I went in for a routine cleaning over my lunch break. They were prompt getting me back. My hygienists name was Janelle, she said she’s been there 20 years. She was friendly, accommodating & thorough. The dentist came in & did his thing, he was nice & asked if I had any questions. I have nothing bad to say about the place. I had a nice visit & plan to go back in 6 months. I’ll be calling to make my fiancée an appointment, too!

This is my favorite dentist’s office of all time. The staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. Dr. Schoeppner is very personable and addresses all of my dental concerns with a well thought out plan of action. I would recommend Today’s dental to anyone looking for the best dental experience and care. Also the TV’s mounted on the ceiling are a nice touch so you can watch your favorite show while the dental hygienists are working their magic!

My mom called me first thing in the morning to tell me that she had a toothache. I called the office and Clara got us in right away. My little sister took my mom to her appointment and Dr. Schoeppner took out her tooth with no trouble at all. She didn’t have to go to a specialist and got to see friendly faces during a not so fun time. We feel very fortunate to have such a great team care for our family!

Great service and friendly staff. Dr Beeson is very kind and knowledgeable. Explained my root canal to me and walked me through the steps he was taking during the procedure. Very little pain and procedure only took an hour. Would definitely recommend him if you need a root canal. This was my first one and I had an excellent experience! Plus they are a Tricare in network provider, so that helps out the military folks.

My experience was very very good. 😊 Everyone was so nice, all the front desk ladies that I was privileged to speak with and deal with. Dr. Tom Beeson was very kind and considerate, very gentle, making sure my tooth area was totally numb before doing the procedure. I've always been terrified of the dentist, but the staff here made me feel very comfortable. I was impressed, and not anxious at all, which was a nice change! The saddest part though, is that my insurance company mis-communicated information to the clinic, and it turns out they're out of network. I suggest if you're like me, and anxious about getting to the dentist, give this office a go. :)

Stress free visits. After decades of fearing dentist checkups and any procedures, I started going to Today's Dental. My fears have vanished. The dentists, hygenists and office staff are all very kind, cheery and caring. My concerns are addressed immediately and my teeth and gums are healthy. I have to confess, I avoid going to the dentist unless I have an emergency, but Today's Dental was the most comfortable I've ever felt in a dentist's office. I went in for x-rays and ended up getting a quick filling on the spot. Dr. Jones was amazing. He was honest about what I needed, lightning fast, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and making me comfortable throughout. The dental assistant also went above and beyond. She was friendly, helpful and caring. I also love the space-age ear pieces the staff uses to communicate with each other. I will definitely go back to this location and feel much better about coming in!

A big thank you to Dr Brett Rising and his talented staff for getting me in and out in a very timely manner. Did a minor repair job this visit and laid out a plan or next visit for a more extensive repair of upper front teeth. Have 25 year old caps\crowns and they need to be replaced. Worked through a plan and am looking forward to getting it done. Lastly I was verbally quoted a price but when paperwork for bid was completed I was pleased to see a lower number. Great team... I went to Today's Dental for the first time because I lost a filling and couldn't get an appointment at the office who originally filled it. I'm so glad I did. Nice people, clean and just a dentist office, not a pretend spa. No people trying to sell you everything under the sun, no ads overhead just a t.v. Reasonable prices. I've been visiting Today's Dental for 2 years and they have never disappointed. I've never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment and am out quickly. What's been more valuable with Today's Dental, however, is their patience and accommodation with children. I have a 3, 5, and 8 year old and have their appts at the same time as mine. They have so patient with the kids not only while they're in the chair to make them feel safe and comfortable, but also while I am in my appt. They provide crayons and books. I have no concerns that the children are running around and misbehaving, nor do I feel as if I am an inconvenience. This is not a customer service that I expect or feel is deserved, but is provided nonetheless! Because of this I will continue to visit and recommend Today's Dental in Millard.

The dentist explains any problems well and avoids unnecessary work. There is also a book exchange and by the time I was finished looking them over, it was time for my appointment (nice touch) - the wait is very long.

So what's worse. My dentist drilled into the skin under my tongue accidentally. He had finished using an instrument and had it just sitting in my mouth while he looked at his progress. I felt it bump, then he didn't realize he was doing it even though I cried out and I finally grabbed his hand a pulled it out of my mouth. Then after I get a second to breathe, he looks and the wound and starts explaining how it isn't his fault, that sometimes happens. But he is sorry it happened to me. I have to stay calm as he is still working on my fillings and I have to let him finish. After he finishes, he gives me another appology and repeats that it is no one's fault. Then he offers me a prescription. That I have to pay for. To help heal a wound he caused. I'm not sure if I'm more mad that he wouldn't just say he messed up, or that he offered me a prescription that would cost me more money. I usually have a great experience here. I love my usual hygienist. I don't usually deal with the dentists and they have more than one. When I have seen a dentist, they have been great. This is my first bad experience. I don't even know that dentist's name. He was talking about the super bowl and got careless. It isn't a big deal. It hurt like hell, but will heal in a week or so. He told me what I already knew, that it would hurt bad for a week, I'm guessing like biting your cheek. It was the insulting talk after that about how it just happens like I wasn't there when it happened that pissed me off. I drive a truck, I'm responsible for the machinery I operate. Him acting like he isn't resposible for his tools and damage they may cause while in his hand was flat ridiculous.

I actually had a very pleasant experience at a dental visit! ( I am generally not a fan lol) From beginning to end, everyone was very professional, and more importantly to me, friendly and caring. The hygienist, Lizzy, did a very thorough job with the x rays and teeth cleaning, and I enjoyed visiting with her during the process. And Dr. Rising was absolutely wonderful! Knowing I was a new patient, he took the time to get to know me a bit, as well as share a little about himself. As I mentioned, I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I left my first appointment at Today's Dental - Millard Office feeling really good. I have found a dentist and staff that I am very comfortable with and can trust to provide honest, caring, excellent service for all my future needs. I am so glad I found them!!

I took my twins girls to the Millard location today and it was our first time there. The staff was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! We left our last dentist office because of rude staff and would not take the time to explain things to my special needs daughter. The dental hygienist was awesome and explained everything she was going to do with her and made her feel comfortable the entire time. My daughter never once got upset or nervous, she was able to stay calm to entire visit! And my other daughter had nothing but wonderful things to say about her dental hygienist, she said she was so nice mom! The Dr we had also was so wonderful and pleasant both the girls really liked him as well. Unfortunately beings it was our first visit I cannot remember names but they all know who they are if they read this! I highly recommend this dentist office and to anyone that has a special needs child , the staff was so great!!!Thank you for such a great experience and we look forward to seeing them all soon again!!!

I have been a dental patient with this Dental office since the 1980's when it was located in Baker's Square. Janelle has been my hygienist since she began her career with Today's Dental. I am her poster boy for using a water pic. I am near 76 and my gums are in great shape. With regular (every 6 months) check ups and cleaning, I intend to keep my poster boy status. Janelle is number one in my book.

I’ve been waiting to ask about an implant that has been needed for 2years! Dr Schnopener(sp?) was absolutely wonderful!!! So very kind and patient with my questions and concerns and he gave me important information that I had never heard from previous dentists!!! Today’s Dental is the best, I use to work for them so I’m not just saying that. They were the best to work with and the best dental team. I had a crown done years ago probably about 10yrs well it decided to crack on me. So I emailed Lisa over the weekend and explained what was going on and she was able to get me in the week. Dr Meyer took a 3D X-ray and seem that the tooth was cracked and wanted to know how I felt about losing the tooth. I explained that I was thinking that but would need something to relax me. So they placed me on nitrous and I was able to listen to my gospel music while they worked on me. I’m probably one of there most nervous patients when it comes to being in the chair but I felt very much at peace today. Thank you all, I’m at home resting have a blessed day

I’ve avoided the dentist for as long as possible. I called 13 places in desperate need of a few extractions due to broken infected teeth. I have SEVERE anxiety (don’t even wanna leave the house kinda anxiety). The staff and Dr Schoeppner were so incredibly nice and calm and put me at ease. They didn’t rush me. They wanted to hear all my concerns first. Definitely will be coming back!!

By far the best dental office I’ve been to in years. My last experience at the dentist left me dreading to go and putting it off for too long. Toothache drove me to seek out a place and after reading reviews I decided to try it out. Best decision ever. I needed an endodontist and one that was in network for my insurance. when I found Dr. Beeson at Todays Dental, I called my dentist . My dentist did say that he felt that Dr. Beeson would be a good choice. I will say that I absolutely hate having dental work done and having this root canal was probably at the bottom of my list. That being said Dr. Beeson made me feel comfortable and at the end of the procedure even took the time to show me x-rays of the completed work and explained very clearly what he was doing and why. It was nice that he took the time to explain the procedure and to show me on the x-rays exactly what he was talking about. I hope to never need another root canal but if I do I know where I will go. Went in for a crown that had come off and ended up needing to be redone. While the crown was being made, they found time to do my cleaning, which I had previously scheduled but wasn't for few weeks. We began seeing him when he worked at Family Dentistry at 50th & L, and followed him once he took his position at Today's Dental. Yes, he is that good! And so is his staff! I live in Blair, so it takes me about 45 minutes to get to Today's Dental, but the drive is so worth it. Everyone there is like family--they make us feel so welcome. In five years, we have never had a bad dental experience. My daughter actually LIKES to go to the dentist! She enjoys "hanging out with the girls" and visiting with Dr. Rising. I can honestly say that every time we walk in to their office, it almost feels as if we are walking in to a family member's home. One a scale of 1 to 10, Today's Dental staff is a 20!

Instead of having "regular" metal braces put on, I had a newer type of braces called Six Month Smiles, which are a better type of clear braces. At my age (in my 30's), length of time with wearing braces was of the essence. Each person is different, but I only had them on for just over 5 months, my teeth look AMAZING! I had a horribly painful cracked tooth and I needed a root canal, I called and they got me in within a 4 days. Dr. Beeson was more than understanding of my claustrophobia and huge fear of being at the dentist. I seriously did not even feel when he gave me my shots either I couldn’t believe it. I am definitely one of the worst dental patients you could have because I have a problem with my lower jaw and I also have Synkenisis (from Bels Palsy) so that part was painful, but it had NOTHING to do with him, but he was very understanding of it and even stopped to let me rest my jaw and asking if I “needed to rest?” periodically. I can’t really say I would change anything about that office except for maybe a payment plan for those with no insurance would be super nice. Everyone in that office was extremely pleasant, smiled and treated me well.

The process of scaling and root planning is something that makes anyone nervous, I could not feel the effect of anesthesia, but the person in charge reviewed the process and everything worked well, and the technician did an excellent job. Short Version. Great, Awesome customer service, affordable, financing available, patient Doctor (Rare), Super quick response time. I rarely give a company reviews as it is pretty rare for someone to impress me with their customer service skills and kindness. I also work in customer service and have for a lot of my life i know the challenges and being consistent day in and day out. As a young adult in my later 20's i was eating a normal sandwich and noticed a usual sharp pain i've been having when biting down on something in my back molars. After the meal noticed something sharp i pretty much knew right away i messed up my tooth. My first thought in my head was ohhh no.... I can't afford this and ohh no i have to deal with this until i can make an appointment weeks later. I had no current dentist as i haven't been able to afford it and have generally taken well care of my teeth. I google'd dentists looked for ones with the highest reviews and found Today's dental. Called and believe i spoke to Amy which was understanding and immediately was concerned about my needs. I finished up at work and they were able to get me into their office within 1 hour. Already very impressed. It wasn't like they were slow or needed business by any means. They made time in their schedule for me. Upon arriving was delighted to discover a very nice looking building. Everybody working was talking in a professional manner and dressed very well. Extremely clean as well. I wasn't greeted with this over welcoming, over the top baby like tone greeting. But instead was direct and personal like I've known them my whole life. Which i always love. Straight to the point. I hate fake customer service. Filled out the usual paperwork and was in a chair within 10 minutes. The assistant was prompt at getting me setup with an x-ray and the doc was in to see me quickly. This is where i'm most impressed. I've had bad health issues I've had to deal with this year maybe related to this maybe not. He patiently listened to my short story never once cutting me off and seemed genuinely interested in seeing if there were any puzzle pieces anybody else missed that would help my situation. They explained everything perfectly and were very calm and polite to any questions i had. I ended up by CHOICE which i decided upon with great advice having the broken tooth removed. As everybody is probably aware of isn't the most pleasant experience of my life. However they did their best to make me as comfortable as possible. Dr. Newington took his time and was as gentle as possible with no issues. They gave me very clear instructions going forward with expected recovery time and info. Also i will be going back to get my teeth cleaned up in a few weeks. I believe the prices were very reasonable for the level of service i received. I was also very relieved they offered painless financing for my procedure as this was an emergency and didn't have the fund available immediately for the whole bill. The down payment was very small and financing fee is barely even worth mentioning. Forgive me on the name, but i believe Sherry helped me with the paperwork at the end and setting up an appointment and when i asked about pricing wasn't even remotely shady about it like some companies would be. As a young adult that's important as things are already hard. I don't feel scared to come back and believe i now have a life long dentist i can go to. Someone with EXPERIENCE and continuously shows his excitement to constantly better his career even decades later. Trust me when i say this. There are people out there like me that do notice these things and greatly appreciate it. Especially after such a hard year. The one thing that has gone downhill in years is customer satisfaction and great customer service. With Today's Dental I'm relieved i found both.

I went in last fall after chipping a tooth! It was bothering me a bit so I was concerned. I was told that the tooth looked like it had been fractured from some trauma. A crown for the tooth was recommended if it was still sore. Thank goodness it wasn't really bothering me after the first couple days so I held off temporarily. I went in this month for my 6 month cleaning and asked for a checkup on that tooth. I saw Dr. Newington for the first time and he felt the tooth would be fine, but my filling was actually cracked and needed to be redone. Today I went in to have that filling fixed. Everyone was great! They listened genuinely when I told them I burn through local anesthesia quickly and gave me a bit extra starting off to make sure I wouldn't feel a thing. Everyone is very personable. Plus, Dr. Newington was looking out for my best interest!! He recommended a less invasive option, not to mention saving me hundreds out of pocket! Highly recommend!

I was greeted with the kindest, most sensitive dental visit I'd had in my life to that point. The hygienist on that visit, Amy, was exactly the calming influence I needed. She didn't judge me for my inability to quit crying, she walked me through what I could expect, and didn't leave my side throughout the visit. During that visit, and the subsequent root canal appointment that came 5 days later, I was convinced I had made the right choice in a dental care provider. That procedure, one you only hear nightmare stories about, went so flawlessly that less than 2 hours later, I was at work giving a training presentation to an audience of 30 people (drooling because of the novocaine, but speaking fine and pain-free). Four years later, I no longer dread going in for cleanings. I'm convinced that Janel (my cleaning hygienist), is an angel walking among us in disguise. She is so gentle and easy during cleanings - she even makes sure Friends is playing on TV before I get there. She is an absolute savant when it comes to administering novocaine. The first time she did this, I had braced myself for incredible pain. I felt nothing more than a slight pinch. She is patient with me, answers every question I may have, and doesn't get irritated by the fact that her tools often make my nose itch. Janel is incredibly efficient in her work, and cleanings rarely last longer than a single Friends episode (if they go longer, it's because she had to pause her work because I was laughing). Certainly a night and day change from any other dental experience I've had. Dr. Newington is incredibly patient, and (per my request) not only explains everything before he performs a procedure, he walks me through it and gives me progress updates as he's doing the work. He has this way of explaining what is going on that immediately puts you at ease. A firm hand on the shoulder when he comes in immediately tells you that you are going to be in good hands. His bedside (chair side?) manner is unlike anything I have ever experienced. He has performed three procedures on me, and each time I've never experienced any trouble or pain after. While I still get worked up before any major dental procedure, I always trust that I'm in good hands at Today's Dental. The staff there knows that I still struggle with procedures, and from the minute I set foot in the lobby they are already diligently working to calm me down. Every person I've come in contact with at Today's Dental has not only recognized my severe apprehension to dentist's offices, but they have gone out of their way - literally above and beyond - to make sure that I am comfortable. I no longer dread cleanings, and could not be more thrilled to have found a dentist that I not only trust and appreciate, but actually look forward to seeing (for cleanings). If you are looking for a dentist's office where they truly care about you as a person, and are entirely nonjudgmental when it comes to unexplainable apprehension or fear of the dentist, then look no further. You will be in good hands here.

My Children and I are visiting from out of town. My daughter woke up with a lot of pain in one of her baby teeth. I called the dentist back home that she has seen her whole life and they told us if we wanted to be seen, we’d have to do a 14 day quarantine since we were out of state. I Googled “emergency dentists” and Today’s Dental came up. I called and they got my daughter in within 15 minutes of my call. They decided they would need to pull the baby tooth that is hurting and were even able to get her an appointment for before we headed home. I had the same experience as a few others about 2 years ago. I called in to see if they would take my insurance, the person who answered the phone reassured me that they did (implied that I was in-network) so I went in, gave them my insurance card and got an estimate for some fillings. After I had the work done the bill came and I was shocked - they charged me almost double what the estimate indicated. When I called in to ask why, I was told it was because I was not in-network. I felt completely deceived by them and the work had already been done so there was nothing I could do. There wasn't anything wrong with the service itself, but I found myself a more honest dental practice immediately. Hopefully they have stopped misleading/lying to people over the phone about being in-network - I feel its a terrible business practice . It otherwise seemed like a friendly place.

Today’s Dental is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. The staff truly cares about their patients and will do everything in their will power to satisfy their patients. My brother got hit in his mouth with a seat belt buckle and it chipped his front tooth on the same day he had a modeling photoshoot. Today’s Dental was maxed out with appointments, but still told my brother to come in. With the help of Dr. Reising and his assistants, my brother’s tooth looked even better than it ever had within 1 hour of being there. As a "dental-coward", I highly recommend Today's Dental. Coming to Today's Dental from our former dentist was the best move my family ever made! As a cash-paying patient, I took advantage of them moving into my neighborhood (and offering a low-cost teeth cleaning). I was shocked to discover that our prior dentist was not up-to-date on his practices ~ everything from the office equipment, environment, cavity prevention techniques like 'sandblasting" tiny cavities early well before they needed a full filling--saving us shots & novacane. This alone is more cost effective and easier for my 2 children. I was a cash patient, paying out of pocket for 2 years with Today's Dental and only recently got dental insurance. Both methods have been easy and within the going rate of high quality dentistry. The staff is phenomenal, from the front desk to the doctors ~ all truly kind, gentle and professional.

Unfortunate for me, but had to have a root canal. Fortunately, I have an outstanding care facility. Dr. Newington and his team treated me with silk mink gloves on their hands. Dr. Newington explained all options available to ensure my fears were alleviated. With capable assistants of Mikayla and Lisa, there was zero pain sensation during the work performed. Nor was there any pain or irritation afterwards. Highly confident with any care needed at this business.
