I had such a good experience here! Loved the staff loved the dentist and the dental assistant!! It just so happened the dentist was able to do my fillings right after my initial appointment and he was just so kind and gentle. I’ve been going to the same dentist my entire life but since I moved out of state I needed to find a new place. If you have high anxiety with getting work done on your teeth, I suggest you give this place a try!

After a long absence from the dentist’s office, I finally faced the music and made an appointment with Horizon Dental Center. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. Love working the front staff, Dawn has been amazing and very patience while making sure I had a clear understanding of the billing. Zero shame from the staff while being uplifting and kind. Horizon dental is a fantastic facility. I have been using them for 3 years now and the service is always exceptional. They work with you to set appointments, and provide a care plan for your needs. Staff is friendly, funny and provide great information about your dental health. They do amazing work from cleanings, to cavity fillings, to full tooth removals. If you are seeking a new dentist office I highly recommend Horizon Dental.

I give this place a 5 star I had appointment there they take good care of me I been in pain for 10 months I couldn’t get it done back then I was pregnant my doctor told me I have to wait till I had my baby today they took good care of me you can just tell they care so much about and your pain the stuff we’re so friendly and nice the doctor did his job very good and his assistance was so nice and friendly too they did my root canal I’m not in pain no more thanks to them and I will recommending this place to my family members and friends as well I just want to thank them so much for everything they did for me it means a lot I’m just so happy I don’t even know what to say now I can eat in peace without pain…..

Great dentist! My previous dentist gave me a filling on my canine, fell out after a couple of months. Went back and they retried, but it fell out again after a few weeks. Both times the fillings had a part that stuck out. No point to try again with them, you only get a couple of times to drill out a tooth. Searched Google for a good dentist and found Horizon was highly rated. Even before the procedure was completed I felt they were doing much better than my previous dentist had. And once it was completed and I was able to see it I was relieved that it turned out so well. I’m so glad I found Horizon, I’ll gladly drive across the city to keep going here.

Great and friendly staff. The dentist was very polite and professional. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is because I didn't get a balloon at the end. Plus, I didn't get to keep the tooth they extracted so I'm missing out on tooth fairy money. But overall a great experience seriously.

Dr. Sheldon and his staff are excellent. Most people dread going to the dentist, but I always feel good about it because I know I am in good hands and will get the proper care. Dr. Sheldon has never hurt me, and he has been my dentist for 30+ years. As a result of his care my teeth are in great shape. I have going here for over 18 years. I had an appointment in February, set up 6 months ago. I go in for my appointment and I am told they could reschedule me for October. Horizon did not call or contact me. What a poor way to run a business.

I bening going to this den it's probably about 12 years it's been truly a blessing. They are great with children. The doctors come to ask how you been and not just in and out to do there work. They make it personal. We are always comfortable to make sure.I'm not in a lot of pain, when needed. My children when they went for the first time they are well welcome very child-friendly and they adapted to the you know the children. Mrs. Martha is really good and really patient with them. Dr. Sheldon always made sure that I do not have any pain. Ms.Wendy and Ms. Donna in the front is always great to make sure that always getting a fun and when I need it. And constantly see the same people that's great for us , especially for our children

When I was younger I hated going to the dentist! I always felt like I was being judged and shamed for the condition of my teeth. I avoided going for years but finally plucked up the courage and made my first appointment with Horizon. From the very beginning, I was never made to feel embarrassed despite building up quite the rap sheet! Everyone there has always been so kind and respectful. Horizon Dental looks kind of sketchy from the outside…if you even notice it in the old Shopping plaza. But the care on the inside is just fine. Tiffany (hygienist) is amazing…best ever. And no complaints about the dentists either, and no one tries to pressure/up-sell you on a bunch of stuff…unlike Premier Dental, which I left because of their used car salesman tactics.

Wonderful staff—everyone is friendly, genuine and considerate of my time. The dentist was very direct about a service I asked about and he told me it would be purely cosmetic and explained from a dental aspect why my teeth were in good shape and wouldn’t benefit. I love that they didn’t just try to take my money. They also volunteered to do an estimate just in case I wanted it later and offered to check my insurance before every service they mentioned, even if it only costed $10.

Good person to help you through and she knows what to do I had a concern about some tingling sensation so I called yesterday late afternoon and was seen in this am. I woke up with tooth pain over the weekend and my dentist said they didn’t have an opening for almost a month. My sister referred me to Horizon. From my first call and then getting me in the very next day to me scheduling my next appointment after my visit, everyone at the office was so kind and helpful! Didn’t make me feel guilty for not coming in sooner. A treatment plan was explained and my options were discussed. I highly recommend Dr. Johnson!

Horizon dental has been best the dental office I've been to, ever. They're honest and want to help as much as possible. I avoided the dentist for 15 years because of an experience I had. They listened and helped to make sure I keep my remaining teeth. They were able to ease me in and kept on me about my appointments and once I was a hundred percent comfortable they let me know the absolute truth about what could happen. I have been happy with Horizon dental, as for my experience today I schedule my appointment early as I have to be to work early. My appointment Was delayed this morning, it did not affect my schedule whole lot but it didn’t make it a little tougher for me to get to work on time. Other than that the experience was great. I would recommend Horizon to anyone, without reservation. Dr Sheldon has been my one and only dentist my whole life and I am 48. My wife and all 4 of my kids see him as well. He and his staff are beyond professional and meticulous. No one knows better. I am a creature of habit and haven't left because I've been going here for a very long time. I really like my dental hygienist and Dr. Sheldon is good, too. For a long time there was really rude lady at the front who took payments, phone calls, etc. and she was almost the reason my wife and I switched. I say 4 stars for that reason, the fact they stopped doing even limited Saturday appointments or extended hours, AND because I am constantly getting confirmation texts and phone calls. Right now, I get it with all the new restrictions, but I frequently texted a few times to confirm, followed by a phone call a week before and then a day beforehand making me feel like I'll lose my appointment if I don't keep confirming. Place is clean and most appointments go without hitch. I cant say if prices are high or low because I'm not that informed. My hygienist is probably the only reason this is a 4 star and not a 3 star or lower.

I went to Dr. Sheldon as a teenager, but then had to switch once I was on my own insurance. For the last 20+ years I've been going to other dentists, but was never comfortable, and started having anxiety about seeing the dentist. I was finally able to get back to them, and I just love Horizon Dental; the staff are always so nice, and Dr. Sheldon is so good at making you comfortable and explaining everything.

Had a tooth that had lost its filling. I called Friday night and Monday morning they had me come in and fixed the tooth within a hour. I highly recommend Horizon dental. Reasonable pricing and quick to see their patients. Started going here about 5 years ago after visiting another dentist. They said I had 8 cavities, so I wanted a second opinion and they were referred by a family member. Turned out I did not have 8 cavities. In fact, I had zeroe cavities. Been coming here ever since!

I write a check every appointment, making sure I am paid up. Yet, I get bills - sometimes $200 or more still due, The receptionists are great at appointments, etc - but I never feel like I get a full explanation of why I owe more and more. I am afraid of the dentist and hate to change due to billing issues.

When I arrived, I was extremely impressed with the environment, the friendly greeting I received, and the service they provided me for completing all forms prior to the procedure.. I have severe anxiety about dentists which also prevented me from going. I started having a tooth ache which grew more intense in a matter of days. I called Horizon as they were close and offered a form of sedation dentistry. Very glad I did. They were able to get me in the next day. They were very understanding of my anxiety and took extra care to put me at ease as much as possible. They also did not make me feel bad/embarrassed for not having been to a century in years. The did the exam and explained everything needingb to be done carefullyn while enduring I was comfortable moving forward. They clearly presented estimated charged before any work. The team worked to ensure I had no pain Durning the procedure. In the past after having a similar procedure I experienced pain for days, but after Dr. Mieryes' work I've had no pain. Even better, the office was not happy with the results of what my insurance returned as what they would cover. They kept in touch with my insurance and we're able to drop my responsibility by $70 while I was getting the work done. I really feel like they strive to provide complete patient care and really look out for what's best for me. Thank you

I've been with Horizon Dental since I was a kid. Dr. Sheldon is an awesome guy and the best dentist I have ever been to. While I lived in another state I could never find a dentist as caring and passionate for their work as Dr. Sheldon. He's helped my mom in a tooth emergency before and has also squeezed my step-son in last minute when he broke his tooth. I hope when he retires that his good business practices are passed on to the next dentist. The dental hygienists are always friendly and the hygienist I just had for a cleaning was the most gentle on my gums by far. Cavity fillings are never fun but the headphones/tv and Dr. Sheldons gentle care for those under the drill make it easier.

Been going here for a while. I am deftly afraid of dentists, having someone put their hands in my mouth, etc. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Shelton or any of his dental assistants. He has corrected a lot of issues that some moron in Blair, Nebraska caused. The fact that he does sedation dentistry is a big plus. There is NO WAY at all I would ever have gone to a dentist again without this service. I am at the point now where I can at least get my teeth cleaned without having to be put under. This is a credit to Dr. Shelton and his great manner with the patients. I had a discussion with him prior to my first attempt at going about my fears. I will say one negative happened today in my visit, but it was with his dental assistant 'student'. She could not properly run the nitrus machine nor could figure out how to do an x-ray (she had to get a real assistant to do it for her). Except for this one incompetent person, this practice has been perfect.
