The Farrow Orthodontist team was very kind and accommodating. Dr. Farrow was straightforward and truthful. I've seen several orthodontists who inflated my needs in an effort to charge more. Finding an affordable and honest orthodontist was therefore a relief. We alway enjoy and have an easy time here. Both the staff and Dr. Farrow are welcoming, considerate, and appreciative of our time. The office is handled in a very efficient and effective manner. The Mt. Airy and Walnut Street offices are both highly recommended.

My son goes to Dr. Farrow’s for his orthodontic care. All of the staff there are very pleasant. There is however one particular person Ms.. Dee who I have encountered that makes my day more delightful no matter how I’m feeling or how my day has gone, she’s always pleasant and seems to know how to solve the problem. I find this to be very important when you’re dealing with teenagers because sometime my 16 year old son can drive me crazy, but she seems to have all the right answers and for that she is to be commended.
