Let’s face it, no one wants cavities but we all have to have them fixed. I happened to have had my first filling in my life and was fortunate enough to have chosen a great dentist to complete such a task. Everyone was kind, helpful and most importantly careful. They made an uncomfortable occasion as comfortable as it could have been. I am not advocating eating more sweets but certainly my filling experience will not cause me to think twice the next time dessert comes around.

Phenomenal. Our entire family sees Dr. Vo and his staff and has for years. My kids (ages 5, 7 and 8) LOVE going to the dentist. Amazingly, they look forward to it! The staff is both friendly and excellent in their work. The office is always clean and easy to get to. We moved out of the downtown area last year and wouldn't think of switching dentists.

My experience here was amazing! The front office staff were very friendly and the hygienist, Jeff, was extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing so that I understood what the purpose was behind each step of the cleaning. He made me feel less nervous about the whole process and actually made my time in the office enjoyable by talking with me. Dr. Vo was also very kind and quick. I have had multiple dentists in the past try to sell me on services which weren't necessary, but he didn't do this. Overall, I would highly recommend coming here!

I only stopped going because my insurance changed, but everyone there was very friendly and polite and helpful, and I rarely (if ever) had any problems will insurance or billing. Dr.Vo, Morgan the hygienist, and the front desk staff are all friendly and awesome. They do a great job of simply explaining the procedures and providing practical advice to improve your dental health. I’ve been going here for almost two almost years. The office was very clean even before COVID... now it’s insanely clean! I felt personally extremely safe during my first visit back during the pandemic. The staff was also well protected. Great experience! Very friendly, professional staff and the office is beautiful! Dr. Vo has gone above and beyond (more than once!) to care for me and my family. His staff were all personable and very friendly. I liked the automated website and forms, which made my appointment fast and easy. My dental hygienist was Morgan, and she was lovely. My teeth feel fantastic and the cleaning and x-rays were painless. I did not feel pressured to add extra services. Dr. Vo wasn't much for smiling, but he was conversational. He seems like an all-business type of dentist. I will definitely reschedule with his office for my future dental needs.

Amazing! I had some issues that prolonged my visits to the dentist, but I finally was having enough issues I needed to go in and be seen. I was very hesitant seeing a new dentist, as I had seen the same practice since I started going to the dentist. I obtained a referral from a co-worker and made it in. If there's such thing as an "amazing experience" at the dentist, I had it. I needed a deep cleaning, and the hygienist Jeff, made my experience very easy. I appreciated the office as a whole so much, I actually made it back for a 2nd half deep cleaning and a fill. I obtained a referral for an oral surgeon, and was very pleased with the referral. I will be coming back as needed, and I will refer anyone who needs a new dentist to this office. Every employee I have encountered was great. Thank you!

THE BEST DENTIST and DENTAL STAFF!!!! For over 30 years, I have had a huge fear of dentists due to a bad incident when I was a child. This fear caused me to not be as diligent and responsible on my dental appointments. Then i found Dr. Vo. From the first meeting, I felt at ease; still filled with huge anxiety but his conversation made me feel so comfortable and I knew, I was in great care. My last 2 appointments confirmed it. Dr. Vo and his entire staff are simply AMAZING! They are patient, sincerely friendly and demonstrate care in such a manner that leaves you feeling awesome that you chose them. I am super happy with my choice and ever grateful for the manner they have restored my faith in dentists. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

Dr. Vo was a very nice and pleasant man. The receptionist was very courteous and helpful. The exam room was very warm. Coupled with the lights used it was not very comfortable. The cleaning was very long and a bit difficult to endure. Update: I recently went back for a six month checkup and it was a nice experience. The cleaning was excellent this time. So I have increased my rating.

I hate going to the dentist, but love going to Dr. Vo and his team, they are super friendly, no unnecessary work, and gentle. Even though they are no longer a preferred dental provider with my insurance (as of this year) I will continue to see them, as it took my 10 years to find someone as good as my uncle who retired. They are taking all the necessary precautions with COVID, one of the things I like best is each chair is in its own room, floor to ceiling walls with a door (this was the setup prior to COVID), they are also mitigating particles in the air by not using the electric tools as much, only when necessary. They are using extra PPE to help protect themselves and their clients and following all necessary precautions possible for everyone. I would most definitely recommend Dr. Vo and team!!

Just saying if you like your dentist to be chatty then you might not be interested. If you mostly care about professional dental work, then he is your DDS!

I showed up and right away everyone put me at ease. Their office is clean, professional and modern. This was my second visit at their establishment, and I am really happy with everything and everyone. The staff is truly terrific, including the front desk staff and the dental hygienist. I was nervous about my teeth cleaning that required anesthesia, mainly because of the needle work that goes into it, and Dr. Thomas came over and reassured me that I was not being too paranoid, and helped me to figure out how I wanted to carry out the process. I am thankful for people who care, and I am ever so grateful for their very humane establishment. It must be frustrating sometimes for them as well, but as my friend says "small things matter," and so, I am happy about the smiles and pep talks.

I LOVE DR. VO! He and his staff are so amazing and as a bonus they are really funny! Let me add that I am posting this on the same day as having dental work (which is usually when I'm most bitter after having work done by other dentists). I've never had any of his staff give me a guilt trip or make me feel embarrassed about my dental work. They also never make me feel silly about any of the questions I have for them. They always take the time to make me feel informed about what I'm having done and what my options are. I also appreciate that he gave me a call the morning after getting a crown to make sure that it was still comfortable after the numbness had worn off. Since moving from Seattle, I have lived in the Tacoma area for almost 5 years now and have tried other dentist in the area (for the sake of distance) and I really regretted it! I've recently come back to Dr. Vo and I am so happy I did. I am more comfortable at his office having dental work done than I ever thought I could be. Unless I move across the country, I have no plans of ever changing dentists!

I've been going to Dr. Vo for 5 years and he is terrific! He is honest about what needs to be done to my teeth, explains things very well, and does an excellent job. He also is very concerned about my comfort level during appointments, always asking if I'm feeling okay or if anything is painful...he really takes his time to make sure I am not in pain. (I've had a lot of dental work done and this is not something all dentists care much about!). Dr. Vo is also very friendly, and takes his time with appointments. The hygienists are AMAZING! Best dental experience I've ever had. This was my first time going to Dr. Vo's office. It is a warm, welcoming, easygoing and non-scary environment (I've had some negative experiences in my past so I was braced for the worst.) My hygienist, Jeff, was amazing. He talked me off my PTSD ledge and made me feel like everything was just fine - and so it was. Dr. Vo and Jeff both were so positive and supportive, that they made going to the dentist seem...well...like a good thing! Who knew? This is the best dentist I've ever been to. I have a major phobia of dentists and this is as good as it gets. It all started when I was a kid and I had my tonsils removed. Check out Russian tonsil removal videos on YouTube if you're interested. I remember being in a dark green room, being tied down to a chair, my mouth propped open with a metal contraption, a metal tray under my mouth and them cutting them open in front of me and blood everywhere. So now whenever I open my mouth at the dentist it all flashes back. For whatever reason, I never got over that. Dr. Vo is always patient and kind with me even the times I've panicked and I've cried. It is super embarrassing and I do everything I can to relax and not do that but if it happens it's nice to have a kind person there not making you feel bad about it. Jeff is an amazing dental hygienist. He understands dental phobias and is so kind, caring and patient. He wasn't rushed and started off chatting to put me at ease and chatted throughout. My teeth feel so clean and no more trauma was introduced. Dare I say the cleaning was almost enjoyable ;) were it not for my fear of anybody touching my mouth with instruments.
