I can't believe I am saying this, but I left Harborside today feeling good! For context, I am the kind of girl that would rather jump out of a moving car than visit the dentist - so I walked into my first visit today in a cold sweat while trying to play it cool... But my hygienist was friendly and didn't make me feel bad for not being to a dentist in a while. She worked with care and efficiency. Dr Brett was super nice and just like his staff, never made me feel embarrassed, intimidated, or pressured. I had been so afraid of going to a "regular" dentist for so long. Ive sought out these gimmicky sedation dentists and I've missed out on gentle dentists like this! I am so happy to have found this place. If you want a kind team of caring professionals, this is the dentist for you. You won't find TVs, headphones, or aromatherapy but you may just find the best dentist in town.

Excellent experience! I had my first visit here last week and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. Suzanne my hygienist was kind and extremely thorough. Dr Brett was also very kind and explained everything with such a calm demeanor. I would recommend this practice to anyone but especially those with fears about dental work, as they were gentle and attentive. Most importantly, in world where appointments are getting shorter and shorter, it feels like medical professionals are constantly trying to rush you out. I didn't for one moment feel like they were in a hurry. Both Suzanne and Dr. Brett took all the time necessary to do their best work. It was so refreshing and appreciated!

I went to Harborside Family Dental for my regular teeth cleaning. After a comprehensive discussion about my overall health and medications, Suzanne, my hygienist , gave my teeth a thorough cleaning and a fluoride treatment. She also always checks my gums. Dr. Brett Beaulieu came in and examined my mouth and we discussed some possible treatments for my jaw pain. He always takes his time with me, which allows me to ask any questions I may have. My comfort level is always taken into consideration and I feel completely safe from all concerns regarding the Covid virus. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone who wants the best dental care for themselves and/or family.

I was referred to Harborside and can say after one visit I feel as comfortable as I was at the previous facility I had used for 30 years. The transition was easy. Staff was friendly. This was my first visit since the pandemic. Upon entering, my temperature was taken and I was given the corvid-9 quiz regarding my travel, health etc.. I had my teeth cleaned thoroughly as usual. No sprays were used and my technician was fully masked, gloved and shielded. I felt very comfortable and would not hesitate to recommend Harborside Family Dental to anyone. My name is Sondra Pitts and last week I had a teeth cleaning appointment at Harborside Family Dental. I'm happy to report that I was very much at ease because of all the precautions that the staff had in place. My temperature was taken upon arrival, as was my oxygen level and I was asked a series of questions before being allowed in the waiting room -- which had only one chair available. (All the other chairs were facing the walls.) As I waited briefly, I noticed another patient leaving and saw the receptionist go around and clean the door knobs that were used by him. I was then escorted to the examination chair and was pleased to see an air purifier on the counter and my hygienist wearing a mask, face shield and hair covering! Certain equipment was not used as a precaution. I felt safer there than at any other place since the reopening of businesses in our state. Do not hesitate to keep or make new appointments at Harborside because you will be safe!

My first visit was supposed to be a cleaning, but a crown popped off and I called the the next day and I was able to be seen that day. Very friendly staff and doctor. The doctor (Dr. Brett Beaulieu) explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist, but they make you feel very comfortable.

I have an 8 year old. Like most kids change is difficult, but for a kid who has spent so much time in doctor's offices and had so many procedures it can be even harder. The fact that the hygienists are the same really helped make it easier following the transition from Cary to Brett. Emily and Jen both encouraged her. Emily discussed every step of the way and let her touch each tool. Dr Brett, was patient and my wary daughter warmed right up to him. In addition, I'm over 40 with some serious dental anxiety. The staff honors my need for high volume headphones and reads my non-verbal cues to make me as comfortable as possible. Very happy and highly recommend Harborside Family Dental.

All of the dental hygenists and reception folks are all new. Not sure what happened to the other folks that used to work there. I liked them.
