The best dental clinic in Seattle, by far. 1. Pinnacle is very proactive with communication (before & after visit). 2. The practice is very clean and well organized. Things were handled very efficiently, and I was happy with Dr. Mulye's work. 3. 100% of the people I've referred to Pinnacle (co-workers and friends) are happy patients. Many have said this was the best dental clinic they've ever been to. Highly recommended!

Dr. Mulye was able to see me in relatively short notice for a problem I was having. He is a fantastic, caring dentist who checks up on you during procedures to ensure you're still comfortable. His assistants and office staff are wonderful too. I would recommend him and his practice to anyone.

Dr. Tejas is super awesome. I had 6 tooth fillings and had a bad experience in past with dentists but he did it so well that I am glad I went to him. Wonderful experience!! I hadn't seen a dentist the entire pandemic, and Pinnacle team made it so easy and calming. Dr. Mulye is incredibly knowledgable: great at breaking concepts down / explaining reasons why my teeth sensitivity occurred / best next steps and follow up care / up-to-date on latest dental practices and bedside manner. I had to get new fillings due to tooth decay, and at some point, the procedure was actually relaxing enough I fell asleep for a short second (lol). Great team :)

Quick and efficient. Explained everything in detail to me and charged less than my monthly allowance for food. (I got a wisom tooth removed.) They will be my primary dentist for awhile thanks to their prices and expertise.

Wonderful! Just had one experience so far but I can already tell Dr. Mulye and the team at Pinnacle are the best. In addition to taking great care of my teeth, the staff are excellent communicators, and amazingly warm and friendly. They took extra-good care in walking me through the status of my teeth, every step of the day's procedures, made sure I felt comfortable and had no unanswered questions. Dr. Mulye and his team were amazing! The care and quality of service was top notch - the x-rays, cleanings, and check up went smoothly and the team maintained clear communication throughout the whole process of booking an appointment, insurance coverage, the appointment itself, scheduling future appointments, and after care notes. I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at other dentists before, low-key I was shocked by the amount of thought and care they put in for their patients. You can tell Dr. Mulye wants the best for you - he is thorough with what your insurance covers, informs you of what occurs at each process/stage during the appointment, and that you have all your questions answered before you leave. When the pandemic began, I lost my routine and was really bad about taking care of my teeth. I finally came in for an appointment with Dr. Mulye, and he made me very comfortable and not embarrassed. He did a great job of explaining each step he was taking and what I can do now to prevent further cavities. I'm relatively new to Seattle, so I was pretty much just searching for a good dentist who would also take my insurance. From the start, my interaction with Pinnacle Dental Care was warm and the service was impressive. Dr. Mulye's office immediately responded to my website inquiry (within minutes). Raj got me scheduled and set up with my insurance right away. I was able to fill out all of my intake forms online, which made the day of my appointment super easy. Love this place, and I'm terrified of dentists. I was referred to an oral surgeon by Dr. Mulye because I wanted to be completely asleep when my wisdom teeth were removed - the quote from the surgeon was one I couldn't afford, so I didn't end up getting the surgery. When I started having jaw pain due to a half-erupted wisdom tooth, they were able to see me the day I called. I thought it would just be a consultation and I would have to wait for surgery, but Dr. Mulye pulled the problem tooth right then and I was home within the hour - plus insurance covered it. He walked me through everything he was doing and made sure I wasn't in any pain. Whole thing took less than 30 minutes, and this was the tooth that the oral surgeon said would be the most difficult to remove. Everyone here is great, including the administrator who schedules and deals with insurance.

Super happy with my experience. I needed a last minute appointment after an old filling came loose. Dr. Mulye called me back on a holiday and squeezed me in the next day. Pinnacle Dental is honestly the most wonderful dental experience I have ever had! Both the Doctor and the hygienist are incredibly kind and ensure patient comfort that goes above and beyond. Dr. Tejas Mulye and Pinnacle Dental Care are amazing. Let me tell you why. Background on Me: When I moved to Seattle, I first went to a different dentist. This other dentist (at a completely different practice) honestly made me fear going to the dentist. This led me to stop going to the dentist for 2 years. I finally decided I needed to go back to the dentist, but didn't want to go back to that other practice. Then I happened to walk by Pinnacle Dental Care (conveniently located in Capitol Hill/First Hill area with lots of street parking around). I made an appointment with them solely because it was close to where I lived and I could walk there. I just hoped that it wouldn't be another terrible experience. Great First Experience: It was actually quite the opposite from terrible. Dr. Mulye and his assistants are super personable and do their job very well. I told Dr. Mulye that I get freaked out by drills and loud noises at the dentist. Before doing anything, he would explain exactly what he was about to do and what I should expect from it (i.e. feeling, noise, etc.). During the cleaning, it was determined I needed 2 fillings (probably because I hadn't gone to the dentist in 2 years - oops). We made follow up appointments for fillings. Fillings were a Breeze: I've always been freaked out by fillings (it's the drill - I hate it so much). But Dr. Mulye once again was super patient and transparent with me every step of the way. He and his assistants are also super gentle and I didn't have any issues with getting both my fillings. They actually had such a calming presence that I had little-to-no anxiety the entire time (which is very unusual for me). Easy to Schedule: They scheduled me in for another cleaning 6 months later. After 6 months, I ended up being out of town on the scheduled date, so they very easily changed my appointment with no hassle. Then I had to move my appointment a second time (I had strep throat), and they once again were super nice about it and rescheduled me with ease. Second and Future Experience: This second cleaning was exactly like the first one - super gentle and transparent. They all were super friendly and personable. Who would've ever thought you'd enjoy your time at the dentist? I've moved to a different neighborhood since starting to go to them but I am absolutely sticking with them for all my future appointments. As someone with anxiety, specifically anxiety about the dentist, it's really great to have a doctor and practice who are calm, kind, transparent, and honestly just really great people. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this practice and Dr. Tejas Mulye to everyone if you are looking for a new dentist.

I had a great experience here. Comfort was a constant concern and Dr. Mulye and his staff were friendly and welcoming. I came in after not having a cleaning for a few years so was a bit nervous to get started. After a friendly welcome and some routine Covid precautions, the entire appointment was filled with communication about what we would be going through and opportunities to ask questions. During the cleaning itself, Dr. Mulye made sure I had ways of communicating discomfort and paused with regular check ins to make sure my comfort levels were alright. I highly recommend Pinnacle Dental. I’ve been out of work due to COVID which means I no longer have any kind of health insurance. I had a semi-emergency with an infected gum that made it painful to chew and eat so I called around to a few offices to see what care they could provide and I came across Pinnacle by chance. Dr. Mulye was very good at calming my anxiety because it’s been a while since I’ve even been to a dentist and they managed to get me in right away to assess what was wrong. About a week later I had my appointment and even managed to fix another problem to prevent any future issues. He was up front about the costs and even took the time to tell me how he was conducting the exam. They check in during the process to make sure you’re comfortable throughout— I will definitely be going back for my next procedure. ✌🏻

I love my current dentist but I needed some dental work that was beyond what he was willing to do and he recommend me to an orthodontist. After reaching out to several practices, they all pushed Invisalign as the first and only option for me instead of the recommended modifications that could enhance my smile without a very expensive bill. That is when I found Dr. Mulye and Pinnacle Dental and I’m so happy I did. He and his team were very kind and professional and quick to respond to my questions. He was not pushy and discussed all options available to me. The office vibe is very friendly and the meditative style music they play is so relaxing it lulls you into a peaceful state of mind. My partner and I have been looking for a good dentist I liked since moving to Seattle, and I felt so lucky to finally meet Dr. Tejas! I had gone to dentists before that used terms such as "maximize my insurance", and suggesting procedures that would cost me thousands of dollars that I came to find out I didn't need. I never got that vibe from Dr. Tejas. Quite the opposite, I got a fair price for what I really needed done, and Dr. Tejas was great at communicating clearly to me the treatment, and discussing my options, as well as a long term plan. He also has great bedside manners, and I feel comfortable at every step of the consultation. The practice has brand new equipment too, and COVID protocols are followed. I truly recommend Pinnacle for everyone who might be trying to find their dentist in Seattle.

Tejas was able to make time to see me for an emergency check-up after I bit on a pebble that was in my food. I saw him again for a general check-up/cleaning, and he and his assistant, Armando, were great. Tejas is very good with explaining things yet keeping it simple. (I know very little about dental care). He is also very transparent and will explain his thought process. He is not one of those dentists who pushes you to pick certain services, but gives you options and helps you decide what is practical. Also, he is the first dentist I've seen in MANY MANY years. And he was not judgmental over the fact that I refused to see a dentist in the past to save money. He was very understanding over my reluctance to see a dentist, provided me with a comprehensive check-up, and ensured that I would be comfortable throughout the entire visit. The place is clean, new, and state-of-the-art, but more than that the care that I received was beyond 5-stars. They constantly made sure I was comfortable and they talked with me like a friend. my overall experience with Dr. Tejas Mulye and his staff were excellent. couple things i really like about this dental office. #1, very new and clean. #2. equipments are new and upgraded #3, Dr Tejia Mulye was very thorough, doesn't rush. I've been to a lot dental visits, so far he is the only dentist spend most time talking to me as a patient. #4 the cleaning was not painful and no splashing water on your face. I had a lot of painful cleaning and thought that's the norm...., my cleaning was done by Dr Tejas Mulye, not by a hygienist , so maybe that makes a difference? i think they are short on hygienist. #5. there are little things they do that provide a lot of comfort for patients during the cleaning. they provide lip gloss!!! so your lips don't chap and bleed from all the suctioning. they ask you to close your mouth to suck out all the buildup saliva VERY frequently without me asking!! I am excited about this one, because this is the second thing that causes most discomfort for me aside from the pain. most hygienist i've experience before doesn't suck the build up salvia unless i raise my hands. I totally recommend to go see Dr Tejas Mulye.

Pinnacle is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Tejas Mulye and Armando are an amazing duo. I recently moved from NC and found this place when looking for a new dentist in the area. Its location is perfect - walking distance from housing in the pike/pine neighborhood but still in a quieter area. I went for a dental cleaning and they explained everything wonderfully and truly cared about me as a patient and my dental goals. I'm now in the process of trying their professional teeth whitening and the process so far couldnt go any more smoothly! I'm excited to be a new patient of theirs and would recommend them to anyone!

In summary, ABSOLUTELY recommend. Dr. Mulye and his staff (Armando and Raj especially) are wonderful. Very patient at explaining all options, communicative during procedures, flexible in scheduling, and quick to respond should you have any issues. I was referred here from a friend after a "chain" dentist office put me through a series of shuffling between multiple providers (4 different dentists either left the practice or switched sites), changing what procedures I would or wouldn't need, and failing to return calls. In doing so, the chain left me with multiple different temporary crowns for 5 months (which, by the way, whenever it fell off, the chain would happily see me in a week and finally just gave me temp bond packets because it happened often over 5 months). Dr. Mulye's office had me seated with a permanent crown LESS than TWO WEEKS from the initial consultation. Furthermore, when the temp crown fell off, he fit me into his schedule on a Friday evening so I didn't have to cancel my weekend plans to get it back in place.

Dr. Tejas Mulye is a wonderful dentist. He and his assistant Armando are super friendly, detail oriented, and are able to talk you through all the work being done. Dr. Mulye cleaned my teeth, replaced a crown, and made the process quick and easy. I now have a crown that looks just like my other teeth, fits beautifully, and I can finally enjoy a meal without food getting caught between my teeth! I cannot express how happy I am to have found him.

Dr Tejas Mulye is an excellent dentist. His office is well located at the heart of Capitol Hill, it's brand new, in a safe area at Cap Hill. He and his staff follow all the required safety protocols for this Covid era (temperature checks when you step into the office, everything is sanitized and they wear the required protective equipment), so you feel completely safe at his office regarding the Covid situation. I had 2 wisdom teeth that were causing me lots of trouble for the past years, and a couple of resins put on. Everything went perfectly smooth and fast. What I liked the most was that after examining the situation, Dr Mulye gives you an ETA of how long the procedure will last and what his course of action will be. During the procedure he describes to you what steps his performing and how much time left it'll take until the procedure is complete. I highly recommend him, and I'll definitely be back for my teeth cleanings in the future.

Going to the dentist has always given me anxiety—going to the dentist during COVID was way beyond my comfort zone. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy my first appointment was. They took my temperature when I arrived and asked me to sanitize my hands. They were both wearing N95’s and clearly follow COVID prevention guidelines in the exam room. On top of COVID precautions, it was also a really relaxing exam/cleaning; Dr. Mulye and Armando have good chemistry and communicated well with each other. They play chill lofi hip hop so I felt at home. I appreciate that they vocalize anything they’re about to do during the cleaning—nothing caught me off guard. I left feeling calm, and I’ll definitely be back in 6 months!

I can't thank Dr. Tejas and his staff for being so welcoming. As I am new to the neighborhood, it was overwhelming as far as securing a dentist; but I am really grateful to have chosen his practice. I have had "bad luck" with dentists in the past resulting in nerve damage and sensitivity in some areas, which is why I dread every visit to my past dentists. During my initial appointment, I was walked through the process taking X-rays, checking gum tissue (I was shown pictures of my teeth to see potential areas of concern, what looks good, etc.)and voiced my concerns about both my past dental experiences and procedures. While doing the teeth cleaning, I barely felt any discomfort, which I found amazing. This tells me that Dr. Tejas and his staff take the time to listen to the concerns of patients so their experience as comfortable as possible and it shows in their work. I had been going to one of the "dental compound" sort of offices. It was OK, but I always felt a little uncomfortable. Everything felt rushed around me. I felt like I saw a new set of faces each time. When COVID hit, my desire to go to a smaller office where I had a better relationship with the staff started to feel even more important. I discovered Dr. Mulye, and was interested by the offer of compassionate and explanatory dental care, and boy did the team deliver! The visit was extremely comfortable and at each step of the way. I was very comfortable with the team's level of protection for COVID-related concerns. I got a lot of detail about what might not be going well, what I should do about it, and what might happen if I don't. The team was careful to suggest better practices without guilting or shaming me (an experience I've had at many other dentists). Most importantly, they were very patient with my bad jokes and silly questions. What more can I ask for? I'm actually looking forward to my next dentist visit now! My only wish is that they had one of those panoramic-style X-ray machines.

Dr. Tejas Mulye is such a gift, and this review is long overdue! Two weeks ago, my crown on my molar fell off while eating dinner. Like some other transplant Seattle-lites, I've been a loyalist to my regular dentist back home for years (8 to be exact!), which was a little bit of a problem, since he's in Los Angeles. I immediately Googled all the dentists in Seattle that would be open the next day and called them that same night, with little hope that I would hear a response, as it was already fairly late and all the offices were closed. Surprisingly, Dr. Tejas gave me a call that same evening and scheduled an appointment with me the very next day in the morning. He was reassuring, prompt, and professional. During the actual appointment itself, I was impressed by his kindness, thoroughness, and skill.
