wait to get my work done

Seemed to get a little long to wait, but this is the second time this is happened at your office with my appointments. Would hope there would be some improvement next time. Was there this past week for the free exam. The staff was nice. But it seemed like it took forever to be seen by the doctor. Probably bcuz I was there for a Hour an half. And his visit was maybe 4 minutes. Nearly not enough for a good exam. Not to mention the "highgenist" dropped her tools on the ground than laughed like it was a joke. I'm in need of dentures which I knew before going in. Was quoted around $14,000 including 3 months worth of gum treatment for a Full Top Set and Partial Bottom Set. Or the option of a Complete Full Set without the need of gum treatment for around $10,000.

I came in to Aspen Dental, because, well, It's right across from the Mexican Resteraunt I eat at quite a bit. So when my molar broke, it was the first place I thought of. Everyone I felt with was fun and easy to understand. I havent been to the dentist in 15 years thanks to a movie called "The Dentist". These folks here, were amazing, kept me laughing, and kept me informed. There is alot wrong with my mouth since I haven't been seen for 15 years. So I don't seem the price they showed me too high. Luckily they have payment plans. I will be going back.

Friendly staff. I felt like I was rushed through to make a decision in regards to some major dental work that I needed. When work was started staff kept interrupting dentist while he was working on me to talk about some work he was having done on his car outside. Felt as if he hurried to finish and maybe didn't give my partial as much attention as he could have so he could rush out of room to pay the man working on his car. There seems to be a lot of hidden fees in the billing such as charging more than $130 for an electric tooth brush with each visit ( I didnt realize this was a rental program).

They only post positive reviews so I'm trying one more time. What they post in their office is a complete lie! They will take your money, they won't explain what certain things cost. They are terrible dentists who only want your money. They claim to be upfront about costs, but that's a bunch of b.s. Stay away and keep your money!

Saw the add on Tv for Aspen Dental. Dentures starting at $399. Well can't beat that can you? Well I make an appointment and was seen 35 minutes later. They take xrays. I get to see Dr. and he says oh you need all your bottom teeth pulled and fitted for lower denture and upper denture replaced. That was fine. They take me to finance manager and I am given a quote for the most expensive set of dentures. $4550. Well being disabled and on Medicare (which pays no dental at all) I asked about the $399. dentures. Oh these are the cheapest and there are only certain levels of yellow teeth you can get. If you want almost white teeth on your dentures it is $4500.. I understand they want to make money but $4500 for a set of dentures is unbelievable. The staff was very nice and helpful. I feel the bait and switch is a little perturbing.. Dentures for $399 and suddenly it is $4550. Also the cheaper you pay the cheaper they look. Each level only goes a little lighter than the previous level. I expected to be able to get pretty close to White teeth. Best set of dentures is still on the yellow side. Not sure if I will go back. .

There were some issues with the crowns, specifically getting the temporary ones off. They made it their mission to get the problem solved as quickly as they could and make me as comfortable as possible. Although it took a little longer, there was no extra charge.
