This practice has everything to offer- kind and welcoming reception, knowledgeable and talented Dentists, modern equipment, everything one could need to solve your dental problems. It’s where I have gone for years, and I’m not gonna change that. If you are looking for the best Dental office in Omaha, look no further. Going to the dentist can be dreadful- the folks here make it seem like a walk in the park.

Update 1/4/21 Dr. St. Germain did a phenomenal job removing a couple of Amalgam fillings. Took extra precaution by using a special suction attachment. He is the kindest dentist I’ve ever met. He even let me watch him prep my crown in the lab and explained the entire process. The front desk staff is on top of all the billing and had me out the door in no time. I am excited to have found such an exceptionally professional and curious dental team. This place is amazing! ——- I've only had a consultation visit here. I was highly impressed before I ever arrived. Cheryl at the front desk was able to answer many of my questions about how their in-office crown service works, how long it takes, and how well these hold up. Dr. St. Germain is such a kind man, he really took his time to answer all the questions I brought with me. Everyone at this office seems to understand each others job. Warm and friendly team environment. I am impressed and looking forward to my next visit!

I went in thinking that i just had a loose crown. Found out that my tooth had cracked into two pieces! My tooth had to be removed! Dr. Germain did a great job and it was painless! Maggie also did a wonderful job keeping me from getting nervous while waiting for the numbing meds to kick in. I have experienced painful situations in the past but this time was excellent!

I took a new job in Omaha and so needed a dentist close to work, as I was previously commuting to another city and had a great dentist there. Pacific Hills was recommended to me by my prior dentist. I've had several visits now spanning more than a year. Can highly recommend! A great place for dentistry, my dental hygienist (Ina) is very good, and the doctors are very complete in their work! I have NEVER felt like I was being 'upsold' or sold work I did not need. This is a HUGE thing in today's dentistry world where insurance only covers 'part' of the work. I also feel that the work that has been recommended is appropriate, and they look for ways to keep my out of pocket costs minimized. As you might expect, they are very popular, so make your first appointment early ... don't expect to get a cleaning appointment a week from now!

Both staff and doctors have great bed side manners and explain everything so you as a patient understand what they are doing and your treatment plan. Sharon , their treatment coordinator is amazing and easy to work with when it comes to figuring out your insurance coverage. Great dentist office. I had some cosmetic work (tooth bleaching) for a tooth I had a root canal on several years ago. Previous treatments were never successful, but I gave it one last go with Dr. St Germain, and the results were night and day different from previous experiences at other offices. We were lucky enough to find Dr. Pietrok when we arrived in Omaha and needed a new dentist. Cheryl at front desk - great. We scheduled our cleanings with the same technicians which was so nice. We're back in St. Louis and our dentist saw my husband today and commented on his 8-tooth permanent upper bridge "Whoever did this bridge did a fantastic job. It's holding up great, but to even tackle this kind of bridge with that many teeth, at that angle, is a real challenge." I'm really particular about our teeth, so when I compliment Dr. Pietrok, I mean every word. Doctor Pietrok and the kind talented woman that took my X-rays explained everything crystal clear and were sure to keep from any embarrassment in my delayed dental needs! Pacific Hills is a great dentist if you are in need for a dentist. I haven't gone to the dentist since I moved to Nebraska about three years ago. I tried another dentist in Omaha and they charged me a huge bill and my mouth was still in pain and they also had to keep poking me to numb me..worst experience ever. My coworker recommend to try Pacific Hills. I went in and my nurse Kristie made me feel really comfortable. The dentist was amazing and he told me that he can save my tooth with fillings and no route canal, and they gave me a quote and it was so affordable and I scheduled a session. My dentist was going on vacation so the appointment was two weeks out. I had pain so I called and they got me in before he left to look at the one tooth out of three. I went in for the procedure yesterday for all three teeth, my dentist only poked me to where I felt it once and the procedure was nice and easy and comforting with him asking how I am doing and if I need brakes, ect. I love this place and I am not afraid to go in and get my mouth 100% cavity free. Thank You Pacific Dentist!

I didn't know it at the time I went in, but they actually make their own crowns on the spot out of ceramic. They say the ceramic crown is 4 times stronger than a porcelain crown. It was my first time there and I was thoroughly impressed by all of the staff. I was even able to get an appointment the next day to meet my fsa deadline. Likely a matter of luck more than anything. I had an overlay done the next day. The technology is absolutely up to date as Dr. Germain scanned my teeth with a camera/wand, which in turn created a 3d rendering of my teeth, which was then used to cnc or mill a new overlay tooth. It was very futuristic feeling. or maybe that was the nova-cane. idk. :) Great place to get your teeth worked on.

Just had my first cleaning as a new patient, and my other half has their second appointment next week. They were extremely helpful when my partner had a sudden issue come up with her wisdom teeth and needed to get into an oral surgeon to have them removed, even as a new patient that hadn't even been seen before, they got us in right away for X-rays and a referral to a surgeon. If you're looking for a good dentist, look no further....they are super friendly, helpful, the hygienist and dentist were both gentle, and most importantly they're honest! The last time I went to a different dentist in town and they tried to tell me I had all sorts of problems. I'm someone who takes pretty good care of their teeth but it had been several years since I had seen a dentist due to not having insurance coverage and I was a broke college student, so I took them at their word when they started listing off issues that needed fixing. They told me I had periodontal disease, they wanted to use some BS sounding laser to reduce the bacteria under my gums to help slow it (and of course at their recommendation I paid through the nose and went along with it), just some sort of up-sell around every corner, and they ended up doing a few fillings too (I'm now wondering if I even actually had any cavities). That was five years ago, I've had no professional dental care between now and then, and logic would lead you to believe if I truly had periodontal disease it would have gotten worse (it's not something that just gets better or reverses.) After my visit here I've learned that, not only do I have no cavities or any other serious issues with my teeth (yay me!), but I also do not have any periodontal disease...everything was within the normal limits! I cannot recommend this place enough!
