Good people, friendly environment. Listed to what the I wanted, I had my braces on for over two years. Never much of a problem as regards to secluded appointments and work on my teeth. Although sometimes I would get someone who was too rough on my teeth and would be a to forceful on my mouth, but that rarely was an issue for how good my braces felt and how well placed they were. 8/10 experience would recommend to someone else.

As an adult, I was super anxious about embarking on the journey to get braces. I chose BSB because Dr. Neil treated me with respect. No question is too dumb to ask. He always greets me with a smile and checks in, so that I felt comfortable. Plus my teeth look great. I highly recommend this practice for orthodontic care.

Dr. Uffner and his entire staff is wonderful! They were gentle with my son when putting on his braces and explained everything in detail. They followed up after every visit and were always accessible to answer questions. They were so accommodating when we had a deadline to try to reach for a big milestone for our son. They did everything within their power to reach that date and my sons teeth cooperated! We loved our experience at Broad Street Braces and would have zero reservations about recommending them to our friends and family. We will be using them again as soon as my younger child is ready for braces!

First and foremost Dr.Neil went above and beyond for me the two years I had braces. I was skeptical about getting braces again because I had a horrible experience with DelliGatti orthodontics. Dr. Neil U. staff is amazing and the environment, positive energy at all times. He customized my retainers so my teeth never move since I have to get implants. He also offered to fix my gums since I’ve always been self conscious about them. He didn’t have to, but he met all my needs and wants. I’m obsessed with my teeth and he truly blessed me. I highly recommend this place. Incredible experience! Don’t play with BSB!

Went to get a new retainer recently, it was quick and easy. My sister Amanda did all my scans and the staff was also friendly. Initial consultation took me 30 minutes from the point my appointment was scheduled to when the doctor came in with the results of my free teeth X-rays to explain what my options for treatment were. I paid 3,600 for my braces with a $300 down payment. They have beeen responsive by phone after the braces went on. I can’t complain at all with their services.

Great people, wonderful staff. Clean environment as well. But I’m kinda upset how when I got my braces off 3 & a half years ago my top two teeth were still crooked & my dental midline was still not fixed :/ I also didn’t get the choice of having permanent retainers which I would’ve been way better off with. It’s more convenient for me. I haven’t wore my retainers in a while and my bottom teeth have shifted a bit. My insurance won’t cover it if I get braces a 2nd time. I should’ve said how I truly felt two years ago when I did get them off but it is what is. I still recommend this orthodontist because my teeth were way better than before. Just make sure you always discuss your teeth concerns. :)
