My wife and I have had appointments at Gannett Drive Dental with Dr. Jake Fillebrown. Each visit was greeted by a friendly receptionist followed by professional service from everyone. Highly recommended.

Awesome Dental Clinic! I have been seeing Dr. Kivus since I was kid and have been seeing Dr. Fillebrown for the last couple of years. They do an awesome job from my cleanings to other dental work including cavity fillings (which was painless). The hygienists really care about their work. I have had nothing but a good experience at this dentist office. Everyone is friendly and they really care about providing a superior patient experience. Highly recommended!!!

I’m here in Maine on vacation visiting family for the holidays and what do you know? My crown cracks!!! UGH!!! So I have a full week left of vacation and desperately need a temporary to get me through until I can get back home to have my dentist get a new crown for me. My family here in Maine has been going to Gannett Drive Dental for many years. My mom called them and they fit me in that morning. Dr. Fillebrown and Skylar assisted me and they were both amazing! They took care of me, super friendly and professional. I got my temporary crown and now I can enjoy rest of my vacation without having to worry about my tooth or any pain. The staff are always very friendly, and more importantly, extremely competent as well. I’ve been a patient of Gannett Drive Dental for at least 10 years. I’ve had regular bi-yearly cleanings and also dental work completed, most recently, an old filling removed on a cracked tooth which was then capped. Dr. Fillebrown completed the procedure quickly and painlessly with perfect results; it’s what you get with these folks.

Great experience all around with Gannet drive dental, from my cleaning to dental work. The hygienists are great and skilled. Dr. Fillebrown made the process of a filling as smooth as possible and made me feel relaxed. I have been a patient of Gannett Drive Dental for about 5 years. I have had routine cleanings, and a lot of dental work done. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and I am very satisfied with all of the procedures I have had done (fillings, crown and an implant). Both Dr Jake and Dr Kivus will make you feel at ease during the dental procedures. They explain to you what they are doing which I like. When I have had questions about my bills Kathy is quick to provide me with an explanation. My husband was not a fan of the dentist so hadn’t gone in years, I convinced him to give Gannett Drive and chance and he hasn’t missed an appointment since! Ok, so I had not been to the dentist in years.. well like 20+ years and my experience today with Dr. Fillebrown and the team was fantastic. Not only did I feel comfortable and relaxed in the chair, I genuinely enjoyed my time with the staff. Right from walking to reception, to the drill and fillings, to an expert and gentle (desperately needed) cleaning, to the goodbyes, my experience today was top notch. Not only were my teeth taken care of but I got a bit of an education as the team were more than happy to show me pictures and explain things to me! I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching. Great team, and amazing people!

My mother and I have been loyal patients of Gannett Drive Dental ever since I had teeth to clean - so, for over thirty years now. Drs. Kivus and Fillebrown are both incredibly competent, and as kind as they are professional. The team of assistants are also extremely professional and responsive to patients. Over the years, I’ve gone so far as to choose my insurance plans based on whether or not they list this practice as in-network. And whenever I get to have kids, you can bet I’ll be bringing them here.

Dr. Fillebrown is both a great dentist, as well as, a great person. Like many people, I get anxiety when its time to go to the dentist which is why for most my life I waited too long. Dr. Fillebrown has been more than understanding & accommodating. Thanks to the type of person he is, I actually smile in photos now, something I have avoided out of embarrassment for many years. Went in with a dental emergency this fall and have spent a lot of time in the chair since then. I’m really happy with all the dental care I’ve received- when I was in crisis mode and now that I’m going for preventative routines. The atmosphere is super chill, and they don’t make me feel bad about all the candy I eat. Gina is an awesome hygienist, and Dr Jake is laid-back and explains everything well. Would def recommend.

For the past ten years, I have gone to see Dr. Kivus for dental services. Recently, I have transitioned to seeing Dr. Fillebrown. Both are overtly competent in their practice, but most important to me, they are always there to listen, provide their expertise, and help me maintain proper dental health. Michelle is an amazing hygienist and the staff at the front desk, led by Kathy, is simply amazing. Everybody I have ever come across in the practice treats me like a member of their family, which makes me comfortable and actually excited for my bi-annual visits. Cleanings are smooth and efficient and whenever I have needed a procedure done (mostly fillings), Dr. Kivus and Fillebrown have performed them flawlessly. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Gannett Drive Dental and I would recommend their services to anybody in Southern Maine who is in need of dental care.

His entire staff, including the Dental Hygenist, Michelle are incredible! The office not only cares about you as a patient, but about you personally. Very happy with my choice to go to Gannett Drive Dental. Getting in to the first appointment took no time at all. They quickly came up with a plan that worked for me and helped me stay within my budget. The quality of work was fantastic; I had tooth decay on my front/side upper teeth and the dental magicians here did such a great job repairing them that you would never know the decay existed. John Kivus has done great work on my teeth, which I'll admit is a challenge due to overcrowding, and always with a great conversation and a laugh. Recently I've been having work done with "the new guy," Jake Fillebrown, and he has already proven to be highly skilled as well as really personable. I can say the same about my hygienist. I'm very happy with this practice.

Dr Jake Fillebrown has very good patient skills. He always made me feel at ease. Both he and Shawna made me feel so very comfortable. Best and most compassionate dental staff! Highly recommend them! I originally went to this office with the recommendation of a colleague. I was scared to death of dentists. These guys changed all that. Michelle is usually the hygienist I see and she's super gentle when she does a cleaning. They have a Sonicare cleaning option which sprays water on your teeth if it's been a while since a last cleaning. Dr Kivus is really funny and makes me feel at home there. I'll never go to a different dentist unless I have to move.

I can’t recommend this practice enough. I had my first cleaning with hygienist Michelle, who was extremely personable and thorough and made me feel immediately comfortable as a new patient. I found out after my cleaning that they had found my first cavity - I was extremely anxious about the filling process. Dr. Fillebrown made the entire experience pleasant and pain-free! I can’t thank him and his assistant enough for relieving my anxiety throughout the whole process.

They're very knowledgeable and welcoming, and take the time to explain any work that needs to get done so you know what you're getting into. Their prices are worth comparing if you're getting major work done (Invisalign was much cheaper with this office than any other I'd found, and crown prices were competitive as well). Great quality of work, highly recommended!

I had a chipped tooth that became very sensitive. Dr. Fillebrown was able to fit me in early the next morning and he did a great job. He was extremely gentle and very meticulous. It felt better instantly! I was nervous because it was a front tooth (and my very first filling) but he chose the best restorative material and you can’t even tell. I recently began seeing Dr. Jake Fillebrown for my dental health, and I couldn’t be more impressed/satisfied. I think I’ve found my new long-term dental health provider. He’s the consummate professional, has great bedside manner, and most importantly (for his patients’ sake) he’s a gifted dentist. It sounds like an exaggeration but I’m being completely honest when I say that I’ve had four fillings with Dr. Fillebrown and have felt NO PAIN (only slight pressure) whatsoever during the process. If you can believe it, I almost fell asleep during one of the visits! I really appreciate that Dr. Fillebrown takes a vested interest in his patients’ dental health and well-being, going the extra mile to provide products for use at home, when needed, to supplement your in-office care. He’s also just a genuinely likable and down to earth guy (and he’s a Game of Thrones fan, which makes for some pretty great conversation). He treats all of his hygienists with respect, walks you through the process during your procedure, and has an impressive recall of personal news and details his patients share with him during small talk. If you’re looking for a caring, talented and professional dentist, look no further then Dr. Jacob Fillebrown. The team at Gannett Drive Dental and their patients are very lucky to have him.

I have been going to this practice for many years and always have been treated with the utmost care. However, on Friday I had a cap come off of one of my teeth. I called the office but it was closed. The message said to call Dr. Jacob C. Fillebrown, if it was an emergency. I called, left a message and later got a call back from Dr. Fillebrown who had been out of town for the day,. We arranged to meet very early Saturday morning. Upon arrival, Dr. Fillebrown was friendly and engaging. I had never been his patient and he put me at ease immediately. He was thoughtful in his examination and made sure to take the time to explain everything. He even took time to find out about me as a person. I was so impressed by his thoroughness and kind manner. He took time out of his day off to make sure that I was well taken care of, which I greatly appreciate.
