I've needed more dental care in my life than I wished I needed. I am an experienced patient. I was really fortunate when I broke a front tooth in Surprise AZ, where I didn't know any dentists and I found Dr. Fraiman. His dental credentials were strong.. The combination of strong dental skills, authentic caring manner of communicatin, a staff who follows the model he sets and an immaculate office, was a great experience for me as their patient. That was last year and this year I returned to see Dr. Fraiman to finish work that needs to be done. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere. .

This was my first visit at Dr. Fraiman’s office. I just moved to Arizona and broke my front tooth on the way up here. Dr. Fraiman came very highly recommended so I made an appointment. I was able to get in within a reasonable time and I was very pleased with the service Dr. Fraiman and his staff provided. I was told in advance how much my portion of the bill would be, so no unexpected surprises. The staff was very friendly and I am very happy that I found myself a reputable dentist. They do their dental work professionally, it seems they do everything that is needed and not other stuff that isn't needed. They don't try to pressure and upsell you on other things. I'm sure that if you wanted other things they would be able to take care of you or show you who could. The entire office staff is friendly and professional. Kimberly the hygienist is good, and also has an awesome memory/ and or takes good notes. I feel like my dental health is in good hands. 3.2023 - We are still in the process of finessing the denture. It has truly become not only a work in progress but a work in love and appreciation. We have all been endeavoring to have it all be the best of the best and, I am still grateful. The staff is always phenomenal and Dr Fraiman continues to be the very best. Also, the front office staff is friendly, encouraging - I love them all. 12.10.22 - Though the first lower denture was disappointing, I just knew that Dr Fraiman would make this “happen” … right now we have the replacement denture and are in the process of finessing - which takes time and patience. But through all this I have all the confidence in Dr Fraiman and his staff. I believe that within another couple of visits, we will all be happy with the results. I believe that Dr Fraiman and his staff are superb and my trust in them hasn’t waivered. 9.30.22 - I requested this app’t because I wasn’t happy. Dr. Fraiman was waiting for me and was completely unhappy with me because I had waited a couple of weeks to call him. He listened to me and totally understood my issues - and, we came up with the right steps. Again, I am thankful to the admin staff, medical staff and to Dr. Fraiman. 8.02.22 - today’s appointment was to review the wax appliances, and look at the results - which I must say are “phenomenal “ - I kid you not. I am truly feeling blessed and thankful. In three weeks - will have the final result….appliances. My experience was surprising, to me. Everyone in the office was friendly, knowledgeable and had the ability to alleviate my apprehension at being there. Dr. Fraiman has a personality that immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Fraiman takes the time to explain options and answer questions. Thank you all.

I am always treated respectfully when at an appointment. The young woman that cleans my teeth every six months, remembers me and my special needs. I never have to remind her. She's patient and kind. Dr. Fraiman will help if he can, but isn't afraid to refer out, if it's not something in his remit. They don't push for extra expenses everytime I'm seen. The office is always clean and the staff is friendly. No surprise charges.The employees genuinely appear to love their work environment. All of these little things, add up to a pleasant experience every time. I can't really say that about most medical/dental environments. We just moved to Arizona and I needed to find a prosthodontist. Dr. Fraiman's office was excellent! Everyone was professional and efficient. They replaced one implant cap as request and my bottom denture fit correctly once again. I believe I found my new prosthodontist! The first prosthodontist I tried did not help me and insisted on taking x-rays and charged me more than $540 for a 35-minute appointment to replace only two implant caps instead of the three that I brought in. I'm grateful I found Dr. Fraiman's office!!

Dr. Fraiman is a highly skilled and talented prosthodontist. Both my wife and i use him.. He reads people and gives good feedback. He has done several crowns for me and recently I had a bicusp that broke down near the root. As a result of eating mixed nuts. I found the treatment recommendations were well explained and had the opportunity to ask some questions and concerns. After many decades of dental bad health, it was refreshing to speak with someone that could solve some of my concerns. The price of superior care is expensive. The price of not taking care of my teeth is more expensive in terms of quality of life. Since I'm 76 I have to wonder about my future. Since I will be leaving my children a modest estate, any money, I spend on dental care will come out of those proceeds. So doing the procedures recommended by Dr. Fraiman seems to make a lot of sense.

I’ll be the first to say , up until my first appointment with Dr. Fraiman in Surprise Arizona that, dentists offices, we’re my least favorite place ever! I never thought I’d ever be treated as royalty, but yes, you guessed it, of all places the dental office! No, I didn’t have laughing gas either. Lol. They really did treat me wonderful. If I may offer a bit of advice, do not bring a book, you will not even have time to find your page before they call you, and no, you won’t have time after you’re in the chair either! You will not wait in the reception area the usual 30 minutes to an hour or more, before being put in a chair. Once in a chair you will be immediately seen by staff, depending on the reason for your visit. You will not be counting the tiles on the floor, the slats on the mini blinds, or anything else you may spot to count while waiting. Once treatment begins, your comfort becomes the most important thing to all staff members participating in any way with your treatment. This was my first experience with staff in a dental office caring about emotional, as well as physical comfort. For instance if I was sad for some reason, they took that into consideration. Some days we laughed about something silly too. Last but not least, the dental work I had done there was absolutely outstanding. I have implants, and full upper, and lower dentures. My teeth are perfect, and I say my teeth because they are so well done that they truly feel like my real teeth. Some people say they’re mine, because I paid for them, and that’s true, but the best money I’ve ever spent. I am, and will forever be grateful to Dr. Fraiman, and his entire staff for the care and treatment received from each one of them. The office staff there are so caring, and accommodating too.❤️❤️❤️🧑‍🦰

We are traveling in our RV and I needed denture assistance. We called ahead to determine if they could do the work needed and schedule an appointment on a day we would be in Phoenix. I am Blown Away! Let me explain.... I started my experience with Dr Fraiman about eight years ago with an emergency visit caused by an infected root under an existing crown. I was referred to his office by my new neighbor who had recently retired from her dental supply and equipment business. She is an expert on dental offices. Dr Fraiman and his staff immediately arranged an appointment with an endodontist, Dr Castano, for a root canal. It was an excellent experience. During the intervening years, I have returned to the office for cleaning and a crown. Everyone in the office is welcoming, friendly, down to earth, kind, professional and competent. Dr Fraiman is excellent. He provides superior dental care. His willingness to listen and explain, his terrific warm and empathetic chairside manner coupled with his expertise and knowledge create an incomparable experience. All of that before I was Blown Away! Recently Dr Fraiman referred me to a periodontist for an issue with a deep pocket behind a molar. The initial visit and exam was not on par with the excellent experience I am accustomed to. I paid my bill and never returned! Kimberly asked me about my experience at my recent cleaning. I explained the situation. Dr Fraiman was not happy. He apologized and referred me to Dr Mondlick. Dr Mondlick and his staff, seemed like an extension of Dr Fraiman's office. Excellent. Now the Blown Away part! Dr Fraiman covered the cost of my second visit and evaluation. Who does that? He went above and beyond! When one of your front teeth break and you are in a city where you do not yet have connections to trusted dental and medical care, what do you do? I looked online for prosthodontists in the area. The professional standards and care for patients was clear at Dr. Fraiman's office. I called and that was reinforced by the person on the phone Yesterday I had my first appointment. The office, cleanliness met and exceeded my expectations. I am profoundly hard of hearing and staff I came in contact with seemed informed and I did not have to repeatedly ask anyone to speak more slowly. Dr. Fraiman showed me the X-rays and took great care to explain what he recommended. I am proceeding as he recommended. My family and I have been seeing Dr. Fraiman and his staff for over 5 years now. He has always treated us very well. When my son fell and chipped his front tooth, we had at first taken him to a specialist pediatric dentist to fix it. The 'fix' failed and fell out after less than 3 months and we were out hundreds of dollars that they charged over our insurance. I asked Dr. Fraiman's office if they would see my child, and they agreed. He fixed my son's front tooth easily and accepted our insurance coverage. The fix is still going strong over 2 years later and now my son and entire family are regulars of Dr. Fraiman :)
