The atmosphere in the waiting area was good. The front desk clerks were professional and nice. The open examining room space was clean. The dentist, Dr. Patel was nice. Professional. Patient with answering my questions. Explained his findings via the x-rays in layman's terms. He also went over the next steps of the process regarding the office submitting paperwork to my insurance and the dental work that would be done. Didn't wait long before being seen.

It was my first time taking my son at Elite dental my experience was wonderful, the staff are friendly and the service was amazing. I even scheduled an appointment for my self. I usually hate going to the dentist but not anymore after I saw the service the doctor provided to my son. He was so gentle answered all of my questions and so patience too.

***VERY PROFESSIONAL*** From the Front Desk to the Back Office, the whole staff was very professional and courteous, they understood the “assignment”. Reception Area/waiting area was very clean and the Receptionists were very helpful and cordial. Dr Patel is very skilled and has great “bedside” manners. I had a great experience at this location. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I didn't have an appointment and was seen, x-rayed, evaluated and cleaned in under 1.5 hours. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

I made an emergency appointment because of (Chipped tooth)- waited a bit( an hour after scheduled appointment)but when Iwas seeing,the dentist was quick in identifying and correcting the problem.I feel like I can trust the dentist again because I did not feel any pain or discomfort during or after what was done.I also like the fact the dentist had melanin. I will be going back in the future.

I have had nothing but exceptional service for my daughter. I have had several emergency visits that they were very happy to give an appointment each time in a very timely manner. Pros: This office is local and very convenient for visits. The place is clean, has a waiting room large enough for distancing, and a playroom for children. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Cons: There is a lot of paperwork you have to complete every time you visit, even when they have your information on file. People were talking loudly on their phones, even though there is clearly a sign saying no cell phone use. So this rule was not enforced. I waited an hour after I was placed in the exam room before anyone checked in on me to take x-rays. If you want to be seen quickly, schedule your appointment first thing. I intensely disliked the whole process but if you must go, this office is sufficient. My teeth were cleaned and I ran out of there the minute I was done.

This is a great dentist office! The place is clean and kid-friendly. The staff and dentist are professional. There is a play place for kids. The times that I've set an appointment here, we get seen around our time slot. The dentist was extra wonderful with my child. He explained everything that was happening and took great care my kid's teeth. Thanks so much!

Had a deep cleaning yesterday 8/6/22 it went great but a few years bck I took my partial front tooth 🦷 to be repaired and they lost it. I was on fire it was to be sent out to a lab in Florida but the staff misplaced it .it never made it out their facility I had to go through the whole process the molding process took 3 visits a speedy process was all they promised me it took 4 months total then when it was ready it was the wrong style the metal clamps were visible I was upset they had to do the process all over again which took another 4 months it took almost a year I went without a front tooth I wanted to SUE THEM. this was the Elite Dental on chelten and Greene. Their staff was horrible around that time they had alot of students working. I go there for deep cleanings Only but I will NEVERRRRR leave my partial to get repaired ever again they were not responsible I will NEVER trust them again with a situation like that

The staff was very professional assisting me with my new insurance carrier. However I arrived for my appointment a few mins early I was not seen until 2. 5 hours after my arrival time. I just suggest that they shouldn't book so many appointments. If you have wait that long. I felt like I was a walk in appointment. The doctor did apologize for keeping waiting.

My appointment was at 2pm. I was not called back until 330pm. Which is annoying because I left work early to be on time for my appt. The waiting area was not very clean. I don't believe they practice safe covid procedures. Everyone should be checked before they are allowed to enter. I loved the dentist Charles. Really nice and kind.

Other dental offices I've been to tend to treat you like a test subject rather than a human being. That is definitely not the case here. I really enjoyed my visit.

I figured a place that nestled in the city it would be crowded and it would be difficult for me to get service promptly. Needless to say, the receptionist were professional and pleasant. I despise going to the dentist! However, Elite Dental has to be the best dental office I have ever been to. From the time I stepped foot in the door my experience was amazing. The staff was warm and welcoming. I didn't even have to wait long. They took me to the back and the dental assistant was so gentle and caring. When the dentist came in he explained everything in detail. Most importantly they made sure I was comfortable. The experience with Elite changed my perception of dentist and dental offices. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Especially the office at Greene and Chelten Ave.

I returned to Elite Dental after having a horrible experience at another Clinic. This place seems reputable with qualified professionals. Very short wait on appointments but I would suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete lengthy paperwork. Staff was friendly and efficient, answered my questions and made the experience as pleasant as possible. If your insurance doesn't cover anything beyond cleaning and fillings, be prepared for a whopping bill. They will tell you in advance so you can make an informed decision. One day I will reach my goal of having this dental work completed...But for now a gleaming smile and a couple missing teeth will do...lol

Love this dental office!! Pros- You don't have to wait weeks for an appt. They are super kid friendly and are not fazed by the screaming! The staff that I have encountered are very professional and nice. The dentist is very attentive and provides you with all of the information that you need to take care of your teeth! Cons- The wait time to see the dentist, could be a Lil faster! Once I waited over an hour and a half to seen! But they have an indoor play area and a movie room! So it didn't bother me because the kids were occupied! I have and would recommend family and friends here!!!

I recieved a dental exam and cleaning. The service itself was good. The wait time wasn't as bad as the unprofessionalism of the staff. Instead of delivering service, the staff was bickering back and forth because this person already did 6 patients and they didn't want to do another. Also the conversations were unprofessional and there was a point where a staff member had to remind them that they still had patients in the office. The dentist was phenomenal and well educated. The women receptionist was very welcoming, kind and professional in person and over the phone when scheduling appt. They followed all covid-19 protocols. They environment was very clean and neat. The wait time to be seen from appt time was normal around 20min, during that time if your a new patient, paperwork will pass the time. They didn’t really go over paperwork or explain anything you were given to sign. So If you need help reading (Poor vison, language barrier etc) or if your have comprehension difficulties then bring someone with you to help, as some ppl just don’t feel comfortable asking for help. The dentist hygienist (assistant & doctors) were all nice. My only thing that could have been done was making sure the patient had a bib or covering on while being worked on. I got a good amount of wet all over my shirt and water spilled down my neck to my back. I was uncomfortable. And I had something in my mouth and couldn’t abruptly stop my cleaning to ask for one. It should have been given and put on from the start.

Long story in why I wasn't seen the 1st time, but when I reschedule to come back. My appt was at 11 was seen in 15-20 mins. I was very nervous when my name was called. Lol but I had a VERY gentle doctor he did what he needed and I was out the door. I did get a few needles but I cant even tell the next day. I will be going to see him again in 6 months.
