Great first visit experience! My hygienist Jessica was very friendly and gentle with my cleaning. She was amazing with my three kids as well and made everybody feel comfortable. Dr Grams was very informative about what I needed to get done and helped me understand everything! I would definitely recommend this office to everyone!

They definitely live up to the hype! Some highlights from my first visit: -Being cheerfully greeted in the comfy waiting room (complete with massage chairs, water bottles, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate) -Getting a tour of their office and the different aspects that make them stand out among all other dentist offices (their own version of invisalign made on-site, the ability to make their own crowns in-house, and the leading technology for dental care) -My amazing hygienist Jessica, getting to know me and my preferences (and even remembering everything about me when she introduced me to the dentist), was very impressive! She's so friendly and made me feel comfortable while getting my x-rays and cleaning (with an amazing view of the lake). -Stephanie in billing was so friendly as well and helped me fully understand the costs of my visit plus my upcoming visits so I can plan accordingly. -The dentist was great as well and helped me understand what was needed for my dental care to ensure my value of longevity was met. -They sent me home with a cute new patient gift bag and also explained their referral process so I could have a chance to win their prizes! I've never been so excited to go back to a dentist, and that's an amazing feeling to have! Definitely referring all of my friends and coworkers here and I'm so happy to have found a home for my dental care!

I’ve never been feeling so amazing about leaving dental office. This place has attention to details, starting with staff and finishing with doctors. Not to mention they can make your crown on the same day. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. You feel cared for as soon as you walk in to the office. Dr. Grams is my doctor here and she is exceptional. She fixed my chipped front tooth and I couldn’t even tell that it was even chipped before. When I came home after my first appointment I couldn’t stop talking about this office. I recommend everyone I know to come here and experience themselves how awesome this office and staff is! I had The best experience at Aesthetic Family Dental Care. Jessica the dental hygienist did a great job with my deep clean, was gentle and was so nice. Dr. Grams was phenomenal. She is professional while also being extremely personable. She also explained things very well and took the time to go through my X-rays with me. It was not provider pops in and pops out type of appointment. I felt genuinely cared for and I appreciate the time they spent with me and the phenomenal care they provided, my teeth feel amazing!

This office is amazing! As soon as you walk in the girls at the front are friendly and make you feel like you've known them your whole life. Dr. Graham was so kind and gentle and she was able to resolve my issue immediately! I then received a cleaning from Sabrina and she was the best hygienist I have ever had! 10/10 would recommended this place; if you are looking for a new dentist that cares about you as a person as much as they do about your teeth, this is the place!!

From the moment I walked into the office for the first time today, I was greeted with a smile and tour of the office! I also received a gift of appreciation! It was very thoughtful and I have never received this from an office before. Eliza was my wonderful dental assistant! She along with my friendly hygienist Jessica, and super smiley dentist Dr Grams were all amazing! The office was easy to find and was in a good location. Honestly probably the best care I've ever received when it comes to going to the dentist. Everyone was super helpful and sweet. I had such bad anxiety before coming here because of past dental experiences, but everyone was super nice, non-judgmental, and welcoming. They talked through everything clearly, from what's going on, treatment plan, to the payment options. They gave me treatment for my issue same day, which was awesome! I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 10 years, so I was super nervous to be back. The whole staff put me at ease, and made me feel welcome. I did have some cavities that needed tending to, they set me up with a care plan, no judgements involved. Dr Grams is the absolute best. I came back for 2 sessions to get my fillings done. Dr. Grams is kind, patient, and overall super professional. Love this place, and I have already recruited my husband to join the gang as well. Best experience I’ve had at a dentist by far! The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. Jessica was my hygienist and was friendly and gentle. Dr. Grams was my dentist and she could not have been more helpful and informative. I received a tour of the facility with their state of the art machinery and even received a gift bag and was entered in a drawing for a resort stay. I was in and out in under an hour. Dr. Grams, Abbey were outstanding. The hygienist (Samantha?) was awesome too. Great service and results for over 10 years here. The entire staff is friendly and caring. I definitely recommend them! Only area for improvement could be to expedite the checkout process. Having to wait to check out after waiting to checkin is not the best appreciation of clients’ time.

I wish I could give this Dentist a ten star review if that existed. From the moment you walk into the dentist office, it was aesthetically laid out, and inviting .The receptionist’s were warm and friendly.. when going to sit down in the waiting room I realized they had massage chairs for their customers, what a nice touch! When I was called back to see the dentist, I was given a gift bag and a tour, when, waiting for the dentist in the room, they they handed me a comfort menu again another nice touch. In conclusion to this review I guarantee that you will not be disappointed, from the receptionist, the hygienist and the patient coordinator, and the dentist they were all very warm and friendly and very professional.

I was new Aesthetic Dental being introduced by my wife, a longtime customer. After a cleaning and 3D X-ray scan, I was shown problem areas that needed addressing. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Candice Grams to have a porcelain crown. Dr Grams and assistant Abbie were friendly, professional and patient during the whole procedure, showing me what was happening and why. High resolution scans were used to capture my original tooth and to design and fabricate the crown in less than one hour on site with amazing high technology milling machines, which were then polished to match my other teeth. Pain management was excellent with little discomfort. The whole procedure was about 90 minutes. I can highly recommend without reservation, and plan to have additional long overdue procedures in the coming months.

I have a rare disorder with my teeth and have been to dentis since I was 3 and I am not 27. This place is so great! Everyone there is nice like they should be but more so they pay close attention to you and really realize the human side of their business. Your comfort is guaranteed here! If not then they will make it right! Wish I could say more but there is no need. If you are thinking about going to this dentist then do it!

Dr.Grams and her assistant took great care of me on my first round of seven fillings (yikes!) I had been putting off dental work because I was afraid of getting poorly matched with a doctor, but I can safely say that is not the case here. There was a strong emphasis on my comfort and pain management, but they also kept things light and easy. I felt like the top priority throughout my entire visit. They got me in quick too - I had only just sat down when they called my name and walked me back. One last thing: The work was finished quicker than expected, and ended up costing less than they had quoted me. A big 'thank you' all around to this office, I am excited to get the last few pieces done now that I have had this experience.

I was so impressed with Dr Grams and her assistant Abbey.. First I have to say I always freak out when I have to go to the dentist! (lol) I had an old root canal with a crown that broke completely off right at the gumline and needed to have that tooth pulled. I was recommended to Dr. grams and she was amazing! Her assistant Abbey made me feel very comfortable and taken care. They explained every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable with medication's, gas and a Weighted blanket. The procedure went quickly and smoothly and Abbey text me later that afternoon to make sure I was doing all right. I will be going back and next time I won't be so worried. I highly recommend Dr Grams and Abbey.

No messing with a temporary crown because they have the CERAC machine that makes the crown on sight. In and out in less than 2 hours with my permanent crown!

I have extremely sensitive teeth and was nervous looking for a new dental office after I moved. I found Aesthetic Family Dental Care and was impressed by Dr. Wallin's top dentist rating and decided to book an appointment. I received a warm welcome and tour from the front desk receptionist, Ranya. You can brew a coffee or get a massage in one of the two massage chairs in the waiting room! My hygienist Jessica was amazing. She was extremely gentle with my sensitive teeth and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The dental offices overlook a peaceful lake that will help calm your nerves if you have a hard time going to the dentist. Billing and payment information was clearly communicated up front. I highly recommend this dental office that also has orthodontic treatment as well!

I have been going to Aesthetic Family Dental for about 10+ years now I believe, along with my whole family. Every single time I’ve gone in whether it’s for a routine cleaning or fillings, they are so polite, the office is amazingly clean and the staff makes you feel like you’re family. They are always able to get my family or I in asap if there’s something that needs to be taken care of right away. Never had any issues with their billing either, which usually is an issue everywhere you go. Kristine and Dr. Wallin are 2 of my faves! Pretty much my entire life, I have had extreme anxiety with anything related to the dentist!! We moved to the area six months ago and came across this practice, my husband came first and loved it, reassured me you were great and very gentle. So with much anxiety I made an appointment!! As far as the handful of dentistries I've been to, this one seems pretty top notch! For context, this review was made upon a first-visit patient dental cleaning. Granted, I filled out my patient information before my actual appointment, but my visit was both smooth and speedy - only taking about ~45 minutes for a cleaning. It is quite speedy - a bit more fast-paced than I am used to, but it didn't feel like I was rushed, but I don't see any sacrifice in terms of quality service. Assistant and dentist were friendly and straightforward, check-in and check-out was finished like a charm, and I even got a nice first-patient gift and some dental supplies on top of it. Are they the best around this area or in Phoenix? I don't know, but I'll go far as to say that you can hardly do better and you can certainly do far far worse. I'm definitely a returning patient, that's for sure.

Dr Candice Grams went above and beyond my expectations with my soon to be 5 year old who despises going to the dentist. My daughter lost her first tooth and we were told by her pediatric dentistry that it looked as if she broke part of her tooth off in her gums and needed to be seen after we called and sent pictures in. However all their staff took vacation and couldn’t see my daughter until Monday, and we called on a Thursday. Without hesitation Dr Candice Grams took in our daughter last minute and was very patient with her and went at my daughters pace with ease to calm her nerves. After a few X-rays we all were relieved to see that all was well and no fragments were left behind. Without Dr Candice (Dr. Candy as my daughter would say) we would still be concerned about whether our daughter would need a tooth fragment pulled based on what our pediatrician told us over the phone without being seen. She surpassed our expectations to care for our daughter and was super kid friendly and allowed us to go into the weekend knowing our daughter is fine. What a wonderful experience! Best part of it all, is that my daughter won’t stop talking about Dr Candy because she was the kindest dentist she ever met!

I went to AFDC a week or so ago and had a great experience. The employees made scheduling so easy. They communicated over text rather than email and responded quickly. They let me know about an insurance issue before hand. The front desk made paper work really quick. The location was clean, modern, and everyone was friendly. The best part was Jessica. Jessica was able to get her job of cleaning my done quickly but also made time to connect and build trust and rapport. She communicated things to me in a way that I understood and had Dr. Grams go over any additional concerns of mine. They both were very knowledgeable and positive. I appreciated how Jessica and Dr. Grams balanced giving me their professional opinions while also understanding that time/money/resources can stand in the way. They didn’t push to make a sale, but helped me figure out the best time to address getting fillings in the future. They didn’t make it seem like an emergency and understood that I would need to wait to get any further dental work done. I was able to schedule my next appointment easily and plan to see Jessica again!

But not having seen a Dentist in more years than I remember, I was prepared for a boring, maybe painful visit, as most are. Greeted warmly at the front desk, by associates understanding their importance as first and friendly, I was WRONG! These professionals are pleasant and engaging, introducing me around their pretty office, and equipment, which was more State-of-the-Art than state-of-the-art WISHES it could BE! Even a TV, ceiling mounted, to watch as they examined my oral picture! An Amazing experience, just the first visit testing! But as fantastic as the modern tools were, Eva's x-ray & womanual check-up, was thorough, patient and painless, calling out scale from 1-10 damage numbers, as I looked up, and given with a smile. Just as Candice's doctoral exam complimented hers, with many compliments! I was humbled and embarrassed by my hygiene, and these two women reassured and relaxed me, giving me a plan to undo my eating damage, and restore me to better than normal oral care. I was very happy with my experience today. I came in needing help after damage to a crown. I was amazed by the helpful and caring attitude of everyone I met. This is definitely someplace where caring for the patient is a top priority. I have never met such nice people. I was amazed by the technology and capabilities of this clinic. I walked in with a broken crown and walked out with a brand new one. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. It's always challenging for a non-resident to find care where we can be comfortable and confident in the providers but this is by far the most caring, professional and capable clinic I have ever been to. This has to be the BEST dental office that I’ve ever been to! Everyone here is so welcoming and professional. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with beautiful smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. You get a short tour of the office, which is something I’ve never gotten at a dental office before. During the tour, you’re given a brief overview of the different machines and technology that the staff utilize. I was told you can get a crown made for you same day! How amazing is that?! I had my X-rays and cleaning done by Eva, who is one of the dental hygienist there and my exam was done by Dr. Grams. Both Eva and Dr. Grams were very personable and easy to talk to. Everyone was welcoming, willing to answer any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable. My husband had a tooth ache during our travels so I looked for a dentist in our network in Mesa, AZ. I knew he was probably going to need a crown so I looked for a dentist office that offered same day crowns since we were scheduled to leave Mesa within the week. Dr. Grams took such good care of him that once his work was complete I asked her to look at my on going dental work and see if they could finish out my implant. She was able to fix me up nicely and I was able to travel onto Vegas for Ladies Poker Week with my implant complete and my other teeth crowned! The technology they have in this office is incredible but the best part of this practice is the people! Dr. Grams, Alanni and Sara were my main contacts and they were OUTSTANDING! I hung up before they answered because I thought they wouldn't be concerned with someone who wasn't already a patient with them. To my surprise, they called back and took care of me quickly. Everyone on staff was super friendly. I ended up having to have two root canals and I was a nervous wreck before my appointment as I suffer from anxiety. Dr. Ruminson and Cali took great care of me. They helped me remain calm throughout the whole process. I was very comfortable and they made sure to give me breaks whenever I needed them. After my experience with Aesthetic Family Dental Care I no longer want to stay away from the dentist and I'm going to keep coming back to them. I definitely highly recommend them.

For years I battled insecurity with my teeth and taking responsibility for not being the most hygienic when it came to flossing. I cracked a tooth Thursday night due to something hard being in a burger patty. Aesthetic Family was closed on Friday due to the holiday. I left a message on the normal line and then called the emergency line. Someone answered the phone calmed down my anxiety about getting in and let me know she would call one if the dentists to see what could be done. Within an hour I was getting help in the office. They turned on the lights for me and fixed my tooth within about 30 minutes. It was the best trip I’ve ever had at the dentist. I even received a follow up call from my original message to make sure I’d been helped. Dr. Derrick and the office manager Alli are amazing. I’ve been coming to Aesthetic for years, but this was the first time I’ve worked with Dr. Grams. I cracked about a third of my rear molar today eating lunch. I called in, and Ashley in the front office found a way to get me in for an appointment less than an hour from cracking my tooth. By 4pm I had a new crown put in. No additional visit necessary. Just walking in was what I personally have to say was to the most inviting experience that I have ever encountered; not just in a dentistry facility but in any servicing place I've been to. I had a few cavities needed filling, and they exceeded my expectations on every level of my experience here. The dentists who helped me today were Crystal and Symon. After moving back to Arizona two years ago and trying a dentist in Scottsdale, I knew I wanted a new dentist and at this point was willing to go anywhere for my emergency! Luck was definitely on my side and after calling several places in East Mesa where I live, Aesthetic Dental said they could see me that day! Dr. Ruminson and Kirsten treated me and performed an emergency root canal and crown. They were so attentive and sincere about my pain and made sure I was comfortable while working on me. The crown matched my teeth perfectly too. They were very professional, friendly and I felt like I was in good hands with experienced staff. After such a positive experience that started out so stressful for me, I signed up for their Smiles program and scheduled a cleaning. Eva the dental hygienist reinforced the professional friendly atmosphere. In January 2021 I had two more old metal fillings removed and one required a crown. The service here was excellent. I had a Saturday emergency and was treated like I was family and the visit routine. The office was airy, clean, parking right outside, next to a man made lake which served as a great and welcoming backdrop. Shia, who helped us over the phone when we made our frantic call for service was calming, accommodating, and made sure we were seen within the hour. She was fantastic. She also greeted us when we arrived to the office for the emergency extraction. Dr. Ryan Wallin, who made time for us on a Saturday no less, and who waited for us to arrive, performed the extraction. He greeted us cheerily and warmly, despite the fact he was scheduled to be elsewhere. He very professional and made sure to attend to my husband’s comfort throughout the procedure. He even made sure to fix the resulting gap so no one could tell anything was done and the smile remained intact, if not actually better. We were extremely, extremely, happy with our entire interaction with everyone, and most of all, the actual service. As a result, both of us will have all of our future dental needs handled by this practice. We very highly recommend Aesthetic Family Dental Care to anyone looking for a great dental choice for service.

The best place to have any dental work done. Always considerate and understanding, no matter the scale. I cannot say enough positive things about Aesthetic Family Dental! The front office staff is so kind and always upbeat and reassuring whenever you come in for your procedure. They are extremely professional and efficient when it comes to scheduling, payments or what ever issue you may need. I have anxiety when it comes to seeing a dentist but the staff makes me as comfortable as possible, always seeing if I’m ok and/or if there is anything they can do for me. My first several appointments they were so kind as to make sure an assistant or tech was back in the room while I waited to see Dr. Wallen. My dental hygienist, Hailey, was so personable and did a phenomenal job with my cleaning; she even found (and fixed) a problem with my teeth that had been present from an orthodontist's mistake over 10 years ago.
