Without a doubt the best surgical experience I’ve ever had was at Omni Dental (which is saying a lot with how many surgeries I’ve had in my life). Dr. Ashour is only in once a month but he is beyond worth the wait. I knew from the moment our consultation was finished that I was grateful he would be my surgeon. He is extremely skilled and even knew a tunneling technique that was better for me in the long run. I’ve been with this dentist for almost three years now and can say for a fact it is the best dentists’ office in Seattle

So far the best place I have been! Staff was relaxed and helpful. The assistant was accommodating and clear about everything that was happening. The appointment started on time.Dr. Andy addressed my anxiety about going to the dentist first thing! He was clear regarding my treatment plan and I feel very confident going regularly for cleanings or any other work needed in the future.

The staff, hygienists and doctors are all nice people. They clean the teeth well and give honest opinions about the procedures that you need. I've been lied to in other dental clinics about the procedures I need and putting in orders that I never requested for. So it's very reassuring when I joined this dental clinic and have people who are honest. It's been a pleasure to be a patient of this dental clinic.

I had a great cleaning today with Michaela. She was very gentle and considerate- even wiping the splashes off my face! I don’t love going to the dentist- who does? But I like Omni, the waiting room is like an art gallery, the staff are super friendly and it is always a good experience.

Really love this dental clinic! Fantastic customer service; they really care about your comfort (provided me with a blanket when I was cold, careful around my sensitive teeth, etc). I had questions and they took their time answering them. The office is also very lovely and modern, brand new looking and very clean!

I had a broken cap replaced. Dr Wendy Yeung and hygienist Marina were both fantastic. No pain, very timely, in and out very efficiently!! The new crown fits like a glove, and looks great for color match! Office staff were diligent, and found me insurance coverage!! I would highly recommend Omni, and Dr Yeung!👍👍👍👍👍

I have a really hard time going to the dentist since it gives me a lot of anxiety. My doctors, hygienists and assistants at Omni dental were the most accommodating they could be to make sure I had a good experience and for that I can’t be grateful enough.

I had an unpleasant deep cleaning experience here. 1. During first half of the cleaning, they used a broken machine for cleaning, the water leaked to my clothes. 2.In the second half of the cleaning, they over-charged me. The correct amount is $84.40 but they charged me $116.40. I called them for refunding 4 days ago, but it doesn’t happen yet. I guess I need to call them again to get this resolved. Follow-up(Edit) They reached out to me and refunded me by writing a check. Thanks

I hate the dentist, but this place is great. They have a television that you stare up at when you get taken back in the chair and it’s playing wildlife documentaries. Marina, the dental assistant, and the dentist himself, are both incredibly kind and patient. I was feeling really light headed before we started my cleaning and they went out of their way to get me extra water and apple juice. I felt so embarrassed but they helped calm me down so much and it was overall an excellent experience.

This was my fifth visit to this practice and I remain very satisfied. I arrived on time and they were ready for me. The receptionist, dental assistant/hygienist, and dentist were very pleasant and friendly. I feel that the treatment was thorough and complete. He was very friendly and kind, and he performed the gentlest teeth cleaning I've ever experienced! I decided to have additional cleanings done beyond the two insurers typically cover. I cannot stress enough the care and intricacy done with clean my teeth at Omni. There was no residual discoloration. None. My dentist was polite, communicative, informative, and patient. I have very sensitive teeth and she allowed for this sensitivity. I saw her use multiple tools to clean my teeth, despite my anxiety around sensitivity. I didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t feel she thought I was lying about my pain because ENOUGH people in the healthcare sector actually think people who look like me lie about our pain and sensitivities or otherwise decide (with no evidence) we’re tough enough to handle it. This has been my experience overall yet not with this visit to Omni. If you’re seeking a new dentist, hygienist, orthodontist, or whomever, consider Omni on Second Ave in Belltown. They’ll take care of you.

Before coming to Omni, I had a bad experience at a different dentist office. So coming to Omni after that I was nervous, but the staff here are awesome! Everyone has been extremely welcoming and friendly. They make me feel relaxed and confident in their work whenever I come in every 6 months. The office is really nice inside; new and clean. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office. Complete 180 compared to the last dentist I went to.

I had a wonderful experience at Omni Dental! Like most people, I have dental anxiety as soon as I walk through the door of a dental office but when I came to Omni Dental the whole staff made me feel so welcomed and relaxed. Marina the Dental Assistant offered me a blanket and a pillow as soon as I sat in the chair and turned on Netflix during my treatment. And yes they have a TV on the ceiling for patients to watch movies with noise cancelation headphones! Which helped immensely with my dental anxiety. Dr.Andy was also very informative and took his time explaining my treatment. My previous dentist always made me feel so rushed, but not here! I highly recommend this office to everyone especially if you have dental anxiety.

I cannot sing enough praise about this place. As someone with a ton of anxiety about dental work, and having had poor experiences with dentists in the past, Omni has completely put me at ease for future visits. Dr Wendy Yeung was personal, thoughtful, and handled my procedure (fillings, a couple of crowns, and a deep cleaning) masterfully. I’ve got a fully functioning mouth again after delaying the work I needed because of previous dentists inflating my needs, and it feels amazing. The entire office staff was fantastic. Office manager, care coordinator, hygienists - everyone was a pleasure to deal with. First time I’ve had that experience at an office. Kudos to all of you. :)

Beautiful dental office in Belltown! They have an Art gallery in the waiting area which is so cool! Everyone here makes you feel like family, from front desk to DA's, Hygienists and Dentists! Omni is a beautiful new office, w/ state of the art equipment. One of the best parts is the waiting/lobby area is an art gallery! Dr. Andy has been my dentist for a long time. I recently needed a lot of work done, he was quick and did an amazing job! Dr. Andy's assistant Marina, is great. She always makes sure my appointment is as comfortable as it can be. I had a root canal today with Dr. Wendy, and I could not recommend her more highly. I am a nervous patient (still recovering from a head/neck injury and accident trauma), and she and her team were patient, encouraging, and warm throughout the procedure. Even though it took much longer than planned, I felt never felt that they were rushed or pressed for time, but certain that they had my best interests in mind as they worked to deliver the best care possible -- even when that meant needing to take a few breaks along the way. This was not a pleasant experience, but honestly truly could not have gone better. I am so grateful.

I switched to Omni Dental Belltown about a year ago and couldn’t be happier. I’ve had a couple of dental emergencies, and they always manage to squeeze me in right away. I’ve dealt with multiple dentists and support staff, and they’ve all been very professional, personable, and most important, excellent at their jobs. Barb at the front desk is an expert at dealing with insurance issues, and I always seem to owe less than I anticipated. The office itself is very warm and comfortable, with beautiful artwork adorning the nice brick walls. They also appear to have all the latest state-of-the-art dental equipment. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable and pleasant dental experience.

Their website says there are plenty of appointments available, like every day, but their next availability is usually 2-3 months out. The hygienist was super thorough and impressive with her detailing and explanation of what she was doing and why! When the dentist came in, she didn’t tell me her name and quickly went through things. Kinda like MD’s who only see you for 1 minute and only write things down. Rather impersonal. Really nice office space, clean, nice people. They said to expect an hour-and-a-half, and it took 80 minutes!

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist. Gorgeous office with local art on display, the receptionist was friendly. Squeaky clean suites with tv on the ceiling, noise canceling headphones and Netflix available. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Anna, was very kind and expertly cleaned my teeth. They feel SO GOOD! I even had to get part of a filling replaced and Dr Yeung made it quick and painless. Safe to say I’ve found my new dentist!

I've had a number of procedures completed at Omni dental and the level of care has been outstanding throughout. Barb at the front is amazing at making sure you fully understand your benefits, works with clients schedules like a pro and truly cares about us patients. I've worked with 4 of the Dr.s and each one took the time to answer all my question and address the concerns I had with my up coming procedures. The assistants are patient, accommodating and skilled at working through major procedures. And to top it off their prices are fair and reasonable. I had my root canal done last Thursday. The dentist who has done my root canal and the nurse practitioner who were helping her, they both were the best dentists that I have ever met. Unfortunately, I have had multiple dental procedures done in my lifespan. I have never met dentists who are so compassionate towards their patients. I had really bad experiences of dentistry in my past, but this time with Omni dental, I had a very positive experience. 😊 These people don’t try to do business with you when you are in pain already. They haven’t removed my cap (dental crown) which was already there on my molar tooth and have done root canal of the same tooth, which was pretty impressive, they would have easily convinced me to remove that cap and apply the new one which could have got them $1000 extra. I am super impressed with the authenticity and going to visit them again for my Invisalign which I was hoping to do from a really long time. Thank you Omni Dental for your genuine care. 🙏😊😊😊 Must mention - the girl on the front desk was very friendly.

This is the best Dentist I’ve ever been to, hands down!! From reception to dental assistants, all staff have been extremely helpful, kind, and amazing! They make me feel comfortable and confident by explaining everything in great detail and understanding of personal and financial situations. The offices are extremely clean and lovely with rotating artwork in each room. They have ceiling tv displays to help you relax during long procedures which makes it easy to distract from the pressure of the work being done. I would recommend them to anyone! I was visiting Seattle and one of my crown's cracked. Omni Dental offered me an appointment the next day early in the morning. The entire staff was professional and caring and made me feel at ease. Marina, Dr. Andy and Vivienne are fantastic. I would avoid Dr. Hockin but the rest of the staff is really great. Friendly, willingness to be flexible and adjust appointments, and overall a pleasant experience. They have lots of little extra's which make the experience more 'enjoyable'. TV on the ceiling, bite guards, glasses, etc.

I got my teeth cleaned with x-rays. The x-rays didn't hurt. The hygienist used a modern set of tools. The dentist checked my mouth then the hygienist scraped and brushed my teeth. The chair needed an adjustment to fit my back. Overall I had a good experience.

State of the art dental practice. Everyone is super friendly and everything is brand new. The lobby area is actually an art gallery. While you wait for your appointment you can enjoy beautiful paintings, which are replaced every month. Dr. Matt is very experienced. I can't recommend this practice enough. I really hate going to the dentist and in the past have felt a little judged for having a lot of old fillings in my back molars but Dr. Hockin and his whole staff were wonderful and understanding. I was having tooth pain and they got me in right away even though I was a new patient. I really appreciated that Dr. Hockin showed me all my X-rays and talked me through the differential and plan. I was really impressed that he didn't recommend any unnecessary procedures as previous dentist have done. We came up with a plan to treat the sensitivity at home and then check back in a few weeks before jumping to a big treatment or restoration. I'm glad I got a second opinion with him. Everyone from the front desk staff to back office were kind, friendly and professional. If you're not someone who likes the dentist check them out because after trying out multiple dentists in the Seattle area they are by far my favorite.

Just came back from my appointment and it was a great experience! This office is very modern and beautifully designed with the latest technology out there. I went in for a crown that I had to get done after a root canal and I got my crown the same day! Dr Matt is very knowledgeblae and is great at what he does! The whole staff was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. Will definetly be coming back here and recommending this place to friends and family! I came in for a cleaning on Friday, 6/7/2019, and was very pleased with the quality of service I received. I’ve never had a dental experience like this one before. The location is perfect, walking distance from my work. The inside is beautifully renovated and updated. I was greeted by the friendly staff that always put my comfort first. The coolest part was they had a tv above the chair so I was able to watch Netflix while Dr. Matt was working on my cavity, which he found and treated right away. All the equipment is brand new and top of the line! Dr.Matt was able to take before and after pics of my cavity and show it to me on the screen in front of me. I highly recommend this place!

Truly a professional group of staffs from the front desk, to dental assistance, ending with Dr. Lee. I genuinely felt I was in good hands with Dr. Lee as he makes the uncomfortable procedures feel pleasant with zero anxiety and paranoia. Dr. Hockin is my dentist and Jade is his assistant - they are both amazing! I HATE going to the dentist and it doesn’t help that every time i go, I seem to need more work done... (combination of T1D and bad genetics...) these guys are just the best (also including Barb at the front desk). Everyone makes you feel calm, they have the numbing gel so you don’t feel the injections, Netflix!! And happy Gas, does it get any better?? I’m able to zone out when I’m having work done so i don’t get stressed! So far I’ve needed 2 crowns, 2 root canals and 2 fillings! They make your crown on-site so no having a temporary one put in and needing to come back in 2 weeks! Genius! Cannot say enough nice things about these guys! Book an appointment now, you won’t regret it!
