I came to see Dr. Hawley after nearing completion of my Invisalign with another Orthodontist. Even though the other provider seemed ready to rush me out the door and fit me with a retainer, a couple teeth were still feeling uncomfortable bite wise and I decided to seek a second opinion. Dr. Hawley was able to adjust the teeth with the final retainer and like magic my bite feels perfect! Dr. Hawley is extremely kind, professional, and seems to really care. His team is amazing. Melissa and Mel were both so nice and personable, and Ashley R is the sweetest. My retainer was really tight since they were moving some teeth with it, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was set up for success. I truly appreciate Dr. Hawley for helping me. I wish I had done my entire treatment with him. He didn't write off my concerns, listened well, communicated well, and was able to fix the problem. After having a not so great experience with the prior orthodontist, his kindness meant even more. I will recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you!!

Yesterday I went to Hawley Orthodontics to see if I could potentially get an appointment for my Invisalign Treatment. Ashley, Carrie and Michelle were so kind to help me. I explained that I had a consultation a year ago and wanted to start my treatment. They were able to help me with insurance questions as well as general financial questions. I’m excited to start my treatment with Hawley Orthodontics specially after the great customer service Ashley Carrie and Michelle showed me yesterday.

My 2 girls needed braces and when we first arrived to Omaha we searched many orthodontists. The reason why we chose Dr. Hawley and his team is because since day one, the whole team left a positive first impression. Dr. Hawley remained #1 on our list. He never rushed us and we agreed on his treatment plan. My daughters’ felt comfortable. The first thing my daughters’ said is that they were gentle with their mouth and they were on time. They also agreed with his treatment plan. Dr. Hawley wants the best for his patients and that’s exactly what he has done with my girls. He listens to his patients and he makes sure they are taken care of. They are the best in town and we can attest to that! When I call the office, everyone is extremely nice and they are always able to squeeze my girls in even during emergencies. They are top notch! We are a military family and we are very sad to be moving. Stacy has been our go to person and she is very personable and patient. You’re truly going to be missed! We are halfway done with treatment. Sheila has made our transfer super easy and she was extremely fair with the entire transfer process. It was such a breeze! Thank you!! We appreciate it very much!

We love Dr. Hawley and the entire staff at Hawley Orthodontics! Both of my kids have been for consultations, my oldest 3 times before he needed any work done. Each consultation was free and a fantastic experience. No pressure to get anything done. When it was apparent my oldest did need braces the process was super easy from the initial planning, financial aspect and insurance, to getting them on. Every visit has been smooth and quick and a great experience so far. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone needing orthodontic work done!

i dropped in last week to get a retainer created to withhold my strong underbite. from the moment i came through those doors, i was welcomed by the lady from the front desk. she greeted me in such an inviting manner. i didn’t know her, but i feel like i did my whole life. she definitely could have raised me from my infancy. from there i was promptly brought back to get by teeth scanned and it was a good time! i would definitely come again next time for my scheduled appointment that was created.

I have never liked being in the dentist’s office. I never once left the dentist with a smile. When it was time for me to get braces, the orthodontist we went to did not help that. After a bad experience with that orthodontist, we switched to Hawley Orthodontics. The staff are very kind and understanding if you experience pain. The technician is always helpful with explaining what she is doing, as well as showing and explaining to me what I need to do to take care of my teeth. Changed my life! Hawley Orthodontics has not only changed my teeth it has changed my life. Before I started going to Hawley I was known as Snaggled Tooth T. I was an outcast who scared the children. But after having the teeth connoisseurs at Hawley work on my teeth my whole life has changed. My pearly whites have never been straighter (pictured below). I brought my stepson in for a consultation for braces as suggested by our dentist. Very pleased with how informative they were when explaining to me the care he would need. We decided to get braces and I was extremely satisfied with the staff explaining everything with a hands on approach considering I was not knowledgeable about caring for braces. I'm glad we were referred here. Now we're bringing our older son in for braces as well. I would highly recommend Dr Hawley and his team. Both of our girls enjoy going to Hawley! It's always a quick and pain...well, maybe not painless when they get their braces tightened, but the experience outside of that is wonderful! The staff is always really nice and welcoming. They remember you too. Yesterday, I was asked about Jiu-Jitsu because we had a conversation previously and I've only been there a handful of times because my wife usually takes our daughters. We even got to go to a client appreciation day at Papio Fun Park last year. It was a fun time for us and they do so many other cool things like that keep the jits excited about going. Thank you!

I started my braces journey with Dr. Herd at Exclusively Orthodontics, but after a year he suddenly retired and I got transferred to Dr. Hawley at Hawley Orthodontics. Hawley and all staff are great, everyone is really nice and polite. As far as braces care goes, I did not have any problems. Funny story; when I was at Dr. Herd's office before, and when I was on the chair with an orthodontist, I told her of my plans to study abroad. She immediately started panicking, saying there is no way that braces could be done before the departure. She told the other orthodontists in the office, they all started panicking too, like a bunch of hens in a Disney movie! After I got transferred to Dr. Hawley and I told him about my study abroad plans, he just shrugged it off and said that is no problem, haha! And that is basically how my year and a half with care under Dr. Hawley went. As I am writing this, I have been free of braces for a week and just completed my last appointment for awhile. Now I just have to get used to the bulky retainers :/ .
