Normally well organized, but not today. We drove there for an appointment and they were closed with lights out. The sign said: “closed due to an emergency.“ Maybe they could not have access to their appointment calendar , but I never got a call. Neither did another patient (8:00am Tuesday)

Turns out that 104th family dental not only saved my tooth but worked with my financial situation. I haven’t had a teeth cleaning in 4 years. As a result, lots of gum infection and plaque. Spent the appointment waiting for insurance to approve needed treatment. It took insurance & dentist office awhile to work out details. Rescheduled for treatment needed for next week. Staff very kind and patient and thorough. This way I don’t get a large SURPRISE bill!! I appreciate that extra carefulness.

I’ve been going here a long time they have a revolving door on dentists and staff. Made my daughters appointment six months ago for her cleaning and then called me a week before telling me they had to cancel because they had a meeting and that she could get me scheduled some months down the line. Not acceptable!! Another representative there by the name of Karen luckily got me in on a cancellation. Not sure if I want to continue to go here just due to the overturn in staff

I broke a tooth .. and got a run around from my original actual dentist that couldn’t get me in for several weeks ( for a broken tooth ) I contacted several other offices and no luck just hateful receptionist .. I just by luck contacted 104 Dental .. they got me in immediately and treated me with respect a d dignity . They weighed out all my different options .. The great experience begin with the front receptionist .. She made everything go smooth, the dental assistant was kind and professional .. and last but not least the Dentist Dr. Kim went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on and what my options were. I’m so thankful I by luck found this dentist office . They will from now on receive all my business as well as my families . This dental office went above and beyond for me . Thank you !

I had a very pleasant and positive experience with family dental employees. I was treated very nicely by friendly front desk stuff Danielle and Jada. They were not just friendly but they were also very knowledgeable with their work to help clients like me, especially with our dental insurance company to make sure we are getting the right discount amount for the service (ADA codes) we get. Ashley (Hygienist) and Norma (Dental assistant) were really friendly and knew their work very well. I got a very thorough cleaning of my teeth. I was very satisfied with their service. Dr. Wendy Holder was very friendly and knowledgeable and treated me very nicely and patiently listened to my my issues. You don't want to go anywhere else.

We were referred by a friend of mine since we recently moved to the Moore area. The entire experience was great. Victoria was both my brother and I dental hygienist. She made sure we understood all details and potential necessities. She also accommodated for my brother being in a power wheelchair. He fit perfectly in the room even with the other original dental chair present. Dr. Kenzie was very nice and knowledgeable. They both gave their recommendations of what needed to be done to help protect our teeth and gums and prevent any issues with our dental health. Dr. Kenzie made sure we made the choice based on their recommendations and our circumstances. The ladies at the front desk also made us feel welcomed and were patient with us with scheduling future appointments.

Dr. Holder and her staff are excellent! I’ve had some extensive work done, several porcelain crowns, and they look great. My mom has had a bridge repaired that was not installed very well by another dentist, and is very happy with Dr. Holder’s work.

The clinic is clean and the staff was friendly from the initial phone call to walking in the clinic. The wait time was more than expected being that the lobby was empty and we arrived on time. My daughter said she felt comfortable. The dentist did come out to speak with me directly which is expected but has not happened at other clinics so I really appreciated the conversation. I personally liked the dentist and so did my daughter. Overall, our first time patient experience was pleasant and I hope it continues as another chain dentist did not follow through with their promises of great care. I've been going year for a while now and have had a lot of dental work done. An earlier reviewer mentioned a 'random male dentist'? As far as I know they don't have random dentists working there. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I've not had any appointments changed or cancelled and I always get a reminder call a day before my appointment. The dentist is very knowledgeable and skillful. She turned my chipped, broken, and stained teeth into pearly whites! I had a crown that cracked and they got me in for a repair within 2 hours and didn't charge anything for the patch. Their prices seem to be consistent with other dentist except that the service is superior. I'll keep going back.

Had scheduled tooth removed, and temporary bridge installed. I Called because my discomfort level was higher than expected I thought, so I contacted them with my issues. They reordered the prescription ( ibuprofen) and I requested to be seen but did not get a appointment, but after a few (6) more days still have discomfort in the area of removed tooth. I decided to return to Dr. Holder because I felt very confident in her ability to complete the implants and remaining dental work. The entire staff was very friendly and answered all questions I had. Dr. Torbert and Dr. Holder are very professional and considerate to your needs as a patient, they tell you exactly what is going on and don't try to do anything out of your best interest. The Hygienists Rachel and Kelly are very professional and kind. Of course they hav an amazing team to keep the office running smooth. I had to have a bunch of fillings done and Dr.Torbert was incredible. He is very easy going and kind. He was honest with me about all the work that needed to be done. He kept me informed with the process and what might need to be done to ensure the health of my teeth. He felt like a friend instead of just my dentist. I recommend this practice highly. For someone who has bad dental anxiety, the staff make it feel like home!

Man this is the best dentist I've been to. They took my top left wisdom tooth out. I barely could open my mouth and he was able to get it out without me opening my mouth. I went in and Selena patiently listened to my fumbling attempt to describe everything I felt. She conveyed everything to Dr. Fraise, who determined the most likely causes of my pain and quickly to steps to improve my situation. Best dentist I've been too. Wendy Holder is a Class Act she tells you what's going on what the procedure is going to be like and then they give you a price for everything so you can make a decision on what you want to do. They also don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. Also there's a great staff there and they're extremely friendly.

Finding a good family dental clinic is sometimes hard to do. A lot of Dennis just don't like to work on children, because they can be so difficult to get to hold still long enough to do anything. That's why if you have children you need to find a good family dentist who is willing to take the time and effort to make sure your child has good teeth.

When I call them on their phone I talk to the front desk a lady named Naomi that got me an appointment the very next day, she seemed very concerned about me, the dentist explained everything he was going to do for me, to where I could understand what he was actuallygoing to do, sing very concerned, and kind, I will recommend there office to family and friends I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Holder has been my dentist for 4 years and I used to work at her practice. I now work for another dentist and I still see her for any work I need. She is the most well rounded general dentist I have ever met. Need a difficult root canal? No problem. I have seen her do root canals flawlessly that other dentists referred to an Endodontist. Implant? She has done hundreds. Braces? She does Invisalign. Pretty much anything you need she can do it. I send all my family members to 104th Family Dental because I know they will take care of them and at a reasonable price. They even have financing available. There are a lot of dentists to choose from in the 104th area but I promise this is the one for you.

To think that I was actually nervous, and I"'ll be a man and admit it, I was scared , because it was the day you think will never arrive, the day you have to make a plan to rid yourself of the only teeth you've ever known and try your hardest to be optimistic about the thought of implants. From the second I walked in the front door to the second that I walked out, I was genuinely treated like family and although I'm still a little nervous about my situation, I'm no longer scared. Every person, from the sweet young lady who greeted me and helped me with my new patient paperwork up front and her precious son, to the lady who did my xrays, to the dentist who looked me square in the eyes explaining every step of what he thought was best for me and he even reinsured me with a caring pat on the back as he left the room, and the sweet lady I talked to when he left the room. You see, the last few years of my life have been the worst years of my life. I lost my younger brother unexpectedly about 3 years ago, then shortly after, became a victim of Lone Star Tick Disease, which caused me to loose 75 pounds, my job, my house, my truck, my hope, my teeth, and if it hadn't been found in my body approximately 7 month ago, plain and simple, I would be dead too ight now. The way I was treated and delt with at 104th Family Dental has given me my hope back and I sincerely say ' Thank You' to everyone I came in touch with and I actually look forward now to moving forward with my life!!!
