I loved the way that Dr Naghdi treated me and how great she was at identifying all of my dental issues; she promptly came up with an amazing plan to get me on the right track to have a healthy and beautiful smile. She was very honest and transparent about my treatment options and did her best to keep me comfortable while doing dental work on my teeth. All of the staff at Casady dental treat me with respect and we’re very caring as well; from hygienist to receptionist, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. This place definitely strives to provide their patients with the best possible care and experience

By far the best dentist office I’ve ever gone to. Everyone is so friendly and nice from the front desk to the dental crew in the back. The hygienist are very smart and knowledgeable, they make sure you feel comfortable as they walk through the process and communicate well corrective actions to continue having healthy teeth! 10/10 recommend!

As a new patient, I was greeted nicely by the ladies of the front desk who were willing to work with my schedule and dental needs. Dr Naghdi was thorough and efficient, as well as Itzel, the hygienist. The nurses were also helpful and professional. I have to come back for more, but I am feeling well so far.

10/10 the staff was so friendly. Bringing in two toddlers can be challenging. The staff was friendly from the moment we walked in bringing crayons and several coloring sheets for them to stay busy while mom got her teeth checked. After they presented me with the cost of items that could be needed for cavities/Invisalign.

Tarnell (hope I'm spelling that right) Was awesome! I came in for a routine cleaning, and my mouth is pretty small so while other people usually used the big sensors which hurt, she noticed immediately and switched to a smaller one, made everything very comfortable and easy. If you're looking for quality dental care with friendly staff, this is the place!

Omg.. I was terrified of going too a dentist. But dr. Golnaz Naghdi made me feel so comfortable in her chair. I would recommend anyone that is afraid of going too the dentist you won't be after going to Dr. Golnaz Naghdi. Can't to many people say they like going too a dentist...But she's wonderful. I went there to get my wisdom teeth taken out. You her horror stories of male oral surgeons man handling the teeth and recovery time takes longer cause of that. I went in with crazy anxiety, and the woman dentist was so gentle and made sure I was good. She was so gentle with the wisdom teeth, I was shocked to know they were out. Bonus was the bone grafts so my healing would be way easier. Thank you for the care that I truly needed!

The lady's working at Cassady Square Dental deserve so much appreciation. My son went in with a teeth cleaning and they were soo great to answer any questions we had and my son said they were gentle on his teeth and the one lady that helped us from the get go ( didnt get her name ) was going to let us have her appointment next door so my son could get his braces off instead of us having to make a whole new trip in 2 days. The appointments were different types so they couldn't do it but for this lady to try so we didn't have to make a special trip is a great person and I thank Cassady Square Dental group just for being so great to us today. Very nice place. Very welcoming. The staff is always nice. I went for a visit today, and as always it was very amazing. Gigi has always done a great job in talking with me and making sure my needs are met with my Dental plan and payment. A few other people that stuck out today with helping make sure I was very well taking care of, including being very informative about my care, teaching me many new things about my routine and more were, Itzel (hygienist), Jennifer (B.A.), Sauna (D.A.), and Doctor Boles. I had a great experience here! The team works well together and accomplishes everything with the utmost efficiency! They have technology I have never seen before that let them get a really good look at my teeth in a less invasive way than traditional "I'm just going to poke around" methods. There space is open, modern, and clean! The team communicated with me really well throughout my visit and made me feel like I was part of the process instead of having me just lay back and guess as what was happening. It’s like changing hair dressers, a break up 😂 Casady does a great job about making you feel comfortable and right at home. I have a fear of dentist but from the beginning till the end it was wonderful, the 3 wonderful and helpful women upfront were so sweet and the one you talk to to the dentist comes in was just as wonderful. I am so glad I found this place! Thank youlll. I want to follow up on this. They did not fix my root canal correctly, and when I called them before they put the crown on to get my tooth looked at before it they wanted me to pay again, and thenwhen I didn't go back to them for the crown because it was hurting, crooked and cracked, they charged me anyway and then turned me into collections even though they did not place my tooth correctly and hurt my jaw. I am so upset they didn't care about my issue but only their pockets. I never leave a negative review but I dont want anyone else to end up with a worse fear of dentist!

I could not eat or breath without tremendous pain. Dianna and Jennifer made sure I got in to get fixed up. Same day they took care of me. And the doctor, I can't remember her name, was polite, positive energy, Dr. Naghdi and the extraction itself took like literally 30 seconds. And no pain. Like what? Dr. Tran is fantastic and more knowledgeable than my prior dentists. She took 2 seconds to diagnose an issue vs other dentists taking X-rays before shrugging and saying, "I don't know." Mark and the other hygienists that I've seen have been exceptional. Everyone at the front desk is always smiling and helpful. Even after my third scheduling call within 90 min due to insurance issues, Gigi was as patient and kind as imaginable. Just a great all around dental office.

I absolutely loved the staff and the diverse atmosphere so much that before I walked out of there I was booking an appointment for my 3 children to come there as well... Dr. Tran and Shannon, her assistant, and honestly the rest of the team at Casady, were efficient, effective, and engaging. I had to drive from Dallas for a family emergency, but doing so meant I had to postpone a direly needed root canal. My dentist in Dallas found Casady for me, and Dr. Tran and staff fit me in that very day. They took excellent care of me. More, they almost made root canal fun. What wonderful people! If I could spare the time, I would regularly make the 250 mile drive for my routine dental care just to have Casady take care of me.

Dr. Boles has been my dentist since 2013 and I've had nothing but great, great service; he is definitely by far the greatest dentist I've ever had and one of the most caring people within the facility. To my receptionist man I tell these ladies will definitely find the best of best resource no matter what situation your in they will go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable with your service needs and that alone is truly amazing. The staff is really nice and helpful. Tell them your concerns about your teeth and they'll have an answer to your concern. Also they have really nice and sweet translators for those who can't speak English. Yusby and the Dr are really really friendly with my family.

Yusby helped us during our visit today. By far one of the best experiences one could dream of. I have had the privilege of going Casady Dental Care (CDC) since they opened over 10 years ago. I can most truly and honestly say, that in all these years I can, without reservation, relay a true 5 star rating for each and every single visit. Let's face it, just about all of us dread going to the Dentist. I myself, can attest to maybe even a higher then normal dread, b/c of a extraordinarily bad experience that I had at the young age of 10. Even to this day, my blood pressure and heart rate begins to rise, by even just walking into the front door of a dentist office. So, when visiting CDC the very first thing that I receive from the lovely ladies at the front is a huge smile and a sincere hello when I walk in the door, is the beginning of a positive experience. Yes I know, there is probably no such thing as a 'positive experience' at the Dentist, but here at CDC it is, yes...actually real. Last week, sadly Dr. Boles had to do a rather serious root canal, and to make matters worse it was long overdue, and in my 'upper' teeth, which as many of know, is often quite more painful b/c the pathway is quite short is reaching the brain pain centers. On top of all that, b/c I had put it off, he had to do extensive work. To say that I was not looking forward to all this, would be a huge understatement. In summary, all went well, and I was in NO pain at all, during the ENTIRE procedure. Dr. Boles is a kind, caring and extremely sincere individual, whom wants nothing more then to take the very best care of his patients. All you have to do is just meet him, and you too will come away these same impressions. One final word, my wife had a good friend at work a few months back that was in a huge amount of pain. When she call her Dentist, they said that they could see here in three days. She called two other Dentist, and no luck as well. When she shared all this with my wife, she immediately told her to call CDC, and of course they work her in that day! In closing, I can say with the highest level of sincerity, that there is absolutely no where you could go and receive better dental care. Charlie M.
