Looked everywhere for a dentist and finally came across this office. From the first call they were extremely nice and beyond helpful!! Had me set up with an appointment for a tooth extraction within less than 48 hours. From the moment I walked in and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It was 8am and everyone was smiling and friendly. I had X-rays and then to a room to wait for the dentist. None of my “wait time” was long at all!they were very good about letting me know what was going on and checking on me. The procedure didn’t last long at all and the bedside manner of the dentist was AWESOME and definitely appreciated! He explained everything and more! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Thanks again everyone for making this such an amazing process 😊❤️ definitely worth more than a 5 ⭐️review!!!

Dr. Yang and the staff are pleasant, competent, and helpful. They do a great job of calming my anxiety about dental work. Dr. Yang is very skilled. She has restored my faith in dentists! (translation: I've experienced some very poor dental services elsewhere.)

Dr MCConnell is amazing! He explained everything he was doing through out the procedure (dental implant). He has very gentle hands, he asked throughout how I was doing. He and his assistant Kate are exceptional at what they do. The front desk staff were very friendly and very efficient. I definitely will refer friends and family to this office.

I meant to share this review last time I visited, but I had another amazing experience at this location and wanted to share it! I had severe anxiety earlier this year about visiting the dentist and it took me a long time to set an appointment, and when I finally did I was treated very kindly and respectfully, and all the staff have been so friendly and welcoming each visit. Especially Tien she always treats me so well each visit, and gives me motivation to keep up my dental hygiene. I would absolutely recommend coming to this location !! 💕

I usually do not be nervous about getting a tooth extraction and my sister is referred me to Midlands. I went to have the procedure done today and it was a great experience I was treated kindly, they explain things to me that I didn't understand and the whole vibe was wonderful. If you ask me out of all the dentist facilities I've been to in Omaha Midlands dental group is definitely the best and that's no lie. Thank you Midlands we need more of you that make us feel like we are cared for.

Whole staff was awesome! The front desk ladies was very patient & sweet, I usually hate going to the dentist but the ladies made me feel very comfortable with my procedure. Huge s/o to the head guy & his assistant for fixing my tooth. They both talked with me the entire time to make sure i felt ok. Very passionate guy in his work ethic & much of a peoples person. I don’t do well in dentists offices. I have nasty anxiety attacks and for the most part freak out. It took me two months to leave this review because seeing photos of a dentist office gives me sweats. However Everyone here was amazing. They all took time to explain the procedure and what I could expect. Kate was comforting and sincere. I hope I never need dental work again but If I do I’m heading here first.. well maybe after I stop in a church to pray and cry..

Excellent service. Excellent communication both before and during my visit. I love getting the reminder messages and I even got a message that I could have my cleaning done today as well. Which wasn't previously scheduled. Throughout my exam and x-ray session the staff and the doctor was very friendly and helpful as well as thorough. Numerous opportunities to ask questions and all my questions were answered. All procedures were explained. As well as biling. Options of treatments were explained and future appointments made with ease. Very accommodating. Facility is very clean, constantly cleaning and sanitizing equipment and areas every step of my visit. I wish there was a bonus star system because they earned it tenfold. So thank you and kudos for my excellent visit 😀 3/10/23 update: another great experience. This is the absolute best Dental practice I've ever been to. I'm 63, and so I have been to a few. If you're apprehensive, or debating with yourself, just ask questions. If you're nervous, they can help you alleviate your fears. Family oriented, very efficient, very affordable. Thank you for working with my crazy work schedule.

Dr. Yang and Dr. McConnell provided an excellent experience. Their assistants Jamia and Q are the also very friendly and made my visits enjoyable. The front desk staff; Ashleigh, Becky and Anna are incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Yang and Dr. McConnell are knowledgeable and they explain everything to you in understandable terms. Dr. Yang took the time to fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth all while doing so in a professional and positive manner. After having a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new dentist that I could trust. Both Doctors took the time to explain and walk me step by step during my treatment which helped with my anxiety. I would highly recommend this team to my family and friends.

I got my wisdom teeth out today, well just 3 of them because the Dentist didn't want to risk nerve damage on the fourth one, so to make sure I get the absolute best possible outcome I will go back at a later date when that tooth is more ready to be...born? but wow the staff was great, super friendly they were all extremely knowledgeable and took their time explaining everything while I wasn't sedated yet, so I would be completely aware of what the risks are and what to expect and they did everything to help calm my nerves, I even got a cozy little blanket during the procedure so I felt more like I was at the spa instead of like I was getting bones ripped out of my face. Same difference. I was sedated with an IV so I was super sleepy and comfortable. they could have burnt the place down with me in it and I would have been totally on board for the free sauna experience. They even let me choose the music in the background! Looking back it almost seems like a dream and now I'm laying in bed drinking meal replacement shakes and not being at work so I say this is a win win situation! Thanks again to the amazing staff for making this experience a pleasant one and really putting me first and taking me seriously as a patient and not treating me like an idiot just because I do look younger than I am. Not enough good things to say about this place! The front desk lady who checked me in also was wearing her festive little Memorial Day headband with glittery pom poms sticking up which made me smile, seems like an awesome place. Thank you again!

I've been going to this dental office since 2006. I've had about a dozen different hygienists and a half dozen dentists during my visits. All have been professional and courteous. I began going there because of it's proximity to my home, but continue even though it's nowhere near where I live now. Highly recommend

I have severe anxiety in general but especially when it comes to dentists which has caused a few of my teeth to begin to go to crud as of late. I needed an extraction. I called got in just about a week after I called. Dr. McConnel was so kind and has such good chair side manner as does the dental assistant he had working with him on my case. The office staff was very welcoming and polite as well. Also the fact that you can't hear the drills from the waiting area is so fantastic. My anxiety and my blood pressure were better than they had ever been. I have to be sedated and have awful veins I was very nervous for him to put the I.V. in my hand. To my surprise he was quick and better than most nurses or E.R. doctors that have tried to place I.V.s. They have always killed my hand for days after not only did it not hurt then it is just fine no bruising. If I could give this office 10 stars I would. Great job guys and have a fantabulous weekend.

I only have good things to mention about my new dentist. I was more than a little nervous about my 2nd dentist appointment since I needed a Root Canal. I can honestly state there wasn’t any reason for me to be nervous at all. I felt the pinch when the numbing medicine was injected. However; after that no pain from that tooth at all. Not even when it worn off several hours later.

He was patient with me and explained the effects of the local and kept asking me if I was okay throughout my extraction and told me I could take breaks due to my sinus drainage. From the beginning of my recent experiences and dental appointments for an extraction and a root canal, all of the Timberidge Dental staff have been very courteous, professional, friendly, effective, and efficient. Particularly, Dr. Kyle and his technician “Crystal”; Dr. Yang and her very efficient dental assistant, “Q”, were all exceptional. I liked how they worked together, in sync, like a well rehearsed rhythmic dance for the most effective coordination of their process for the delivery of the best, and for a totally painless root canal experience. I liked Dr. Yang’s and “Q”, her Dental Technician’s more meticulous “old school” approach to the “root canal” procedure. The tooth and gum area was sufficiently numbed, drilled, cleaned, packed, and the base/post was supported well. Absolutely, no pain and/or discomfort was felt either during or hours after the procedure. At this point, I highly recommend Timberidge Dental for any and all your family dental needs.

AAHHHH!! A DENTIST WHO CARES! This took my entire life to be able to say this, but in the last few days I've received treatment from two separate dental facilities (Benson Family Dentistry referred me here for my #2 & #15 extractions) that showed every bit of care you would expect from your own mother. ♡ I have Autism, EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome), and severe POTS, and I have hyper-sensory sensitivities from all of these; I process anaesthetic extremely quickly and take more than usual to truly numb me all the way down; the lights all give me anxiety and headaches while tilted; and I get anxious whether or not they're paying any attention to me if they take too long to check in with me—usually while chatting with their assistant with a dremel in my mouth and spit and bone piling up in my soft palate and throat. I don't have a "fear" or anxiety of dental *work* but dentists are usually absent-minded, rushed, and less-cautious about BBP and cross-contamination than my tattooist or piercer of choice, in my experience in Omaha. Plus I have a history of every single drilling experience resulting in at least one moment of that particular hellish pain which accompanies the also-hellish smell of the drill when they touch your root and the anaesthetic isn't doing enough. For the first time ever, I walked out without that experience! Dr. Nathan McConnell was not only familiar with EDS and its symptoms (rare!), but has had experience with us Zebras in the past and shared his expectations before my procedure actually began (although "my mileage varied" bc I play every level of life on Hard Mode, apparently). He voiced all his concerns and plans, and gave me ample time to numb up—even using topical before the needles to help alleviate the application pain. All of this was SO APPRECIATED and something I've never had before in my long history of dental issues from severe bruxism, autistic repetition substantiations, and assumed underlying genetic problems. I never felt any sharp pain or nerve pain, at all, and was strapped to a blood pressure monitor throughout the procedure to keep an eye on everything with my POTS. The first one was done in just over 5 minutes, but the second was a bit of an issue and he recovered it all in about 20 mins. Although that one gave up a fight (it was shattered & mostly rotten away already), requiring a 1mm hole in my sinus to get the last piece, he checked in very frequently and let me know what was going on instead of just bantering away to his coworker as I'm so used to everywhere else I've been. He was unquestioning and without rudeness when I turned down the opiate painkillers due to a personal history of SUD, and prescribed me some heavy ibuprofen and acetaminophen instead. It was very nice not to feel judgement about this, as a previous clinician actually re-recommended that I reconsider them over my refusal "because they're the best thing for the job. Tylenol just won't cut it," and I had a relapse experience because I was handed my old existential crutch of choice. Nothing of the sort here, not even a condescending tone or sigh. They had 80's music playing (big plus—autotune would've grated on my mood) and the atmosphere was generally light, even despite my having mixed up my confirmed 8am appointment time and probably causing them a headache (Spectrum disorder problems... Sorry again!). I honestly have little to no visible swelling as of 13 hours from appointment (edit: 24* and still nothing), and the pain is fully managed between the ibuprofen and acetaminophen every 5th hour. I'm thoroughly impressed with his work. 12/10 would recommend! Dr. McConnell: you deserve much more than whatever my state Medicaid did for you. You've returned my ability to eat eithout pain, allow me to do the same: Consider this an offer for a free private chef consultation & labor for an event of your choosing. I have 15 years in all-scratch farm-to-table work, particularly with handmade pasta and sourdoughs (incl. Neapolitan pizza). My number is in your file. ♡

Well I had to go for surgery to get 9 teeth pulled today and when I got there they talked to me threw out the whole thing. They asked me what kind of music I liked and told me to pick what I wanted to listen too. They ask how your feeling and they explained everything really well. They put me on sedation but I was still awake and heard everything and didn't feel no pain till after I was done and got home. They had so much respect for my feelings and iv never had a dentist like this before in my LIFE yall. This was 1st time ever @ Timber Ridge and the experience was great. My appt. was @ 920 a.m. Soon as I got there I checked in with the front desk. Check-in took about 5 mins or less. After checking in I went and sat in the waiting area. By 930 they calling my name for my extraction. I also had to do an x-ray right before being assigned to a room. After doing my x-ray they took me to my room where the surgery would take place. The assistant asked me if i would like some music to be played, and if so what would I prefer. I said yea, how about some smooth jazz. He got right on it. A couple minutes later the dentist walks in and explained everything i need to know about the procedure. After explanation he proceeded to numb me up. He then told me he was going to leave me alone a couple minz so the numbing would start. So the dentist walks out and comes back 5-7 mins later to start extracting 1 of the 3 teeth I needed to be removed. It all went fast n smooth just like he said. Im extremely happy with the procedure and the employees. I would highly recommend his services to anybdy needing oral surgery. Great 1st experience. Ive had absolutely zero pain since leaving. I must say im satisfied.

Great dental office. The front staff are very caring and honest people. They admitted that they made a mistake and credited back money that I had paid. The dentist was extremely intelligent as evidenced by discussing my current medication list and how other medications can react when taken together. I was under anesthesia for my procedure and felt zero pain. If I had to choose again I would definitely go to Midlands dental group!
