Dr. Shehadeh is the best! He shows nothing but class and doesn’t make you feel like your just another patient in the chair. He takes his time and thoroughly goes through the process with you. He even gave me a follow up call to see how I was doing after the procedure. 10 out of 10 times I would recommend him and this practice. His work is the best around and I’m lucky to finally have found such a great dentist! The hygienist and receptionist were awesome as well! Very nice and helpful! All around great place! Will never go to another dentist again!

I fractured my tooth and called benefit dental they got me in there within the next few days. I had an examination and an appointment to return the next week for the root canal which was a breeze. Today is three weeks since the root canal I got the permanent crown put in which was also an easy and quick process. Benefit Dental Care is awesome I highly recommend, the warmth of the staff and the relaxed energy puts the mind at ease for a dental office 👍🏽

During my visit, I received a warm welcome at the front desk and was brought in immediately. Donna was my hygienist and her customer service was top notch. She was detailed, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She provided me with new tips and tricks to improve my daily routine when it came to brushing and flossing. The office also provided a very safe space and followed all covid-19 protocols to ensure I felt secure. So happy I chose them as my provider for dental care. I would highly recommend this practice.

Great experience from my first contact over the phone. Wendy at front desk was informative and kind. The process of paperwork is all digital and can be done before arrival to save time. Donna was my hygienist and she was thorough, informative, and very attentive. This practice makes me feel safe to visit even during the pandemic. I would highly recommend this practice. Edit (May 2021): Jessica also cleaned my teeth and she was very educational and informative during my cleaning session.

Each time I have gone in I have left thinking “that was easy”. I am always nervous when I have a dentist appointment, as I’m sure many people are, but Dr. Shehadeh and his team made me feel right at home and very comfortable. They always explain everything about the procedures to me and answer any questions with certainty. Dr. Shehadeh is extremely friendly and very personable. I can tell he cares about his patients in and out of the dental chair. I highly recommend coming to this office!

Wonderful dental office! My permanent retainer broke and they fit me in faster than anyone else in town. The office was clean and they were taking precautions for corona. All of the staff were bright, cheerful, and very helpful. Jess went above and beyond. They got me in the day after removing my retainer for a cleaning and Jess was my hygienist. She explained everything to me as she did it so I didn't get any nasty surprise pokes. She was kind and patient. My teeth look beautiful and it was my first dental experience that didn't have me dreading going back.

I take my 5 year old daughter here and can't recommend this practice enough! Erin is the best hygienist and consistently makes my little one comfortable and cheery throughout her visits. I started taking her at age one - bring the babies, they will take great care of them! I also have gone through the dental implant process as well as having several fillings replaced. I had a lot of fear around this, due to some bad experiences as a teenager in the dental chair. Dr. Shehadeh and his team were kind and careful while providing high quality care. I'm treated as a person (not just a set of walking teeth!) and I'm given the space to ask questions and they take the time to check in with you during your procedure. That means the world.

Have always had great experiences at benefit dental. All staff is very friendly. I’ve never had to wait very long and today walked right in for my appt. I was only called once a few years ago for them to tell me they were running a little behind and asked if I could come in an hour later. I’ve never had a dr do that but I really appreciated it because I would rather be at home waiting than in the dentist office waiting for an hour.

I have some suggestions for the website.... The "Meet Our Dentists" page has no links from the dentists name and image to their bio. You don't need this page. It would be helpful to know which offices they work in (same with the staff). My dentist isn't listed -- how do I know he's for real? Also, the blog hasn't been updated since the beginning of July. Better to not have a blog than have one 6 months out of date.

Dr Mantravadi is an excellent dentist. I was nervous about a cavity i needed to get fixed but she assured me it was not going to take long. I had my first appointment with Dr. Zumstein this morning. It was a wonderfully pleasant experience. The secretary at the front desk, the hygenist (Erin), and Dr. Zumstein were friendly. Sometimes I've been to offices where the doctor is great but the other staff are not as helpful--at Zumstein everybody was fantastic. The cleaning was very gentle yet thorough. Dr. Zumstein was enthusiastic and upfront. He didn't try to push additional dental procedures on me. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Zumstein for the rest of my time in Providence.
