This is my favorite dental practice. Everyone is so friendly, from reception to the dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists. It’s actually fun to go to the dentist (which is something no one said before…ever.) Michaela is always so positive and is an expert at working the X-ray machine so that it’s not super uncomfortable. Morgan did a great job cleaning my teeth and getting out some staining from the mouth wash I had been using. I highly recommend this dental office.

Team Dental is truly the best in the business. Like many people I have had anxiety about going to the dentist but after going here for the last few years I can honestly say that is all gone. The whole team makes you feel welcome, comfortable and confident that your experience will be great. My wife and son both go here as well and as a family we won't go anywhere else. Honestly the best dentist ever. I had an emergency and they got me in within an hour. I was treated kindly and the dentist and dental assistant made me feel comfortable and took care of everything. They even have a deal for if you are uninsured to make your visits cheaper. It’s a great place and finding a non shady dentist is hard. I highly recommend!!

my teeth cleaning was a positive experience, the dentist was very kind and helpful. I took one star off for the following reasons. Customers have to fill out a personal information form that asks various personal confidential medical questions and the form has to be filled out in a public computer with a big screen facing the waiting room. I think this method should be reconsidered because everyone can see what you’re typing and answers to these private question. The phone goes straight to voicemail sometimes, you have to call a few times before anyone actually picks up. Overall it’s a decent experience will continue going.

This was my first visit to this office. Coming from another dental facility that I used to frequent, I didn’t really have any high expectations. I was greeted by an amazing secretary, Susie who made the check in process as smooth as possible. I was only coming in for a check up but ended up having a cleaning and 3 cavities filled. I lucked out since they had a cancellation. I am definitely not a fan of dental work but both Alina and Dr. Samar were very personable and professional!! I left there with my beat up but was actually happy. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Selena is highly skilled and knowledgeable while being extremely personable and gentle; I cannot recommend her and Team Dental enough!

It's been a few months since we switched over to a new insurance plan, but it only occurred to me last week that my husband and I are due for our dentist visits. So, I called Team Dental to schedule appointments for my husband and me. I did not think there would be any available openings and was expecting to wait 1-2 months before seeing our new dentist. To my surprise, the office manager, Lauren was able to squeeze us in for a weekday evening slot. All my life, I've had to wait 20 minutes or longer in the waiting room before the dentist/dental assistant sees me. But NOT at Team Dental. The dentist/dental assistant/dental hygienist was ready to see me pretty much as soon as I arrived. All the staff at Team Dental are very friendly and professional. My first dentist visit was with Dr. Muhammad. Not only was he super thorough with my examination but he had THE BEST bedside manner of any dentist I've ever seen. After my examination, he explained to me the condition of my teeth and explained why I needed a deep cleaning. I started to freak out about how bad my teeth were, but he was very reassuring and took time to show me photos of worst-case scenario gum disease and that I was nowhere near that. All I had to do was get the deep cleaning and floss a lot more. Cynthia, the dental hygienist who did the deep cleaning for me was amazing too. I was nervous before the deep cleaning because I've never had one done before, but she properly numbed me so that I did not feel any pain. Then she deep cleaned the **** out of my teeth. Never have my teeth felt so good and so clean!!! Seeing the dentalcare I'm getting at Team Dental made me realize what good dentalcare is like. My previous dentists did the bare minimum and were never this thorough. Up to yesterday, I thought my teeth were fine, but they really weren't! Also, Team Dental understands the urgency of the health of your teeth. If you are experiencing pain and the longer care is delayed, the worse your condition will get. They will try to get you in as soon as possible, no matter how busy they are. It is really a great feeling to know the health of your teeth is in good hands with Team Dental.

I will say I was bribed with a gift card to Starbucks in a well engineered ploy to erode my teeth and bring me back. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I am 100% *that patient* when it comes to the dentist but Nicole(sp?) was so kind, laid back, and gentle that I actually didn’t hate having my teeth cleaned. She also didn’t make me feel silly for asking for lidocaine beforehand :) Everyone in the office was very pleasant and worked with me when I had issues with insurance, too. So glad I found this office and will no longer dread going to the dentist!

One year exact if Invisalign. Top is one year ago. Bottom is from today. Very satisfied with my results. I had 52 trays. A new tray each week. I’m now on my 3 month retainer all day post treatment phase. Afterwards I’ll be wearing them at night every night. Also I got my teeth whitened by them before I started Invisalign. So you can see how much of a difference whitening does. I plan to get whitening done very soon 2023 Update 1/1/2023 Post treatment - Invisalign has been amazing. I wear my retainer usually just at night now. Somedays if lm just around the house all day, l'll keep them on during the day. So many friends asked me about Invisalign and l always suggest its totally worth it. Wearing the Invisalign at night is no biggie at all and l never forget it when l go away on trips.

Initially, I sent an appointment request through the website, but no one called me for weeks. When I call them directly, they were able to schedule me pretty quickly within the week. Overall, I had a good experience here. The employees were friendly and thorough. But I was surprised to see amount owed after this visit. Turns out with my insurance you can only get panoramic or intraoral comprehensive series of radiographic images once every 3 years. Because I was new in town, I guess my previous records didn't come in their system. One issue I found after calling my insurance company is that you don't need to do a panoramic radiographic image AND intraoral comprehensive series of radiographic images at the same time. One of these procedures should be enough. But for me, both were done on the same day, and as a result, I have to pay more.

I had the most incredible experience at this dental office. I started with Sidine and Hafsah who took incredible care of me. We talked about different music and shows we watched; ultimately they were incredibly personable and easy to relate to. They made the dental office a friendly and enjoyable experience. I then proceeded to see Dr. Selena, who was absolutely magically and everyone should have the privilege to see. One of the most gentle dentists I have ever seen. The office was clean, well kept, they even had fancy new gadgets for taking pictures of your teeth. The cleaning was enjoyable and I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re in Philly or the Philadelphia area, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment at this office.

I couldn't be happier with my Invisalign experience with Team Dental! I have TMJ and have been experiencing jaw pain for about 3 years. I have tried a variety of different fixes for this, including liquid diets, night guards, and muscle relaxers. Dr Jaffari recommended for me to try Invisalign to help minimize the pain I experience. Over the course of the past year since I started my Invisalign, I have gone from experiencing significant pain every single day, to now only having mild issues about 2-3 times a week. I picked up drinking tea during the pandemic and it really stained my teeth. I had tried a variety of whitening products. I spoke with Shari about my concerns and my brushing routine. She provided great advice and her cleaning alone rid me of the bulk of my stains. Overall squeaky clean. Shari was so awesome and made me feel so comfortable :) Long Version: It had been 2 years since my last dentist appointment and I chipped my back tooth on a damned frenched fry on Friday night … I spent Saturday leaving messages at different offices around the city so by by the time Team Dental called me Monday morning promptly at 8:45AM, I had already given up hope for a speedy, convenient, and caring remedy for my French Fry chipped molar. But BOY, was I surprised! I went in, they saw me right away (exactly at my appointment time), and took care of me like I was a friend in need. Everyone there was so great. They were professional, neat, quick, timely, caring, gentle, and all around perfect. The office was clean, everything about this place is great. The staff here are especially helpful when if you are the 'choking' on the numbing shot type of person. You know, the sweating bullets under the light, so you stand up, drenched in sweat still, possibly about to pass out, and they calmly guide you to sit, so you plop on the floor, and they say, no the chair, but the cold floor feels so good, type of person, then this place is for you. They really helped me relax for that second, take my breath, and get that work done. lol Can't recommend them enough but don't too many people go. Cause I still need to get all my work done!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience at Team Dental in Northern Liberties, specifically, with my new favorite Dental Hygienist Shari Robin. As a precursor, let me say I had not been to a dentist in AT LEAST 2-3 years and, having a long history of gum issues, was sure this visit was going to be a nightmare. Instead, Ms. Robin's gentle hand and human touch kept what could have been a very intense and uncomfortable scaling, a pleasant experience. Whether it was making great eye contact when explaining what she was going to need to do, constantly checking in to see if I needed a break, making a joke now and then, or communicating how much longer till she was finished, at every step of the way Ms. Robin's professional yet kind manner helped keep me at ease. Speaking frankly, but kindly, about what steps we needed to take to get me onto the path of oral health filled me not with dread, but optimism and let me confidently set my next appointment a few months from now on. I really liked the dental assistant/ hygienist I had ( Alyena, maybe) she seemed well educated and didn't mind at all explaining things. I felt she and the Dr worked well together. Dr. Jaffari along with his staff were all so personable and pleasant to be around! The office is nice and clean, and you can tell they take very good care of their equipment. Dr. Jaffari (aka Muzzie) is very skilled and knows his stuff! I had a stress triggered cold sore, and Muzzie lasered it for me! It was painless, easy and I was done in no time! Process took 2 minutes max! He explained the whole process to me, and was very thorough and took the time to make sure I knew what was happening. By the time he was done, I didn’t even have any questions because he covered everything😂 I felt so comfortable in his hands and as soon as I left I already felt less discomfort on my cold sore. The next day it already started looking so much better and it’s been 4 days now and it’s pretty much completely gone. Usually my cold sores stay around for 2 weeks, and is very painful. I felt less pain after the laser (no pain now) and notice it physically getting better every day. I’m literally shocked with these results, and I would 110% recommended anyone to come to his office and try the microlaser, you’re not going to regret it !!!

The front desk staff were very nice and friendly, the Doctor and assistant were also very professional yet warm. Hadn’t been to a new dentist in years and wasn’t afraid of letting them give me a temporary crown the first time I went in. The environment was sterile and modern and I liked how you could hear other things going on around you. One complaint was there were two different radios stations playing, one in the front and one in back. I think Coldplay was on repeat and that I could’ve done without. The care and work was done efficiently and when I did feel my nerve for a second the doctor instantly was there with another needle of Novocain thankfully!

When I came in for my appointment yesterday I was welcomed by Lisa who walked me through the digital check-in process (so much easier than filling out a physical form). By the time I was done checking in and chatting with Lisa for a few minutes I was brought to the back for my cleaning. Crystal was extremely friendly, gentle, and did a killer job with my cleaning. She took her time and educated me about what she was doing throughout the entire process. Dr. Jaffari came in afterwards for my examination. He was very personable and meticulous with his assessment. I had a really great Invisalign experience at Team Dental. I scheduled a regular cleaning about 1.5 years ago and during Dr. Jaffari’s exam he mentioned my bite was crooked and asked if I ever experienced jaw pain. Little did he know, I had jaw/neck pain that led me to exhaust different mouth guards, doctor visits, and physical therapy for the previous 5 years. I also was sooooo self conscious of my smile because I swore my face looked crooked. His recommendation was Invisalign to correct the bite. He was honest about price, the entire Invisalign process, and the fact that correcting the bite doesn’t always guarantee my neck and jaw pain would go away. I just completed my Invisalign journey and thankfully Dr. Jaffari’s recommendation for Invisalign has resolved my neck and jaw pain completely. My bite has never felt better and my smile is finally straight. I’ve since moved to the burbs and will continue to be a patient at Team Dental in Nolibs because of the awesome staff and great experience there! Also shout out to Crystal for teaching me how to floss correctly...kinda changed my life hahaha.

There is not enough words I could say to express how amazing team dental and Dr Jaffari are. Dr Jaffari does not only provide the highest quality dental services but is so caring for his patients. I had an emergency with my little cousin from out of town who’s wire from her braces broke and kept bothering the inside on her mouth. We called around to a few orthodontists in the area and no one would see her. Dr Jaffari met us at the office at 10pm on a Saturday when I explained the problem to him. He said he wouldn’t want her to be uncomfortable all night so he would meet us there. If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 I would. Went to Team Dental for my first cleaning in over a year and a general exam. The front desk staff was super friendly and really made me feel right at home, as was the hygenist during my cleaning.Dr. Jaffari spotted a few small cavities which he treated with SDF solution that is apparently cutting edge as for stopping caries without having to drill. He was thorough in his explanations and seemed like he really cared about not only my teeth but my wallet (refreshing after dealing with dentists have tried to milk me with little procedures every time I step into their office). The office is packed with state of the art equipment. My tv was not working which is my only complaint. Overall, I loved the office/Dr. Jaffari and very happy that I found a dentist that’s not trying to rip me off and is a straight shooter!

I thought i had an issue only with one tooth until I visited Dr. Jaffari for invisalign who is extremely maticulous in his job. He showed me shorter and longer versions of treatment alternstives and gave estimates for both options. I chose the shorter treatment which lasted exactly the same time as he estimated in first exam. He wants the best possible treatment for his patient but he is also very respecftul to your personal decisions so you will not be pushed into a certain direction but will know every possible option to decide yourself. During the treatment, Dr. Jaffari spent good time for check ups and inform me about the progress which I appreciated a lot. I didn't think my teeth would be this good in just 8 months but it did just like the simulations! The office is also very clean and staff is so friendly and professional. Dr. Jaffari is very experienced and knowledgable for Invisalign treatments. It may be harder to find appointments in short time but it will so worth it.

To start off I have always had a fear for doctors, dentist & medicine which resulted in me neglecting my oral health for many years. After pushing things off for so long, I was finally tired feeling pain in my mouth and knew it was time for me to get to the dentist. I decided to go with team dental which is close by where I work, to get a game plan on where to start. I came in for my first visit and got all my X-rays and photos done. Dr. Jaffari did my exam and came up with a plan for me. Everyone wants nice front teeth of course, so he started with fixing my front teeth so I could smile again. He came in on his day off on a Saturday morning to accommodate me and help me out. I really appreciate Dr. Jaffari and Team Dental for their hard work and help. He was extremely informative on what his plan was for me, how he was going to do it, and what he was going to use. This is just the beginning of my full mouth rehab. I have a long way to go, but just in a few hours Dr. Jaffari impacted my life by fixing my front tooth and allowing me to finally smile again. I am not only happy I can smile, but I am happy I found a amazing dentist / person I can trust to go to! I no longer have a fear for dentist. I also trust in his work and his recommendations. I highly recommend Team Dental for all of your dental needs! You will not be disappointed!
