It's been almost 1yr and a 1/2 when I decided to come in to OKC Dental to ask about the Invisalign dental procedure I was embarrassed to smile my teeth had bad spaces between my teeth uneven, and gum disease the day I came in the door EVERYONE CARED about ME and my Smile 😊 from the Receptionist to the Hygienist, my Gum Specialist to Dr "B" as in Buchanan The care they gave me was and Is PRICELESS they took time to explain what needed to be done the Price and what was to happen after everytime I came in THEY CARED! Well it's been 1Year 1/2 and I am EXCITED TO SMILE and I SMILE MORE THAN I EVER HAVE I THANK GOD FOR EACH ONE OF THEM 😁 AND INVISALIGN ❤️ AND TO PROVE IT HERE'S MY PICTURE from my HEART THANK YOU ALL❤️

I turned away from several other clinics like Dental Depot because because they couldn’t easily book me appointment or had me change my time several times.. This place is nice and clean and all of their employees and Dr were very pleasant! I’m glad to be getting Invisalign and all my routine dental appointments with them.

This place was amazing, the staff was very helpful in making me feel comfortable and at home. Met the staff who will be working with me throughout this visit and many other ones, everyone was very humble and friendly. They explained what was happening inside my mouth and how it could effect me every day life. They were able to make visual picture so I could understand what was and or possibly could happen. Once they showed the pictures of the X-rays I was able to point out some of the problems and understand why they are taking the steps. Overall the best time at the dentist office so far

This office is literally so amazing. I have bad anxiety and this team eased every single fear. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I felt safe and like I was in the right spot. Ive never had such a great experience at a dentist. the front desk reps are so nice and did not give me a hard time about being non-insured. tachina was so fast at taking my xrays and very personable. the dentist was efficient and pleasant. Everyone was friendly even from my initial call. I was nervous coming in as a new patient, but my fears were put to ease immediately, especially sitting in the massage chair. I appreciate each one answering my questions with clarity, making it easy to understand. The new equipment was fascinating because the pics were so realistic rather than looking at a black and white X-ray. I think I’ll be happy here.

Absolutely fantastic. One of the scariest things in life is going to the dentist. However, their friendly atmosphere negates the worry about being in “the chair”. I am scheduled for a root canal and I honestly think things are going to go well because of the good vibes they give off. I will have more to say of course after the procedure.

They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment. Everyone I talked to was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Buchanan was great. He was also very friendly but more importantly, you can tell he definitely knows what he's about. They put together a treatment plan and actually listened to my questions and provided specific answers. Dr. Buchanan also had referals prepared in case my insurance didn't cover his treatment plan. Excellent care.

I am very happy with the team at Northwest OKC Dental! From my first phone call, they were nothing but appreciative of my business and dedicated to making my appointment nothing but lovely. When I arrived I was greeted by a staff member in a mask/gloves and my temperature was taken. Kaydee answered any questions I had about my teeth and the check-up process, the lady who cleaned my teeth was a sweetheart and very gentle (she was so amazing I actually feel bad I forgot her name!!) Dr. Buchanan explained everything I was having issues with and Candice was a godsend when she came in and explained the pricing and insurance details. As a young adult with a new insurance plan I am very happy with the service I received at my new patient appointment.

I had an old filling come loose and they got me in straight away. No insurance? No problem, they have a great deal for new patient exams/X-rays. After your exam they go over pricing with you and can try their best to help out. My invoice was pretty high I’d say but I did end up needing a root canal and crown and I hear those are always nice and pricey. Everyone in the office was super cool, all incredibly nice and provided an awesome relaxed environment. Also, they were able to squeeze me in right after the exam, helped me out a lot. I was nervous because of the horror stories I hear involving root canals. It was nothing at all, I felt nothing, it was relatively quick and the end result was stellar. Looking forward to going back!

I was very pleased with everyone at Northwest. I had a basic cleaning.The receptionist was great helping me complete the initial questionnaire. The hygienist did an excellent job and was courteous. The Dentist came in and made a prompt and thorough exam. The special price for first time patients was great. I would recommend Northwest Dental Care without hesitation to everyone.

I would give this place 1000 stars. Staffs were really friendly and care for you. My wife and I stopped here on 07/23/18 for wisdom teeth removal. We called a little late at 9:30 and they were able to fit us right in at 10:00am. We went throw exam to the procedure in 2 hours . Everything was done paint less and quick. The office design is really thoughtful. The window face to the landscape outside and the scenery is really peaceful help to ease your stress when you're getting treatment. Compare to most dentist office around town. Now to pricing, they charge what they're supposed to charge, not like some other office mark up their price so they could get more from insurance. My wife couldn't speak English well , but doctor and his assistants are being very patient and helpful. I would recommend this office to everyone in town. Thank you so much for everything that's going on today !!!

Its been my second visit so far to the Northwest Okc Dental office and by far its been one of the best experiences i ever had ! I tried few places prior in Edmond and West Okc! But the experience wasnt even close! The staff are so friendly and professional! Loved the fact that you get greeted by your own name. I’ve been going to this dental office for about 12 years or so (maybe longer) and I would never go anywhere else. I had basically neglected my teeth for my entire life, which is my own fault. But, the first day I walked in they made me feel at home and welcome. They quickly had a plan to get me back to where I needed to be....and they got me there!! I’ve had everything done at this office. From basic tooth cleaning, whitening and crowns. They even did my Invisalign without me having to go see anyone else. They use the best methods available and keep me as comfortable as a person can be in a dentist chair. The ENTIRE STAFF is absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t recommend them any higher.

I found this office through a coupon in my mail! I have no Insurance, but knew i needed to get my teeth cleaned and examined. I was iffy about using a dentist I got a coupon for but am so happy with the service I got. I even ended up getting Invisalign because they had a deal for it! They are reasonably priced, very friendly staff, and always accommodating with scheduling. Candace always makes sure I have an appointment even if that means shifting around the schedule. I was experiencing a horrible tooth ache that started on Friday night, on Saturday I started calling around to try and find a dentist that was open on the weekends but no luck, so I left a message with Dr. Buchanan's office and with another dental office and was immediately called back by Dr. Buchanans office and told them what was going on and they got me in on Monday morning.i live in Florida so I was so worried that they wouldn't be able to do anything but boy was I wrong, Dr. Buchanan and his staff took care of me right away and I am so happy with what they did for me, that I've decided to make them my regular dentist, I get down to okc twice a month and I look forward to my next visit with Nortwest dental and Dr. Buchanan and the girls in the office. In March of 2018 I started my Invisalign treatment plan. My teeth were above and beyond crooked, misaligned, crowded, twisted, bite off......you name it. I have been in my aligners for 18 months this month and I can’t believe the incredible difference in my teeth. I feel like I look like a totally different person now. I went to several other orthodontists consulting about braces and even Invisalign in the past and was always disappointed because I was told either I wasn’t a candidate or I had to do too much other work prior to getting the braces. Dr Buchanan NEVER said that! In fact he and his staff said I was the perfect candidate and a good example to show others because my teeth needed so much work. Thank you so much!!! It has changed my life in ways I didn’t realize it would!

I cannot stand going to the dentist. It’s so hard to find a dental team where you don’t hate going to the dentist, lol. No offense to dentists. But Dr Buchanon is only the 2nd dentist (first when I was 7, now I’m 31) that I have full confidence in to take excellent care of my teeth, and not take advantage (say I need fillings, etc when I really don’t). I’ve been going here a few years now, and every experience has been great.

In the past, I was afraid of going to the dentist; I had misaligned teeth and dental issues that I had ignored due to bad experiences with dentists. I first went to Norhwest OKC Dental Care for an exam and Invisalign consultation after seeing an advertisement. Dr. Buchanan and his staff were friedly and welcoming, and I never once felt worried or ashamed of my teeth. I decided to do Invisalign, and I have absolutely no regrets. I also use Dr. Buchanan as my dentist, and I have received excellent care. The office staff, dental assistants and hygenist are all wonderful. Thanks to Northwest OKC Dental Care, I now have a beautiful, healthy smile!
