Dr.Cameron made my EXTREME dental fear come to a calm today. I felt heard, understood and fully taken care of and was very patient. I didn't think I was leaving the office with my cavity filled. But, he made sure I did, with complete ease. He also kindly adjusted my night guard at the end of my appointment with even being short on appointment time. What a wonderful experience! I'd highly recommend to anyone !

I really love this place. Doctor Natalia checked me my teeth and Anna cleaned my teeth. Dora did x-ray. Everything is so gentle, nice. Makes me so comfortable and relax. Previous I had a bad experience in other places and usually they made my teeth bleeding. This time in harbor dental, no bleeding. Made me not scare of visiting dental doctor any more!!! Love this place so much!!

Happy to corroborate the other recent reviews highlighting Anna, she's great. Very gentle, explains everything well and is very nice. But she's not alone. Reception was great and Dr. Mosquera was delightful and informative. Like many, I get anxious going to dental appointments. I've gotten better, thinking of it as a tooth spa day helps, but experiences like Bell Harbour are what really help ease the nerves.

I recently came to Bell Harbour dental for a check up and a cleaning and I had the best appointment. Melissa, my hygienist, has such a soft and gentle touch - even when measuring my "pockets" which I typically hate. I was able to relax in what can often be an anxious situation. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to explain to me what I could do to improve my health without making me feel any shame. My teeth felt so smooth and clean afterwards, I love that feeling. I highly recommend Melissa and the whole team at BHD!

Had great experience with the dentist but the nurse/assistant looked grossly incompetent. They kept taking X-rays and kept telling me "that's a good picture" only to redo them at least 4 times (for each angle) which was not convenient.

I haven't been to Bell Harbour but Dr. Donna Helmich was our family dentist in Minnesota for many years. My boys loved her and she was the best. You are lucky to have her! If you have the chance to see Dr. Helmich, you won't regret it. She took care of my boys, made sure they saw the proper orthodontist & all that goes with that care, understood my own dental care needs as a person with congenital heart issues, and was an all around wonderful dentist. Bonus: I did not have to bribe my boys to go to their dental appointments - they genuinely liked going. We miss her terribly but happy she had the opportunity to be near family.

New to the area and this was only my second visit to this location. Their procedures will take a little getting used to as I was with another dentist, in different state, for over 20 years. The staff here is very personable and friendly. Being only my second visit, I did find it a little odd that the Dr. did not come in and spend a few minutes looking at what was done or to see if I had any questions. Maybe they do this every other visit in this state? Either way, I’ll continue to see this dentist as I have no issues and teeth feel good.

Bell Harbour Dental is a great dental practice! We were new to the area, so calling to schedule an appointment was not hard at all. I left a message and their front desk person was able to get back to me within the next day, in which we scheduled our appointments. Dr. McAninley was a wonderful dentist — very kind, respectful, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable of her practice. You can tell she’s incredibly passionate about dental health, and she just wants the very best for her patients. Excellent experience overall, and I look forward to my next cleaning!

I cracked a tooth and they treated this as a dental emergency and squeezed me into their schedule the same day. I needed a crown but I was also doing a lot of travelling so they worked out a plan with a temporary filling until I had time to get it fixed properly. All of the staff here was excellent! I am usually very scared of seeing a dentist. Meeting a new doctor makes me very nervous. The front desk was so patient in helping me prioritize costs and navigating my insurance. The doctor was kind and helpful with about making me feel ashamed about the state of my teeth. The deep cleaning was painless and timed to my comfort level. So many times I've felt poked and prodded and dismissed at a dental appointment. I've always just rather ignore the issues until I was in too much pain, then finally treatment. I am not scared to continue treating the rest of my mouth. Today was my first visit to Bell Harbour Dental office. I was pleased with their professionalism and COVID safety measures. Marivel was a kind and careful hygienist who made my teeth sparkle. Dr McAninley was quite thorough and didn't suggest any future needs at this time, other than cleanings and checkups, which is always a plus. I'll definitely return in 6 months for my next cleaning. I should also mention that the receptionist and the young woman who did my X-rays were both quite friendly. It was all in all as nice an experience as you can have when you have to go to the dentist!!!

Dr.Pawlowski has treated me for years. He gives me a clear treatment plan and helps me stick with it. He is genuinely invested in my health and his staff are all exceptional. One of the best decisions I have ever made was to schedule my dental/periodontal treatment at Bell Harbour. The staff, service, location, and care are all wonderful, and my teeth have never been in greater shape. Dr. Pawlowski took care of my implant surgery, which went seamlessly. I had absolutely no swelling nor pain, and I felt like I knew exactly what I was getting into before the procedure was started. I would highly recommend him for any type of oral surgery, based on my experience, and will be seeking his care when I get a bone graft as part of my orthodontic treatment. Paula is the friendliest and most meticulous dental hygienist I have ever had. Her care has helped keep me cavity-free and rejuvenate my gums, and I always leave the office feeling like my teeth are spotless and brighter. As an added bonus, she is a great conversationalist and always makes me laugh. Dr. McAninley has been a fabulous addition to the Bell Harbour family, and I have been very pleased with the restorative/preventative care I have received. She has an eye for detail and gets the job done well, but she also ensures everything is cosmetically appealing, and that I am smiling wider every time I leave. I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in Seattle. Highly recommended!

Dr.Pawlowski is very experienced and has great compassion for his patients. He performed a delicate extraction of a tooth with a curved root that was only separated from my sinus cavity by less than 1/16" of bone without breaching the integrity and causing me no pain or discomfort in the process. A short while thereafter, he performed a Sinus Lift and Pedicle graft using a painless conscious anesthetic method. Thank goodness for the expert treatment of Dr. Pawlowski and his conscientious staff. I highly recommend Bell Harbor.

Extremely friendly office from Nicole at the front dest to Doctor McAninley. They did a great job of letting me know how much everything was going to cost ahead of time before deciding on a treatment option. Fun conversation throughout the appointment. Probably the only complaint was that the device used to do X-rays poked and prodded a lot, but I was warned about the discomfort ahead of time. Overall a good experience and I will definitely be back.

I came to them after years of avoiding going to a dentist, so I had undiagnosed gum disease. Dr. Pawlawski and his staff worked with me to stabilize it and to do plants for the teeth that could not be saved. The staff are all capable and friendly, and the doctor even had some economical and unusual solutions to build up my gums. I would recommend this office for anyone needing even basic dental care, but especially to address implants and/or periodontal issues.

From the moment we called, our experience was qualitatively different from what had been experienced prior. Jill (sp?), who took our call was very knowledgable and accomodating. She knew what our needs might include, was able to discuss our options, and took the time to coordinate with the other members of the practice to arrange for an extraction of 3 wisdom teeth on the same day. She was able to provide us with all our options and was very understanding when we were concerned about our ability to pay and follow through with our appointment. She informed us of our payment options (e.g., carecredit) and was patient throughout our deciding whether we could follow through with her extra efforts to squeeze us in. From the time we walked into the office, every interaction we had with the personnel was professional, pleasant, comforting and patient. When an uncertainty of treatment plan arose, they handled it perfectly. There was no blame placed--rather, there was only an interest in making sure we felt comfortable with the options available and finding a clear resolution to meet our needs. Dr. Pawlowski was very very kind and gentle and put my fiance at ease. Our experience was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend their services to others. Update: I went to my second cleaning today. It went good. They acknowledged, empathized with, and addressed the issues I mentioned in my original review. They showed good teamwork in addressing it. I'm bumping the rating up a star for that and I'll keep updating this as we go. -- My consultation with Dr. Mac went well. She listens, explains, and gives plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I got a diagnostic pretty fast (they did the x-rays really fast). I haven't cross-checked the diagnostic with other sources yet, so I'm taking it at face value for now because they are specialists on the area. However, regarding what I knew was OK from my previous dentist was OK here too, so that checks up. This part was a 5 star service. Now, what I really disliked here so far was my first cleaning session. The reason is that the hygienist wasn't fully present mentally. The job itself seems to be fine, but the hygienist watched Facebook a couple of times, the second of which she basically left me waiting while she was talking to another colleague while watching Facebook. I had trouble believing it was real. And that's why I'm just giving 3 stars overall rating for now. I'll have another session soon and I'll consider following up. The problem with having somebody that is distracted is that you can't trust they are doing things right even if they do. So far, the job seems fine, but I don't want distracted people taking care of my health.

Wonderful office! Dr. Pawlowski is extremely knowledgeable. I have had two implants and a sinus lift done by him without a problem! Two of our children have had wisdom teeth extracted here without a single problem. He performed a gym graft on my oldest daughter when she was just 8yo, went extremely smoothly! We will be returning for another implant and a gum graft this year. I trust him completely with any of my dental needs. My level of trust for Dr Pawlowski and his stuff is evident in the fact that all 4 of my children have or will be patients of his. We drive over an 1 for his excellent care!!

From my first phone call I felt I had made the right choice in dental offices. Right before I moved to Seattle my previous dentist recommended I see a periodontist. I found Dr. Pawlowski on my insurance website. Imagine my surprise, a periodontist that is in network with my insurance! When I first called, I spoke with Nicole. She helped schedule my first appointment and emailed the paperwork. The paper work is fillable so you can complete it and email it right back. That was great because I always forget my forms at home on the day of my appointments. First appointment was very nice and comfortable. I found Dr. Pawlowski to be very easy to talk to and understand. I met with Nicole after my appointment where she went over the recommended treatment plan, what my insurance would cover, how much my portion would be and scheduled my surgery. I don't remember much about the day of surgery as they sedate you for surgery. Dr. Pawlowski's assistant called to check in on me the next day, my recovery was relatively painless and I am more than pleased with the results. After this great experience I was pleased to discover that they also have a general dentist working in the office. Since I needed a dentist in Seattle I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Cho. My first appointment was 2 hours long! At first I thought this was excessive but I never had a more complete exam! Dr. Cho spent plenty of time talking with me about my concerns and his recommended course of action to care for those concerns. Paula cleaned my teeth. She was very gentle and catered to my cleaning fears . She gave me home care advice but I never felt lectured. Another great experience at Bell Harbour Dental. I am so happy I found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can not recommend this dentist office enough. Each member of the office is kind and thoughtful. I’ve had nothing but fabulous interactions from the front desk to Dr. McAninley’s chair. I use to have major anxiety about the dentist, but that’s completely dissipated since coming to Bell Harbor Dental. Dr. McAninley explains all procedures in detail and her passion for dentistry is evident. You can find me laughing with folks while waiting for the numbing agents to kick in and tapping my fingers to the fun songs playing throughout the office. I went to see Dr. Pawlowski after seeing 4 other dentists for a bone infection in my mouth. He immediately knew what needed to do and scheduled me for surgery. He and his staff are totally amazing. My primary care physician and her medical assistant recommended Bell Harbour Dental after having issues with an implant. I found them to be a full service dentistry and I received timely patient focus care that was needed. Their hygengist is the best in Seattle and I have come to find out from friends highly recommended and sought after. Dr. Pawloski has years of peridontial experience and as my spouse and I age I believe we are in the best hands. Dr. Cho and Dr. Pawlowski work exceptionally well together and you can sense the cohesive teamwork that includes the front office staff. I felt very well taken care of.

It was a lengthy 56 weeks before I learned it had failed. When I went to see Dr. Pawlowski to redo the implant, it took 11 weeks for a successful outcome. Such a contrast. If you need a gum graft/surgery, dont worry at all. Dr. Pawlowski and his staffs will take great care of you. One of my bottom front tooth receded terribly when my wisdom tooth came out. I needed to get it fixed and my previous dentist recommended Dr. Pawlowski. I got a follow up call from one of the ladies from the front desk, and she was really sweet in discussing with me on how Dr. Pawlowski can help me. I scheduled a consultant and a surgery appointment after that. Before and on the day of the surgery, I was so anxious, scared, and nervous to the point that I even dreamed about it the night before, and I was shaking when I got to the office. I was given sedatives on the day of the surgery, and I couldn't believe it but I didn't feel anything at all. I can't remember either. It just felt like I went to sleep and when I was conscious again, my surgery was already complete. No pain during the surgery at all. After the surgery, I was prescribed with medications and my boyfriend helped get them. I spent my remaining day sleeping in bed. The sedatives got me really sleepy for some reason. The next day, I was already back at work. The area near the surgery is a bit swollen but it's not bad at all. I can still open my mouth and talk normally. The only real thing that bothered me was I felt pretty nauseous for one day after the surgery, but that's because my body is low in iron naturally so losing a tiny bit of blood during the surgery, plus my menstrual cycle did not help at all. What's also great about Dr. Pawlowski's gum graft procedure is that he doesn't take donor tissues from the gum palate. He takes it at another area that's located around where the wisdom tooth used to be and its supposed to be a lot less painful. But for me, I didn't even feel any pain around that site. And if you asked me to give it a level of how painful this gum surgery went, I would give it a 1/10 (10 being the most painful). Additionally, I had a terrible wisdom extraction experience last year with another dentist - I ended up in the hospital to remove pus in my throat due to the extractions so going to the dentist is very traumiazing for me. Dr. Pawlowski changed my mindset. He's so sweet and gentle. He makes sure to take care of you. My gum surgery went very well. And he even prescribed me these additional medication to ensure that I don't get cranker sores (since I get them usually get them after I hurt my mouth). With that in mind, please don't worry because he will take real good care of you. You won't regret going to Dr. Pawlowski!

I have been using Dr. Pawlowski as my primary dentist for over 5+ years now. I recently had a scheduled cleaning and while he was reviewing my x-rays he noticed that I had a hairline fracture on a tooth that I had a root canal done about a decade ago. The tooth was in bad shape and we'll scheduled for an urgent tooth removal surgery. I went under Oral Conscious Sedation during the surgery and it took away all of the anxiety I was having on the surgery. Dr. Pawlowski and his staff take the time to explain all procedures and answer any questions you might have. I went home with an ice pack and was able to return to work the next morning without any issues at all. I recommend Dr. Pawlowski for any dental care or surgical procedures. He is truly a professional and expert in Perio care.

I must update my review after a particularly great experience with Janet of Dr Pawlowski's office. I had previously had a billing issue that turned into one of those never-ending nightmares. My account had been sent to multiple collection agencies and they made my life a living hell. Nobody would help me, from Pawlowski's office or the collection agencies. Even after paying a debt that I was sure had already been paid, the nightmare just continued and continued for about 7 years. It was impacting my credit history and there was nothing I could do about it. Finally, one day out of the blue, I got a call from Janet from Dr Pawlowski's office. She said she had found an error and was calling me because she was concerned it had not been handled properly by an employee who had recently been terminated (very unfriendly/unhelpful billing person that I had dealt with previously). She promised to research, then called back the same day and said she was horrified about what had happened, they don't treat people that way, and took care of everything! She even called the collection agencies for me and told them to remove the bad reports on my credit history! Of course, the nightmare didn't just go away overnight, and Janet continued to stay in touch, was extremely helpful and friendly, and continued to be agressive with the collection agencies - over a period of about a year. She even sent me a check for the amount I had paid to the first collection agency and a card with a hand-written apology. How often do you get service like that? It's pretty rare and really shows how far Dr Pawlowski and his staff will go to ensure that you have a good experience. Honestly, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dr Pawlowski's office. And that's saying a lot, because this was a very long and unpleasant ordeal. But like the old saying goes - you can tell the most about a person's character in how they deal with problems when nobody's looking. Janet went WAY beyond the norm to fix a problem that most companies wouldn't deal with (after 7 years? No way!). Why bother? Most businesses just figure it's your mistake and let it go. That was not the case here. Exemplary service from an exemplary business. A lot of companies could learn a lot from Janet on the proper way to do business. Thanks again Janet. You have seriously earned my respect and trust for a lifetime. And probably a couple Christmas cards! Again, I wouldn't hesitate to come to Dr Pawlowski again for any dental work. This office will go way farther than the average doctor/dentist office to make sure that you receive the best care possible.
