The facility is very organized and clean. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. This was my first visit here and it was Such a seamless experience. They are very efficient and fast. The doctor was very friendly and took her time explaining the dental issues I have and what she would recommend to treat them. The dental hygienist was so kind and sweet and was very easy going with my cleaning did not feel a thing. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend. 10/10.

I’m actually beyond happy with this place and at first I was a bit skeptical about it because my first appointment was quite confusing, I was being referred from place to place. But then when I finally arrived for the procedure Dr. Yasmin was so genuine, patient, understanding, and professional, I literally felt like for the first time in my life I overcame the fear of dental procedures. I felt no pain and the procedure went quick and smooth. I finally felt comfortable. I felt great on my way home and so happy. Five stars, this dentistry is amazing.

Dr.K is literally the best dentist ever. I’m a brat and will be the first to admit it , but he’s so gentle and friendly . He engages with you throughout the procedures and very thorough. Don’t care if I have to wait weeks for an appointment, he’s the only one I see . ALSO the staff that I have encountered is also great . They always call if there are cancellations and try to work around your schedule. I recommend this office x100.

We have been going here since my son’s previous dentist botched his initial diagnosis/treatment. Rating: wait time - minimal to moderate if you need to see the doctor after the hygienist/ X-rays etc. The overall service - great! The ladies are friendly and gentle with my kid. It’s a busy office but I’ve never felt we were overly rushed and a couple times we had to do a doctors consultation and a filling and they fit us in right away vs setting up another appointment to come back!

This office is so efficient. Everyone there was attentive to my daughter. She recently had her braces, and they made sure she was very comfortable. They gave her tips on how to ease the pain and every tip helped a lot. I recommend for anyone with children.

Amazing , I got my wisdom tooth pulled 2 days ago and it was my first time getting a tooth pulled in my 26 years of life. I had female dentist and a female dental assistant (I wish I knew their names) and they helped me pull through of getting the needles in my mouth along side my boyfriend and extracting the tooth at a timely manner. Even tho I cried like a baby the support from them made it less painful. Please don’t second guest what dentist you should go to. They ate it 💖

We took our 2 year old twins here for the first time and it was a great experience. The staff was very friendly, the dentist was very nice and they sang to our girls as they were performing the cleaning. My girls were not happy, but what 2 years are at the dentist. They gave the girls stickers and once it was all over the girls were fine and giving everyone high fives. We were very happy with the service and happy we found a great dentist for our kids.

My co worker told me about this place and the same day I called them they set me an appointment 2 days later because when I called it was a Friday. I came got my teeth cleaned and my braces the same day also maybe because I paid out of pocket lol. I’m not sure but the service was GREAT !

Absolutely excellent service! Was there for the first time yesterday. I was was recommended by Mrs. Borges. Not your average awkward and cranky Dentist and Hygienist office. Everyone is so welcoming, so organized considering the amount of employees in the building and most importantly so patient! So far, so good. i haven't really been to a dentist in a while and thank God i tend to my teeth often but I just got my top two wisdom teeth extracted and it was painless. I was a bit nervous about it bc I never had my teeth pulled before but through all the services they've done so far for me (including fixing a chipped tooth) everything has been painless and hassle free. Bathrooms are clean, staff, both receptionist and the dentist are nice. No problems here, I'll miss them when i move though, no doubt.

Best place to take your kids to for dental care, they are very professional, Organized. The moment you walk in late or early they always attend to you regardless. We moved out of Essex County 2years ago , we still drive an 1hour for my kids dental appointment there, we can’t take them somewhere else . Also they follow up with you for your next appointment. The day tech was so sweet, very thoughtful and had a sense of humor. I enjoy this dentist office, because they are gentle. I have a son who have autism and they did oral surgery because he could not give good pictures of his teeth for two years. They took care of his teeth and his smile is amazing. They handle him with care on all his visits. The staff are warm,caring,friendly, polite, they are just great. They do good work and are on point w. Getting you back in there and have very flexible hours..but sometimes the wait is ridiculous and you can really be in there for hours so if u have anything to do that do you should just cancel because you will be there al day. And sometimes the ladies at the front desk have attitudes and very smart mouths especially the supervisor... the dentist and other workers in the back are ALL very nice though so i don’t let the attitudes of the ladies at the front desk get to me and i still come back.

We live all the way in somerset county. We used to leave in Newark. I actually found a new dentist but the feeling is not the same. They are the only dentist I have been to both pediatric and adult in any practice that the whole entire staff is extremely friendly. It’s an amazing feeling. All the ladies have a1 customer service. That’s how you want to feel when you going to a place of service. I would make the hour drive every time single time for my family. Our dentist today was amazing and so friendly. She made my daughter feel comfortable. The place is beautiful and very clean. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say. When you been to not so friendly place you grow to appreciate the places that do treat you like a customer. I would recommend childsmiles to anyone! Truly deserving of 5 stars

I haven’t been to the dentist in years. This was my first visit as an adult. Everyone was polite, they moved quickly and assisted me the same day I made the appointment - within hours. It is a little packed since they take HMO so make sure everything with your insurance is squared away so that you can be in and out. 5/5 would recommend.

Child’s Smiles is definitely the place to go for all of your dental needs. My visit today was quick and PAINLESS. The staff is very nice and professional. Jocelyn escorted me to the X-ray room and to my surgery room. She told me step by step how everything was going to go down. Which was very comforting. Unreliable, I visited ChildSmile on June 8th, 2021 to take an impression for replacement of missing teeth. Obviously a down payment was made and I was informed that within two to three weeks I would be getting a call. After the rest of June and the entire July passed by without any call, I decided to call on August 2nd and was given an appointment for August 3rd at 9am. After arriving and paying the full sum for my dentures I was told I would have to return in about 10 days to have everything finalized. This is ridiculous, after collecting funds for a job, one should walk away pleased with the service not frustrated. Would not recommend this facility to any one, their service is unreliable.

Very relaxed atmosphere from the staff at the front desk, to the hygienists and the MD’s. They thoroughly explain any procedure and are willing to answer questions. I didn’t have a long wait time, although I’m not a stranger to long wait times in dentists offices. My son was very comfortable and so was I (I’ve had traumatic experiences in the past). The women at this location are amazing and I would recommend them for sure:)

Well first of all the service is fast and so family friendly. My girls and I were all seen. I have severe anxiety and panic attacks and they were able to keep me calm during the procedure, stop when I needed breaks, and then my daughter who was feeling funny from the numbness and got scared came into the room and was able to lay on me and hold my hand while we reassured each other everything was okay. The whole time the staff was very flexible, and this literally was the best dental experience I've had as an adult. My girls were not traumatized which means bringing them back to follow up won't scare them and that's what matters most to me. Plus, I have a follow up as well, and unlike past dentist's appointments, I'm actually coming to this one!! Thank you guys from the front to the back for everything you do. Ensuring safety and taking care of us simultaneously during a pandemic!!!

My husband & I both needed a new dentist office, and this office just happened to be very close to our home. Like many people in the world, I HATE the dentist. Truly, I do. But in this case...I have nothing but wonderful things to say about ChildSmiles-FamilySmiles on Orange Street! The staff was welcoming, warm, and helpful (we were mostly taken care of by Juliana at the front desk). The wait time was extremely reasonable (we were taken in within ten or so minutes of arrival - which in my opinion is amazing for new patients). The rest of the staff (particularly one dental assistant named Hannah, spelled exactly like my name, which was a great talking point for us) made both my husband and myself feel very at ease. Our dentist and the dental hygienist (who's names I unfortunately cannot recall at the moment) who saw us were both thorough, explained everything carefully and easily, and very kind. We both have follow-up appointments today...and I cannot say that I am dreading it.
