Dr. Tran and his team are so wonderful! I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time because of fear and prior bad experiences however Dr. Tran and the entire team made me feel so comfortable. I definitely feel like I’m in great hands at iSmile. Ashley at the front desk is so pleasant, she greeted everyone that walked in with a warm and inviting welcome. I saw Dr. Kum for a consultation for concerns over my gum inflammation, and he was an extremely great listener and gave me great advice on how to better maintain my gum health to avoid future deterioration. Overall the experience was much better than I expected and I am only leaving a 4 star review to not come off as a paid robot. It was definitely a 5 star experience in my eyes. The people there were compassionate in my time of need and I am extremely grateful for that.

I am so impressed by every aspect of this office. My first encounter was over the phone with the friendly, professional staff. My family are all new patients, and they were able to make appointments within just a couple days; other dentists didn't have open appointments for months. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was how clean and organized it is, one of the best medical offices I've been to. This alone speaks volumes. All of the rest of the staff were just as awesome as the ones over the phone. I'm so happy to have them as my new dental office.

This place provided me with the best experience I've ever had going to the dentist. I spent far too long neglecting my oral health and needed some serious work done. Returning to the dentist seemed terrifying but luckily a co-worker recommended this place to me and I was lucky enough to be booked with their Oral Hygienist Dawn for my first deep root and scaling treatments. Dawn is incredible. She made a pretty invasive procedure virtually painless and was pleasant the whole way through. I cannot praise Dawn enough. She is someone who takes great pride in her profession and it shows in the quality of work given to the customers. The front desk staff are also very pleasant and extremely helpful.

I had to get a permanent crown put in after and emergency route canal and was very limited with money and time. Not only did they work on a relatable price, but did such an amazing job putting the crown in. Everything went so smoothly. The Doctor and assistants were all so friendly and caring. Quick appointments, very friendly and helpful staff, but most importantly, Dr. Yun is amazing! - highly competent and very caring. Additionally, I had an extraction with their periodontist and that went very well. I was taken as a walk-in and it was perfect. Administration team is friendly and professional. The dentist I saw explained everything to me and did not rush. She was also very friendly. I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years, my last cleaning was that traumatic. Even with 3 years worth of buildup, she was quite gentle and it didn't hurt too bad. I'll be back to fill in my cavities in two weeks and I'm sure it will be another pleasant experience. I'm so happy I came across this location for real. Keep up the good work!

iSmile dental had to be the best dentist I've ever been to. The place is brand new, very clean and comfortable.The technology is great, I got to see picture of the teeth that I had problems with and she surgically removed my wisdom tooth that was infected on her day off I will never forget that. They really go above and beyond for there patients. The service was Great! I didn't have to wait hours to be seen, I was in and out and in the short period of time I've learned a lot about my teeth. So I recommend this place to anybody that has fears of the dentist because they will talk you through everything, and just anybody looking for a good dentist.

This was such an amazing experience! I had a chip tooth and Dr. Grace Harriman was so professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention did exceptional craftsmanship to replicate my tooth to look like its original appearance. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! The facility is brand new and very clean. I did extensive research and they definitely had the best price and for the work (amazing!)Their wasn't a wait, but Most importantly which I can't Stress enough is how comfortable they made me feel and the Craftsmanship of their Work. I’ve only had a few visits with this group so far but my first impressions are great! The waiting room is simple and feels open with its large front windows and lack of clutter. They are an organized business with, from what I’ve experienced, a reasonably few amount of overlapping appointments due to the small and humble size of their business. Also, they send you a notice a week or so prior to your appointments, and charge a lateness fee (and a missed appointment fee), but all intended to maintain their schedules of course. This is a much more suitable environment than the child dentistry I went to previously, and I’m glad I made the switch.

I've had some dental complications which required a few procedures and Dr. Grace was very professional and helpful in explaining each procedure to me. After a few visits, i was no longer in pain! I had 4 wisdom teeth to pull out, and this genius doctor extracted all of them at once in about 5~10 minutes! I was SO worried about the pain (I am scared of going to see a dentist) - but believe it or not,, I didn't feel any pain and had dinner the same day :) I strongly recommend this place for your dental care~ it is my favorite dental office EVER!!! you will never regret, because they are very kind. They also took pictures of all my teeth and I was able to see them on the screen. It was very cool and I could trust what they were talking about. PLUS the office is very clean and new.

Most people have an aversion to the dentist because of how invasive and uncomfortable it is. The dentists and staff in this group are by far the best I have ever encountered in my dental experience! They always make me feel so at ease, very personable and friendly, they take the time to explain everything and offer what is best in their medical opinion.

So there's an insurance issue. I had to have my insurance company call them to straighten it out. I was told continuously that I had an insurance that they wouldn't allow or something. It go straightened out but this is a reason for a star off. Went to my appt. The dentist did great I feel like since she knew I was getting invisaligns (which they offer but when I googled they didn't come up) she was getting my teeth extra good for them. I appreciated that she didn't get upset that I did not know or get invisalogns from them and she even said that it's a good thing im getting them and agrees they would benefit me. All in all good experience. And liked my goodie bag. I had a dental emergency they got me right in and took care of it!

Dr. Grace is professional, experienced, courteous and honest. I've met a number of dentists who had overcharged me with unnecessary teeth work in the past. Thus, when I went to see my new doctor, I was cautious. However, on my visit, she said I had slight decay in one tooth, but gave me an option to do it now or later since it wasn't urgent. Love that she wasn't pushy and was upfront with me. She really cares about her patients and her work style shows. Please look no further. Dr. Grace is the best!!! Highly recommend!

This dental place is like no other compared to the one I use to go to in the past . Ismile is equipped with high tech technology which caught my attention. The staff was very nice and I felted like they really cared about my concerns , versus trying to get me in and out the chair. I was able to gain a lot of knowledge about my teeth within an hour. Also to mention , the X-ray part was almost pain free, which is least my favorite part of the visit.Totally would recommend this office to anybody who had bad experience, r looking for a dentist or oral surgeon !

I've had some bad experiences before in the past with dentist, but with this doctor and her staff they make me want to come back and look forward to taking better care of my teeth. Dr Grace and Karima and staff are very nice. Everything is clean and state of the art. They have flexible scheduling around my crazy work schedule. Their billing for my root canal and crown could have been more transparent but it was a good price compared to my old dentist. They are at a very convenient location.

Last year, I called my insurance company to see what dentists in my area accepted my insurance and I was given I Smile as one of my 3 options. I always do research before I make any selections and it was something about the website that made me feel at ease and that this place would be a good one and I was right. The staff is always nice & understanding especially when I have to keep resheduling due to my spinal cord injury. They are also accommodating and helpful!

Dr. Harriman is the BEST!!! I came to ISmile for an Emergency Dental Appointment. I were so in pain that caused me headache everyday. Finally I called the office and Thanks God I was treated by Dr. H. She was so informative & clearly explained to me what happened to my condition. Ultimately fantastic… I called at 12:00 PM complains about my lower left back tooth they scheduled me an appointment 1:30 PM the same day, when I got there they had all of my paperwork completely filled out all I had to bring was my ID and insurance card. I waited three minutes before they took me in the back and took my x-rays, this was the first Dennis office that I actually showed me and three and four day of work my teeth look like compared to other Dennis offices that usually just tell you, Dr. Grace Harriman explains in detail about every single tooth, my cavities, my gum, and every procedure that I am going to have to have done. She also had advice on which house she would approach different play payment plans and help me come up with a solution so I could be able to afford to get the procedure that I need to get done complete it. My wife met me there after she already had explained everything to me the dental assistant and the doctor re-explain and took an extra half hour out of their own time to explain it again once to her and they were happily to do that. The office made us feel welcome it was very clean everyone was very professional and extremely polite as a service how you would like to get treated when you go somewhere to get procedures done. My wife and I were so thrilled about how polite they were understanding and how much they explain in detail for the things that we didn't understand and their courtesy that we're actually going to take her children to switch their dental office to theres, or two young daughters a four-year-old and a one-year-old, my wife personally thinks that is actually much more relaxing for a child considering the way the staff members treat you with consideration for the children since her Zaidi is off every time they go. Overall this place was an amazing dental office I have never seen one like this nor the staff like this in Philadelphia I would highly recommend it to everyone because of the consideration from the staff the way the doctor street you the clean environment there's no waiting when you're there you feel like you're in a five-star hotel. . I had a previous dentist in New York fill my cavities very poorly and I developed pain over time. When I visited the dentists at iSmile dental group, they thoroughly discussed the problems I was dealing with, and told me that because the old filling is very large, and I have symptoms, it is possible that I may need root canals. They took photos on top of xrays to show me in detail so I can clearly understand my situation. I was happy to understand my situation from beginning to end, and the iSmile dentist took all my old cavity filling and caries out, showed me the photos, and really treated my teeth with care and attention that I ended up getting medication placed on top of my nerve and getting a core done. I am aware that since my cavity was so deep that I may need root canals, and I appreciate the work and explanation the dentist at iSmile gave me. They also told me how to better take care of my teeth, and I have been really motivated to work on it regularly. I will be going back to place crowns, since I am so grateful for the care the iSmile dentists gave me. Great office, excellent staff, educated doctors, answers all questions one may have!

I was diagnosed with gum disease and I had deep cleaning done at another office only to find out that I spent money and the doctors at the other offices did NOT remove any bacteria at all. I realized that as patients, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! I am fortunate to find iSmile Dental Group, because they really do a nice job. They showed me before and after X-rays that confirms that they removed all the bacteria. Also, I do not bleed any more from my gums. My gum disease was actually severe enough that I needed surgical cleaning by periodontist. And iSmile has all specialists on site, that I was able to get the proper treatment without the hassle of going anywhere else. The periodontist did such a gentle job that I did not feel any pain, and even after surgery, I was not in pain. I am just so thankful that I can keep my teeth. I read numerous articles online, and now I know that if you have severe gum disease, and if you do not get proper treatment, it is as if you did not get treatment at all! The other dental offices that I have been to (I won't mention their names...) told me I need deep cleaning and that's it, but I feel that I have read enough on this topic and have been educated by all the doctors at iSmile, that I know that deep cleaning first needs to be properly done and needs to be maintained at the proper maintenance interval which was never suggested to me by other offices. Also, doctors were very thorough as to how I can save my teeth by maintaining oral hygiene. And due to my severity, I had to get the surgical cleaning and I know that deep cleaning alone was not enough, and had I followed other office's recommendations, I would definitely have found myself wearing full dentures in ten years. What a relief! Save yourself the trouble, and trust iSmile with your teeth and smile. You get what you pay for!

Dr. Masters is the best pediatric dentist I have ever taken my children to. My youngest son is diagnosed with anxiety and will not let any dentist near his mouth. I have been to numerous offices. All failed attempts. Luckily, we found Dr. Masters. She is able to calm him down and reassure him everything is ok. She explains everything and she has her own terminology to do so.
