My family has been with Spring Ridge Dental Care for a year, and we have no complaints. Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. They explain their procedures up front, and they answer any questions/concerns without hesitation. They kept the process of transferring from another dental office pretty simple, and their location is convenient. Overall, we are very happy with our experience here, and we definitely recommend their services.

They were very kind from start to finish, front desk, hygienist and Dr. I have no insurance so going in was nerve raking (they can help you out there, seriously ask). You never know if you’re going to get the dr that pushes even the non needed procedure on you. They didn’t, they were very upfront with what I needed though, which I like. Sam helped me figure out a way to get to my dental health goal without bankrupting myself. Allie did an awesome job with x-rays and deep cleaning my teeth, extremely attentive, and absolutely no pain. It was a wonderful experience. Just want to say thank you, the service provided was refreshing. See you ladies next month!

The office staff is very welcoming, my hygienist, Marissa, was very thorough - explained each step and why, she listened carefully to my questions/concerns and offered several suggestions without being pushy and talked to me about her own experience with some available options. We recently moved to Omaha and needed a new dentist. This office was clean and I had no wait time. I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and the hygienist took her time and was extremely gentle cleaning my teeth. Then the dentist came in and she took a look and everything was good. I had asked about Invisalign and someone came in and explained it gave me all the information I had asked for. I was extremely happy I went there. Thanks to everyone in this office they were kind and compassionate and everything was great!

While the actual visit was good, the process to get to this day is extremely unpredictable. I had my youngest kid in an appointment and the office call the same day to cancel it. This was something similar that happened to my Oldest soon in October 2021 where they called 1 day before to cancel the appointment because they do not work on Fridays. If the location can improve their commitments expectations, I think this would be a top place to visit.

I love Spring Ridge Dental so much. I hadn’t been to the dentist for awhile because of past bad experiences giving me anxiety about going. I got to a point where I had no choice but to go. A friend recommended Dr. Poeschl and so I gave her a shot. The Dr is wonderful and straightforward and the staff is so friendly. They were great about making sure I was comfortable and that I knew what was going on. They are very upfront about the cost of any work that needs done and options for paying. I highly recommend this office and won’t go anywhere else myself now.

I believe I have been going to Spring Ridge Dental pretty much since they opened a few years ago. I came to them after growing unhappy with my previous dentist. Dr. Poeschl is fantastic. I think she does a good job of gaining an understanding of what her patients are looking to do with their dental health. Aside from Dr. Poeschl, the rest of the team is outstanding, as well. I have had multiple hygienists. They have all been great, but I had Sara most recently. She was friendly and professional, and from what I can tell did a great job. I hope to have her again! The ladies that work the front desk are also super to work with and extremely friendly. From a “customer experience” perspective, Spring Ridge Dental is tough to beat.

What an incredible practice! The office itself beautiful and inviting and the same can be said about it’s employees. Lexi, the technical, was so personable and friendly, she really made me feel at easy. My dental hygienist Sara did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very informative. I have only been with Spring Ridge Dental Care for a couple of years, but the service I get is amazing. Twice in those years I have had some problems with dental issues and they were able to get me in the same day. The doctor is very good in her profession and the staff is excellent. I will continue to go to spring Ridge Dental Care.

I've been going here for a couple of years and have enjoyed my visits. The dentist has done a great job and I feel she really cares about your health. The rest of the staff do a great job as well. The only problem I have had is that today they did a cancer screening, which I assumed was part of their procedure or covered under my insurance because I wasn't told otherwise. It cost me money out of pocket which I wasn't expecting and not super happy about.

I had a chipped tooth at 6pm and was able to call at that time and make an early morning appointment for the very next day! I didn’t know what to expect but they were able to fix the tooth at the same appointment! I was impressed with how fast my needs were met from making the appointment so late in the evening with Alexis, and then being greeted so friendly by Sarah when arriving, and Rana was very fast and efficient with her role, and Dr. Poeschl made my experience as pain free and quick as possible!! Very satisfied with my care.

Spring Ridge Dental is truly the best dental care in the city (in my opinion). I love this place and will continue driving way out of my way to visit them. It is worth it.

I ran into this place totally by accident and I couldn't be happier. It's a bit of a drive for me but was worth it. As soon as I came in I was greeted with all smiles and friendly people. My favorite part by far was the dental assistant. She was so friendly and funny and put my high anxiety to a rest. She was so calm and told me everything she did before she did it and talked me through it she was absolutely wonderful!! I don't have dental insurance so they worked with me and helped me split in into different visits. They were all great. Facility was clean as well. Well kept. Will definitely be going back.

Do you dread going to the dentist? Well, leave that fear behind you, because I have found the Holy Grail of dentists!!! Big statement you say...but TRUE and here's why. For whatever reason/s, that prevent you from going to the dentist, such as past bad experiences, fear, expense, the list goes on. Even poor artistry and skill level from the hygienist to the dentist. Until recently, I had some of those issues way...in the past. But honestly, I was actually really pleased with our current dentist, but my kids and husband were the patients and I avoided going to the dentist..sadly, we needed to find a different provider that was in network with our new insurance. As it turns out...it was now my turn, to get some extensive restorative work done because I'd been avoiding the dentist. Because "BK" (before kids) I had great teeth! "YIKES" I was a bit nervous of the inevitable. But that fear went away quickly because. 1. From my initial phone call, whom B.T.W. she will treat you with utmost care and professionalism. 2. To the technicians and assistants and the dentists, they will all exceed your expectations! No joke! 3. The entire staff, are not only amazingly skilled, knowledgeable and Dr.Walker, an artist (truly), will take care of all of your cosmetic and restorative needs with compassion and excellence and WONDERFUL bedside manner! 4. Your experience will be enjoyable. Yes, they've nailed it or would the term be "toothed" it?!!! 5. I highly recommend Spring Ridge Dental!

Even though othe offices could get me in sooner and were closer to me, Spring Ridge was so polite, friendly, and helpful on the phone that I chose to go to their office.
