Not a cookie-cutter corporate dental office that seems to dominate dental care. Excellent location. Nice office. Friendly and competent staff. No pushy sales tactics. They take the time to listen to your concerns and explain your treatment plan. Now that my favorite dentist is on-board this is my go-to dental office! You won't be disappointed.

This team did an amazing job working with me on my Invisalign treatment. We started before the pandemic, they kept in touch and let me know my options and what I can do if something happens. We didn't finish until afterwards, but if one thing has stayed consistent it's their amazing customer service and attention to detail with treatments. Definitely recommend the office on Bell rd. although, I'm sure any other office with New Image will be a great experience. That team in particular though, ALL STARS!

I’ve been going here for about 3-4 years now! Was considering changing my dentist after experiencing personal changes however after my check-up today I was definitely affirmed that I am not going anywhere else! The staff is always excellent, intellectual, and welcoming. I’ve seen the office undergo many changes and the best and most personable experience I’ve had is todays when I met the new office manager Irene. She made me feel like I’ve known her my whole life because not only was she professional she was also warm hearted and just reminded us that we are all humans. My conversation with Irene was very rewarding. Irene is very outgoing, outspoken, her and her entire staff is overall always keeping their patients’ best interests at heart. This faculty & facility is hands down the best.

5 STARS!!! I went in today as a new patient, and left as a member of the NEW IMAGE family. My visit started with being greeted by a welcome board with my name on it (very cool), followed by a tour and introduction to some of the staff. The office is clean and welcoming. The best part of my experience would be the friendly staff. Each staff member took the time to explain things to me step by step,in terms I would understand, in order to eliminate any worry on my behalf and also to educate me on how things work and why they're necessary. I've never been to a dental office and had things explained to me like that. I think that's why people are nervous about going to the dentist, because they're unfamiliar with the process. I didn't have that problem at NEW IMAGE, and for that, they have gained me as a patient, and a new member of the "family" as they put it. All in all, the office is pleasantly welcoming, as is the staff,who really seem to enjoy being there. My dentist was very knowledgeable with over 19 years of experience! I just had my first appointment today and I was very pleased with how friendly everyone is. The staff made me feel welcomed when I walked in and was very good at keeping me informed of what was going on and explaining each process. Outstanding front office staff and new manager. I had issues in past about poor customer service and lack of communication. I was very frustrated with care received. The office staff had changed and what a positive change. When I went back customer service was beyond great. I've only been at this orthodontist since April, but the staff is very warming and welcoming. They give you a rundown of what the process will be like and I've already seen Amazing results! My favorite go to is G! He does amazing work and takes care of you! Update: Dr. Ivanhoe is Great! He makes you feel comfortable throughout your visit, engaged in conversation, and asks about concerns that a patient may have. I appreciated the way he addressed my concerns.

I was greeted immediately offered water and coffee. I took a tour of the office and many employees stopped to say Hi. I was very impressed with the service. I was able to do everything in one visit. It had been two years since my last check up and I have braces😬. I will definitely be coming back. They have a long term client 🤗

This place is totally awesome. My teeth were very crooked with the front tooth sticking out so far that it would sit on my bottom lip even when my mouth was closed. My bottom front teeth were also very crooked. The front staff are great and very friendly. They are helpful and when you walk in the door it feels like you know everyone. The staff that work in the back are also great. They really make sure that you know what's happening and what you should expect each month. The orthodontist that are here are wonderful and again, you get the feeling that you not only matter because they do start calling you by your first name, but that you are important. They make also make sure that you are always aware of what to expect, tell you about the progress you are making. They are friendly and make sure you are comfortable enough to tell them if something hurts. I would definitely recommend to everyone that they should come here. They have two different locations, and great hours. When its time to make an appointment, they are willing to work with your schedule and for people that work or even just have a variety of things they need to get done, let me tell you that these people are willing to do what it takes to make sure you are getting the best care. Great results, great place, great price.

Prior to my dental visit I was a bit concerned due to COVID-19 being back on the rise in AZ. My visit was nothing but excellent, the safety precautions taken by the entire team made my visit more than pleasant. When I entered the office I was happily greeted and was asked a few precaution questions, my temperature was taken and hand sanitizer was provided. Everyone was wearing protective gear and I felt completely comfortable being there. I have to say, the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Great job New Image in making my visit feel safe and comfortable, I’m looking forward to my next appointment.

I have an autistic son and going to the dentist is very difficult and at times fearful for my son. My son and I were very pleased with the staff and especially the hygienist at New Image Dentistry. Went to this office for the first time today. I've never been a frequent dentist goer, reluctantly.... and I was very nervous going in today knowing I have some issues. But the staff was very nice and made me feel pretty comfortable. Melissa on the dental side was with me from first phone call through the whole appt. Another lady helped schedule and check me out, unfortunately can't recall her name but both super nice and helpful. I got xrays and had hygienist do an exam. Didn't get to see the dentist he was held up in a surgery. For the incovience they gave me a credit of half my copay. Super nice, above and beyond doing that. The office is very clean and nicely kept. I'm definitely continuing my care here.

Where to begin? This office and staff are 150% patient care focused. I had a really bad broken and decaying molar extracted and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Even though I had a difficult extraction, it was virtually pain free. Today is my last with my braces. They took real good care of me and my teeth. They always told me what I do great and what I don't do great. They are one of the most cheapest, most easiest, and best orthodontics I have ever seen. If it weren't for them I will not be beautiful as I am now. Thank you guys for your hard work and time.

We had a wonderful experiece here. The new patient forns were sent to us via text and we were able to fill them out online. So our wait time was minimal. I had visited about 10+ offices and none of them could do my sons root cannal or do a payment plan. We were told they would be able to do it here but once we were there the procedure was more complicated than expected so they refered us to a specialist that could work out a payment plan with us. Desiree or patient advocate was excellent doing her job and helping us out. She called the specialist office and made sure they could do the procedure and got us an estimate before we went in. None of the other offices we visited did anything close to this but to refer us out. Even after the specialist appointment was set Desiree called me a couple more times to make sure everything was set. Thank you new image and thank you Desiree for all your help. We had been trying to find a good dentist office that would be able to work with us and you guys went above and beyond to make our experience a fantastic one!!!
