I have always had a lot of dental work needed and was getting ready for work on the front of my mouth. I wasn’t liking how my old dentist would rush me through a appointment. So it was time to switch dentist. I love how Legacy Dental has always made sure I was happy with the results before finishing my appointment. That’s why I am trusting them to do my front teeth. They have walked me through each step physically and financially. I shattered my front teeth on a weekend but was in no pain to warrant a emergency visit. They got me in first thing Monday morning. The front teeth didn’t even look like I had work done. They were the same shape and size as before the accident. That’s how good Dr. Semerad’s work is. Heather Rude

I had a really pleasant experience and had a wonderful first impression. From the warm welcome from the front desk, the dental assistants, the hygienist, and the Dentist. They all carry themselves as professionals. During my new patient exam and cleaning they presented me with a number of options how to move forward with my treatment. They gave me clear options in a way that didn’t seemed to be pushed or forced on me to take, which I really appreciate. On my way out, my treatment plan was explained clearly. I saw what my insurance covered and I left Legacy Dental with a clear understanding on what treatment I will have done and the expected time frame.

I CANNOT say enough good things about Legacy Dental! My son had a cleaning done by Tina yesterday and she is amazing, thorough and gentle! From the moment you walk in the door everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! You can tell each and every staff member cares about their patients and the atmosphere radiates positivity and team work! Excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. It’s very evident they know people don’t love going to the dentist and they’ve made every effort to make it as enjoyable as possible. The facility is immaculate, they use all the latest technology, the entire staff is helpful and kind to one another and the dentists are knowledgeable and honest about work you need and work you don’t need immediately. If I had one critique, it’s that I was there for about 2.5 hours for this first visit. The exam and cleaning were very thorough but it was still abnormally long. I had to rearrange some things in my afternoon because I was not prepared for the length of the visit. Aside from that, I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend to any family or friends who are in need of an exceptional dental care experience.

Highly recommend Legacy Dental! They have state of the art technology and they’re very thorough. My entire family goes there now including our 9 year old… they’re great with kids!! I was in the market for a new dentist and decided to check out Legacy Dental. I have been blown away with how amazing my experience has been. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They were very accommodating during my appointment and offered a blanket if I got cold and gave me headphones to watch Netflix. I would definitely recommend Dr. Semerad! Also if you love dogs, Legacy Dental is the place for you! During my office visit today, I got to meet the office coordinator, Shawna’s puppy. SO cute! They also have an in office therapy dog named Hershey! So if you are in the market to find a new dentist, check out Legacy Dental. You won’t regret it! :)

I total love Legacy Dental. I had a infected wisdom tooth. It flared up during the holidays. Bad timing is my jam. Anyways. I called as soon as the holidays were over. They fit me in ASAP! I arrived. They took excellent care of me. X rays and immediately gave me a diagnosis. Found me a oral surgeon and made me a appointment for 30 minutes later. My tooth is out. My mouth is healing. And I'm in awe of the care that both the dentist and oral surgeon gave me today. Thank you so much Legacy Dental. You went above and beyond. Definitely my new Dental care facility.

Dr.Maggie Larsen is AWESOME! Check out her bio on their website! I am one of those "I don't like going to the dentist so will put it off" people. So of course I ended up with a bit of a dental emergency. The way the entire office accommodated me was above and beyond. There is an attitude of teamwork between the staff, the dental hygienists, the dental assistants, and the doctors that clearly shows the expected and readily given level of care, compassion, professionalism, competence, and patient first attitude. The technology is state of the art! I highly recommend Legacy Dental and will certainly recommend their office to all my family and friends!

Even before my visit Legacy Dental was a great experience as they found time to fit me in as I was needing a cleaning within very short timeframe and limited free time in my schedule. Upon my arrival to their office, all staff members were incredibly professional and friendly. As a first time patient they made it a point to familiarize me with the entire office and all of their tools/technology. When it comes to the actual dental care they were very thorough in their workup and in their cleaning. After discovering that I needed a little bit more work done they squeezed me in day of so I wouldn't have to come back at a different time. Throughout the entire process they made sure that I was comfortable, took the time to thoroughly explain to me any findings, and walk me through any images/xrays they took. I highly recommend Dr. Larsen and Legacy Dental!

What an incredible team you have! Shawna called me this morning as they were in a morning meeting and a spot opened up and they thought of me, someone they had only seen one time before. She called and let me know I could have my procedure done today instead of a week from now. How amazing! Then as I entered the office I was greeted with a big smile from Nate who remembered my name! Then I was greeted by Dr. Lauren Semerad at the front desk and then Erin popped up right away to take me back. I did not even need laughing gas which was a shock to me. Dr. Semerad really knew what she was doing when it came to numbing my mouth, she took her time! Erin and Dr Semerad work absolutely seamlessly together. Honestly, the entire office does! For someone who is very scared of the dentist and has had to cancel appointments due to anxiety, I was put at complete ease at this office. The staff anticipates your every need and every concern or question is answered thoroughly and with a smile. I have found my Dentist! Very incredibly happy! My family will all be getting appointments set up to go in! My son is there now! Very impressed! If I could get give more than 5 stars I would. Way to go Legacy Dental!!!

What an amazing experience. Amber is the best hygienist I have ever been too. I have sensitive teeth and gums. She was so gentle and thorough. She gave me recommendations for tooth paste and tooth brush to help with sensitivity and cleaning to help avoid future damage to my gum tissue. Doctor Semerad was amazing. She took care of an old filling in need of repair and was attached to a new cavity. I could not feel a thing. Amazing work. Amazing staff who are friendly and know their stuff! The rest of the staff is fantastic and friendly as well. The office is great and in top condition. They want to stop problems before they happen. They want to help prevent issues from happening down the road and I love that. They truly care about you as a patient and and your dental care.

I am a nervous dental patient. They always make me feel so comfortable at Legacy Dental. Noise canceling headphones and tv's to watch are a huge bonus to making me feel more comfortable. This last visit, I actually had fun at the dentist! I had a fun time with my hygienist and laughed with the dentist when she was doing her exam. They never try to push you into doing anything you are unsure of and give great recommendations on what I can do better at home with my dental care. Their recommendations have worked and because of that, I now enjoyed going to the dentist!

Dr Semerad and her assistant came in for me on an emergency treatment for a throbbing molar. They were over the top professional, caring and amazing! I was in so much pain with a severe tooth infection for 7 days before I found Legacy! Not only did they get me in the next day, Dr. Semerad Did my root canal AND crown in the same visit. I originally saw Dr Larsen who was amazing also but she’s pregnant and I’m a wuss and needed the laughing gas! I am so thankful for the billers also because they worked with me on my care plan! The staff is super friendly and the environment is really welcoming. When I called on the office to schedule my appointment, I asked if they could use my DMO insurance even though they are out of network, and I was told yes - I could just expected more out-of-pocket costs. However, after getting through my check up, I found out that they were unable to. No hard feelings. They were super apologetic and sweet about it. It’s unfortunate that the DMO options I have are nothing even close to comparable to the service I received from Legacy! A true gem of a practice.

I saw Dr Larsen and Erin today as a new patient needing a crown. I had a lot of anxiety due to past bad experiences with military dental. They were amazing and immediately put my fears to rest and made me feel completely comfortable. The dental service is excellent. I question the efficiency of their financial process. I presented them with 2 insurances and was charged $260 after my appt for services that were covered by my insurances because a call was not made to the companies prior to may appt to verify coverage. I also presented a EOB a few weeks after my appt and still was told I had to wait for a refund. If the insurance co were called prior to my appt to verify benefits the office would of known it was a covered expense and not charged me. I am still waiting for the refund. Everyone is very nice there. This is my only issue.

Nothing but good things to say! I am a new patient and I saw Dr. Semerad for TMJ pain from grinding my teeth (she had another doctor with her who was equally as great). She was direct with her information, detailed in her explanations and treatment plans, and provided extremely helpful solutions. She even gave me the name of a massage therapist that is very good with TMJ pain!! The staff was easy to talk to, considerate, and knowledgeable. My first experience when I came to Legacy Dental was unlike any dental office that I had ever been to. Myself and my 3 children ages 7-11 were there for our routine teeth cleaning. Even though I had not been a client prior to this visit, Cathe, whom is the office manager treated us like we were already part of the Legacy Dental family. The Legacy Staff effectively manages communication at all levels. This included the office manager, dental hygienist, both dental assistants and Dr. Semerad. The day we walked in, we were greeted right away by Cathe and Mikaela. They were both immediately empathetic towards my customer expectations as I wanted to get in an out as fast as possible. (note: if your a single father with 3 small children you can certainly understand the importance..lol) The entire legacy team achieved and exceeded every goal I was hoping for. If it’s possible to have a good experience at the dentist’s office, then I have just had it. Over the course of the past month, I’ve had five crowns replaced. Dr. Semerad and her staff made the process as painless and pleasant as possible, and now I have five beautiful new, matching teeth! I would highly reccomend Legacy Dental for all your Dental needs. I just got home after my 2nd and final root scaling and planing. I'm still numb. And, I'm still so grateful to Legacy Dental. And so blessed to have found them! I'm a 63 year old guy, a big baby from the neck up. Because of years of lack of dental care, bad things grew worse. A few root canals and some pulled teeth later, I became terrified of the pain. Most dental offices are cold, white and like a psych ward. And most dentists and hygienists are clinical and indifferent. And some are just in it for the money. I needed a root planing 24 years ago. I was told again in 2008. I'm good at telling myself lies, and putting things off. Finally, after breaking another tooth and getting some dental insurance with my Medicare, I could begin to get help. I believe in fate. And, I believe in God. I was somehow directed to Legacy Dental. And my life, seriously, will never be the same. Amber, the hygienist, has done the bulk of my work so far. There are no words or fancy phrases to tell you how kind, caring, patient, understanding and gifted she is- beyond amazing. I barely felt the shots, and hardly felt any pain at all, during the 90 minutes, twice in one week, as she worked on my infected gums. (Twenty years of build-up is a major task.) Amber made this procedure one I will remember and talk about to anyone who will listen. As much fear and terror as I have had for years and years, in one week Amber literally changed my life! I know, I ramble, and I'm sorry. I'm not a relative or close friend of anyone on staff. Never met them before. You know how sometimes, things just work out great and you don't know why? This is one for my record books. Michaela was a huge help afterword, assigning insurance coverage and helping me coordinate what I can afford and when I can have the work done. Chaotic, don't know who my dentist was. Wasn't my regular dentist. Routine cleaning after insurance was $181 did things that were not covered but didn't tell me don't know what is going on here. I used to love this place and my dentist. Not sure who is running the place now. Lost some scans and had to do them again very disappointing visit
