Impressions dental is just simply amazing. I really feel like this dental office is truly out to help people. You feel warm and invited from the first moment you step in and are greeted by the lovely stuff. The staff are happy to be there and love their job, it really shows.I 100% randomly Google a dentist a few months back because a broken tooth and end up at impressions dental. I'm really happy I did! I can't thank everyone at impressions dental enough! Truly thank you to all the amazing staff here!

I just had a number of crowns prepped today and my wife had one done yesterday. We both found the staff and all technical support from Dr. Baker to the technician person Callan which worked on my wife and myself, were thoughtful, caring. and very good at what we needed done. Best experience you’ll ever have at a dentist!! I have always had major problems with my teeth in terms of pain and hating my smile. Ever since I found Impressions dental I can finally eat and sleep without any pain and I have so much confidence in my smile when I used to cover my teeth in every photo. Manda designed and created a custom shade for my front teeth that and I could have never dreamed of having a smile that looks so great. Initially, I was nervous that my smile might look fake, but I have such a natural smile that I love showing off. Dr. Baker has done so much for me and has so much knowledge and experience that shows with everything he does! Everyone I’ve met on the team is super understanding and prioritizes what I want/ am comfortable with when it comes to working on anything in my mouth. I have had plenty of poor experiences at other dentists and have never had the level of attention that Impressions dental has given me. I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this team and how they’ve changed my life!!

I love it here , I came across an amazing worker named Saul & he let me know I was welcomed there , I was comfortable in the environment , I could have long hours conversations with Saul & it feels like you've been friends forever! I had a filling fallout last night and was a little freaked. Not only did Katie get me in first thing this morning, all the rest of the staff made sure I was comfortable. From Dr. Baker giving me my options(no hard selling) to everyone else making sure I was informed, ready for the procedure and comfortable at the end. I had such a good experience with everyone here. They got me in for an appointment super fast and easy! I originally just came in for wisdom teeth X-Rays but ended up scheduling a cleaning! The dentist came and took a quick look, I did have cavities and was show actual pictures of them so I could see them for myself. They broke down any necessary billing information which was super helpful. So so happy I found impressions dental!

I don’t even know how to describe my experience from my initial cleaning to my Crowns. The whole procedure took maybe 3 weeks. Dr. Baker & the entire staff are some of the genuinely friendliest & nicest people I’ve EVER met. Kayla did my cleaning & she did an amazing job. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in over 10 years. The real MVP here must go to Manda. She took a terrible smile situation & made it “Pretty!” Without a doubt, the best dental experience of my life! I would recommend them to anyone!

The second I walk in, I get greeted warmly by the receptionist and easily checked in. I had an appointment to fill my cavities with Manda and Callan and the process went very smoothly and everyone is very friendly in the office! Definitely my go to for all my Dental needs! The staff are extremely helpful! Cannot say enough great stuff about the front office crew! They take care of us and make sure we are never late and when we arrive it is always wonderful to know they actually took the time to know who you are! Not just another patient. The office has been taking care of my wife during and since cancer treatments and have made sure to try and keep all the teeth possible! Nansy with an S is amazing, no I didn't misspell it! She is the gentlest dental assistant I have ever had the pleasure of seeing and being her patient! My wife would recommend her 1000 stars on Google if they had that rating! I found this dentist on Google Maps and chose them simply because of their high rating and multiple reviews. All I can say is that I was not disappointed one bit! My entire experience was great from the start and it started before I even entered the door. Being a new patient I had received a phone call before my appointment from one of the doctors in the office welcoming me to their dentist which I have never had before from A dentist or any medical facility and that made me feel at home. When I arrive there the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful! The Dental Hygienist are very friendly as well, they explain every thing that going to happen, and they are pretty gentle with you. They work for perfection in their work. The great first impression continued on my first visit when I was welcomed, filled out paperwork and worked with the front desk staff before waiting to be seen. I was taken back by the Dental Assistant (sorry, I don't remember her name) and she was kind and gentle as she took a look at the problem and took an x-ray. I was seen by Dr. Baker. I appreciated Dr. Baker's explanations, exams and sense of humor. The problem was identified and all the staff worked hard to get as much done as possible that day and scheduled me for another appointment two days later to get me taken care of. The front desk staff again impressed as they greeted me and got me all checked in. I can't say enough about how nice the office staff is - that's a great indicator of a good office atmosphere! Lucky for me, I just needed a good cleaning, and I felt even luckier that Trish was the one to do that for me. She is kind, gentle, professional and genuinely concerned with her patient's comfort during the cleaning. Dr. Perno came in for the exam and was also professional, personable and kind. Two visits in one week and I will absolutely be back and recommending Impressions Dental to friends and family!

The entire team here is nothing short of amazing! I came in with so many issues that needed to be fixed, so bad I was in constant pain and literally terrified and mentally prepared to be told my teeth couldnt be saved. Immediately they aknowledged my anxieties and did everything they could to make me comfortable and did everything they could to make sure I wasnt in pain, as my pain tolerance is close to zero on top of being pregnant and unable to take certain medications or procedural aids. I ended up with a couple of root canals and they worked with me to get all my front teeth prepped for permanant crowns (7 teeth total). The dentist was so calm and his diligent work made the procedures as far from traumatizing as one would anticipate. There is so much detail that each person took the time to put into my new smile, from comfort of the visits, making a financial plan I could afford, down to the specific shades and shape of my permanant teeth, I could easily write an essay. A month ago I couldn't even look at my own teeth in the mirror or smile in front of my own husband I was so embarassed. Now I don't want to stop smiling, I see the hard work everyone went through to give me the boost in confidence I thought I would never get back, and I am forever grateful 😁 I can't wait to finish the rest and share the full journey. I have been going here for almost 2 years. I had a cavity develop in my front tooth behind my veneers that were it on my teeth about 12 years ago. I was very happy with my teeth(the top 6were the veneers that made up my smile. After consulting with the team, we decided to go for a more graduated color and also make my teeth look more feminine. Who would have thought that was actually a thing? It was hard for me to accept that I would have a “new” smile. But we went forward. I am SO GLAD we did!!! Although this office has the ability to make crowns and install the same day, my case was a bit complicated. I appreciate Dr. Baker thought in my case lab generated crowns would be the better avenue to take. Nice he cared enough to look at options and explain them to me. So Dr. Baker cares for each individual and has their special needs as a priority. The whole staff at Impressions Dental is wonderful...Very competent, professional and caring people. Wow! Simply amazing. This was the most comprehensive and thorough dentist office I have ever been too. Not only do they clean your teeth, they provide visual education. They show you simple to understand chart of your teeth, what the numbers means, and pictures. They do this all in layperson terms for better understanding. Also, their dental chairs can provide a gentle massage on your back - if that's your thing. Further, they have blankets they offer to client's because it can get cold in the exam room. Oh, their TVs are on the ceiling, so while you're laying back in the chair you can a show. :) The office was very clean and hygienic. They wiped down equipment after use, provided clean pens, etc. The entire team at Impressions Dental were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. This by far should be the standard of dental offices. Dr. Baker is AMAZING! He listens to any questions or concerns and I’ve always felt informed afterwards. His dental team (assistants, office, fellow dentists, etc) are even better! Breaking a crown is never a good experience, but the staff at Impression Dental made a bad experience into a good one. The staff is amazing I really never felt more cared for and cared about since I been here I am 26 weeks pregnant. & have been having a lot of issues with my gums being swollen and bleeding and bacteria, etc.. Trish who did my deep cleaning made me feel so comfortable. Going to the dentist can be an intimidating experience. However with a place like Impressions Dental, and the staff that work there, they can really make appointments very welcoming. Every time I walk in, I'm given a warm welcome and am greeted by smiles. The place itself is very nice, modern and well up kept. The dental hygienists are all very diligent in the work that they do whether it's a routine cleaning or aiding the dentists with a filling. Personally, I've had experiences with Julie, Kayla, and Jose. Julie is usually there to greet me with a very warm welcome and usually asks me how things went after an appointment. My experience with Impressions has been phenomenal. Everyone is friendly and qualified and they value me and my time. One major pet peeve of mine is the exceptionally long wait time for a scheduled appointment, and Impressions stays *on schedule*! I appreciate this a great deal! They took care of me with an emergent situation, a broken tooth, and not only was I able to be seen right away, I also had had a retainer and replacement tooth to wear until a permanent crown can be placed, within a few hours. The in-office lab is awesome. I want to thank Jose for making the retainer happen on short notice. I had the most wonderful ending to my afternoon when I both entered & left their office. The staff that greeted me were so welcoming. The patients I briefly spoke with were very kind. I had my teeth x-rayed & cleaned by Kayla, the dental hygienist who was as sweet as can be, patient, funny and gentle. Dr. Baker looked over my x-rays and pointed out what work needed to be taken care of at my convenience. Both he and Kayla did a fantastic job of explaining and showing the x-rays. I then went in to see Monica, the accounting personnel who had a breakdown of what needed to be done and the cost after my insurance had been paid. We both agreed and set-up appointments that will begin at 7 a.m. on Friday! As welcoming as I felt coming into the office, I was pleasantly given the same greeting when leaving. I have a tremendous fear of the dentist and have not seen a dentist in several years. Well my luck only lasted so long and as fate would have it I had to find a dentist. After doing some quick research for dentists in my area - I FOUND IT! Impressions Dental from the initial consultation, to my repair work the entire staff made me feel as if I was part of the family. An entire different dentist in this office did the right side of my mouth- all I had done was fillings, and they are still uneven after already going back to get it touched up. After months I still have the cold and hot irritation as well as unevenness. It’s so disappointing to me because the exact same thing happened to my boyfriend here with his fillings but we just felt bad because they were so nice. When in reality it has caused us so much discomfort in our daily lives :( My advice is truly make sure your fillings are even because it’s largely the biggest hassle
