I have been with this company for about 5-6 years. The location is not too far from my house. Every time I enter, they are very genuine and overall great employees. They have such great mannerisms as well. I do not regret being there and having them be my primary dentist still til this day! I have a certain dental hygienist there and she is honestly the best in terms of explaining every step she’s doing through the entire cleaning process which I enjoy! I’m glad that they are my dentist.

I had my Invisalign done here and I am IN LOVE with my new smile! At first I was a bit hesitant to do Invisalign after I had braces as a kid for years, but Dr. Day promised me that I would be done in just a few short months, which was a fraction of the time I had braces. He kept good on that promise, and not only was my treatment done in just a couple of months, but I really LOVE how it came out! I definitely recommend Dr. Day if you’re considering Invisalign. I’ve also had cleanings done here and the hygienists are always really nice. They do a quick and thorough job, which I really appreciate because I don’t like keeping my mouth open for long. I’ve recommended a few friends since I started coming here and none of them were disappointed. Definitely recommend Steinway Family Dental to anyone looking for a dentist, ESPECIALLY if you’re looking to do Invisalign.

WOW! I just got a cavity fixed by Dr. Day. It was incredibly painless using the laser they have. It’s quick and easy. Also hardly any numbing feeling from the laser they use. The new year brought new pain to my mouth. I woke up news years day with a severe tooth ache on a tooth that had previous work done by another dentist. I immediately hopped online and found a dentist open the next day. Dr day took a look at the X-rays and determined that the tooth was in need of a root canal. They managed to get it done that day and handled it like pros. I never write reviews and never thought well of dentists until today. The procedure went well and Steinway Family Dental are pros!

Highly Recommend!!!! To those who are scared of the Dentist, please DO visit this place. My primary dentist is Dr. Day who has done treatments like fillings, root canals and Invisalign for me. He knows how sensitive my teeth are and I leave feeling great all of the time. All procedures were completely painless! I also get my teeth cleaning routinely with Gleribelle but the one time she wasn't available I had someone else clean my teeth and she was amazing too. Super quick and pleasant experience. CORONA FRIENDLY!! At the front desk they take your temperature. They have a cup set up at the front desk for pens that have been wiped and after you use them they are put in a separate cup to wipe down again. Their office is clean, unlike a few others I have been to in the past. They are always punctual and organized. My wait time is usually 5-7 minutes from the waiting room to the doctors chair. All procedures are set up for on the tray with all instruments and materials ready to go before I enter the room to see the doctor. Even better than that, the staff is super friendly and comforting. Definitely recommend!

This is the second cavity I have had in my life. The first was addressed at another facility and I had the traditional needle. This cavity was addressed with a laser. I was a little nervous because it is a new method and I had to wear dark glasses. However it was painless and quick! All I felt was a concentrated cold feeling right in the area of the cavity. Don’t be afraid! Get the laser and take care of yourself!

I had a very bad toothache and had been calling many dental offices. I randomly found Steinway Family Dental based on google review and email them for an appointment. Right after i got a phone call from them and took an early appointment since it was an emergency. I always hated to go to see the dentist but after the care and help that i got from this place, my desire changed completely. DR. DAY not only is very professional but also very patient. He made sure i felt comfortable and not in pain during all the procedures. I got root canals, crowns and cleaning all made by him. He is THE BEST. I would def recommend this place. I had to bring my mother in to do some work. My mother had horrible experiences before and was terrified with anything that had to do with the dentist. However a couple of her fillings came out and she was having a hard time eating because she would feel pain. In our first visit the staff were so kind and patient with her. Any questions that she or I had they were more than willing to explain and answer. They let her speak her mind about her past experiences and how traumatic it was that she was afraid to go to the dentist, this helped my mother become much more comfortable. We did not feel rushed nor pressured in any way to do anything or get things done. They took every precaution to lessen my mother's anxiety. I especially want to thank Dr. Singh her assistant liz and Jennifer for giving my mother a positive experience. They took such good care of her that we would definitely highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Dr. Day and Daniel did a great job. Dr. Day uses an excellent tool as a laser " solea" so the laser is a good technology as a tool because I didn't feel pain and also it was fast. I started going here when I lived in Astoria, and I still go there no matter where I live. When I first came in for an appointment, I was in my mid-twenties and just got good dental insurance for the first time in my life. I had a number of things that needed done, but we worked on the most important things first (filling cavities, cleaning, in-depth diagnosis). Truthfully, my teeth were misaligned and were getting worse with time. I was starting to get self-conscious, but was willing to overlook it. Dr. Day was very honest with me, but never pushed me to do something I didn't want to do. Once it made financial sense for me, I did decide to do Invisalign. Thankfully, I only had to do a 6 month program, because Dr. Day's office offered an accelerated program for only a small amount more. Dr. Day and the entire office could not have been more supportive and you could see the joy on their face when I reached the end result. I also got a special irrigation antibiotic deep clean treatment for my gums and was able to use a payment plan to pay for that. Flash forward 1 year, and my teeth are some of the things I am actually the most confident about in regards to my appearance and something people call out and compliment semi-regularly. And like other reviewers have said, by far the best dental cleaning around as well. It feels weird, but also wonderful, to look forward to going to the dentist. Thanks Dr. Day and team :) UPDATE: Steinway Family Dental continues to stay on the cutting edge of dentistry. Tried their new laser cavity filling today. It was a breeze and saved me from a costly root canal! This is why I make the trek from Brooklyn multiple times a year. Can’t beat this place.

I’ve been coming to Steinway Family Dental for years now and it is truly the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The staff is always very polite and friendly and Dr. Day is one of the best dentist. I have done extensive amount of work in my mouth and everything has come out perfect. Highly recommend this place 👍🏻 I had a cavity filling performed with the laser and it felt way better then a normal cavity feeing and much faster. THANK YOU Steinway Family Dental! A couple of weeks ago I starting experiencing EXCRUCIATING PAIN in one of my teeth-the feeling was more than unbearable. I looked up the nearest place that accepted my insurance and that was opened (it was a Sunday), some place in manhattan I went to, it was an awful experience and I didn’t feel comfortable. So I decided to go to Steinway Family Dental-I’ve seen them on tv and had heard great reviews. *Everyone* there, from the front desk staff to my dentist were all so kind and considerate. I ended up needing a root canal, extraction and crown. They immediately saw me, the procedure although a bit scary (only bc it’s a dental procedure), went really well-I didn’t feel any pain, and when I did feel some discomfort they told me to let them know immediately and when I did they stopped to relieve the issue. I had a follow-up appointment today where they fit my permanent crown, and it went smoothly-I was in and out with no issues, and my crown looks great and fits perfectly. Best dental care I have ever experienced-so glad I decided to leave the other place I went to, and instead went to Steinway Family Dental

I came here for a check up and a cleaning after leaving my old dentist and they made me very comfortable. The doctor was nice and professional, explained to me all the filling biology and within a week I was able to get an appointment to fix 10 teeth. I was very nervous because previously for 1 filling I needed to get a shot of anesthesia and it would take like 30 minutes for each one. Instead of spending the entire day having my mouth drilled into the doctor filled all ten teeth within half an hour with a laser which is amazing to me. No more discomfort, the only feeling was a little cold around the tooth like some ice cream and bam it was done. Anxiety and dentist-phobia is not very spoken about, but for those who hate being in pain and having their mouth open, those who have dentist anxiety, or those who's rather feel comfortable and not scared of drills in your mouth come here. Steinway family dental does it different and does it the best. Recommended to literally anyone !!

First time going on 1/22/21, the staff was friendly. Went for a cleaning Grace the person conducting the cleaning was real thorough and kept making sure I didn't feel any discomfort. Dr.Sighn help me understand what work I needed for my teeth and what I needed to do to keep them clean. While Jenifer helped me understand the multiple options I had of paying and going through the process, she was very patient with me and answered all questions I had. Dr. Singh is PHENOMENAL. I've had apprehensions in the past due to poor experiences with other dentists, but every step of the way I felt comfortable. Came in one day in severe pain needing a root canal and she did everything she could to get me out of pain. It was discovered that I needed a lot of work done, which when you first hear that it's always a little intimidating, but she put a plan together and I can't stress how at ease I felt. Genuinely one of the best docs I've ever had treat and take care of me! Completely changed what an experience at the dentist could be for me. Hats off to the rest of the staff as well, who were tremendous! Not often you want to tell people how your dentist visit went because of what a nice experience it was, Dr.Singh is the definition of a professional.

Great experience. Went here in October of 2019 for placement of a dental implant. Dental surgeons are kind, positive, and easy to talk to. Dr. Dayanayev kindly presented all the options available to me, outlined cost and time of all procedures and allowed me to make my own decisions. The surgeon Dr Terranova made me feel safe and calm and made sure to always let me know what to expect before the procedures were done. The only issues I experienced here were with Jennifer Turcios ( treatment coordinator) who could not seem to figure out how to submit claims to insurance. These issues were resolved but continued after every procedure. However, from front desk to dental assistants, Steinway family dental center did a great job of making me feel welcome and comfortable. I never had long wait times or any other kinds of issues. Even through covid the office made sure to keep in touch and do the best that they could. About 6months after my dental implant placement I am still doing well.

Had a fantastic experience here. Although I didn't have an appointment scheduled with him, Dr. Day came in and provided me a very informative and lengthy free consultation based on several concerns I had, which ended up saving me a good bit of money while also giving me peace of mind. During our time, I had his full attention and he was willing to sit with me for as long as I needed to answer all my questions in great detail. Dr. Day's approach can be described as very "no-pressure," meaning that he focused on providing me more value and information as a patient in a way that inherently built up my trust in him and Steinway Family Dental Center (as opposed to trying to upsell me on things I didn't need). Everyone in the clinic is kind, courteous and resourceful. The Doctors and surgeons are very thorough and respond all of your inquiries! The rooms are equipped with digital X-rays, so you don’t need to worry about moving or getting up to do an X-ray. With the COVID outbreak it is evident they really care for their patients and staff as they: take your temperature during every visit, wipe the surfaces often, and have the pens used by pts separated from the unused pens. I truly recommend this office. The ambience is so comforting that I am not kidding when I say I was dozing off during my surgery. Kids will also love the cute fishes in the reception area.

i got invisalign treatment with the propel treatment (makes it quicker) and my teeth were aligned within a few months. my teeth weren’t incredibly crooked but enough to be cutting my tongue and causing irritation. now i’m used to the retainers feel and feel very comfortable. the staff worked well around my schedule and were very helpful and explained everything when i asked. they also gave me help with other issues i had (like fillings). very enjoyable experience.

The receptionists do their best to help you out with insurance, the dentists are very straightforward and clear about what your teeth need, and the dental hygienists are gentle but thorough. What I like most is the people at this place go out of their way to treat you like a person instead of just an appointment. I was told that i would need Invisalign with propel which meant I can fix my teeth faster. About four years ago, I had a very bad experience at another dentistry and due to anxiety that I developed from it, I was afraid of even a cleaning. I finally gathered up the courage to find a new dentist to get a check up and stumbled upon Steinway Family Dental Center which has been my best experience hands down. They got me in quickly and got me on track to have them replaced. After fitting my new crowns, they needed a few adjustments. I was easily fit in to get them right. And after an issue with my insurance changing their mind on covering a portion of this expense, they made sure that I didn't have to take on this additional burden. I’ve been doing my Invisalign here at Steinway Family Dental Center, and Dr. Day (Dayanayev) has been fantastic. Before starting, there was a television in the room giving informational information about something called Propel. When Dr. Day came into the room i asked him what it was and he explained that it’s an optional procedure that accelerates Braces/Invisalign and speeds up the process to half the time. After considering my finances with the treatment coordinator, I chose to do the Propel, and it was worth every penny. I was given a total of 18 trays which would have taken about 5-6 months without the Propel. I started back on January 7th, and today its March 12th I’m already finished with my Invisalign after only 2 months, having been switching over to new trays every 3 days. From beginning to end, the process has been great, and the staff has been so warm, respectful and kind. Thanks for giving me a great smile!!

It a good dentist and good dental office the first time I went he found a tooth that might need a root canal on the bottom right next to where my cap fell out that's what I originally went in for, so I got the root canal, after 1 week I called to come in for the cap and pulse I called the receptionist she said she put in the approval in to come back in 2 weeks I did but, when I got there , there was no cap approval in I said what happen, the dentist said he needed the picture of the root canal I had , I said I gave the receptionist the info to get it , but obviously She didn’t do it so now I have to wait another 2 weeks because of her negligence , the endocrinologist receptionist had emailed the pic 2 weeks ago to them, so I hope the approval for my cap is there on oct 8th.
