Excellent costumer service. All appointments are kept for your convenience as well. Basically very understanding if you need to reschedule. Also, the nurses and Doctors work are immaculate and accurate. Here at Broadway dental you will leave with a better smile and feeling brand new about yourself. Who don't want to feel better than they enter the dentist office. This place give you that certainty. Guaranteed!

This is the best dental offices I’ve gone to in years, and I’m no fan of the dentist. The office manager and staff here are amazing and very patient with me throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!!!

Love this place been here for 5 years the receptionist has always been respectful to me and my family who also attend theee i see all the reviews about the staff but remember people only leave bad reviews when they've done something wrong and try to get revenge somehow. This office and the staff are amazing try it for yourself before going by others reviews

The ladies here are so amazing. Down to earth, funny, helpful and very understanding. I have a big fear of the dentist but they all make me feel so calm and understood. The dentist is great and she takes her time and does real quality work. She was also very kind and understanding of my anxiousness. Thank you so much ladies! Definitely recommend.

I might could be biased... but it is the best dental office in Newark NJ. The staff of dental specialists are qualified, caring, compassionate and even quite edutaining. I love going there quarterly for cleanings and check ups. The beautiful receptionists are all highly sensitive to the needs of those receiving dental services and to those that are performing them. It definitely is a jewel in the north ward Newark dental community.

These reviews are so inaccurate, I loved the staff they were very polite and patient with me and trust me I’m the biggest baby when it comes to dentist. The staff made sure I was completely comfortable and explained every process they were going to do so I would not be scared. The doctor was amazing, she was gentle and made sure she spoke to me every step of the way just to assure I was comfortable.. Love love love them, my whole family comes hear now :)

I have been going here for a couple of months for some work.The staff has been great.I had fillings done no problem.Today i went in for an extraction and it was terrible.The doctor was rough.But i held my composure.This wasnt the same doctor that did my other work.After the numbness went away now i feel the roof of my mouth cut and the tooth next to the one being extracted chip.So im not happy at all.

I READ ALOT AF THESE REVIEWS AND I HAVE TO SAY IM SHOCKED, I LOVE THIS OFFICE YES THE WAIT TIME IS LONGER THEN YOU EXPECT BUT THE STAFF AND THE DOCTORS ARE WORTH THE WAIT. VERY RESPECTFUL POLITE AND COURTEOUS, I HAVE BEEN AFRAID OF THE DENTIST FOR A LONG TIME DUE TO CHILDHOOD TRAUMA THE STAFF ARE SO UNDERSTANDING THEY WALK YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING AND HELP MAKE YOU FEEL AS COMFORTABLE AS POSSIBLE . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
