Yesterday was my first experience at Elite Dental. The dentist was young but very friendly. She acknowledged my concerns and she was also gentle while cleaning my teeth. A few years back, I didn’t have such a pleasant experience but definitely I’m coming back. Convenient location!!

I needed an appointment and they seen me right away. They are good for an appointment. Only reason I don’t give five star is because the wait time is typically long. Other than that. It’s clean. Staff is always professional and nice. I appreciate this place.

Everyone was very friendly. The wait time wasn’t too bad. I am very nervous about dentists and have anxiety and they really put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable. The staff and dentist went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them.

Elite Dental is a great place to have any kind of dental work done. My experience with all of the workers there has been very pleasant and the dentist is wonderful she just saved one of my teeth and I was so happy I didn't need root canal they do a great job

Want to say that this office is top tier service ..the girls that work in the front are absolutely lovely and go above and beyond!!! I had a problem with an oral surgeon and they were trying to scam cash for unnecessary x-rays and elite dental saved the day...they didn't have to intervene but they did and I am so grateful!!!! The office is also clean ND and the staff is amazing...if I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!

The dentist was very thorough, did a great job and hopefully the filling works on #31. It’s been a challenge. The receptionist need to be a little more organized. I came in for my appointment and the girl at the desk said did you respond to the text message. I did and I was in for an appt on Sept 13th. @ 9:00 AM and I wasn’t on the schedule. I have the appt card and I did say YES to the text.

Our first time was great very nice staff place was clean the dentist and her assistant was very nice and friendly took her time to explain everything and asked if we had any questions my son and daughter loves their first visit they also have a play area :) looking forward to their next appointment

Really like my new dentist Sammy(hope that's the right spelling). Had an exam , cleaning and some bonding done. Appointment was for 9:30, they were prompt and I was home at 10:30.

Staff up front extremely helpful The doctor there I will be getting a second opinion she doesn't seem like she's too into her job she'd rather pull all your teeth rather than try saving them by filling them or capping them or giving you other options my teeth are not bad I have cavities under my fillings and I only need oral surgery for my back teeth my teeth are not in pain I have no infection but she wants to pull.. she needs to get a job as a dentist on State road

Very professional, eager to please. Comfortable setting I had a scheduled appointment, but still had to wait a little over an hour to be seen. Todays visit went very well. The assistant explained everything and what to expect for my next appointment. I’m very happy with the results regarding yesterday’s appointment, very knowledgeable and thorough. Doctor was very concerned and took her time in coming to a resolution. Her assistant is awesome. I had a very pleasant visit.

My son had a 10:00 am dentist appointment and his father took him i got a text at 11:30 saying they were still waiting my son wasn’t seen until 12/ 12:30 pm. I called their office after receiving the text message from his dad and their excuse was it’s only one dentist today….. i feel like that should have been a mass message sent out stating that they only had one dentist today instead of just having people wait two hours for an appointment that was scheduled espionage when they see children a child / toddler should never have to wait two hours for an appointment.

The new male Dr, didn't even introduce himself. Didn't speak when entering, until i had to question him about it. Pulling my mouth and asking me to move my head at the same time. I'm not going back after this next visit and would not referre anyone goin there as long as he's there.The other Dr. was pleasant. He's anything but that. The staff is great.

This is my 1st visit. I went for a check up and cleaning. Today's experience: friendly and helpful staff. Dentist listened and answered questions. Clean facility too with a great location...can't miss it. Only future concern is that there is only one dentist and, although I was taken back and tended to fairly quickly, I could see if it were alot of people waiting how it might affect my wait time.

I am a new patient and had my first visit with the office yesterday. I can honestly say I had a very good experience. From the time I walked in I was greeted, and updated with everything I should have known. The office was clean and neat. I am big on professionalism, and I just want you guys to know they are killing it. I have heard so many bad things about the company but sometimes you have to have your own experience and I'm glad I did. I am not disappointed with my experience and would recommend this place 10/10.

I just want to share our experience. It was amazing, my 11 year old daughter is autistic and has some sensory difficulties. The staff took time to talk to my daughter, explain every step, stopped when she needed it, and really made her feel comfortable. The front staff is amazing from helping to make an appointment that would work for us to explaining everything. Everyone there made going to the dentist as pleasant experience. Clean, friendly and respectful! Thank you Ellie Dental staff for easing a worried mamas brain!

Had two procedures done here (one extraction and one filling) and was pleased with the attitude and caring manner of the dentist and assistants. They clearly explained what they were going to do and what things I should be mindful of in terms of oral hygiene and food choices / pain management. The only very minor complaint I could make was having to wait in the waiting room for about half an hour after my scheduled appointment time. I did not find this to be a big deal at all - the seating was comfortable and the wi-fi signal worked well on my phone in the lobby. As a patient without dental insurance paying out-of-pocket, I found the pricing to be very reasonable, especially compared to dental practices in Center City. If you think you potentially have $1000+ worth of work to be done (maybe youve been missing dental visits during COVID-19) it's worth coming in for an exam (~ $125) and you might be pleasantly surprised :) I will be back in 6 months for my next cleaning !

Every worker they have at this place are Amazing.. Yes, I did wait quite a bit after my appointment but once I did make it to be seen, everyone takes great care of you. They all work their best to make your visit welcoming. If you want quick service maybe this isn't the place for you. BUT IF YOU WANT QUALITY, STICK AROUND AND BE PATIENT. Only reason they are busy is because they have a lot of customers and everyone has a different procedure to get done.

2.5 stars. Arrived on time for the appointment. Nice place. I Had to fill out tedious repetative papers for a new patient visit. Then one of the receptionist made me feel very uncomfortable the way she spoke to another patient in the waiting area that asked a simple question. Unprofessional and rude. Finally when I got to the dental chair I was checked in by the assistant and after about an hour and a half total time the dentist came. Nice lady. The equipment to clean my teeth was malfunctioning 🤨 spraying water everywhere. No worries but I felt she really did a half job with my teeth cleaning. It was actually comical, I laughed later telling my wife about it how it was so fast and poorly done. Overall.....eh. they could do a lot better. I got a text to do a google review later in the day and here we are folks.

I had my first filing at Elite Dental yesterday. Let me start by saying the 3 girl at the desk when you walk in are incredibly helpful and so sweet. When I was leaving I asked them all for there names. I knew the second Dr Tony put the needle in my gums I needed to do a review, which by the way I never do reviews but this place definitely deserves an excellent rating. Never, in all times I've been to a dentist has the needle not hurt until I find Elite Dental. Honest to God no pain at all. Emily, Crystal, and Dashia are at the desk. They greet you with a warm welcome. Ijanee Dental assistant is so so sweet. And Dr r Tony explained everything and made sure I understood everything he was getting ready to do I can't say enough great things about this place. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!!

While I think they do good work I was very disappointed with service. My appt was for 11. I arrived at 10:40. I did not receive service until 12:45. I did not receive one apology neither from the front desk, the asst, or the doctor. I'm not used to doctors not facing you when they greet you. Customer service is definitely lacking in this office.

My recent experiences here have been better than in the past. They have definitely improved their wait times are really short you can get an appointment pretty quickly and the staff is very nice. For my first visit here I was extremely impressed with the entire office staff, everyone was so pleasant, friendly and helpful including the actual dentist. I will be recommending them to all my friends needing a good dentist. Also for anyone with children they have a cool playroom set aside for them. The office is very big and nicely maintained inside and out and it is super clean. They take all medicaid insurance but recommend you call first to see if you have a small copay.

I've searched for a local dentist for years. I am very pleased with Elite Dental. The staff is very helpful and professional. They are taking safety precautions during covid. I have dental anxiety and had to have a two part deep cleaning along with a filling and it went well. I had a minor issue that was addressed immediately and with the utmost care. I also waited until my care plan was complete to write a review so that it would be accurate and honest.

My whole process was amazing and smooth thanks to everyone at Elite dental. The ladies at the front desk always keeping me updated with my appts and deliveries and always friendly and with a smile. The dentist was amazing through it all being so clear and informative on the plans of action we were going to take and made sure I understood all the steps. He made me feel like he genuinely wanted the best for me as if it were for himself. And on the way out with my brand new smile I said thank you have a good day and right before I walked out of the door the ladies up front said wait let me see that smile and they were all so happy for me, made me have the biggest smile I’ve had in years. Definitely a great experience! From the greeting on the phone to schedule to entering the front door. Great staff! The Dr was super professional and polite. Gentle with my exam. I gave four stars bc th Dr/hygienist did not floss my teeth during my cleaning. But I'm definitely going back bc that was literally the only mistake and next time I'll say something as a friendly reminder. All new and super clean facility. Kids play area. Definitely a great environment for kids and adults. My teeth are pretty perfect so I never have an issue, I only go for cleaning once every one or two years. So I can not speak to anything more than the cleaning experience and the general experience with the facility... Didn't check the bathrooms but I'm sure they were super clean given the cleanliness of the rest of the place... They take walk in up to 4pm and appointments up to 5pm. I really like this place.

The dentist is very accommodating and was done before I knew it. I had special circumstances and the dentist followed them accordingly. My boys were due for their 6 month check up . We did a walk in.... the service was fantastic the entire staff was a pleasure! Nothing but smiles . I love the location I can walk here from my house and we didn't have to wait long at all ! My 4 children were extremely comfortable......play center for kids also. I am a 28 year old woman who is completely terrified of the dentist. I made it very known as well (lol) The environment of this office is great. Every encounter with an employee was pleasant, professional and flat out hilarious. Very clean and questions were answered and SANITATION was talked about ( I work in public health so given then recent incidents in other offices I had to ask lol) They are great I go back the 26th and my 3 year old will transferred over to them.

Great dentist and hygienist! But I do not like the way other hygienist there just stand by room with no work to do and talk. Makes you feel awkward, not enough privacy in my opinion. But the dentist was great!

I am 46 years old ..and this has been the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. I had 19 teeth pulled out at one visit and didn't feel anything but a lil bit of pressure. I had been afraid of dentist since I was 15. I had an awfull experience with a dentist at that age and never returned to a dentist until Elite. Dr K. Badalova is the best!!!
